Comportamento de reator anaeróbio operado em batelada seqüencial, contendo biomassa imobilizada e submetido a aumento progressivo da concentração de substrato de fácil degradação / Behavior of the anaerobic sequencing batch reactor containing immobilized biomass and submitted to a progressive increasing of the concetration of easy degradation substrate

Os objetivos deste trabalho foram avaliar o desempenho do reator anaeróbio operado em batelada seqüencial quando submetido ao aumento progressivo da concentração de glicose e estimar os parâmetros cinéticos da degradação da glicose. Inicialmente o reator foi operado com ciclos de 8 horas, tratando glicose nas concentrações, aproximadas, de 500, 1000 e 2000 mg/L. Não foi detectada glicose no efluente nas três condições. O reator operou de maneira estável, tratando aproximadamente 500 mg/L de glicose, com eficiência na remoção da DQO filtrada entre 93% e 97%. Na operação com concentrações de glicose no afluente próximas de 1000 mg/L e 2000 mg/L, observou-se instabilidade operacional, principalmente devido à produção de polímeros extracelulares (EPS) que comprometeram a hidrodinâmica e a transferência de massa no sistema. Os valores médios da concentrações de ácidos voláteis no efluente foram de 159 ± 72 mg/L e 374 ± 92 mg/L, respectivamente. Aos perfis de concentração de glicose foi ajustado modelo de primeira ordem, enquanto que um modelo modificado, contemplando concentração residual de matéria orgânica, foi ajustado aos perfis temporais de DQO. Para verificar a formação do EPS, operou-se o reator com 3 horas de ciclo nas concentrações, aproximadas, de 500 e 1000 mg/L. Esta fase teve como objetivo verificar a hipótese, segundo a qual, a produção de EPS seria resultado da exposição da biomassa a baixas concentrações de matéria orgânica por longo período. Dessa forma, reduzindo o tempo de ciclo, a exposição a baixas concentrações também seria reduzida. No entanto, embora o reator tenha operado com relativa estabilidade, verificou-se formação de grande quantidade de EPS logo na primeira condição operacional, com aproximadamente, 500 mg/L de glicose no afluente, indicando que a hipótese não estava correta. / The main objectives of this study were to evaluate the performance of the anaerobic sequencing batch reactor when subjected to a progressive increasing of the influent glucose concentration and estimate the kinetic parameters of glucoses degradation. Initially the reactor was operated with 8-hour cycles, treating glucose at concentrations of 500, 1000 and 2000 mg/L. Glucose was not detected in the effluent in all these three conditions. The reactor showed operating stability treating glucose concentration of approximately 500mg/L, with efficiencies between 93% to 97% in the filtrated COD removal. In the operation with glucose concentrations of 1000 mg/L and 2000 mg/L, approximately, it could be noticed an operational instability, caused mainly by a production of extracellular polymers (EPS) leading to hydrodynamic and mass transfer problems in the reactor. The mean values of volatile acids concentration in the effluent were about 159 ± 72mg/L and 374 ± 92mg/L, respectively. A first order model was adjusted to glucose concentration profiles, and a modified model, including a residual concentration of substrate, was adjusted to COD temporal profiles. To verify the EPS formation, the reactor was operated with 3-hour cycle in the concentrations of 500 and 1000 mg/L This stage had the objective of verifying if the EPS production would result from the exposure of the biomass to low concentration of substrate for a long period of time. Thus, reducing the time cycle, the exposure to low concentrations would also be reduced. Nevertheless, even with the reactor operating with relative stability, the hypotheses could not be verified due the formation of a large amounts of EPS right in the first operational condition with approximately to 500 mg/L of glucose in the influent, showing that the hypothesis was not right.

Déterminisme de la production bactérienne dans les vasières intertidales du Bassin de Marennes-Oléron : rôle des exopolysaccharides / Determinism of bacterial dynamics in microphytobenthic biofilms from intertidal mudflats : role of extracellular polymeric substances

