A investiga??o se d? em di?logo com autores brasileiros, como Brand?o (2012), Duarte (2012), Matos (2012), Haswani (2013) e Bucci (2014), tendo, ainda, como base te?rica os estudos de Habermas (2003) e Z?mor (1995), refer?ncias mundiais no assunto. A partir dessa sustenta??o intelectual, o trabalho exp?e as especificidades que caracterizam e separam os sistemas de radiodifus?o privado, p?blico e estatal, sobretudo no aspecto ?programa??o?. Nesse cen?rio, apresenta-se o Estudo de Caso que analisa um programa jornal?stico da R?dio Universit?ria FM de Natal, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Para atingir os objetivos, o estudo qualitativo de car?ter descritivo utiliza as pesquisas bibliogr?fica e documental; aplica??o de question?rio e de entrevista estruturada com quest?es abertas junto aos sujeitos respons?veis pelo programa no per?odo compreendido entre agosto de 2015 e fevereiro de 2017; al?m da audi??o de cinco edi??es do programa por meio de grava??es. A an?lise de conte?do tem como fundamenta??o os princ?pios universalidade, diversidade, independ?ncia e diferencia??o, propostos pela Organiza??o das Na??es Unidas para Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Cultura (UNESCO, 2001) como caracterizadores de um ve?culo de radiodifus?o p?blica. Os quatro crit?rios foram reunidos e interpretados de forma a dar corpo a uma metodologia de avalia??o do car?ter p?blico da radiodifus?o jornal?stica no Brasil. Os dados coletados apontam para uma programa??o que preza pela veracidade dos fatos e pela pluralidade de vozes, apesar da falta de intera??o da equipe com o ouvinte; confere visibilidade ?s manifesta??es culturais, mas de forma discreta e pouco efetiva; apresenta uma car?ncia no aprofundamento de assuntos pol?micos e na promo??o do debate de ideias; repete temas e abordagens encontrados em emissoras privadas sem conferir experimenta??o e originalidade ao conte?do. A pesquisa inferiu ainda que a participa??o da comunidade acad?mica como fonte de informa??o qualificada ? expressiva, mas a equipe age com autonomia em rela??o ?s autoridades p?blicas e ao mercado. Por fim, pretende-se contribuir com uma reflex?o sobre o papel de uma emissora custeada com recursos p?blicos inserida em um contexto universit?rio e com sugest?es para aperfei?oar e fortalecer o trabalho jornal?stico em um canal p?blico. / This thesis analyzes Public Communication as an instrument for building citizenship, popular emancipation and commitment to social issues, differentiating the expression of other forms of communication funded with public resources. The research is done in dialogue with Brazilian authors, such as Brand?o (2012), Duarte (2012), Matos (2012), Haswani (2013) and Bucci (2014). It also has, as a theoretical basis, the studies of Habermas (2003) and Z?mor (1995), world references on the subject. Based on this intellectual support, the work presents the specificities that characterize and separate the private, public and state broadcasting systems, especially in the "programming" aspect. In this scenario, we present the Case Study that analyzes a journalistic program of R?dio Universit?ria FM de Natal, of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. To reach the objectives, the qualitative study of a descriptive character uses bibliographical and documentary research; application of questionnaire and structured interview with open questions with the subjects responsible for the program in the period between August 2015 and February 2017; In addition to the auditioning of five program editions through recordings. The content analysis is based on the principles of universality, diversity, independence and differentiation, as proposed by the United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO, 2001) as the characterization of a public broadcasting vehicle. The four criteria were gathered and interpreted to form a methodology for evaluating the public character of journalistic broadcasting in Brazil. The collected data point to a programming that values the truthfulness of the facts and the plurality of voices, despite the lack of interaction of the team with the listener; gives visibility to cultural manifestations, but in a discreet and not very effective way; presents a lack of deepening of controversial issues and of the promotion of the debate of ideas; repeats themes and approaches found in private broadcasters without giving experimentation and originality to content. The research also inferred that the participation of the academic community as a source of qualified information is expressive, but the team of the newspaper acts with autonomy in relation to the public authorities and to the market. Finally, it intends to contribute with a reflection on the role of a broadcaster funded with public resources inserted into a university context and with suggestions to improve and strengthen the journalistic work in a public channel.

