Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania sets the principal democratic values of society. Human rights assume special role in the system of constitutional values. Article 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania establishes the right of a human being to have his own convictions and freely express them. Article 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania establishes the right to everyone to have freedom to express his opinion and convictions and to freely impart them. This is an essential clause for the creation and protection of democracy. Constitutional freedom of expression is realised in ordinary laws. Article 25 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania establishes the principle of freedom of expression that is realised in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Law on Provision of Information to the Public and other ordinary laws. Freedom of expression, just like other constitutional human rights and freedoms, is not absolute. Employment of the freedom of expression faces such requirements that are required in the democratic society to protect the rights and freedoms of other human beings, as well as the constitutional arrangement. Ordinariniai (bendros kompetencijos ir specializuoti) teismai, spręsdami žodžio laisvės ir kitų konstitucinių vertybių pusiausvyros nustatymo bylas, turi interpretuoti konstitucinių žmogaus teisių turinį. Priimdami sprendimus žodžio laisvės ir kitų konstitucinių vertybių pusiausvyros nustatymo bylose ordinariniai teismai turi remtis žodžio laisvės ir kitų konstitucinių vertybių konstitucine dimensija.

Logopedijos studijų vertinimas: studentų ir logopedų požiūris / The assessment of speech therapy studies: students and speech therapists‘ approach

Tinkamas specialybės pasirinkimas – tai pagrindas valstybės ir visuomenės gerovei. Kokybiškai su entuziazmu savo darbą dirbantis specialistas garbingai atstovauja savo profesiją. Neretai specialybės pasirinkimą nulemia ne vien pašaukimas, išankstinio tikslo turėjimas, bet ir atsitiktinai bei nuo tam tikrų aplinkybių priklausomi veiksniai. Nors logopedo specialybė dar palyginti jauna, bet jau niekas neįsivaizduoja šiandieninės ugdymo įstaigos be logopedo. Tai lemia vis didėjantis vaikų, turinčių kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimų, skaičius. Logopedų ir logopedijos studijų studentų nuomonė apie daugumą šios profesijos ypatumų dar nėra pakankamai ištirta, todėl tai aktuali šiuolaikinė problema. Magistro darbo tikslas yra išsiaiškinti, kaip logopedai ir studentai vertina specialiosios pedagogikos (logopedijos) studijų programą ir atskleisti logopedų praktikos reikšmingumą studijų metu. Logopedijos studijų vertinimo tyrime dalyvavo Šiaulių, Kuršėnų, Radviliškio, Telšių, Plungės miestuose ir rajonuose dirbantys logopedai ir Šiaulių universiteto Socialinės gerovės ir negalės studijų fakulteto, specialiosios pedagogikos (logopedijos) studijų programos III – IV kursų studentai. Iš viso išplatinta 250 anketų. Tinkamai užpildyti grįžo 199. Buvo atlikta turinio (content) analizė. Anketinės apklausos metu buvo tirtos reikalingiausios logopedų kompetencijos ir gebėjimai, ugdytini studijų metais. Logopedų ir studentų buvo prašoma įsivertinti savo gebėjimus. Qualitatively and with enthusiasm working specialist honestly represents his/her profession. Rather often the selection of the profession is determined not only by the calling and having of preconceived future goal but on occasional factors dependent on certain circumstances, as well. Though the speciality of a speech therapist is relatively young, probably no one can imagine today’s educational institution without a speech therapist. This factor is determined by increasing number of children with speech and communication disorders. The opinion of speech therapists and the students of speech therapy studies on the majority of professional peculiarities are not yet fully investigated, therefore this remains a relevant contemporary problem. Ii dieser Magisterarbeit werden Beschreibebungen der Vegetationsorgane des Sprosses, der Blattspreite und des Blattstengels dargeboten. Die in der Orangerie von VPU züchtender Stegel von Ficus L. Arten sind steil. Die Blätter sind spiral verteilt. Das Periderm bedeckt den Stengel identisch. Das Perdiderm von F. lyrata ist schuppig, der übrigen Arten gestreift. In Stengeln gibt es schizogene Drüsen und gabelförmige miteinander verbindende Milchröhren. Es gibt eine umfangreiche Formvielfalt von Blattspreiten. Die Blätter aller geforschten Ficuse sind einfach, stielig und gleichseitig. Die Blätter von F. carica sind handförmig gespaltet, die von F. lyrata im Gegenteil sind eiförmig. Die Blätter von F. binnendijkii sin elliptisch, die von F. pumila sind herzförmig. Die Blätter von F. triangularis und F. lingua haben die Form eines umgekippten Dreiecks, verbreitete Spitze und elliptischen Grund. Ficus L. – Art – Pflanzen unterscheiden sich von den anderen in ihrer Blattfläche. Sie beträgt von 4,7 mm² (bei F. pumila) bis 348 mm² (bei F. triangularis). Nach der Forschung der anatomischer Struktur der Blattspreite von zehn Ficus L. Arten, wurde festgestellt, dass die Epidermiswände in ihrer Wellenartigkeit unterscheiden. The aim of the master paper `Interaction of pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association is to reveal the pedagogical and social factions of the instructor of an art amateurs association. The object of investigation in qualitative evaluation of the interrelation between an art amateur association and it’s instructor. The author of the paper analyses qualitative evaluation of the interrelation between the participants of an art amateur association and their instructor reveals the interaction of pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association. She also analyses the motivation of the existence of an art amateurs association – the activities of an art amateur association – means of education and artistic development. Besides, the author investigates the functions (training, teaching, education) of the instructor of an association, educating the participants. Social functions – developing skills of full value modern social communication – are also analyzed. Investigating pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association and their interrelation, the author interrogated 200 participants of art amateur associations and presented the results in tables and diagrams. SUMMARY Peculiarities of organizm to adaptation physical strain are very relevant problem to sport and its range. Relative narrow and particular purpose is raised in the solution of this problem: to estimate conception of professionals working in athletic club and those who goes in for sports there – abaut the importance of rest intervals in training for seeking result during the physical exercising also to ascertain the influence of rest intervals between physical strains to peculiarities of fast adaptacion. Results of the research are presented in this study; it joins together, first – results of survey of physical culture and sport also health professionals; second – results of survey of individuals who attends health strengthening training; third – results of survey of topical muscular blood circulation intensity during the time of rest intervals between physical strains; fourth – results of survey of functional condition index alternation during the rest intervals between physical strains. Results which were received showed, that people attending athletic club takes interest in optimal purport of training, though they are lacking in information about the lasting of rest intervals and its significance. In majority, trainers of health groups do not designate the time people must rest since the next repeat of exercise. Cr-Mo plieno suvirintų jungčių terminio apdirbimo tyrimas / The research of Cr-Mo steel welded joints post weld heat treatment

In the final thesis there is analyzed of chrome-molybdenum steel (5%Cr-0,5%Mo) welded joints strength properties dependence on thermal treatment after welding procedures investigation material. Welded joints ultimate strength and impact strength were determined, changing heat treatment after welding temperatures and exposure time. Heat treatment temperature and time parameter was used to systemize investigation. Received results showed that when performing heat treatment after Cr-Mo steel (5%Cr-0,5%Mo) welding, increasing temperature and time parameter values, welded joints strength characteristics values go down. Welded joints after heat treatment strength properties dependence on temperature and time parameter were determined, increasing this parameter, ultimate strength and impact strength values go down.