Les vasières intertidales sont le siège d’une forte production primaire sous la forme d’un biofilmmicrophytobenthique qui se développe en surface à marée basse. Ce biofilm se compose principalement de diatomées et de bactéries hétérotrophes. Ces deux composantes sécrètent des substances polymériques extracellulaires (EPS) qui jouent différents rôles dans le biofilm. Le travail présenté s’est basé sur différentes échelles d’observation (in situ à 2 saisons, mésocosme en laboratoire, et échelle fine du biofilm en microscopie confocale) et a permis de mettre en évidence les interactions des diatomées et des bactéries à différents moments de la marée et du nycthémère. L’utilisation d’une nouvelle méthode d’extraction des EPS a permis d’éclaircir leur rôle en évitant les contaminations par les substances internes provoquées par les méthodes classiques. Les EPS colloïdales particulièrement riches en glucose s’associent au déplacement des diatomées, notamment lors d’un stress (sursalure, carence en nutriments) et sont préférentiellement consommées par les bactéries, après leur dégradation par les enzymes ou leur hydrolyse dans l’eau interstitielle. Les EPS liées au frustule, et plus particulièrement les sucres, inhiberaient le développement bactérien à proximité de la cellule algale. Elles sont surtout sécrétées lors de la mise en place du biofilm et pour protéger la cellule quand les conditions sont osmotiquement défavorables et leur richesse en protéine leur confère un potentiel intéressant pour les bactéries qui peuvent les utiliser comme substrat azoté en cas de carence. D’autres substances ont été plutôt sécrétées parles bactéries telles que les N-acétylglucosamines et les protéines colloïdales de bas poids moléculaire,certainement des enzymes bactériennes, ainsi que le glucose qui semble être associé au EPS colloïdaux des diatomées mais aussi aux EPS bactériens selon l’analyse en microscopie confocale en utilisant des lectines comme marqueurs d’EPS. / Microphytobenthic biofilms that develop at the intertidal mudflat surface are responsible of a substantialprimary production. These biofilms are composed of diatoms and heterotrophic bacteria, both excretingextracellular polymeric substances (EPS) that have various functions into the biofilm. The present thesis is basedon different observation scales that have highlighted the complex interactions between diatoms and bacteria fordifferent moment of the biofilm development (in situ at 2 seasons, in laboratory mesocosm and at the scale of thebiofilm at confocal microscopy). Furthermore, a new extraction method that avoids contamination with internalsubstances was used and provides new insights about the role of EPS. Colloidal EPS are excreted during thediatom migrations, notably in case of environmental stress (nutrient depletion, high salinity). They arepreferentially consumed by bacteria, after hydrolysis or enzymatic cleavage. Bound EPS are associated to abacterial inhibition, especially sugars. These EPS are mainly excreted during biofilm formation and also in caseof osmotic stress, if diatoms cannot migrate toward favorable slices. Some substances are associated to bacterialdevelopment, such as N-acetylglucosamine, low molecular weight proteins that probably consist of bacterialenzymes and also glucose that seems to be associated to colloidal EPS secreted by diatoms as well as bacterialEPS, when analyzing the biofilm with confocal microscopy by using lectins as EPS biomarkers.

Substances polymériques extracellulaires dans les procédés de traitement des eaux usées / Extracellular polymeric substances in the wastewater treatment process

L’objectif de ce travail est d’une part (i) étudier le comportement de la biomasse notamment la production d’EPS en présence des composés pharmaceutiques (un agent anticancéreux et cinq antibiotiques); et d’autre part, (ii) étudier les EPS dans le contexte de décantation des boues en présence d’agents fongiques et en situations réelles dans des stations d’épuration. L’étude en présence de l’agent anticancéreux a été réalisée dans des bioréacteurs à membranes. La présence de l’agent anticancéreux a induit l’augmentation de la production d’EPS agissant comme un mécanisme de protection microbienne qui était à l’origine du colmatage des membranes. L’effet de cinq antibiotiques a été évalué en réacteur batch. La famille des macrolides a montré un effet plus important sur l’activité microbienne avec une augmentation significative de la production d’EPS associée à un mécanisme de protection. La décantation des boues en présence des cultures fongiques a été conduite en réacteur pilote. Une amélioration spectaculaire de la décantation a été liée à une meilleure cohésion au sein des flocs imputable en grand partie à l’augmentation de la production d’EPS. Enfin, le diagnostic du procédé de traitement des eaux a été établi sur trois stations d’épuration des papeteries grâce à une double approche d’une part l’analyse physico-chimique des boues et d’autre part, l’exploitation statistique d’analyse en composantes principales (ACP) des paramètres technologiques enregistrées dans chaque station. Nous avons tenté d’exprimer sous forme de régressions linéaires ou polynomiales de deuxième degré, la décantation en fonction d’une quantité réduite des paramètres mesurés / The objective of this work is firstly, i) to study the microbial behaviour of the biomass especially the production of the EPS in the presence of pharmaceutical compounds (an anticancer product and five antibiotics); and secondly, ii) to study EPS in the context of the sludge settling in wastewater treatment plants. The study in the presence of the anticancer product was done in membrane bioreactors. The presence of the anticancer product provoked the production of the EPS as the protection mechanism which is at the origin of the membrane fouling.The effect of five antibiotics was evaluated in batch reactors. The family of macrolides showed the most important effect on the microbial activity with a significant increase of the EPS production which was associated with a protection mechanism.Sludge settling in the presence of fungi was carried out in a pilot reactor. The spectacularly improvement of the sludge settleability was related with a better cohesion inside of the flocs attributed to an increase of the EPS production.Finally, the diagnosis of different wastewater treatment processes was established in three paper mill wastewater treatment plants thanks to the double approach used here, the physico-chemical analysis of the sludge and the statistical analysis by principal components analysis of the different parameters recorded in each plant. We tried to describe the parameter related to the settling behaviour by linear or polynomial regressions of second degree in function of a reduced number of the measured parameters

