The model that guided the methodological process of this work was based on desk research, which delimited the structure of social thought in the stereotypical image of the consolidation of indigenous people Mura, and is supported by studies of postcolonial criticism as a backdrop thus enabling the understanding that the process of occupation and Amazon ownership in recent decades been founded on the belief of modernization as the only force able to "develop" the region, regardless of their social cost, cultural or political. The central objective of this work was to bring to light for which prospects took the consolidation of this image made on the Mura. The nature of the study was qualitative with an emphasis on documentary approach, the method used is the deductive comparison in order to verify the essentialities and differences between various types of cultural events, contributing to the understanding of human behavior and finding the relationships that exist between the same. As a result systematized kinds of iconic images and imagery People Mura, contextualizing according to the time and the people who gave directions to a particular reconfiguration when Mura. / Esta pesquisa analisou as formas de representação sonora literal do povo Mura, tanto no que tange à imagem discursiva quanto à imagem pictórica da época do colonialismo até os dias atuais. O modelo que orientou o processo metodológico deste trabalho se baseou na pesquisa documental, que delimitou a estrutura do pensamento social na consolidação da imagem estereotipada do povo indígena Mura, e tem como suporte os estudos da crítica pós-colonial como pano de fundo, o que possibilitou a compreensão de que o processo de ocupação e apropriação da Amazônia nas últimas décadas esteve pautado na crença da modernização como a única força capaz de “desenvolver” a região, não importando o seu custo social, cultural ou político. O objetivo central deste trabalho foi trazer à luz as perspectivas em que se deu a consolidação dessa imagem feita sobre os Mura. A natureza do estudo foi qualitativa, com ênfase na abordagem documental. O método utilizado é o comparativo dedutivo, com o fim de verificar as essencialidades e diferenças entre diversos tipos de manifestações culturais, contribuindo, assim, para a compreensão do comportamento humano e da constatação das relações que existam entre elas. Como resultado, foram sistematizados os tipos de imagens icônicas e imagética do povo Mura, contextualizando de acordo com a época e as pessoas que deram sentidos a determinada reconfiguração do ser Mura.

In polyphony of settlers poem, at the time of Portuguese colonization: inflection in the pacification and christianization, after the introduction of the Native Directory. This is a documentary study on the Mura people whereby we analyze the epic Muraida, or the Triumph of Faith, written in 1785 about the Amazon. A major caveat in this study regards the nomadic behavior and ferocity as a reaction of these Indians by the presence of settlers. Among the disclosed aspects, we highlight, in a general way, significant changes in the life of Mura people. Changes that have marked the inclusion of members of indigenous societies in colonial society in a very different way from that usually propagated by the present historical memory, for example, in didactic literature used in schools: that the Indians only fit the role of victims before the superiority of Europeans. As made clear by the documentation collected whenever possible indigenous people made choices and refused to subordinate status offered to them. Finally, we note that by analyze this conventional view of Amazon colonization present in Muraida, we seek a new perspective to retell the indigenous past of the region with fundamental relevance to the voice of the vanquished, the Mura, true heroes that fought so fierce in defense of their rights and/or against the religious and territorial expansion in this region. / Neste estudo a nossa intenção é a de evidenciar um aspecto da experiência histórica dos Mura habitantes do rio Madeira, contados por Wilkens através dos personagens e dos colonizadores da Amazônia que dão voz ao enredo do poema. Na polifonia do poema colonizadores, ao tempo da colonização portuguesa: a inflexão na pacificação e cristianização, após a introdução do Diretório dos Índios. Trata-se de um estudo documental sobre os povos Mura através do qual analisamos o épico Muraida ou o Triunfo da Fé, escrito em 1785 sobre a Amazônia. A ressalva importante neste estudo, o comportamento nômade e a ferocidade como reação desses indígenas mediante à presença do colonizador. Dentre os aspectos revelados, destaco de modo geral, a ocorrência de alterações significativas na vida dos Mura. Alterações que marcaram a inserção de membros das sociedades indígenas na sociedade colonial de uma forma muito distinta daquela normalmente propagada pela memória histórica presente, por exemplo, na literatura didática utilizada nas escolas: a de que aos índios coube apenas o papel de vítimas diante da superioridade dos europeus. Como deixa claro a documentação coligida, sempre que possível as populações indígenas exerceram escolhas e recusaram a condição subalterna que lhes era oferecida. Enfim, constatamos que ao analisar esta visão convencional da colonização amazônica presente em Muraida, buscamos uma nova perspectiva de recontar o passado indígena da região com fundamental relevância à voz dos vencidos, os Mura verdadeiros heróis que de maneira aguerrida lutaram em defesa de seus direitos e/ou contra a expansão territorial e religiosa nesta região.