Tendo em vista o contexto da pesquisa e por se tratar de uma institui??o p?blica, fez-se a revis?o bibliogr?fica sobre Administra??o P?blica, enfatizando os princ?pios basilares expressos na Constitui??o Federal de 1988 e o modelo gerencial, bem como sobre gest?o de processos e produ??o enxuta. Optou-se pela abordagem qualitativa, sendo a pesquisa um recorte de um Projeto maior que est? em execu??o na referida Coordena??o, cuja finalidade ? melhorar os processos de tramita??o de projetos acad?micos. Para coleta de dados, fez-se uso de grupo focal para identificar os desperd?cios do processo na percep??o dos usu?rios, workshop sobre processos, para construir o fluxo e observa??o participante durante a reuni?o de an?lise do processo juntamente com a equipe de trabalho. A an?lise dos dados qualitativos ocorreu ap?s as transcri??es dos ?udios do grupo focal e da reuni?o de an?lise de processos. Foi realizada atrav?s de conte?do categorial, com o aux?lio do software NVivo?. Os principais resultados encontrados foram: o desperd?cio Espera e o Princ?pio da Efici?ncia, al?m de serem os mais incidentes no fluxo, possuem uma rela??o direta entre si, sendo que a espera tamb?m tem origem nas exig?ncias legais do processo, em atendimento ao Princ?pio da Legalidade. Contudo, observou-se que pode ser reduzida. Verificou-se que o Princ?pio da Legalidade ? um fator limitador para interven??o no fluxo e, nesse contexto, o desperd?cio gerado por Excesso de Processamento, que provoca Espera, Movimento Desnecess?rio e Transporte, torna-se necess?rio para atender ao referido Princ?pio. Constatou-se que h? necessidade de integra??o e outras melhorias nos sistemas para melhorar a efici?ncia do processo. Al?m disso, identificou-se que as etapas Cadastramento e Setor de Minutas s?o as que concentram o maior n?mero de problemas no fluxo e as constantes altera??es nos entendimentos legais foram citadas por todos os sujeitos da pesquisa, demonstrando que se trata de um ponto cr?tico a ser trabalhado pela gest?o. Espera-se que os resultados obtidos possam direcionar as a??es de melhorias dos processos de tramita??o de projetos acad?micos para cumprimento dos Princ?pios da Administra??o P?blica, bem como auxiliar no desenvolvimento de outros trabalhos acad?micos. / This work aims to analyze the waste in the flow of the process related to the processing of academic projects, in the Coordination of Agreements and Contracts of the Pro-Rectory of Planning and General Coordination of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in light of the principles of Administration Public, expressed in the caput of Art. 37 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, and of the Lean Production. Considering the context of the research and because it is a public institution, the bibliographic review was done on Public Administration, emphasizing the basic principles expressed in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the managerial model, as well as on the process management and on the lean production. The qualitative approach and the action research method were chosen, with the research being a cut-off of a larger Project that is being implemented in the said Coordination, whose purpose is to improve the processes of processing academic projects. For data collection, a process workshop and a focus group were used to identify the waste of the process in the client's perception, to build the flow and the participant observation during the process analysis meeting together with the work team. The analysis of the qualitative data occurred after the transcriptions of the audios of the focal group and the meeting of process analysis. It was done through categorical content, with the aid of NVivo? software. The main results were: the Waste of Waiting and the Efficiency Principle, besides being the most incidents in the flow, have a direct relationship between them, being that the wait also originates in the legal requirements of the process, in compliance with the Legality Principle. However, it has been observed that it can be reduced. It has been found that the Legality Principle is a limiting factor for intervention in the flow and, in this context, the waste generated by Excess Processing, which causes Waiting, Unnecessary Motion and Transporting, becomes necessary to comply with the aforesaid Principle. It was found that there is a need for integration and other improvements in the systems to improve the process efficiency. In addition, it was identified that the stages of Registration and Contract Sector are those that concentrate the greatest number of problems in the flow and the constant changes in legal understandings were cited by all the subjects of the research, demonstrating that this is a critical point to management. Thus, it was verified that the great challenge of the public institutions is to reconcile their characteristics and norms to a greater efficiency in the services provided. It is hoped that the results obtained will lead the actions of improvements in the processes of academic projects to comply with the principles of Public Administration, expressed in the Federal Constitution of 1988, as well as to assist in the development of other academic works.