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad medir el impacto financiero de la aplicación de las definiciones establecidas de la NIA 315 (Identificación y valoración de los riesgos de incorrección material mediante el conocimiento de la entidad y de su entorno), en el proceso de cobranzas de las compañías de Seguros de Salud, en el distrito de San Isidro, en el año 2018. Durante el transcurso del presente trabajo, se ha aplicado una investigación mixta (cualitativa y cuantitativa). Asimismo, para el desarrollo de la metodología cualitativa se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a especialistas sobre el tema, y para el desarrollo de la metodología cuantitativa se realizaron encuestas basadas en escalas de Likert y análisis de casos relacionados como complemento y refuerzo hacia nuestro tema. Con respecto a la validación de la hipótesis general y específica, se realizaron trabajos de campo, realizando encuestas dentro de las empresas del sector seguros de salud (EPS), localizadas en el distrito de San isidro; además, se tuvo que contactar y entrevistar a expertos. Finalmente, se desarrolló y aplicó un caso práctico para evaluar el impacto financiero del presente trabajo. Con los resultados obtenidos se llegó a la conclusión de que el procedimiento de la NIA 315 (Identificación y valoración de los riesgos de incorrección material mediante el conocimiento de la entidad y de su entorno), genera un impacto financiero positivo en el proceso de cobranzas. / The objective of this research is to determine the financial impact of the application of the concepts of the IAS 315 (Identification and assessment of material misstatement risks through knowledge of the entity and its environment) in the collection process of Health Insurance companies, in the district of San Isidro, during the year 2018. For the development of this investigation paper, we have conducted a mixed research (quantitative and qualitative). For which we used the Surveys with Likert Scales and the Case Analysis, while for the qualitative work we used the In-Depth Interviews to experts in the Field. To validate our general hypothesis and specific hypotheses, field work was carried out conducting surveys of people working in companies in the health insurance sector (EPS), located in the district of San Isidro; In addition, experts had to be contacted and interviewed. Finally, we developed a practical case to examine the financial impact of this investigation on the financial statements and it is concluded that the praxis of IAS 315 causes a positive financial impact. / Tesis

Jämställdhet till varje pris? : En kvantitativ studie om finansiell prestation och jämställdhet i de svenska börsbolagens ledningsgrupper

