The present study has as its object the autonomy of the Labor Law in the context of the Information Revolution. The thesis It aims to prove, through the deductive method, the power of knowledge workers and their ability to rebuild the trade union movement as in its origin, that is, truly emancipatory and against hegemonic. Collective struggles in recent centuries have become merely vindictive, especially with the advent of the welfare state. The Information Revolution has subverted the Fordist capitalist paradigm, and in this scenario new actors have emerged that play the game of forces between capital and labor. The class struggle, based on syndicalism of a workers' character, no longer responds to the aspirations of the workers of post-fordist society, who must adapt to the new social context in order to reestablish its strength. To this end, the trade union movement must aggregate not only the knowledge workers, but also the proletariat, the unemployed and the unemployed, struck by structural unemployment, the self-employed, as well as the homeless and the landless, the-class-that-lives-of-work. The study starts from two presuppositions: the displacement of the object of this field of law, to include in it the multiple possibilities arising from information and communication technology, and the restoration of collective movements, now both reformist and revolutionary characters; Finally reveals that this theoretical-dogmatic reconfiguration will only be possible, insofar as the postulate of autonomy is highlighted, due to the attacks and threats that global ultraliberalism has been imposing on Labor Law.

What's False about False ConsciousnessRadhakrishnan, Shivani January 2024 (has links)
Why do we defend the social conditions responsible for our injustice and exploitation? We are confused when disadvantaged women of color cite personal shortcomings rather than the social system as the source of their precarity. Yet, when social philosophers take up these questions by appealing to the concept of ideology, they turn to structural accounts and dismiss theories of false consciousness outright. Accounts of false consciousness, often understood as an epistemic failing to recognize some features of our inadequate social world, meet with a host of objections. Some argue that ascriptions of false consciousness involve authoritarianism, while others criticize the concept for commitments to an implausible correspondence picture of truth. Meanwhile, dismissal of false consciousness accounts of ideology have led to the neglect of an important feature of how ideology works: in and through our own agency. Without an account of false consciousness, critics fail to account for the fact that social structures are the result of our collective consent. They also fail to address how social structures are not analyzable without turning to the self-understandings of the participants in these very institutions.
This dissertation addresses issues in ideology critique that account for our agency. By preserving what is still alive in a theory of false consciousness while addressing the long-standing concerns about authoritarianism and correspondence, this project reconstructs the notion of false consciousness. It closely engages with figures in critical social theory such as Marx, Lukacs, Habermas, Haslanger, Honneth, and Jaeggi, while widening the terms of the debate to consider the relevance, for instance, of object relations psychoanalysis for social philosophers. Beyond this, this dissertation shows that false consciousness is a damaged way of relating to ourselves, to each other, and to the social world. It is characterized, I propose, by affective investment. This move helps us clarify both the phenomenology of false consciousness and what a viable form of critique could look like. Psychoanalysis offers us a new way of understanding ideology critique by directing us beyond the model of critique as judgment as part of overcoming false consciousness.

reconocimiento enajenado.

A critique of Marx's theory of alienationErickson, Tammy Marie 09 1900 (has links)
This dissertation is a critique of Marx's theory of alienation with emphasis on how Marx
constructed his definition of man and consciousness. The main premise of the theory is that
private property caused alienation but the hypothesis of this dissertation is that because the
theory defined man and consciousness in an erroneous manner alienation was not possible, and that the conditions observed by Marx were exacerbated by landlessness. / Political Sciences / M.A. (Politics)

In the last three decades of the twentieth century and the first of the internal forces of
the capitalist system have changed in such a way, that show has achieved a new kind of
capitalism that currently in force. It is a type of financial capitalism - with the globalization of
high finance as its ultimate expression. This new corporate arrangement is characterized by
chronic instability that leads to many problems on a global scale. From which highlights the
supremacy of the financial sphere on the production. This supremacy is a destabilizing
component of investment, the financing of productive activities, employment and income.
Moreover, dismantled the National States and its ability to intervene in order to bring
discipline and order to the system. National states were also affected in their capacity to create
and effectively implement policies aiming at full employment and better generation and
distribution of income and wealth.
From the middle of last century, historical and structural forces emerged and were
expanded in contemporary capitalism. This junction with the structural history has made
possible the dominance of finance mainly through their higher aspect: the financial
globalization (Chapter I).
The effort of this dissertation focuses on the argument that the supremacy of finance is
a characteristic inherent in the modus operandi of capitalism and that if the system does not
suffer the imposition of rules and discipline, crises and instability are increasing, and entail
more harm to society as a whole. To consolidate this argument, the study draws on the
analysis of three thinkers who, in their conceptions and theoretical formulations, pointed to a
clear and endogenous tendency in capitalism for the supremacy of finance.
Marx's analysis of the actual movements of capital and its developments culminating
in the absolute form of wealth expressed by the fictitious capital (Chapter II); Keynes with his revolutionary interpretation of an economy that is essentially monetary and in which the
agents, faced with the expectations arising from an uncertain future, opt for more liquid
assets, thus depressing the investment and productive activity (Chapter III), and Minsky with
his hypothesis of financial fragility, which is a result of a complex economy that needs
funding for the growth in a world characterized by unpredictability of economic activity over
time (Chapter IV). Are the theoretical and analytical here used to undergird and support the
argument that the supremacy of finance is an inherent feature of the development of the
capitalist system of production.
ampliaram no capitalismo contemporâneo.
maior: a globalização financeira (Capítulo I).
