The Prague Research Institute owns an self-developed algorithm (so-called 'Castell-fact-algorithm'), which is able to factorize unlimited large integers in an elegant and fast way.
Because the experts are ignoring our information about it or even contradicting this fact (saying, 'it is not possible'), we hereby file subsequently another fast-developed, small algorithm as a 'teaser' (the so-called 'Tietken-Castell-Prime-Algorithm'), which can demonstrate the simple, efficient and creative operating principles of the Prague Research Institute. We call this Tietken-Castell-Prime-Algorithm 'creative', because it does not really create and identify prime numbers (at this assignment we are still working), but reach the same effect by a simple indirect procedure: With the assistence of a self-constructing and accumulating register (the so-called 'Tietken-Castell-register') prime numbers can also be a) created as well as b) identified and even big numbers, as far as they are already registered can practically be 'factorized' by reading out their prime-factors inside the register.

La propuesta del modelo de negocio de tipo B2B, propone la implementación de una plataforma
Factoring apoyada en herramientas para la identidad digital auto gestionada en entidades financieras no
bancarias como Cooperativas, cajas municipales y financieras, teniendo como usuarios a las Pequeñas y
medianas empresas (Pyme) en el Perú. El Factoring es un servicio financiero cuya presencia se ha ido
incrementando hace aproximadamente 5 años, en la etapa inicial del análisis realizado, que consta de
ocho capítulos, se observa que actualmente es ofrecida por entidades bancarias con mayor presencia en
sectores económicos grandes y corporativos; sin embargo, esta herramienta financiera no cuenta con
presencia significativa en productos de crédito utilizados por las Mipyme, sector con altos
requerimientos de liquidez inmediata para la continuidad operativa a corto plazo.
Posteriormente, se analizó el nivel de requerimiento de la propuesta de valor, con la ayuda de
entrevistas realizadas a ejecutivos en distintas entidades financieras no bancarias, además de encuestas
a empresarios Mipyme, es así, que el uso y aplicación de la metodología Piscina Lab ayudó en la
búsqueda de una posible solución que tenga un impacto relevante en las organizaciones del segmento
seleccionado, determinando la inexistencia de un producto similar al modelo de negocio propuesto. Por
lo que, el uso de la herramienta Business Model Canvas asistió para la determinación de la viabilidad,
sostenibilidad y escalabilidad, lo cual sostiene la base de la hipótesis para validar la deseabilidad del
modelo de negocio, estructurado en los planes de mercadeo, operaciones, inversión, financiero y el
resultado de los experimentos empleados. Finalmente, la investigación presenta la relevancia social de
la propuesta, concluyendo en que la difusión del uso de esta herramienta, mediante las entidades
financieras no bancarias, ofrece soluciones inmediatas en un sector de vital importancia para la
economía del país, fomentando la formalización y el incremento de empleo en el sector. / The proposal of the B2B-type business model proposes the implementation of a Factoring
platform supported by tools for self-managed digital identity in non-bank financial entities such as
Cooperatives, municipal and financial savings banks, having as users Small and medium-sized companies
(SMEs) in Peru. Factoring is a financial service whose presence has been increasing approximately 5
years ago, In the initial stage of the analysis carried out, which consists of eight chapters, it is observed
that it is currently offered by banking entities with a greater presence in large and corporate economic
sectors; However, this financial tool does not have a significant presence in credit products used by
SMEs, a sector with high immediate liquidity requirements for short-term operational continuity.
Subsequently, the level of requirement of the value proposition was analyzed, with the help of
interviews carried out with executives in different non-bank financial entities, in addition to surveys of
SME entrepreneurs, thus, the use and application of the Pool Lab methodology helped in the search for
a possible solution that has a relevant impact on the organizations of the selected segment, determining
the non-existence of a product similar to the proposed business model, Therefore, the use of the
Business Model Canvas tool assisted in the determination of viability, sustainability and scalability,
which supports the basis of the hypothesis to validate the desirability of the business model, structured
in the marketing plans, operations, investment, financial and the result of the experiments employed.
Finally, the research presents the social relevance of the proposal, concluding that the
dissemination of the use of this tool, through non-bank financial entities, offers immediate solutions in a
sector of vital importance for the country's economy, promoting formalization and increased
employment in the sector.

