Uppsatsens syfte är att studera hur Victoria Mas roman De galna kvinnornas bal (2022) anspelar på traditionen female gothic och motivet den galna kvinnan i en kontext av 1800-talets patriarkala strukturer. Romanen studeras därför i relation till Charlotte Brontës Jane Eyre (1847), Charlotte Perkins Gilmans The Yellow Wallpaper (1892) och Selma Lagerlöfs Spökhanden (1898), för att urskilja hur motivet den galna kvinnan har använts i 1800-talets klassiska gotiska litteratur, och om några signifikanta skillnader förekommer i Mas (2022) moderna roman. Den komparativa och intertextuella studien utförs med en kvalitativ textanalys som inbegriper närläsningar och tolkningar av materialet i syfte att tolka och förstå den galna kvinnans framställning och funktion. Yvonne Hirdmans teori om genussystem och genuskontrakt tillämpas för att analysera hur den galna kvinnan underordnas en manlig auktoritetsfigur, och vilka oönskade egenskaper som hon fångar upp. Slutsatserna visar framför allt hur den galna kvinnan i De galna kvinnornas bal (Mas 2022) fyller en samhällskritisk funktion, eftersom romanen med en samtida röst slagkraftigt kritiserar den manliga auktoritetsfiguren till skillnad från jämförelsematerialet. Den galna kvinnans oönskade egenskaper framställs heller inte som orimliga eller farliga, vilket särskiljer sig från Jane Eyre (Brontë 1847) där den galna kvinnan framställs med aggressiva och farliga egenskaper. En annan signifikant skillnad i Mas (2022) roman är att den galna kvinnan framställs som ett intressant forskningsobjekt att experimentera på och visa upp för allmänheten, till skillnad från de galna kvinnorna i 1800-talstexterna.

I detta arbete fördjupade jag mig i arrangering genom att arrangera fem stycken till besättningen sopran och gitarr. Styckena var ”Melodi”, ”Stjärnöga” och ”Till en ros” av Wilhelm Stenhammar, ”O magnum mysterium” av Tomás Luis de Victoria och en finsk julsång ”Kun joulu on” komponerad av Otto Kotilainen. För att få bättre förståelse av vad arrangering innebär dokumenterade jag arrangeringsprocesserna genom att skriva loggbok. Jag intervjuade också två experter inom området, Christofer Elgh och Mats Bergström, för att få mer information om arrangering. Som svar på min första forskningsfråga kom jag fram till flera olika tekniker, verktyg och principer som går att använda när man arrangerar för gitarr. Dessa var till exempel byte av tonart, oktavförflyttningar och reducering av stämmor. Som svar på min andra forskningsfråga konstaterade jag att val av stycke påverkar arrangeringsprocessen mycket: stycken som redan från början är idiomatiska för gitarr är lättare att arrangera för gitarr, speciellt om man väljer att göra ett arrangemang med mindre konstnärligt inflytande. Om man däremot väljer att arrangera friare spelar stycket inte så stor roll, åtminstone inte på samma sätt. I ett friare arrangemang är det kanske viktigare att man som arrangör blir inspirerad av stycket. / <p>Arrangemangen och den klingande delen är arkiverade.</p>

Ser un adolescente en el distrito limeño de La Victoria puede ser problemático en muchos sentidos. Junto con los cambios acelerados de la adolescencia y la búsqueda por definir su identidad, los jóvenes de este distrito lidian con un contexto con un alto índice de delincuencia y violencia callejera. Ante esta problemática, la presente investigación indaga en las relaciones interpersonales de un grupo de adolescentes varones pertenecientes al 4to y 5to año de secundaria de una institución educativa pública ubicada en el distrito limeño de La Victoria mediante la práctica del Contact improvisation. Para ello, se diseñó un laboratorio de investigación en movimiento, el cual tuvo una duración de 6 sesiones y cuyo objetivo fue describir cómo el lenguaje del CI permite establecer relaciones interpersonales positivas en este grupo de adolescentes. Para el recojo de información se usaron fichas individuales, registros audiovisuales y conversatorios grupales con los participantes. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el laboratorio incrementó la confianza de los participantes en sus compañeros, la conexión grupal, el compañerismo y la sensación de libertad. La finalidad de la presente investigación es desarrollar un diagnóstico acerca del trabajo realizado en el CEM Comisaría Apolo y si éste ha contribuido a mejorar la atención de casos de violencia familiar en la zona. Para ello, se consideraron como unidades de análisis el grado de satisfacción de las usuarias por los servicios recibidos, la eficiencia para el fortalecimiento de capacidades de las usuarias y el nivel de coordinación entre el CEM y Comisaría PNP para propiciar el bienestar de las víctimas. De este modo, la metodología utilizada incluyó la realización de encuestas y entrevistas tanto a las usuarias como a los trabajadores del CEM y efectivos policiales de la Comisaría de Apolo, del área de Familia, quienes intervienen en la atención de casos de violencia; así logramos conocer las acciones y estrategias desarrolladas por el CEM en Comisaría Apolo, identificando los factores que intervienen en el logro de objetivos, para finalmente recomendar acciones que propicien el desarrollo del CEM en este distrito. Asimismo, se enfatizó en el análisis de