Na atualidade, tanto a língua falada quanto a escrita têm sido analisadas de forma conjunta e não mais dicotomicamente como outrora se fazia. Por meio de estudos atuais, referentes à oralidade e a escrituralidade, é possível inferir que muitas características destes dois meios de manifestação da língua são partilhadas. A ocorrência de tal fenômeno dependerá do nível de formalidade exigido, do gênero em que o discurso está inserido, entre muitos outros fatores. Tendo como base este ponto de vista, a presente dissertação investigará de que maneira as marcas da oralidade apresentam-se no gênero carta, mais precisamente, na correspondência amorosa do poeta Fernando Pessoa remetida à Ofélia Queiroz, e quais são os motivos que justificam este uso. Esta pesquisa, agregada à linha de pesquisa da Análise da Conversação, apoia-se nos postulados de Schegloff e Sacks (1973), Stubbs (1983), Marcuschi (1987, 1993, 1999), Preti (1997, 2003), Urbano et al (2002), Silva (2006, 2009), Andrade e Aquino (2006), Risso (2006), Gómez (2008) entre outros importantes estudiosos. De modo geral, a obra pessoana é bastante analisada do ponto de vista literário, deste modo, tê-la como corpus em uma investigação sobre marcas de oralidade torna-se algo novo e bem atraente aos interessados nessas duas áreas do conhecimento. Todas as cartas amorosas de Fernando Pessoa serão devidamente analisadas pelo ponto de vista acima proposto, a fim de se verificar a existência de marcas de oralidade no texto destacado, principalmente, aquelas relacionadas aos pares conversacionais, marcadores conversacionais e escolhas lexicais típicas da oralidade. / Currently, both the spoken language and the written language have been analyzed jointly (together) rather than dichotomously they once were. Through current studies about the orality and the scripturalism, it is possible to infer that many features of these two ways of language manifestation are shared. The occurrence of this phenomenon will depend on the level of formality required, the genre in which the speech is inserted, among other factors. From this perspective, the present dissertation will investigate how the orality marks are presented in the letter genre, more specifically, in the love letters of the poet Fernando Pessoa sent to Ophélia Queiroz, and what are the reasons for this use. This dissertation, aggregated to the research line of Conversation Analysis, is based on the postulates of Schegloff e Sacks (1973), Stubbs (1983), Marcuschi (1987, 1993, 1999), Preti (1997, 2003), Urbano et al (2002), Silva (2006, 2009), Andrade e Aquino (2006), Risso (2006), Gómez (2008) among other important researchers. Generally, Pessoas work is analyzed mainly from a literary perspective, thus having it as a research corpus about the orality marks is something new and very attractive to stakeholders in these two areas of knowledge. All letters of Fernando Pessoa will be duly analyzed by the perspective proposed above, in order to check the existence of the orality marks in the selected text, mainly, those related to conversational pairs, conversational markers and lexical choices common to orality.

Arquivos pessoais, pela abundância de informações que contêm, por sua diversidade, complexidade e caráter intimista dão lugar a considerações interdisciplinares, na perspectiva histórica, social, arquivística, linguística, literária, inclusive. Esta pesquisa tem por objeto cartas de amor escritas nas décadas de 1920 e 1930, pertencentes ao arquivo pessoal de uma pessoa comum, e visa contribuir para uma melhor compreensão dos arquivos privados. Partindo de uma introdução ao assunto, passa-se a uma abordagem interdisciplinar dos arquivos pessoais e das unidades que os compõem nos dois primeiros capítulos. Os objetivos específicos consistem em apresentar um estudo sobre cartas, no caso, o epistolário franciscano, no terceiro capítulo, explorando, após, os temas etiqueta social e cotidiano nos dois capítulos finais. A metodologia utilizada consistiu em uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória das referências bibliográficas, com reprodução de imagens de unidades do arquivo de Lysia, um arquivo pessoal, bem como de trechos das cartas pesquisadas que, ao longo do texto, são colocados na perspectiva dos referenciais bibliográficos utilizados, buscando pertinências e conexões. Imagens das cartas cujos trechos foram transcritos nos quadros são reproduzidas integralmente no anexo desta pesquisa, no segundo volume, na mesma ordem em que aparecem no texto. / Personal archives, because of the abundance of information they contain, because of their diversity, complexity and intimate character give rise to interdisciplinary considerations, from a historical, social, archival, linguistic, and literary perspective. This research deals with letters of love written in the 1920s and 1930s, belonging to the personal archive of an ordinary person, and aims to contribute to a better understanding of private archives. Starting from an introduction to the subject, an interdisciplinary approach is taken to the personal archives and the units that compose them in the first two chapters. The specific objectives are to present a study of letters, in this case the Franciscan epistolary, in the third chapter, exploring after the themes social etiquette and daily life in the two final chapters. The methodology used consisted of a qualitative and exploratory approach of the bibliographical references, with reproduction of images of units of the Lysia archive, a personal archive, as well as excerpts of the letters searched that, throughout the text, are placed in perspective of bibliographical references used, searching for pertinences and connections. Images of the letters whose excerpts were transcribed in the tables are reproduced integrally in the annex of this research, in the second volume, in the same order as they appear in the text.

