Darbe analizuojamos mobilių įrenginių programavimo priemonių ir universalios sąsajos skirtingiems modeliams sukūrimo galimybės. Išanalizuotos IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse IDE, Python for S60 ir NetBeans IDE programavimo priemonės. Aprašyti programavimo įrankių veikimo bruožai, nustatytos programavimo priemonių galimybės, išvardinti jų privalumai ir trūkumai. Pagal gautus rezultatus pasirinktas NetBeans IDE programavimo įrankis ir juo naudojantis sukurta taikomoji aplikacija. Ji skirta vairavimo mokyklos veiklos procesų optimizavimui bei moksliniams tyrimams atlikti. Taikomoji aplikacija išbandyta skirtingose mobilių įrenginių platfromose. Eksperimentinis tyrimas parodo kurios aplikacijos funkcijos veikia neteisingai. Svarbiausios funkcijos ištaisytos, tačiau keletas neatitikimu negali būti pašalinti, tokie kaip duomenų atvaizdavimas. Nustatyta, kad šis trūkumas gali būti pašalintas tik vaizduojant duomenų lentelę horizontaliai. Eksperimentinis tyrimas parodo kelis universalios sąsajos aplikacijos kūrimo metodus. Be to darbe pateiktas pasiūlymas universalios sąsajos kūrimui naudoti UML diagramas. / The goals of this master’s work are analyzes tools for mobile devices programming and universal interface for different models creation opportunities. Also the paper analyzes Java ME, Visual Studio .NET, Python for S60, NetBeans IDE and BREW programming tools. Describe the features of the functioning of the programming tools, to set the programming options, listed the advantages and disadvantages. The best in this analyze was NetBeans IDE. There are created IS conceptual model of driving school and project of mobile software. According to the programming tools analyzes results and IS project was created new application. It is dedicated to improve driving school processes and make scientific research. Application was tested in different mobile platforms. The test shown application functions which works wrong. Most important functions fixed, but some of them can’t be fixed, such as displaying full table of content. This bug can be fixed only displaying table horizontally. This experimental work shows some methods of universal application creation. Also there is suggested how we can create universal application by using UML diagrams.

Not a long while ago mobile technologies were introduced in Lithuania and now they are quickly spreading in our everyday life. Having been a luxury, a mobile telephone today is being used not only for calling and SMS sending, but it also performs many other functions. The considerable use of mobile technologies all over the world has determined the development of wireless networks and device technologies as well as services fitted for the devices, particularly in the recent years. As a result, mobile technologies are becoming an inseparable part of entertainment, business, education and politics in Lithuania. This work dwells upon the analysis of mobile e-journal development technologies, seeking to improve the form of e-journal which has been used up to now – the journal could be accessed and managed using mobile devices. Besides, the analyzed technologies could be applied to the development of similar programs for mobile devices. In the work, GSM, wireless network technologies, architecture for mobile devices and development tools for individual and network applications are analyzed. The analysis of Java platform and Java-based WebSphere software family and tools for the synchronization of databases is also presented. This work also dwells upon the description of e-journal specifications, model development and realization.

Darydamas šį Magistro baigiamąjį darbą siekiau išanalizuoti kaip ir kokius Web 2.0 technologijos sprendimus panaudojant yra kuriamos bendruomenės internete, pritaikytos mobiliųjų telefonų vartotojams. Tuo pačiu palyginti analogiškos paskirties, bet skirtingų kompanijų realizuotas internete vartotojų asmenines aplinkas. Išnagrinėti mobilaus ryšio vartotojų bendruomenės internete informacinės bazės kaupimo galimybes. Palyginti jau esamas, internete realizuotas mobilių telefonų vartotojams skirtas aplinkas, bei realizuoti universalių, mobiliųjų telefonų vartotojams skirtą, bendruomenės modelį. Kadangi Web 2.0 technologija yra palyginti naujas reiškinys, buvo naudinga bei įdomu ištirti jos įrankių bei technologijų panaudojimo galimybes bei naudą realizuojant bendruomenės modelį, siejant visus principus su paslaugomis, skirtomis mobiliųjų telefonų vartotojams. / When I was doing this final Master thesis I had a purpose to investigate how and which Web 2.0 technology solutions can be used to create communities in the internet, which are designed for mobile phones users. Herewith, to compare personal environments for users with analogical purpose which are performed in different realization methods. Also, to investigate the information content storage facilities. To compare already realized environments of mobile phone users in the internet, and to implement the universal community model for these users in the internet. Web 2.0 is quite new technology, so it was useful and interesting to investigate the usage possibilities and benefit for implementing the community model, with associations to users of mobile devices.

