Agility en Carac, Huaral / Proposal for improvement in the Supply Chain of Hass Avocado production using SC. Agility in Carac, Huaral

Paredes Robalino, Sebastian Omar, Guzmán Marcó, Angelo Fernando 04 August 2021 (has links)
This research work is focused on the value chain of the international sale of Hass avocado from the production obtained from the city of Carac, Huaral with the purpose that the farmers of this area can obtain greater economic income. Within the area, a census was carried out and it was obtained as a result that 12 of the 13 farmers sell their product directly to a broker. In addition, the entire flow of the sale was obtained, from the purchase of raw materials to the shipment of the avocado internationally. Due to the result, it was possible to identify the processes that farmers carry out and which ones are carried out by the broker. In order for the broker not to perform all the functions of the flow, it was proposed that farmers have greater processes in charge, such as transport and export, in this way the broker would become a "sales agent”. A pilot test was carried out in an LCL container, and its profitability was 100 dollars In conclusion, the processes will be divided into 3 stages: Purchasing, Transportation and Export. The broker will be in charge of achieving international sales and he will now buy the avocados from the farmers at a higher cost, resulting in an increase of S / 1.05 per Kg by the farmers. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional

The Language of Ethical Encounter: Levinas, Otherness, and Contemporary Poetry

Schwartz, Melissa Rachel 18 July 2017 (has links)
According to philosopher, Emmanuel Levinas, alterity can exist only in its infinite and fluid nature in which the aspects of it that exceed the human ability to fully understand it remain unthematized in language. Levinas sees the encounter between self and other as the moment that instigates ethical responsibility, a moment so vital to avoiding mastering what is external to oneself that it should replace Western philosophy’s traditional emphasis on being as philosophy’s basis, or “First Philosophy.” Levinas’s conceptualization of language as a fluid, non-mastering saying, which one must continually re-enliven against a congealing and mastering said, is at the heart of his ethical project of relating to the other of alterity with ethical responsibility, or proximity. The imaginative poetic language that some contemporary poetry enacts, resonates with Levinas’s ethical motivations and methods for responding to alterity. The following project investigates facets of this question in relation to Levinas: how do the contemporary poets Peter Blue Cloud, Jorie Graham, Joy Harjo, and Robert Hass use poetic language uniquely to engage with alterity in an ethical way, thus allowing it to retain its mystery and infinite nature? I argue that by keeping language alive in a way similar to a Levinasian saying, which avoids mastering otherness by attending to its uniqueness and imaginatively engaging with it, they enact an ethical response to alterity. As a way of unpacking these ideas, this inquiry will investigate the compelling, if unsettled, convergence in the work of Levinas and that of Blue Cloud, Graham, Harjo, and Hass by unfolding a number of Levinasian-informed close readings of major poems by these writers as foregrounding various forms of Levinasian saying. / Ph. Equipment for Accelerated Vibration Testing / Utrustning för Accelererad Vibrationstestning

Hideblad, Daniel January 2017 (has links)
The increasing complexity with the decrease in size of EEE – components (Electronic, electric and electromagnetic) raises the question on how higher energy frequencies will affect the components and their continuous development. The most common vibration testing equipment currently in use within the automotive industry and SCANIA CV AB are the electrodynamic shaker (ED system). This thesis covers the characteristics of different vibration testing equipment while analysing their strengths and weaknesses, not only for the automotive industry but also including equipment more commonly handled within the aero and space industry. The project aims to find a complement for the ED system and study the possibility for its replacement in the automotive industry. In particular, experiments are carried out and documented on a so-called “Repeatable shaker system” (RS system) for the purpose to get a better understanding on the functions of the equipment and its overall differences compared to the electrodynamic system when it comes to random vibration testing. It became clear that complementing or replacing the ED system is difficult and that the RS system work fundamentally different in comparison. Accordingly, the RS system is not a potential replacement for our purpose and it cannot perform at the same level of precision but instead is able to achieve higher energy frequencies overall, making it still ideal for its intended purposes, but not as a replacement of the ED system.

The church in its relationship to the world according to the Gospel of John: an exegetical study on the narrative ecclesiology in the Gospel of John

Lanket, Jakob 02 1900 (has links)
New Testament / M. Geschwisterrivalitäten im Buch Genesis : Eine literaturwissenschaftliche Analyse ausgewählter Geschwisterrivalitäten / Sibling rivalries in Genesis : a literary analysis of selected sibling rivalries

Martella, Immanuel Matthäus 11 1900 (has links)
This applies in particular to rivalry between brothers. Frequent episodes of reversals and other catalysts ignite conflicts which continually endanger family continuity. Although sibling rivalry has been extensively addressed by the academic research, the analysis of interconnected and recurrent literary motifs among the stories has not yet been sufficiently explored. Therefore, the present study investigates the literary connections among three principal rivalries: Cain and Abel, Jacob and Esau and Joseph and his brothers. This includes, in particular, the analysis of those texts which deal with the origin, escalation and resolution of these conflicts. As a result of this study, lexical and thematic motifs, as well as motifs of plot development among the stories are worked out. These motifs present a tightly interwoven narrative network among the stories. They reveal a narrative arc of suspense which ranges from the primeval fratricide to fraternal forgiveness, teetering continually on the brink of fratricide / Genesis is a book of family histories which are marked throughout by conflict.