la importancia de la cooperación interinstitucional CEM y Comisaría PNP Apolo, cuyo trabajo conjunto es determinando para alcanzar los objetivos, pudiendo ser utilizado como referente para otros CEM a nivel nacional. Entre los hallazgos más importantes de este análisis, se observa que las usuarias perciben al CEM como una institución de auxilio o ayuda rápida cuya función se inicia con la denuncia policial post agresión, denotando en forma mínima las acciones preventivas que el CEM ha desarrollado, debiendo ser esta gestión la más importante debido a que contribuiría significativamente a evitar situaciones de violencia que muchas veces terminan en tentativa de feminicidio y feminicidios. Asimismo, se identifica la necesidad de fortalecer los servicios de orientación psicológica y legal debido a la alta demanda de las usuarias quienes muestran la satisfacción por los servicios recibidos. Del mismo modo, es necesario proponer acciones de mejora para una mayor promoción del área de prevención, ya que presenta una valoración muy limitada y desconocimiento por parte de las usuarias. A pesar de lo mencionado, se han detectado avances en el acompañamiento e intervenciones de las mujeres atendidas, quienes, a nivel general, aseguran que la solución a su problema se vio fortalecida gracias al trabajo de los profesionales especialistas a cargo de sus casos. El presente estudio busca confrontar la información y encontrar propuestas de mejora que redunden en beneficio del programa mencionado. / The purpose of this research is to develop a diagnosis about the work carried out in the CEM Comisaría Apolo (CEM in Spanish) and if it has contributed to improving the care of cases of family violence in the area. For this, the degree of satisfaction of the users with the services received, the efficiency for strengthening the capacities of the users and the level of coordination between the CEM and the PNP Commissioner to promote the well-being of the victims were considered as units of analysis. In adittion, the methodology used included conducting surveys and interviews with both the users and the CEM workers and police officers from the Apolo Commissioner of the Family area who intervene in the care of cases of violence; Thus, we were able to know the actions and strategies developed by the CEM in Apolo Police Station, identifying the factors that intervene in the achievement of objectives, to finally recommend actions that promote the development of the CEM in this locality; Likewise, it was emphasized in the analysis of the importance of the inter-institutional cooperation CEM and PNP Apolo Police Station, whose joint work is determining to achieve the objectives, being able to be used as a reference for other CEM at the national level. Despite the aforementioned, there have been detected advances in the accompaniment and interventions of the women treated, who, at a general level, assure that the solution to their problem was strengthened thanks to the work of the specialist professionals in charge of their cases. La presente tesis tiene como finalidad la evaluación técnica, estratégica, y económica de un proyecto inmobiliario de vivienda denominado ’’Proyecto Residencial Bertello’’, a través de los conceptos impartidos en la maestría MDI. El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de la Victoria en Lima y se desarrolla sobre un terreno de un área de 528.00 m2. El estudio de la evaluación del proyecto se realizará en base al siguiente orden que corresponde a la metodología aprendida en clases: se iniciará analizando la situación macroeconómica y microeconómica del país y del sector inmobiliario, luego se desarrollará un Plan de Marketing, en el que se hará una segmentación para así determinar el target. Se desarrollará un estudio de mercado de proyectos cercanos, para determinar las características del diseño el producto a ofrecer y el precio. En este estudio se tomarán en cuenta las variables demográficas, variables psicográficas, variables geográficas y ciclo de vida. Se hará un análisis para determinar nuestra diferenciación y posicionamiento. Se planteará el diseño del producto, se determinará la estrategia de ventas y se precederá al análisis económico y financiero para determinar los valores del Van y el TIR y concluir si el proyecto es viable. In the process of carving a new England out of the southern end of Vancouver Island in the later nineteenth century, the population of Victoria, BC sought to forge a British identity for themselves through music and its associated rituals. They did this through the pursuit of purposeful acts of cultural meaning. In the social sphere, concerts, parades, religious services, and theatrical productions heightened and inspired loyalty to Mother England. Victoria’s upper classes could then dominate by excluding those people—including Jewish, Chinese, Indigenous, African-American, and Hawaiian residents—who did not conform to that identity. In late-nineteenth-century Victoria, music became more than just a way to celebrate, worship, and recreate; it defined social life for British and non-British peoples alike and shaped the physical space in which they lived. This dissertation explores late nineteenth-century Victoria’s creation of a British