Darbe plačiau gvildenamas vienas iš galimų mobilaus mokymosi informacijos gavimo būdų – tai elektroninio mokymosi informacijos transformavimas ir adaptavimas mobiliuose įtaisuose, atsižvelgiant į juos įtakojančius apribojimus. Apibrėžiami transformavimo aspektai, galinčios kilti problemos, pateikiami jų sprendimo būdai – naudojamas DRESS metodas bei šakų-ribų algoritmas. Darbe atliktas žiniatinklio puslapių kūrimo rankiniu ir automatiniu būdų palyginimas, rodantis kad antrasis būdas leidžia sutaupyti laiko, nereikia mokytis naujos programavimo kalbos, informacijos nereikia naujai suvedinėti į mokymosi. Darbas apibendrinamas pateikiant užsienio tyrinėtojų atlikto informacijos apdorojimo glaustumo (thumbails) ir DRESS metodai rezultatus. Pabaigoje sukurtas magistrinio projekto dalies transformavimo modulis, atsižvelgiant į išnagrinėtus transformavimo žingsnius. / In this work is speaking about learning information transformation and adaptation for mobile device, define transformation aspect, problems, which can be, giving solution way – is using DRESS method and branch-bound algorithm. In work is giving web page creation by manual and automatic way comparison. Automatic learning information transformation way let for us save time, escape new programming language studying, information don‘t want bring into learning server – it can be receive from e.learning server. The work is summarize giving information adaptation result, where is comparing thumbails and DRESS method and which make foreign researcher. In finally, giving project transformation model, which was creared by transformations steps.

Tobulėjant mobiliesiems telefonams ir kitoms technologijoms, atsiranda galimybė pakeisti arba papildyti rinkoje naudojamus grynuosius pinigus jiems ekvivalenčiais elektroniniais pinigais. Elektroniniai pinigai yra viena naujausių atsiskaitymo formų ir jos realizacija rinkoje yra ribota. Darbe buvo realizuotas Stefan Brands elektroninių pinigų modelis naudojant Java platformas kompiuteryje ir mobiliajame telefone. Buvo ištirtas šių realizacijų efektyvumas ir pastebėta, kad realizacija kompiuteryje yra 100 kartų greitesnė negu mobiliajame telefone. Buvo pasiūlyta ir realizuota aritmetinių funkcijų (sudėties, skirtumo, modulio, modulinės eksponentės, postūmio į dešinę) klasė Java Card platformoje. Modulinė eksponentė buvo realizuota RSA algoritmo pagalba. Darbe pateiktas šios realizacijos greičio įvertis. Dėl lėto funkcijų vykdymo pasiūlytas mišrus vartotojo dalies protokolų realizacijos modelis. Darbe pateikiama techninės ir programinės įrangos analizė, reikalinga norint atlikti elektroninių pinigų realizaciją. Taip pat atlikta kriptografinių ir matematinių metodų apžvalga, naudojamų Stefan Brands elektroninių pinigų modelyje. / As mobile phones and technology advance new opportunities for implementation of elektronic money systems become possible. Electronic money is one of the latest methods for paying for goods and there are just a few implementations. In this work implementation of Stefan Brands electronic money model was performed. Stefan Brands protocol was implemented using Java langauge in standard computer and in mobile phone. Efficiency of these implementations was estimated and it was found that implementation on mobile phone is approximetly 100 times slower using Java ME platform. A library for for doing arithmetic operations like addition, subraction, modulus, modular exponentiation, right shift, etc. was implemented using smart card enviroment. As it is not possible to use cryptographic processor directly, RSA encryption scheme was used to perform modular exponention. Results of implementation speed were given and it was concluded that whole client side implementation using Java Card enviroment was two slow so mixed model was suggested. This work also consist of technical and software analysis needed to perform electronic money implementation. Also a brief review of cryptographic ant mathematic methods used in Stefan Brands digital cash system was performed.

Ne tik administratoriai, bet ir vartotojai vis daugiau dirba nuotoliniu būdu, prisijungę prie serverių. Būtina užtikrinti saugų prisijungimą prie tokių darbo vietų. Šiandien yra daug programinės įrangos prisijungimui per VPN, panaudojant RSA raktų generatorius ir pan. Tačiau visi šie sprendimai dažniausiai yra brangūs ir ne kiekvienai kompanijai prieinami. Šio darbo tikslas – sukurti atviru kodu paremtą nemokamą sistemą darbui su nutolusiu serveriu, kurioje būtų skiriamas ypatingas dėmesys vartotojų autentifikavimui. / Administration of servers is responsible job and has to take into account security issues to ensure server reliability. In this work server security issues are analyzed and requirements for system of mobile server management are defined as well as architecture specification is described. The system uses three security factors and allows management of main server functions. It uses just open source solutions and can be used with different mobile devices which allow wider system usage. The made system testing proves system reliability while detailed manual increases system usage simplicity.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe “Interaktyvus transporto numerio atpažinimas” nagrinėjami bei pritaikomi stebėjimo zonos išskyrimo, fono eliminavimo, Gauso, Sobel metodai ir algoritmai. Taip pat atliekama metodų bei filtrų analizė. Tyrimo eigoje buvo sukurta programa skirta duomenų įvedimui į kompiuterį iš vaizdo kameros, vaizdo failo arba interneto. Atlikti eismo filtravimo eksperimentai, vartotojų patogumui įgyvendintas įrankis skirtas gauti ir pateikti apdorojimo rezultatus į mobilujį telefoną. / This work presents an approach to license plate localization and recognition. A proposed method is designed to perform recognition of any kind of license plates under any environmental conditions. The main assumption of this method is the ability to recognize all kinds of license plates which can be found in an individual picture. The algorithm takes a raster image as an input, and yields the position of a plate in the image. After the position is determined, the algorithm can determine the locations of characters on the license plate, which could be easily combined with an OCR algorithm to convert the license plate number into an ASCII string. User could view collected license plate localizations results with mobile phone, which has JAVA (MIDP 1.0) support and internet access. Future work could focus on determining the positions of characters more precisely. Determining the correct positions of all characters in a license plate would dramatically improve the results of the license plate recognition.