The issue of gender equality is a constant topic where Sweden is known as one of the most equal countries in the world. Nevertheless, the gender distribution in the top management teams (TMT) of the Swedish listed firms is generally skewed. There are no clear differences in ability between the two genders that reflect this fact. The skewed gender distribution might be a problem since TMT have an impact on firm financial performance. The study investigated the relationship between the proportion of women in the TMT and firm financial performance. In addition, the gender distribution in the TMT and the firm financial performance were examined. As a complement to the study's main research issues, we studied the risk level of firms since it is associated with financial performance. The purpose was to examine if there are any financial incentives with an increased proportion of women in top management. The theoretical perspectives on which the study was based were ‘Agency Theory’, ‘Upper Echelon Theory’ and ‘Resource Dependency Theory’. The relationships were explored quantitatively using multiple regression analysis. The regressions manifested contradictory results where the significant results showed a negative relationship between the proportion of women and ROE. The results also showed that gender diverse TMT had the lowest financial performance in terms of ROE whilst they had the highest performance when tested against Tobin's Q. Furthermore, a significant negative relationship between the proportion of female managers and the firm beta value was identified. Lastly, it was concluded that the proportion of women in TMT, as well as gender diverse TMT, do not have a unanimous relationship with firm financial performance. However, the proportion of women in TMT have a significant negative relationship with the companies' risk level. / Jämställdhetsfrågan är ett ständigt aktuellt ämne där Sverige klassificeras som ett av de mest jämställda länderna i världen. Ändock är könsfördelningen i de svenska börsbolagens ledningsgrupper generellt sett skev. Det råder inga tydliga skillnader i förmågan mellan de båda könen som speglar detta faktum. Den skeva könsfördelningen kan vara ett problem då ledningsgrupper har en påverkan på företagens finansiella prestationer. Studien undersökte dels vilka samband som finns mellan andelen kvinnor i ledningsgrupperna och företagens finansiella prestationer samt sambandet mellan könsfördelningen i ledningsgrupperna och de finansiella prestationerna. Som komplement till studiens huvudsakliga forskningsfrågor studerades företagens risknivå som förknippas med finansiella prestationer. Syftet var att undersöka om det finns ekonomiska incitament med en ökad andel kvinnor i de svenska börsbolagens ledningsgrupper. De teoretiska perspektiv som låg till grund för studien var ‘Agency Theory’, ‘Upper Echelon Theory’ samt ‘Resource Dependency Theory’. Sambanden utforskades kvantitativt med hjälp av regressionsanalyser. Regressionsanalyserna visade på motstridiga resultat där de signifikanta resultaten påvisade negativa samband mellan andelen kvinnor och ROE. Resultaten visade även att jämställda ledningsgrupper presterade sämst när finansiell prestation definierades som ROE. Däremot presterade jämställda ledningsgrupper bäst när de testades mot Tobin’s Q. Vidare identifierades ett signifikant negativt samband mellan andelen kvinnliga chefer och företagens betavärde. Från resultaten drogs slutsatserna att andelen kvinnor i ledningsgrupperna samt jämställda ledningsgrupper inte har ett enhälligt signifikant samband med företagens finansiella prestationer. Däremot har andelen kvinnor i ledningen ett negativt samband med företagens risknivå.

La thèse analyse l'implémentation des nouveaux programmes d'EPS et de SVT au Bénin dans le cadre de la réforme curriculaire selon l'approche par les compétences. Cette question est envisagée selon une approche comparative en termes de transposition didactique. Trois études emboitées structurent le travail empirique. La première caractérise les nouvelles matrices disciplinaires en EPS et en SVT à partir d'une analyse de contenus des documents officiels. La seconde s'intéresse aux points de vue des acteurs impliqués dans cette réforme depuis dix ans (inspecteurs, conseillers pédagogiques, enseignants). La troisième rend-compte, sous couvert de la théorie de l'action conjointe en didactique, des pratiques d'enseignement de 6 enseignants (3 en EPS : basket-ball et 3 en SVT : relations d'exploitation interspécifiques). Les résultats mettent en évidence les contraintes qui pèsent sur la mise en œuvre de ces nouveaux programmes.

A study of educational psychologists' use of consultation and users' views on what a service should deliver

Paper 1 - Consultation is a widely used model of practice amongst Educational Psychology Services (EPS) in the United Kingdom (UK) as evidenced in the amount of research carried out on this practice (Leadbetter, 2006, p. 246). This paper attempts to supplement the limited evidence on how and why consultation is used. This paper provides an account of Educational Psychologists (EPs) perceptions of using consultation in a Welsh Educational Psychology Service (EPS). The study uses a thematic analysis of interviews with EPs and 3 accounts of the practice of consultation are provided as examples of how consultation is used. Data analysis revealed that EPs’ practice is dominated by the influence of Wagner’s model of consultation, which is a result of both university, and service based training and not because they feel it is necessarily the best way of working and were vague about their reasons for using this approach. Evidence emerged to suggest EPs were only aware of one model of consultation, which is the Wagner model. Evidence also emerged to suggest that EPs confused service delivery models with models of consultation and that EPs are unclear about their unique skills and role when using consultation and feel that schools do not understand the work they are trying to achieve when working in this way. EPs also considered that schools want more time with them, but burdensome bureaucracy hinders this. These findings are discussed in more detail at the end of Paper 2 where the overall findings suggest there is a systemic problem in Pantysgawn EPS, where the dominance of the EP role to provide statutory assessments prevents EPs from working in a truly consultative way. The paper ends by discussing the key element of the EP’s role, whether a consistent and rigid adherence to one practice model is practicable or desirable, and the various ways that EP services can monitor outcomes to alleviate some of the bureaucratic processes. Paper 2 - Paper 1 of this study looked at EPs’ perceptions of using consultation. Very few studies have looked at service users experiences in consultation based EP services. Paper 2 therefore looks at schools’ perceptions of the EP service and considers the benefits and barriers to effective service delivery using a thematic analysis of interviews with staff from 5 primary and 3 secondary schools. Findings suggest that schools continue to regard the expertise of the EP as being a provider of individual assessments, but they also revealed an awareness of the wider systemic role that EPs can provide. This traditional view of the role of the EP is discussed in terms of a wider systemic pressure for schools to seek this kind of EP intervention due to the Local Authority’s (LA) focus on statutory assessments. Schools appreciated a greater continuity of EPS staff as this helped them to develop more productive working relationships and they wanted more time with the EP. The findings suggest that the level of bureaucracy and the statutory assessment requirements to gain access to targeted resources were a barrier to working more effectively with schools. The paper ends by integrating these findings with the paper 1 findings and discussing the key element of the EP’s role, whether a consistent and rigid adherence to one practice model is practicable or desirable, and the various ways that EP services can monitor outcomes to alleviate some of the bureaucratic processes.