No contexto dessa experiência, elas assumiram novas maneiras de relacionarem-se consigo mesmas e com o meio social no qual estavam inseridas. Considerado perversão, doença, associado à criminalidade, assim o homoerotismo feminino foi nomeado pelos discursos médico-legais. Neste trabalho, resgato a discussão sobre essas práticas, sublinhando a importância da sua desconstrução, por entender que esse pensamento conservador discriminou as mulheres envolvidas nessas relações. Ademais, aproximo-me dos estudos que tornaram visíveis a diversidade das experiências femininas, atentando para a divisão binária da sociedade sob a qual o sexo tornou-se uma evidência inquestionável apagando as múltiplas formas de manifestação do humano. / Abstract: This thesis reflects upon the subjective conditions regarding Lota Macedo Soares and Elizabeth Bishop?s love relationship, understanding that they were able to create affective and sexual ties outside institutionalized spaces such as family and maternity. Within this experience, they assumed new ways to relate with themselves as well as with the social environment in which they were inserted. Considered perversion, sickness, associated to criminality, so was the female homoerotism referred to by the legal-medical discourses. In this work, I rescue a discussion on these practices, underlining the importance of deconstruction, understanding that this conservative thinking discriminated women involved in this kind of relationship. Furthermore, I approach the studies that rescued the diversity of the female experience, noticing the social binary division under which sex became unquestionable evidence that erased the multiple forms of human manifestations. / Doutorado / Historia Cultural / Doutor em História

På senare tid har det funnits ett ökat fokus på att studera känslornas historia, även om detta inte alltid har varit fallet för historiker. Idén till uppsatsen formades under arbetet som kommunal arkivarie när jag stötte på en sällsynt upptäckt i arkiven - en samling av omkring två hundra kärleksbrev som utväxlats mellan Artur och Margit, ett ungt par, före och under andra världskriget. I sina brev uttryckte paret sina känslor för varandra, inklusive kärlek, svartsjuka och oro, samt deras aspirationer för framtiden och drömmar om att bygga ett liv tillsammans. Genom att använda kärleksbrev som en historisk resurs kan vi få värdefulla insikter i hur människor upplevde känslor under olika historiska perioder. Brev, speciellt de som skrivits mellan romantiska partners, ger ett unikt perspektiv på hur individer uttryckte sina känslor. Dessutom ger studiet av kärleksbrev en djupare förståelse för det känslomässiga landskapet i det förflutna och hur det påverkade relationer mellan människor. / In recent times, there has been an increased focus on studying the history of emotions, although this has not always been the case for historians. The idea for this essay was formed during my work as a municipal archivist when I stumbled upon a rare find in the archives - a collection of approximately two hundred love letters exchanged between Artur and Margit, a young couple, before and during World War II. In their letters, the couple expressed their feelings towards each other, including love, jealousy, and worry, as well as their aspirations for the future and their dreams of building a life together. By utilizing love letters as a historical resource, we can gain valuable insight into how people experienced emotions during various historical periods. These letters, specifically those written between romantic partners, offer a unique perspective on how individuals expressed their emotions. Moreover, studying love letters provides a deeper understanding of the emotional landscape of the past and how it impacted relationships between people.
