Разработка торговой стратегии криптовалют для определения точек входа и выхода из торговых позиций на основе алгоритмов машинного обучения : магистерская диссертация / Development of a cryptocurrency trading strategy to determine entry and exit points for trading positions based on machine learning algorithms

Д., Pershin, A. D. January 2023 (has links)
The object of this study is the algorithms and methods of machine learning, and their application in the problems of time series forecasting and text analysis. In this study, it is proposed to apply a modified architecture of a recurrent neural network (LSTM) to predict the closing price of cryptocurrency quotes the next day from the current one, and also to apply classification algorithms, such as: logistic regression, Linear SVC, Gradient Boosting, to determine the emotional label of a news entry to develop a strategy for predicting entry and exit points for trading positions in the cryptocurrency market. The study focuses on proving that the use of machine learning methods and algorithms to create a trading strategy to determine entry and exit points from a trading position will increase the efficiency of the trading process, as well as speed up the process of collecting and processing analytical data for technical market analysis. To train the models used, software tools (parsers) were developed and used, with the help of which data is extracted from the Binance cryptocurrency trading exchange, as well as the CryptoPanic cryptocurrency social network. Experimental results show that, on average, the automated process of determining entry and exit points from trading positions is 2 times faster than with manual determination, and the number of transactions will increase by about 17.5%. As a result, we can conclude that, using advanced technologies, it is possible to develop a tool to improve the efficiency of cryptocurrency trading.

Analysing the relationship between business and information system decisions

Pretorius, Petrus Johannes Jacobus 02 1900 (has links)
Organisations do not know how to effectively employ information systems to their benefit because business and information system(IS) decisions are not aligned and due to a lack of understanding of the different types of IS decisions. The objectives of the study were stated as follows: • To confirm the existence of a relationship between business and information system decisions. A review of the literature supported the notion that IS decisions need to be aligned with business decisions. • To clarify the link between IS strategy and structural decisions. The study introduced a framework that suggested that to facilitate the link between business and IS decisions the respective strategy components need to be linked and that IS structural components will primarily be determined by IS strategy components. Information systems have become a strategic resource for all organisations and, not only is it perceived a very important competitive factor, but the importance will increase in the years to come. Organisations spend large amounts of money on information "':> systems. There is also the expectation that IS should CQ!ltribute_ to the achieve,£1:enμi, business goals and the overall financial performance of the company. Most senior executives believe that the amount of money invested in information systems and technology cannot be justified based on it's perceived contribution to the achievement of organisational objectives! Considerable effort was made to identify the relevant business strategy, IS strategy, and IS structural components. The business strategy components identified were selected specifically for their competitive focus. The population selected included the top companies in South Africa based on financial performance. The basis for the decision was that successful companies would link business and IS decisions and they would understand the intrinsic differences between IS strategy and structure components. / Our thesis is devoted to the study of information technology and communication (ICT), their uses, impacts and their appropriations as well as the constraints which slow down their integration in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Our research allowed :To analyze the acceptability factors of the information system by adopting a behavioral approach and aims at showing the necessity of an immaterial approach (Human / Cultural, organizational / managerial ...) in the conduct and management of the project of the information system (IS). To Consider two levels of analysis: The micro level to analyze the immaterial factors relative to the methodology of the implementation project of IS and the immaterial factors relative to the phases of the project of the IS. The macro level to analyze the immaterial factors relative to the strategy of assistance and support, diffusion of ICT in SME. To Concept design of a research model and doing two tests: The first basic test of our model in pre-adoption allowed to show a statistically significant correlation between the immaterial factors and the acceptability factors. Communicate the results of the first test. The second test model in post-adoption phase allowed to confirm the continuity of the acceptability of IS in post-adoption with the increase of the rate of acceptability of IS. Confirm the continuity of the consideration of the immaterial factors in the project of implementation of an IS with the increase of the rate of system immateriality. Deduct that our immaterial approach allowed to improve the rate of acceptability of the IS and, consequently, to increase the rate of success of the project of implementation of IS.

A two-factor evaluation of bus delays based on GIS-T database and simulation

Zhang, Li, Ren, Xi January 2010 (has links)
During the urbanization process, vehicles quantity increase with expansion in population. Under this situation, bus transportation system also suffers from bus delay. Bus delay could be caused by a series of factors, for instance, overload passengers, traffic jam, traffic accident and other unpredictable situations. Therefore, choosing crucial elements to efficiently evaluate bus delay is a complex problem in bus delay researches and operation management. The thesis propose an approach to evaluate and explain bus delay by two elements: traffic congestion and passengers’ waiting time. Those two elements would represent the action of external and internal factors on bus operation. This approach could be adaptive to explain the reasons for bus delays, thus to help the optimization of bus lines and give useful information for decision making of transportation company. To achieve the research aim, a GIS-T database was created by combining the GIS database and TIS database. Spatial data as well as attribute data are combined in the database to represent the crucial information for bus delay. Based on GIS-T the database, the impact of traffic congestion and passengers’ waiting time was calculated using the bus line simulation. By implementing the above steps, the main cause of bus delay was studied. A case study application of this method is narrated; focusing on optimize the bus system of Guiyang city, South China. Different methods are used to find out the problem of system and the reason for delay. Moreover, optimization suggestion is proposed according to result. Compared with other methods, the two-factor method has the advantage of locating the reason of delay for each station. The time performance is not superior to other methods. By comparing the situation of adjacent station, the proportion of traffic congestion and overload passenger in bus delay was determined. The two-factor method is applicable for other transit system in different cities which has similar structure as Guiyang. However, for cities with other structure, a feasibility should be made to select an appropriate model.

Etude de l'approche de l'interopérabilité par médiation dans le cadre d'une dynamique de collaboration appliquée à la gestion de crise / Mediation information system to support interoperability and collaborative behaviors in a context of crisis management

Truptil, Sébastien 24 January 2011 (has links)
Organizations should be able to take part into opportunistic and brief collaborative networks. However, they should also control their identity. The MISE project (Mediation Information System Engineering) aims at dealing with that issue from the information system point of view. The main principle is to design a specific third part mediation information system (MIS) in charge of, first, orchestrating the collaborative workflow of the collaborative network and, second, managing information (carrying and translating data). Designing such a MIS is based on a model-driven engineering approach (MDE). Considering crisis management field, it is obvious that such a domain requires opportunistic collaboration of heterogeneous partners involved in the crisis response (furthermore, crisis management is a very dynamic process where agility is a crucial point). Directly linked to the French funded ISyCri project, this PhD research work presents the overall approach for MIS design in a crisis management context. That MDE approach is based on three steps: (i) “Business” level: a collaborative process model is deduced from a knowledge base represented through an ontology. (ii) “Logical” level: an abstract service-oriented architecture of MIS is built, based on a model transformation from the previously obtained collaborative process model. (iii) “Technical” level: all the required deployment files are generated (including BPEL file), based on another model transformation, from the logical architecture. Besides, agility is a strong requirement for such a MIS. Therefore, these three steps are integrated, as independent software components, in a service-oriented architecture of a MIS-design tool. This solution brings structural flexibility to the overall approach by allowing partial redesign of the MIS (at theexpected step)