It presents the conceptualization of the process and also the management process, its importance for the organizations, as well as the methodologies which are used for the implantation of this management model. It emphasizes the change in the managerial model adopted by the Brazilian government in quest for the effective usage of public resources, evinced by the following actions: the creation of the GESP?BLICA, the institutionalization of the service letter for citizens and the Electronic National Program. It was adopted, in this study, the delineation of the field research due to the insertion of the researcher in the study environment. The research has as its objective the accomplishment of the buying process modeling, as well as the formalization of the main activities of the process. The results have contributed to improve the efficiency of the researched process with actions to correct flaws detected throughout the study stage.

Duarte e Chaparro discutem a rela??o entre Jornalismo Empresarial, Rela??es P?blicas e Assessoria de Imprensa. O conjunto de informa??es presentes nesse trabalho apresenta um diagn?stico de como t?m ocorrido a Comunica??o Institucional na UFRN. E como progn?stico, apresentamos a proposta de um Plano de Comunica??o tendo como foco principal a implanta??o de uma Rede Integrada de Comunica??o Institucional. O referido Plano foi elaborado ap?s a an?lise de todas as informa??es coletadas e analisadas ao longo da pesquisa. / This study aims to understand how has occurred Institutional Communications in the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. This is an event study in an exploratory feature way, involving bibliographical research, and survey information from the study subjects. The research instrument, semi-structured interview itinerary was used, and the data collected in the field research were processed, and coded to perform a comparative thematic analysis. Managers were heard from the Escola Agricola de Jundia?, Faculdade de Cadencies do Trairi, Centro de Ensino Superior do Serid? (CERES) in Currais Novos and from the CERES in Caic? and radio and TV medium professionals in the cities of Santa Cruz, Currals Novos and Caic?. In the Campus Central of the UFRN were interviewed managers and professionals of the Superintendence of Communication, and a survey of the press office. To improve the comprehension of the communication within organizations, we search theoretical support in studies of Torquato who presents the communication as a way of social integration, John Curvello understands Organizational Communication as a complex context, Oliveira, introduces the perspective of Organizational Communication as a field of study of interfaces in many areas of knowledge. Duarte and Chaparro discuss the relationship between Business Journalism, Public Relations and Press Office. The set of information provided in this paper presents a diagnosis of how has been the Institutional Communications in the UFRN. And as prognosis, we present the proposal for a Communication Plan focusing mainly on the implementation of a Institutional Communications Integrated Network. We bear the absence of an institutional communication plan the University and the consequent lack of integration in mind, despite there is no effective action to integrate the various UFRN campi. This Plan was developed after analysis of all information collected and analyzed during the research.

A pesquisa visou contribuir tamb?m para o atendimento ? Lei do SINAES, que pela primeira vez a partir do ano de 2004, incorporou o egresso no processo de avalia??o institucional, identificando-o como importante fonte de informa??es para avalia??o da qualidade das institui??es. A revis?o bibliogr?fica foi centrada em documentos legais que tratam do egresso e trabalhos de autores que desenvolveram estudos sobre esse tema, al?m de pesquisas j? realizadas sobre egressos de Institui??es de Ensino Superior (IES) e sua inser??o profissional. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e visando atingir seus objetivos foi realizada coleta dados atrav?s da aplica??o um question?rio online, destinado aos egressos da FACISA diplomados no per?odo de 2011 a 2014.1, objetivando caracterizar o perfil do egresso absorvido pelo mercado de trabalho, bem como suas percep??es sobre os fatores que facilitaram ou dificultaram esse acesso. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que 78% dos respondentes est?o trabalhando, entretanto, destes, 67% est?o trabalhando em suas ?reas de forma??o enquanto que 11% est?o exercendo atividades profissionais fora da ?rea em que se formaram, na maioria dos casos o motivo atribu?do ao fato de n?o estar atuando na ?rea s?o as poucas oportunidades de emprego na ?rea e a baixa remunera??o o que coincide com os fatores apontados como principais dificultados da inser??o profissional. Um percentual consider?vel (22%) informou n?o estar trabalhando e o principal motivo atribu?do para essa situa??o foi o fato de estar estudando para concurso p?blico visando melhores oportunidades. Identificamos que no geral os egressos est?o satisfeitos com os v?rios aspectos da forma??o analisados na pesquisa e em contraposi??o a isso fazem uma avalia??o bastante negativa do mercado tanto local como nacional. De modo geral tanto a institui??o quanto os cursos ofertados pela FACISA obtiveram uma avalia??o bastante positiva, tamb?m foi avaliada de modo satisfat?rio a rela??o entre a forma??o recebida e as exig?ncias do mercado. Quanto aos fatores facilitadores os mais apontados pelos egressos foram o reconhecimento da universidade e os conhecimentos te?ricos adquiridos. / This work had as main objective to conduct a study with the graduates of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi (FACISA-UFRN), in order to meet the profile of the former student of FACISA and their insertion