Využití počítačem zprostředkovaného procvičování učiva ve výuce biologie na gymnáziích / Employing Computer-Assisted Practise of Grammar School Biology CurriculumKrump, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
Growing knowledge in the field of cognitive science can significantly improve the way we learn. Several methods and principles are being repeatedly confirmed by numerous studies as effective for learning. They include spaced repetition, test-enhanced learning, and desirable difficulty principle. With the continual spreading of ICT technologies, diverse software is being developed as well, some of which more and some of which less successfully employs the methods and principles outlined. Memrise, Purpose Games and Drill and Skill, web platforms which are examined in this thesis, belong to this software family. In the first phase, i conducted several interviews with teachers who were using Drill and Skill as part of their science teaching at elementary schools and a junior grammar school (all of them were teaching children approx. 11-15 years old). After this, i worked with a class from a grammar school (age around 16). i made several groups of educational games to help the students practice the topics studied in their biology lessons. Each group of games was reviewed during a group interview. Recordings from these interviews as well as from the interviews with the teachers were transcribed and these transcripts underwent qualitative analysis, which is an important part of the thesis. Drawing on all...

Rozvoj vizuální gramotnosti u dětí předškolního věku prostřednictvím výtvarné činnosti / Development of visual literacy in preschool age children through art activities.LINHARTOVÁ, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
My work deals with the development of visual literacy in pre-school age through art activities. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first chapter focuses on the pre-school age of children, their physical and mental development, the development of basic skills and skills, socialization and play. The second chapter focuses on the concept of visual literacy. The third chapter deals with the artistic activity in terms of its contribution to the personality of man. The fourth chapter describes how to develop visual literacy in practice through verbal and visual interpretation of visual arts. In the practical part of the diploma thesis I describe four art projects that I made with the children in the kindergarten. For each activity, the assignment, course of project, material, educational target, and final evaluation are given. The result of the thesis is the finding that the development of visual literacy is important for a person living in the 21st century. Visual art is a possibility how to develop visual literacy.

Odraz změny pravidel v herním výkonu vrcholových družstev žen v házené / Reflection of change of rules in the way of women's top handball playing performanceTrepáčová, Klára January 2019 (has links)
Title: Reflection of change of rules in the way of women's top handbal playing performance. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the analysis of playing short-handed during the offense in chosen women's teams at the 2017 World Women's Handball Championship. For the purpose of the thesis I have chosen only parts of matches when a team plays short-handed with six attacking players against six defenders. Methods: I tis a quantitative research, where my focus is on evaluating the number of goals while playing short-handed. The data obtained will be enriched with the use of the qualitative research. Results: I have found out that, in the teams observed, a game without a goalkeeper during the attack phase in penalty can be applied in any stage of the match, since the chance of conceding a goal into an empty handbal goal is extremely low. Such a game influences the game-based performance and also influences result of the match. Keywords: Handball, rules, the seventh player in the field, short-handed, World Women's Handball Championship, game without goalkeeper

The thesis deals with possible progress in writing in German of students at secondary schools by the use of didactic games. The theoretical part sets writing in context of language didactics and describes its significant aspects such as development, functions, and contribution to teaching a foreign language. It also focuses on conception of writing in the school educational plan of secondary school, at which the research was done. Then, it introduces games as a possible activating teaching method aimed at development of writing and describes their evaluation, roles of teacher, purpose, and classification. The practical part is devoted to the actual research. Firstly, it depicts writing games that are divided into three parts - preparing, building, and structuring, and designed to gradually develop writing of students. From these writing games, six were chosen to be practically verified at the secondary school. For this verification, two methods were selected, an experiment and a questionnaire. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether the selected writing games contributed to the development of writing of students at the secondary school. The results show clearly that the writing games contributed to the development of writing of the students at selected school. KEY WORDS German as second...

Jedinec s diagnózou Aspergerův syndrom a jeho vzdělávání / A person with diagnosis of Asperger Syndrom and his educationMatoušková, Eva January 2018 (has links)
The main ideas behind this thesis include introducing the characteristics of the disorder known as Asperger syndrome, searching for help for individuals with this disability, looking at their engagement in society, and also helping teachers prevent and deal with existing conflicts. After a short introduction of pervasive developmental disorders, I focused on Asperger syndrome. I concentrated on the issue of communication, its abnormalities, and the concept and modes of communication in the disabled. At the same time, I tried to indicate possible ways to educate people with Asperger's. The thesis also looks at inclusion, its conditions and forms. At the end of this part, I outline ways to organize education and chart the education of teaching staff in the field of pervasive developmental disorders. The empirical part looks into teachers' awareness of the disorder, describes education of individuals with Asperger's in practice, and suggests ways to organize education of people with the syndrome.