identity through music. Ensuring that their churches had a powerful organ and talented organists, Victoria’s religious community proved that they could undertake Britain’s highest social point of sacred musical performance: the choral festival. Positioning George Frideric Handel’s Messiah—with its strong connotations of Britain and her Empire—as their showstopper, these choral festivals served to cement relationships between those citizens who considered themselves British, while also proclaiming this identity as a mark of superiority to the community at large. Itinerant opera troupes further strengthened these imperial bonds by importing European and British opera to Victoria. Through the performances of these professional travelling musicians, Victorian Victorians were able to experience high art and popular operatic music of the Western world, joining the particularly British Pinafore and Mikado crazes of the 1870s and 1880s. These itinerant singers thoroughly impressed local musicians, who avidly tried to reproduce what they had heard, first in instrumental overtures and medleys in the 1860s and 1870s, then with vocal and instrumental operatic numbers in miscellany concerts in the 1870s and 1880s, and finally with full operatic productions in the 1880s and beyond. As with choral festivals in the religious sphere, taking part in opera productions also helped to create a shared sense of British identity among Victoria’s upper classes, during a time when other defining factors of social placement were not yet secure. Settlers in Victoria removed the Indigenous and natural impediments to the construction of their new metropolis, in effect silencing their cultural “voice.” Besides the Indigenous peoples of Vancouver Island, other recent settlers posed challenges to British hegemony, especially Chinese immigrants and “coloured” people of African origin, many of whom came from the United States. Even the gender demographics in the male-dominated frontier society posed challenges to the civilizing process. The Jews of Victoria, the majority of whom were of German or English origin, present an ambiguous case of a cultural and religious community at the crossroads in mid-nineteenth-century Victoria. El presente trabajo fue realizado con el propósito de analizar el impacto de las NIIF para las PYMES en la toma de decisiones financieras en las empresas del sector textil de confecciones de ropa en el distrito de la Victoria. Además, dentro de la investigación se busca que las pequeñas y medianas empresas conozcan como tomar decisiones de manera acertada, con respecto a la adopción de las NIIF para las PYMES. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se ha tomado en cuenta las normas internacionales de información financieras para las pequeñas y medianas empresas y las principales ratios que se utilizan para una acertada toma de decisiones; además, se explica la importancia de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en nuestro país. Por otro lado, el caso práctico se basó en la empresa Eficaz Blue Trading E.I.R.L, la cual adoptará las NIIF para las Pymes aplicando la Sección 13: Inventario y Sección 17: Propiedad, Planta y Equipo. Para ello, se utilizó los parámetros que deben considerarse para adoptar por primera vez las NIIF para las Pymes. Con el caso práctico se pretende demostrar que adoptar la norma internacional genera que los estados financieros sean sólidos y muestren un correcto valor que permita a los gerentes analizar la información y puedan tomar decisiones financieras acertadas. Por último, se busca que se las NIIF para las PYMES influyan positivamente en la toma de decisiones financieras en empresas del sector textil de confecciones de ropa en el distrito de la Victoria. / The present work was realized by the intention of analyzing the impact of the NIIF for the SMES in the capture of financial decisions in the companies of the textile sector of confections of clothes in the district of La Victoria. In addition, inside the investigation there is looked that the small and medium companies know like to take decisions of a guessed right way, with regard to the adoption of the NIIF for the SMES. For the development of this investigation the international procedure of information have been born in mind financiers for the small and medium companies and principal ratios that are in use for a guessed right capture of decisions; in addition, is explained the importance of the small and medium companies in our country. On the other hand, the practical case based on the Effective company Blue Trading E.I.R.L, which will adopt the NIIF for the SMEs applying the Section 13: Inventory and Section 17: Property, Plant and Equipment. in English language: This thesis deals with the political and economic development of the Kingdom of Hanover as an example of a medium-sized state in the German Confederation. In addition to its relationship with Great Britain, with which was Hanover associated in personal union in the years 1714-1837, a new definition of relations between these states before 1866 and the annexation of Hanover by Prussia are also discussed, as well as the impact of the significant events in Europe in that time on the functioning of the Guelph domain.