in the labour market. The research aimed to contribute also to the compliance with the SINAES Law, which for the first time, from the year 2004, incorporated the former student on institutional assessment process, identifying it as an important source of information for assessing the quality of the institutions. The literature review was centered on legal documents dealing with former student and works of authors who developed studies on this topic, as well as previous studies on graduates of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and their employability. This study was a descriptive research and to achieve their goals was performed collects data by applying an online questionnaire, designed for graduates of FACISA graduates in the period 2011 to 2014.1. At the end of the collection it was reached 79.27 % return of questionnaires and these data processed in SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences).The survey results showed that 78% of respondents are working. Of this total, 67% are working in their areas while 11% are exercising professional activities outside the area who have graduated. The reasons most frequently reported as responsible for the fact that they were not working in the area are the few job opportunities in the graduated area with 36% and the low pay with 22%, which agrees with the factors pointed to as major difficulties employability. A considerable percentage of respondents (22%) were reported not to be working and the main cause attributed to this situation was the fact that they are studying for public tender in search of better opportunities. We identify that, overall, graduates are satisfied with the various aspects of training such as research analyzed, theoretical knowledge, training obtained, campus location, among others. In contrast, the graduates make a rather negative assessment of the market, both local and national. In general, both the institution and the courses offered by FACISA obtained a very positive evaluation, likewise, the relationship between the training received and the requirements of the market achieved a satisfactory percentage. As for facilitating factors, the most reported by graduates were the recognition of the university in society and the theoretical knowledge acquired. Based on data from this study , we can infer that undergraduate courses FACISA are well solidified , as evidenced by the highly positive assessment made of the course and other aspects, and also the professional integration process of its graduates be considered good despite the difficulties linked to the labor market.

O p?blico alvo da pesquisa constituiu-se de todos os docentes, t?cnicos administrativos, terceirizados e bolsistas de apoio t?cnico da UFRN/Campus de Currais Novos, totalizando 88 colaboradores, sendo 38 docentes, 21 t?cnicos administrativos, 10 terceirizados e 19 s?o bolsistas de apoio t?cnico. A pesquisa de campo teve como locus o Campus de Currais Novos, e a coleta dos dados ocorreu no per?odo de 25 de setembro a 14 de outubro de 2014. Os resultados encontrados revelaram o clima organizacional positivo, o negativo, o predominante e sugest?es de mudan?as na organiza??o pesquisada com rela??o aos fatores do clima. A t?tulo de contribui??o com a UFRN e considerando os objetivos de um mestrado profissional, os resultados deste estudo diagn?stico ser?o apresentados ? dire??o do CERES para que sejam utilizados como mais uma ferramenta a possibilitar poss?veis a??es e ajustes no modelo de gest?o de pessoas no Campus de Currais Novos. / This research aimed to diagnose the Organizational Environment from Campus Currais Novos, taking notice to elaborate a technical report which can serve as management tool for policy and practical decisions about people management, from the perception of those who answered and also looking back to the institution. A descriptive qualitative and quantitative study was chosen, using Martins (2008) elaborated and validated Organizational Environment Scale (OES) as gathering tool, with four additional open questions. This tool intends to dimension the Organizational Environment from server's perception, observing a five elements scale: organization and manager support, acknowledgment, physical comfort, command/stress and colleagues cohesion. All servers from researched institution are part of target audience, in a totalizing 88; of which 38 are instructors, 21 are administrative technicians, 10 are outsourced and 19 are support technician trainees. Camp research happened at Currais Novos campus and data collection was online, from September 25, 2014 to October 14, 2014, with a 96.5% server?s response rate. Results have found an average environment with negative trend, with an overall average of 2.91; the lowest rate was physical comfort with an average of 2.66, directing to a negative perception about human resources development and organization care to its servers. The element found as prevalent from experienced environment for those who answered at Currais Novos campus, was colleagues cohesion element, with an average rate of 3.61, revealing sense of cohesion between servers that may have positive influence in aggregate work process. In the end, results achieved with research allowed to diagnose that Organizational Environment at Currais Novos campus, from servers viewpoint of all working categories and service time, shows average with negative trend pointing that none of the elements represents relevance or importance to researched institution. Based in environment diagnose, as a contribution and considering it as one of professional Master's degree goals, a technical report was elaborated to be presented to Centro de Ensino Superior do Serid? (CERES) direction so that it can be used as a tool that can enable eventual actions and adjustments in human resources management at Currais Novos campus.