Previous issue date: 2016-03-17 / This paper aims at the analysis of the legal concept of financial institution, and at the analysis of the activity of credit intermediation intrinsic to it, taking into consideration the existence of two legal concepts, contained in the article 17 of Law 4.595/64 and article 1º of Law 7.492/86, whose composition it´s abstruse and would cause a inadequate conclusions. Only by applying the correct delimitation of the financial institution´s legal concept, it will provide the necessary safety on the suitable application of the legal framework designed to the financial institutions, in order to protect the private investments. Its aim is also the appreciation of limit activities, especially the ones related to factoring, credit card administrators, exchange and derivatives contracts, besides pointing at the objectives and intents of the creation of a legal regime for financial institutions / A presente dissertação consiste na análise do conceito jurídico de instituição financeira e, com isso, igualmente na análise da atividade de intermediação de crédito que lhe é privativa, levando-se em consideração a existência de dois conceitos legais, definidos no art. 17 da Lei 4.595/64 e art. 1º da Lei 7.492/86, cujas redações são tortuosas e levariam a conclusões inadequadas. Previous issue date: 2016 / The aim of this research is to empirically test if the working capital management adopted by multinational companies can be altered in foreign market entries of complex countries like Brazil. Based on the results of a survey of 182 companies in the electro-electronics and machinery sectors in Brazil, tests were conducted to analyze the correlation between the decisions of companies to use factoring with psychic distance and elapsed time of operation in Brazil. Results led to a higher propensity in the use of factoring as an alternative tool for short-term financing by multinationals companies with a greater psychic distance and with less elapsed time of operation in Brazil. Research on international business suggest that greater psychic distance of multinationals companies increase the uncertainty and risks avoidance, thus leading to a higher demand in cash holdings. Depending on the elapsed time of operation in the foreign market, psychic distance can be shortened through a process of organizational learning / O objetivo desta pesquisa é testar empiricamente se a gestão de capital de giro adotada pelas empresas multinacionais em outros países se altera na internacionalização em países complexos como o Brasil. Baseado nas respostas a um questionário obtido de uma amostra de 182 empresas do setor eletroeletrônico, elétrico, e de máquinas e equipamentos do Brasil, testes foram conduzidos para encontrar correlação na decisão de uso de cessão de direitos creditórios com a distância psíquica e o tempo de experiência dessas empresas no Brasil. Resultados apontam a maior propensão no uso de cessão de direitos creditórios como ferramenta alternativa de financiamento de curto prazo pelas empresas multinacionais sediadas em países mais distantes psiquicamente e com menor tempo de experiência no Brasil. Estudos sobre finanças internacionais indicam que uma maior distância psíquica das empresas multinacionais aumenta a aversão a incertezas e riscos, e, logo, a necessidade de manutenção de maiores níveis de caixa. Dependendo do tempo de experiência das empresas no mercado estrangeiro, a distância psíquica pode ser minimizada por meio de um processo de aprendizagem organizacional.

The main objective of the diploma work was to analyze possibilities of export financing of chosen enterprise subject and to suggest optimal solution. Partial target was to draw up strategy of export support forms, export services and supportive programs for selected enterprise. Subject of this work is company FARMTEC, a. s., active in production of agricultural technology and its sale on Czech and foreign markets. Investment loan, overdraft financing and supplier credit are the prevailing sources of financing used by this company. As well cooperation with companies EGAP, ČEB and CzechTrade is maintained. Financing product TOP Export II offered by Česká spořitelna is found as the best solution for company FARMTEC, a. s. It comprises factoring financing. Further it is recommended to use a new against-crisis product currently offered by EGAP. It is proposed to present company in official address book of Czech export companies offered by CzechTrade.

Accounting terms are very important for every company in the sphere of company finance, accounting terms are claims and accounts payable. The aim of this work was detailed description of claims, then show the control system of the claims of ENVIRO-EKOANALYTIKA and propose improvements to the existing claims management system. The main reasons why claims come into existence are business relations, but they can be caused by provided deposits, loans and bank credits. Claims from business relations are necessary parts of belongings, because every businessman needs goods and services from others. A company can analyse high earnings and profit in accounting but his financial resources can be essentially different. For a company is very important to have a sufficient number of financial resources and to this a company ensures of claims and then restricts entrepreneurial risk. The ensuring of claims means that contractual partner is obliged to realise his account payable. General forms to ensure claims are for example: penal clause, liability, acknowledge a debt, bank quarantee or altitude of debt. We can divide claims in risk claims and abandoned claims. During trading a lot of profits are formed, these profits can be evoked by for example: political or economical events, announcing a financial insolvency or natural catastrophe. Between the most frequent cause of risk claims are mainly the absence of morality in business relations. If the payment of claim is not done until fixed date, the claim gets the bad debt. The only way how to anticipate abandoned claims is, that busines men do not let them come into existence. The proceedings also include claims recovery. The main objective of recovery is to get customers to pay, and as early as possible. Most companies use a standard procedure for recovery, which includes telephone reminders, terminating the supply of credit, written reminders, the transmission of judicial or extrajudicial recovery.