La socialisation par les sports collectifs : une approche conative auprès des enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive / Socialisation through collective sports : a conative approach with teachers of Physical Education and Sport

Cette étude porte sur les conations de socialisation chez les enseignants d’Education Physique et Sportive (EPS),éléments d’explication des choix de contenus d’enseignement proposés en sport collectif. Parallèlement, elle permet derepérer, dans les propositions de contenus, les différentes conceptions de la socialisation qu’ont les enseignants.Le cadre théorique retenu associe le modèle individualiste de Weber (1911) dans lequel l’individu gère ses actions dansl’art de se débrouiller et le modèle conatif développé par Bui-Xuân (1993, 1998), où l’inclination à agir dirigée par unsystème de valeurs incorporées va orienter l’action de l’être humain.L’hypothèse de travail était que le choix des contenus d’enseignement visant l’objectif de socialisation par les sportscollectifs détermine l’étape conative de socialisation dans laquelle se situe l’enseignant.La méthode s’appuie sur trois techniques principales et complémentaires :- L’analyse de la littérature scientifique et professionnelle,- Une enquête par questionnaire (n = 280),- Deux séries d’entretiens compréhensifs (avant : n = 9 ; après : n = 5).Les résultats mettent en évidence cinq étapes conatives : à l’étape 1 (émotionnelle), où l’enseignant, non spécialiste desport collectif, ne peut pas suivre la logique de socialisation précisée dans les textes car il est d’abord confronté auxobstacles à la socialisation ; à l’étape 2 (fonctionnelle), l’enseignant, non spécialiste de sport collectif, fait référence àl’objectif de socialisation présent dans les textes, mais il tâtonne et essaie de solliciter les élèves en fonction de leursdispositions ; à l’étape 3 (technique), l’enseignant, spécialiste ou non, est convaincu que les sports collectifs favorisent lasocialisation, et pour ce faire, il impose toutes les règles (socialisation passive) ; à l’étape 4 (contextuelle), l’enseignant,spécialiste de sport collectif, permet aux élèves de prendre des initiatives (socialisation active), mais celles-ci restent sousl’influence du contexte de la classe et du sport collectif retenu ; enfin, à l’étape 5 (expertise et création), l’élève est partieprenante de sa socialisation (socialisation active) qui est cependant placée sous l’influence des choix didactiques etpédagogiques de l’enseignant.Il est démontré, in fine, que le passage d’une étape à une autre répond à des conditions d’accumulation de facteurshiérarchisés.L’étude débouche sur la thèse : les conations de socialisation chez les enseignants d’EPS déterminent le choix des formeset des contenus d’enseignement en sport collectif. / This study concentrates on the conations for teachers of Physical Education (PE), and the elements that can explain thechoice of the content of the teaching of collective sports. At the same time, it indicates, in the choice of content, thedifferent conceptions teachers have of socialisation.The selected theoretical framework associates Weber’s individualistic model (1911) in which individuals manage theiractions in the attempt to get by, and the conative model developed by Bui-Xuân (1993, 1998), in which the inclination toact directed by a system of values will orientate the action of human beings.The method is based on three main, parallel techniques:- An analysis of the scientific and professional literature,- A survey via a questionnaire (n = 280),- Two series of in-depth interviews (before: n = 9 ; after: n = 5).The hypothesis was that the choice of teaching contents with a view to socialisation through the collective sportsdetermine the connective stage where the teacher is.The results reveal five conative stages: stage 1 (emotional), in which teachers, who are not specialists in collective sport,cannot follow a rationale of socialisation as stated in the texts because they are primarily confronted with obstacles tosocialisation; stage 2 (functional), the teachers, who are not specialists in collective sport, refer to the objective ofsocialisation as stated in the texts, making trials and attempting to solicit the students as best they can; stage 3 (technical),the teachers, who are or are not specialists, are convinced that collective sports favour socialisation, and, to achieve this,they impose all the rules (passive socialisation); stage 4 (contextual), the teachers, who are specialists in collective sport,allow students to take the initiative (active socialisation), but this remains under the influence of the context of the sportsclass and of the collective sport in question; finally, stage 5 (expertise and creation), in which the students are an integralpart of their own socialisation (active socialisation) but this is nevertheless placed under the influence of the teachers’educational and pedagogical choices.In the end, it has been shown that the passage from one stage to another depends on the accumulation of ranked factors.The study is leading up to the thesis: the conations of socialisation for the teachers of Physical Education determine thechoice of the forms and the teaching contents in collective sports.