Por fim, considerou-se que os objetivos deste trabalho foram alcan?ados e que a proposta apresenta viabilidade do ponto de vista econ?mico e operacional. / This work aims to contribute to the improvement of the organizational socialization process at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) by submitting a proposal for a virtual introductory course to public service and to UFRN, intended for administrative technician servers newcomers. This is an exploratory case study with a qualitative approach, supported by documentary and bibliographical research and for the application in that university. The present proposal is supported by the relevant federal legislation to people management establishing the permanent development of public servants according decrees 5707 and 5825, both 2006. It supports up also in Training Program and Improvement of UFRN, established in 2012, which determines actions aimed at organizational socialization of new servers. To achieve the objective of this work, was conducted bibliographic research about people management in the public service, organizational socialization and information and communication technologies. It was also conducted empirical research through semi structured questionnaire was applied inorder to identify the profile of the administrative technician servers, admitted in 2014 and their perception about the organizational socialization process of UFRN. The survey results showed that the participant sample is represented by servers, for the most part, highly qualified, above that required for the position, predominantly male servers with academic background, work experience in the public sector and whose age is relatively young, between 25 and 35 years. It was found also through the perception of participating servers, the existence of instructional gaps with respect to guidance on the public service, the role of the server and the function to which they are assigned. From these results and taking as a guideline the Federal Decree 5.825 / 2006 was drawn up the proposal of the said course, whose content contains general notions about public service, on the role of public server on the UFRN and the function to be performed. Finally, it was considered that the objectives were attained and that the proposal has economic and operational feasibility.

A an?lise envolveu 12 programas e 12 mat?rias veiculados no per?odo de 2009 a 2014. Os resultados da pesquisa permitiram constatar que a amostra das not?cias apresentadas no programa sugere que os assuntos agendados s?o, em sua maioria, de interesse p?blico e valor social, mas carecem de mais contextualiza??o, profundidade e pluralidade de fontes. Quanto aos resultados, observa-se que a elevada demanda revelou-se uma dificuldade generalizada em todos os servi?os estudados, refletindo um aumento no numero de pessoas buscando aten??o psicologia e poucos psic?logos no servi?o p?blico que atendam tal demanda. Entretanto, em rela??o ? estrutura f?sica, observa-se uma semelhan?a de condi??es, ou seja, um satisfat?rio atendimento ?s necessidades. A preval?ncia de uma forte hegemonia da psicoterapia individual sinaliza que a oferta de servi?os n?o contempla a diversidade de possibilidades do campo psi. Por outro lado, a procura por essa modalidade de atendimento se destaca, o que se deve, em parte, ao imagin?rio ainda prevalente em rela??o ?s atividades do psic?logo, mesmo que in?meras mudan?as tenham exigido uma redefini??o das habilidades e compet?ncias desenvolvidas ao longo da forma??o profissional. Sugere-se, assim, a proposi??o de espa?os de discuss?o que, sistematicamente, informem e aproximem os que integram os Servi?os Escola e, potencialmente, possam subsidiar a amplia??o da quantidade e qualidade da oferta de cuidados. / The Psychology School Services are linked to the creation and regulation of the Psychology course and have been, over the years, the main space of practices in the process of training the psychologist, aiming to fulfill, since its birth, a double objective: to subsidize the students and serve the community. From the National Curricular Guidelines for undergraduate courses in Psychology, the School Services are called to expand their action in order to meet a demand that is constantly growing and to adapt to changes in training. The present research had the objective of analyzing the Service of Applied Psychology - SEPA of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, based on a descriptive, cross - sectional and comparative study that sought to relate data about the functioning of School Services in the various regions of the