Research subject is the peculiarities of communication skills training of children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities at pre-school age. Hypothesis: the communication between children is stimulated when education goals, tasks, methods and activities meet children communication abilities. Research aim is to analyze the peculiarities of communication education of children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific sources, question airing that allows summarizing the educational experience of specific communication training cases. The research data on the persons under research is provided by special educators of pre-school education institutions. Persons under research – children of pre-school age (4 – 8 years) with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities and moderate and severe speech development. Conclusions. Communication abilities of children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities are of a low level, revealing themselves by active responsive reactions of children into communication initiative, but not with the initiative of children themselves.

The main priority of the family and educational institutes is to help a young person to develop the folloving social skills: self – cognition, self-esteem, communicative skills, ability to make a decision, solve a conflict, ability to control the emotions, overcome the stress, critical and creative thinking.
The most important about educational institute is to focus the educational process on a child, his most important needs ( self – realization, status need, safety ) satisfaction.
The aim of this work is to analyse what is the level of educational institution influence on pupils learning motivation emotional correspondence and social – psychological adjustment.
These are the goald of the word: To summarize methodological, psychological, pedagogical adjustment; to state the emotional correlation of the learning motivation; to find out the cognitive activity, motivation attaining, suspense, rage influence on learning motivation process according to the age groups and sex; describe the social- psychological adaptacion and maladjustment peculiarities and factors, to state the vital correlation links.
The methods used: guestionnaire, guality and guantity, statistic analysis.
The size of the investigation: 167 pupils of the 6- 10 grades and 6 – 10 grades 86 boys. The investigation was performed in Gasciunu and Gatauciu basic school ( Joniskis region).

The documents of Education of Lithuania indicate that the main purpose of education is to guarantee development of human physical, mental and unseen power to be as universal as possible as well as to create conditions for revealing individuality. Seeking for this purpose it is necessary to cognize the human being. Seeking to protect individuality of the leaner, to help in spreading and expression of the features of personality, individual attitude to each human being plays especially important role.
Individualization of the process of teaching is important in teaching each separate subject and especially in teaching technologies, because their basis is comprised of independent activity of schoolchild.

The problem of research: the competence of healthy lifestyle promotion and general abilities.
The aim of research: to evaluate nurses' readiness for the health promotion of patients.
Tasks of research:
1. To carry out a review of human health conception and alternation of nurses' activity .
2. To find out the nurses' attitude towards importance of healthy lifestyle promotion and the level of knowledge while analyzing distinct aspects of healthy lifestyle.
3. To find out nurses' competence to promote patients' healthy lifestyle.
4. To evaluate nurses' lifestyle.
5. To foresee measures for successful promotion of healthy lifestyle.
Methods of research: they are theoretical, empirical, mathematical statistical .
The analysis of literature allows to state that in the Lithuanian Health Program the main attention is given to the coordination and development of health promotion activity in our community, and one of the principal activity spheres becomes the promotion of healthy lifestyle. The competence of an educator (a nurse is in this case) often determines the quality of this work (his/her knowledge, abilities, experience and value attitudes).
The analysis of research data showed that 96 of respondents consider the promotion of healthy lifestyle to be necessary. Pre-primary education is one of the most important factors of early child‘s socialization. Advanced family‘ s attitudes towards pre-primary education determine parents decision either let their child attend a preprimary group or not. Appealing to the empirical research it may be stated that iteraction between parents and an educational institution is not satisfying: parents get little information, collaboration is formal between family and an educational institution. Those parents, who did not give the possibility to their children to participate in pre primary education, realize pre primary education as a social service that is guaranteed by the state. They do not realize the most important function of pre-primary education to get ready a child for a school. Positive changes were made by doing variuos reforms, researches and problem solving reached possitive changes. It is noticed that parents‘ positive attitude towards pre primary education is changing depending on a child‘s participation in it: parents of pre- primary and primary students assess pre-primary education more positive than those parents whose children do not attend a pre- primary group. Consequently, organization of pre- primary education is rather fluent, its content satisfy parents partialy. Parents think that an educational institution is a social partner. Es wurde auch gehofft, die Meinung der Mitarbeiter dieser Anstalten und unabhängiger Experten über weitere Perspektive behinderter Jugend zu erfahren und sie mit den Meinung von Mitarbeitern der Zenter zu vergleichen.
Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist, Strategiepläne für die Vorbereitung des Modells für Organisa-

The study was made using the technique of standardised written interview and narrative method; it revealed the perspective of social participation in the community of comprehensive school by the disabled. Teachers of Siauliai town and district comprehensive schools, teaching Ethics and the Lithuanian language to primary and basic forms took part in the questioning. The study helped to disclose how the contents of education is conveyed to pupils, if social participation of the disabled is induced in the community of a school, and what is the teachers’ opinion about making “a school for everybody”. Teachers’ opinion, attitude and persuasion was analysed in respect of the disabled.