Conception of mobility and mobile workplace is analyzing into theoretic part of Master Thesis. Survey of devices and software for installing of mobile workplace, Lithuanian companies inculcated mobile decisions are presented as well. Objective of practical part is fit-out of mobile workplace in Stock company ��Siauliu energija”. Activity of company’s departments was analyzed for this objective achieving and was found that “mobile” and “manual” work is mostly conspicuous in subscription office, where work nature determines that workers most of time spend not in company, but outside. Exactly for this reason subscription office was chosen for fit-out of mobile workplace. After comprehensive analysis of subscription office work few prototypes of task solution were created, from which workers chose their mobile workplace device - Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). For this device with installed Palm OS operating system was written program for input of indications from Thermal registers, module for data transfer from PDA to desk computer and these data import to existing accounting system. There were calculated possibilities and time of this technology payback and future alternatives for getting data from thermal registers were reviewed. The results gained from literature analysis and at stage of programmable product creation are basis for conclusions and suggestions, which form the last part of the Thesis.

Mobile shopper guide system consists of two parts mainly: mobile map, administrative and user portal. Mobile map consists of Vilnius city map and the points, which shows the location of the shops. Administrative and user portal supports mobile map. In the paper the analysis of documentation templates was done.During this work administrative and user portal was created and analyzed. / Mobiliojo pirkėjo gido sistema susideda iš dviejų dalių: mobilaus žemėlapio, administracinės ir kliento dalies. Mobilus žemėlapis – tai Vilniaus miesto žemėlapis su tam tikrais taškais, reiškiančiai parduotuves.Administracinė ir kliento dalis skirta mobiliam žemėlapiui palaikyti. Darbe buvo analizuojami sistemos dokumentavimo šablonai. Darbe buvo sukurta administracinė ir kliento dalis, kuri turi būti dedama į internetą. Sukurtosios sistemos dalis buvo analizuojama.

Pastaraisiais metais augant kelių transporto sektoriui didėja konkurencija tarp vežėjų. Siekdami užimti kuo didesnę rinkos dalį bei gauti kuo daugiau pelno, dažnai vežėjai siekia sutrumpinti pervežimų laiką pažeisdami nustatytas vairuotojų darbo ir poilsio laiko reguliavimo taisykles. Siekiant užtikrinti sąžiningą konkurenciją, o taip pat užtikrinti mobilių darbuotojų, kurie dirba ypatingomis darbo sąlygomis, sveikatą bei pagerinti eismo saugumą keliuose, būtina specialus darbo ir poilsio laiko reguliavimas, nustatytas Europos Sąjungos bei tarptautiniuose teisės aktuose. Lietuva įstojusi į Europos Sąjungą įsipareigojo perkelti į nacionalinę teisę bendrus reikalavimus, susijusius su darbo ir poilsio laiku, tačiau perkeliant teisės aktus kyla problemų, apie kurias mažai diskutuojama. Todėl magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra išnagrinėti kelių transporto darbuotojų darbo ir poilsio laiko reguliavimo ypatumus, atskleisti ir išanalizuoti šių darbuotojų darbo ir poilsio laiko reguliavimo ypatumų problemas ir pateikti pasiūlymus dėl reguliavimo tobulinimo. With the aim to cut as large piece of market and to make as big profit as it is possible carriers often strive for shortening transportation period by violating the set rules for driver‘s work and rest time. In order to ensure fair competition and health of mobile employees, which work in particular conditions, as well as to improve road traffic safety, specific work and rest time control, in particular the one set out by legal acts of the European Union and international laws, is in urgent need. Having entered the European Union Lithuania has like-for-like undertaken to transfer general requirements related to work and rest time to its national law, however, such transfer causes considerable amount of problems, which have not been discussed widely and in greater detail. Therefore, the aim of this MA thesis is to analyze work and rest time control peculiarities of road traffic sector employees, to reveal and discuss problems related to such control and make offers on its improvement.
