In order to respect cultural identity (i.e. to preserve the existing identity and to reveal its potential) the information regarding the particular identity should be considered during the preparation of a particular project. However, as the estimation of the present situation shows, in urban design, the information about the individual characteristics has not yet been formalized to a necessary degree. Architects should consider the possibilities offered by new information technologies (i.e. digital models of localities and database included into the so-called GIS – Geographical Information Systems) both for the determination of the locus’ cultural identity and for its respectation. Obviously, the orientation toward the application of the formalized information models of locus is purposeful. Although the majority of the authors claim that the environmental design should necessarily involve the estimation of the context and consideration of the local factors affecting the structural intention, they do not introduce clear instrumental tools and do not reveal sufficiently how to embody it in practice. E-learning provides faster learning at reduced costs, increased access to learning, and clear accountability for all participants in the learning process. Benefits of this kind of learning are obvious. Western Europe or USA are far ahead creating virtual learning environments and we need to improve a lot in this field in Lithuania. The theme of the work is “Research of learning in e-School”. The result of that analysis was learning management system that enables instructors to create and manage web-based learning activities and course materials. There is possibility to individualize learning needs beside usual tools and methods. System user can estimate his knowledge and to watch the process of learning. Also student tracking has been done and it is the ability to track the usage of course materials by students, and to perform additional analysis and reporting both of aggregate and individual usage. Instructors can get a report that shows number of attempts and time per attempt on each assessment for individual students or report showing the duration of time each student or all students spent on course content. While the concept of computerized simulation of 3D load building is not new, with some companies offering software solutions for "virtual" loading, no one has a single product that is capable to handle complex variety of business rules and constraints of the modern transportation industry. We are analyzing the problems related with 3D box loading and then to analyze existing 3D load building systems. After accumulating all analyzes data we are having enough experience to create our own algorithm. And we did it! We create 3D box loading algorithm witch is fast and accurate and 3D box loading system which is using this new algorithm. To ensure that we succeeded we compare this new system with existing 3D box loading software to make sure that it’s really useful for solving logistic problems. The work presents a new low voltage electric network development method and a computer program implementing it. In the work is given analysis of the task actuality, review of CAD, electric circuit modeling – counting tools. It also explains the grounds why MS Visio programming environment was selected to implement the set tasks. In designed part of the system is presented systems specification, custom interface, data structure, data flow, systems functions and non functions requirements. Represented EJLPS smart shapes with graphics views and descriptions. Showed, how electric power network one-way circuit must be represented as oriented tree graph, and counting in them can be organized with searching algorithms. Made user case, static structure, component, deployment, activity and method models. Represented EJLPS subroutines and functions specification and shapes functions specification also. Systems testing was carried out using described testing methodology, tests descriptions and testing results. The work presents user documentation, with installation guide, system guide, system administrator guide and description of system functionality. In the final part of the work is presented system quality diagnosis, system development possibilities and information how the system was installed for a specific customer. Žmogaus intelektas skirtingai pasireiškia priimant tam tikrus individualius ir grupinius sprendimus, todėl siekiama, jog sukurtos interakyvios mokomosios priemonės skatintų geriau realizuoti individualias psichofizines savybes. Taktinio mąstymo dėka žaidėjas analizuoja, pasirenka strategiją, kurią taikydamas priima geriausią situacijos sprendimą ir konkrečius veiksmus užsibrėžtam tikslui pasiekti. Dirbant pedagoginį darbą pastebėjau pasyvų mokinių požiūrį į kūno kultūrą, į sportą, todėl ryžausi panaudojus mokymo procese šiuolaikines informacines technologijas sukurti bei ištirti visame pasaulyje populiaraus žaidimo - krepšnio derinių mokomąją priemonę. Atlikus egzistuojančių programinių priemonių analizę, tikslas buvo įgyvendintas dviem realizacijom:  Su Testtool sistema buvo sukurta testavimui skirta mokomoji priemonė „TestTool Krepšinio deriniai“.  Adaptavus kitos sporto šakos - rankinio derinių, kūrimo aplinką DrillCad, sukurta priemonė „Basketball Drill Cad“, skirta modeliuoti taktiniams krepšinio deriniams. Kūrimo metu buvo naudojama Adobe Flex programavimo aplinka, php programavimo kalba, MySQL duomenų bazė ir kitos technologijos tinklalapiui sukurti bei derinių vaizdavimo sistemai vystyti. Priemonės platinimui ir grįžtamajam ryšiui gauti sukurta atskira svetainė, kuri gali būti naudojama į virtualią mokymosi aplinką Moodle. Through tactical thinking, a player analyzes, chooses a particular strategy, by which application he makes best decision in a situation and makes concrete actions in order to reach a set goal. Vyrauja nuomonė, kad nuo mokymosi apie informacines technologijas turi pereiti prie mokymo su informacinėmis technologijos. Tuo pačiu tradicinio mokymo metodus praplečiant informacinių technologijų mokymo metodais. Tai turi padėti veiksmingiau derinti bei taikyti naujus mokymo metodus. Atlikus anketinę tiksliųjų mokslų (chemijos, fizikos, informatikos, matematikos) mokytojų apklausą išsiaiškinta kokia mokytojų dalis naudoja informacines technologijas moksleivių testavimui, kokios programos naudojamos, kokios funkcijos šioms programoms reikalingos. Išanalizavus gautus duomenis nustatyta kokia programinė įranga dažniausiai naudojama moksleivių testavimui, kokių funkcijų joje pasigendama. It has become accepted that learning about information technologies should be transformed to learning with information technologies expanding traditional teaching methods with the methods for teaching information technologies. That should help to coordinate and apply new teaching methods more effectively. Having conducted a questionnaire of teachers of exact sciences (chemistry, physics, informatics and mathematics), it has been determined what percentage of teachers use information technologies for student testing, what software is used, and what functionality for the software is needed. After analyzing the survey data the software most often used for testing students and its missing functionality have been determined. The modules extending the virtual learning environment Moodle for testing students in exact sciences have been written and tested: the Moodle program code has been modified by including an HTML editor for the answers to testing system questions; the filter cTeX for entering chemical formulas and three-dimensional molecule models has been written, and a new type of question for testing the Pascal programming language has been created.