country , in order to identify gaps and to base a discussion on the need and possibility of changes conducive to improvements. For the production of information, a simultaneous mixed approach or multi-method was used, which used systematic observation, documentary analysis, database consultation and interviews. Regarding the results, it is observed that the high demand was a generalized difficulty in all the Services studied, reflecting an increase in the number of people seeking psychology attention and few psychologists in the public service that meet such demand. However, in relation to the physical structure, there is a similarity of conditions, that is, a satisfactory service to the needs. The prevalence of a strong hegemony of individual psychotherapy indicates that the service offer does not contemplate the diversity of possibilities of the psi field. On the other hand, the demand for this mode of care stands out, which is due, in part, to the imaginary still prevalent in relation to the activities of the psychologist, even though numerous changes have required a redefinition of the skills and competences developed during the training professional. It can be concluded that, in general, there is an attachment to theoretical models crystallized, not being clear the scope of the term "Psychology Service", as well as, a certain lack of knowledge and / or distance from the curricular guidelines of the psychology course. Starting from these shortcomings, a fragility was perceived in the School Service, even considering its importance for the formation of the future psychologist. It is suggested, therefore, the proposal of spaces for discussion that systematically inform and bring together those who make up the School Services and, potentially, can subsidize the expansion of the quantity and quality of care provision.

E o IRaMuTeQ identificou tr?s classes: Agentes da Orienta??o Acad?mica / Funcionamento da Orienta??o Acad?mica / O Papel do Docente Universit?rio. Tais categorias e classes revelaram a rela??o entre o que est? prescrito e o que ? praticado na orienta??o acad?mica nos Cursos de Gradua??o Presenciais do CCSA/UFRN. O que permitiu concluir que: a orienta??o acad?mica ? um processo hist?rico institu?do desde 1975 pela Resolu??o 110/75-CONSEPE, de 19 de setembro de 1975, contrariando, assim, o pressuposto institucional de sua inexist?ncia, revelada pelo documento ?Indicadores Acad?micos da Expans?o na UFRN ? An?lise e Encaminhamentos?; a exist?ncia de um movimento identit?rio entre o que ? o fazer do docente universit?rio prescrito na norma e as exig?ncias para atuar no ensino superior no cen?rio atual; bem como, a exist?ncia de elementos de planejamento que podem ser somados ?s sugest?es dos participantes para a constru??o de a??es de interven??o para melhorias dos cursos, o que configura esse trabalho como uma disserta??o diagn?stica. / Considering the importance of academic advising process on the improvement of the results achieved by undergraduate courses at UFRN, it was sought to analyse academic advising practices as they actually happen at CCSA/UFRN in comparison to what was prescribed for this process in UFRN regulation. In order to do so, we interviewed seven course coordinators and nine academic advisors, representing, thus, all CCSA presential undergraduate courses. The information treatment was performed through the content analysis of Bardin (2011) and the IRaMuTeQ Software. Content analysis revealed the categories: University Teaching / Academic Advising / Academic Management. And IRaMuTeQ identified three classes: Academic Advising Agents / Academic Advising Operation / The Role of University Teachers. These categories and classes revealed the relationship between what is prescribed and what is practiced in the academic advising in the CCSA / UFRN presential undergraduate courses. This led to the conclusion that: academic advising is a historical process established since 1975 by Resolu??o 110/75-CONSEPE [a resolution by UFRN legislative body] of 19 of September 1975, contradicting so the institutional presupposition of its non-existence, revealed by the document "Indicadores Acad?micos da Expans?o na UFRN ? An?lise e Encaminhamentos". Also that there is an identity movement between the role of the university professor prescribed in the norm and the requirements to act in higher education in the current scenario. As well as, there are planning elements that might be added to the participants? suggestions for elaboration of intervention actions for courses improvement, which configures this work as a diagnostic dissertation.