La thèse analyse l’implémentation des nouveaux programmes d’EPS et de SVT au Bénin dans le cadre de la réforme curriculaire selon l’approche par les compétences. Cette question est envisagée selon une approche comparative en termes de transposition didactique. Trois études emboitées structurent le travail empirique. La première caractérise les nouvelles matrices disciplinaires en EPS et en SVT à partir d’une analyse de contenus des documents officiels. La seconde s’intéresse aux points de vue des acteurs impliqués dans cette réforme depuis dix ans (inspecteurs, conseillers pédagogiques, enseignants). La troisième rend-compte, sous couvert de la théorie de l’action conjointe en didactique, des pratiques d’enseignement de 6 enseignants (3 en EPS : basket-ball et 3 en SVT : relations d’exploitation interspécifiques). Les résultats mettent en évidence les contraintes qui pèsent sur la mise en œuvre de ces nouveaux programmes. / This thesis is about the curriculum reform in physical education and biology as implemented in the Republic of Benin. The research is conveyed through a comparative approach and look at the didactical transposition. Three studies are conducted. The first one characterizes from a content analysis of official documents the new disciplinary matrix of the physical education curriculum and the biology curriculum. The second study concerns the discourses held by different actors (supervisors, mentors, and teachers) on the curriculum reform which began ten years ago. The last one is about the teaching practices of 6 teachers (3 in PE teaching basket-ball; 3 in Biology teaching predation and parasitism as inter species relations). The findings highlight the constraints that weight on the ways these new curricula are implemented in classroom.

O problema de pesquisa é investigar se existe relação entre a implantação do Apoio Matricial em SM nas equipes de Saúde da Família no município do Rio Grande e o processo de ampliação da clínica, influenciando na produção de cuidado anti manicomial. A Dissertação se estrutura através de um referencial teórico que aborda: a Política Nacional de Saúde Mental e da Atenção Básica em Saúde (ABS), partindo do processo histórico dos movimentos sociais das Reformas Sanitária e Psiquiátrica; o Projeto Terapêutico Singular como Instrumento de Organização do Processo de Trabalho no âmbito do Apoio Matricial; a Clínica Ampliada é abordada neste estudo como referencia conceitual da tecnologia de apoio matricial; a Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS), nesta perspectiva de ressignificação do processo e trabalho que é o desafio da Educação Permanente em Saúde. No capítulo 3 a metodologia é apresentada através do item Características do Estudo que destaca a natureza desta pesquisa através da autora MINAYO (2010), apresenta a triangulação dos métodos de pesquisa qualitativos e quantitativos. Esta triangulação de métodos é apresentada através de quatro fases de pesquisa: a primeira é a questão histórica da organização do Apoio Matricial no município; a segunda são as Avaliações Anuais de 2007 a 2010 da ESF sobre o processo de trabalho apoio matricial desde a implantação em Rio Grande (RS); a terceira fase de pesquisa, o Banco de Dados das Internações Psiquiátricas: Conhecendo os fluxos de cuidado anti manicomial dos territórios da atenção básica do município do Rio Grande; e a quarta fase, que é a Pesquisa Documental do Processo de Trabalho do Apoio Matricial: Áreas da ESF com maior e menor índice de internação psiquiátrica por habitante. A análise de dados desta pesquisa é realizada através da abordagem hermenêutica-dialética.