In the thesis, it was reviewed Ajax technology and developed using Ajax and Java programming language “Online presentation”. Software “Online presentation” allow demonstrators to make online presentations to remote users through the Internet in a real-time and synchronous manner. Demonstrator uploads picture format files and can delete them if he does not need them anymore. The demonstrator can invite viewers to join his presentation by e-mail, generated link and login. In addition, the demonstrator can upload various format files and allow them to download. The only requirement to use “Online presentation” is to have a browser and the internet connection.

Procesorinio komponento bendrinimo tyrimas: sintezės aspektai / The research of generalization of CPU’s components: aspects of synthesis

Šiame darbe tiriama, kaip kinta procesorinių komponentų (ALU įrenginio, duomenų registro, instrukcijų registro bei programos skaitiklio registro) techniniai parametrai keičiant procesoriaus apdorojamos informacijos dydį bitais. Su Synopsys programine įranga buvo susintezuoti komponentų VHDL programavimo kalba parašyti aprašai, taip gaunant apytikrius procesorinių komponentų techninius parametrus (kristalo plotas, schemai realizuoti reikalingas elementų kiekis, schemos vidinis galingumas). Šiam tikslui buvo susintezuoti procesoriniai komponentai, kurie apdorja 8, 16, 32 ir 64 bitų ilgio duomenis. Tai dažniausiai sutinkami duomenų ilgiai, su kuriais tenka susidurti dabartiniams procesoriams. Iš gautų sintezės rezultatų padaryta išvada, kad keičiant apdorojamų duomenų ilgį bitais galima preliminariai numatyti susintezuotos schemos kristalo plotą, schemai realizuoti reikalingą loginių elementų kiekį, vidinį schemos galingumą. Buvo nustatyta, kad didėjant apdorojamos informacijos kiekiui, padidėja įrenginių, kurie galėtų apdoroti šią informaciją, kristalo plotas, jiems realizuoti reikalingas loginių elementų kiekis bei vidinis galingumas. / This work examines how the change of processed data length influence the technical parameters of processor’s components such as arithmetic logic unit (ALU), data registers, instruction registers and program counter registers. It was done by using Synopsis software which enabled the synthesis of the needed components. The synthesis results showed information about occupied area, the number of cells and the internal voltage of the synthesised scheme. There were chosen the most common length of processed data (8, 16, 32 and 64 bit). The results of synthesis showed, that it is possible to predict the results of synthesis by changing the length of the processed data. The longer word of information must be processed by components, the larger area is needed for implementation of the processor components, more logical element are needed to implement the components and the greater internal voltage of the scheme will be.