Listeria monocytogenes est une bactérie pathogène impliquée dans la toxi-infection alimentaire à l’origine de la listeriose, une maladie peu fréquente mais avec un taux de mortalité de 25 % chez l’homme. Cette bactérie est capable de former un biofilm lui permettant de mieux résister aux stress environnementaux ainsi qu’aux traitements de décontamination. Une nouvelle stratégie d’analyse génomique a été développée et a permis de cibler des systèmes de sécrétion et des protéines potentiellement impliqués dans la formation de biofilm. L’inactivation de la voie SecA2 entraîne la formation d’un biofilm aérien et par conséquent fragile. Ce morphotype est capable de croître de façon sessile à 20°C sur du polystyrène alors que ce n’est pas le cas pour la souche sauvage. De nouvelles protéines sécrétées de façon SecA2 dépendante ont été identifiées par l’étude de l’exoprotéome du mutant ΔsecA2 en comparaison avec celui de la souche sauvage. Le rôle des lipoprotéines dans la formation de biofilm ainsi que leur maturation par les peptidases signal de type II, LspA et LspB, a également été abordé. La combinaison d'une analyse de l’expression des gènes codant les lipoprotéines au cours de la formation de biofilm avec l’analyse génomique basé sur le sécrétome a permis de cibler trois lipoprotéines, dont LpeA qui serait impliquée dans les phases tardives de formation de biofilm. Enfin, l’importance majeure de LspA dans la maturation des lipoprotéines, a été mise en évidence par l’étude de l’exoprotéome des doubles mutant ΔlgtΔlspA et ΔlgtΔlspB en comparaison avec celui de Δlgt. / Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne pathogenic bacteria responsible for listeriosis, a rare but high mortality rate disease in humans (25 %). This bacterium can form biofilm allowing a better resistance to environmental stresses as well as decontamination treatments. A new strategy for genomic analysis was developed and allowed to target secretion systems and proteins potentially involved in biofilm formation. Inactivation of the SecA2 pathway leads to the formation of an aerial and fragile biofilm. This morphotype is able to grow in a sessile mode at 20 °C on polystyrene whereas this is not the case for the wild type strain. New proteins secreted in a SecA2 manner were identified by comparing the ΔsecA2 exoproteome to the one of the wild type. The role of lipoproteins in biofilm formation and their maturation by the signal peptidase II, LpsA and LspB, was also tackled. Combining expression analysis of genes encoding lipoproteins during biofilm formation with genomic analysis based on the secretome allowed targeting three lipoproteins, including LpeA, which appeared to be involved in the later stages of biofilm formation. Finally, the importance of LspA in the maturation of lipoproteins,was highlighted by comparing of the double mutant ΔlgtΔlspA and ΔlgtΔlspB exoproteomes to the one of Δlgt.

The pedagogical process of such a course emerges from a series of dialog, creation, implementation processes between UFAM Professors and Mura Indigenous Teachers Organization – OPIM. The choice of such theme took inspiration in this educator and researcher’s experience in a variety of courses taken with other indigenous teachers, specially those of the Mura ethnical group with whom several researches have been developed. The object of this thesis aimed to investigate the existence of a correlation between the intercultural magnitude of Teachers graduation process and this of these indigenous teachers’ pedagogical practice at their schools. In order to respond to the questioning made in this thesis, these other questions were made: how does the Indigenous Teachers Graduation Course conceive the interculturality? What disciplines, subjects and activities lead to interculturality in a Mura class? What activities reverberate the intercultural magnitude in the Mura teaching practice? The investigation was conducted from: documental analysis, observation of the teaching practice in two Mura schools and semiformal interviews with Mura teachers and with those from UFAM who worked with the Mura class along the graduation course. Given the singularity of the social individuals involved, this study made use of the qualitative methodology of research, guided by the Hermeneutic-Dialectic Method (MINAYO, 2006). The result of the investigation defends that there exists a correlation between the intercultural scope of teachers graduation and the intercultural scope of the pedagogical practice of teachers at school. Such a practice is seen as intercultural due to the form as the Mura teachers articulate knowledge from their own culture with others from different societies; how they contextualize knowledge from a local sphere to a universal one; how they use such knowledge from several areas situating its practice in the interdisciplinary and intercultural perspectives in the pursuit of welfare. / A pesquisa tematiza a formação de docentes indígenas, sob a ótica da experiência do Curso de Licenciatura Formação de Professores Indígenas da Universidade Federal do Amazonas – UFAM. O Projeto Pedagógico do referido curso emerge a partir de um processo de discussão, elaboração, implantação e diálogo compartilhado entre docentes da UFAM e da Organização de Professores Indígenas Mura – OPIM. A escolha do tema foi instigada a partir da experiência como pesquisadora e formadora em cursos junto a docentes indígenas, em especial junto aos docentes mura, com os quais desenvolvemos diversas pesquisas. A problemática da tese buscou investigar a existência de uma correlação entre a dimensão intercultural da formação e a dimensão intercultural da prática pedagógica de docentes indígenas na escola. Para responder a problemática levantada pela tese, fizemos as seguintes indagações: qual a concepção de interculturalidade presente no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso de Licenciatura Formação de Professores Indígenas? - Quais disciplinas, ementas e atividades apontam para a promoção da interculturalidade na turma Mura? - Que atividades repercutem a dimensão intercultural na prática docente mura? A investigação foi realizada a partir de: análise documental, observação da prática pedagógica em duas escolas indígenas mura e entrevistas semiestruturadas com docentes mura, bem como docentes da UFAM que atuaram no curso, turma Mura. Pela singularidade dos sujeitos sociais envolvidos, este estudo utilizou a metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa, orientada pelo método da abordagem hermenêutica-dialética (MINAYO, 2006). O resultado da investigação defende a tese de que existe uma correlação entre a dimensão intercultural da formação docente e a dimensão intercultural da prática pedagógica de docentes indígenas na escola. Tal prática se caracteriza como intercultural pela forma como os/as docentes mura articulam os conhecimentos da cultura mura aos conhecimentos de outras sociedades; contextualizam os conhecimentos partindo do local para o universal; utilizam conhecimentos das diversas áreas do conhecimento situando sua prática na perspectiva interdisciplinar e intercultural na busca do bem viver.

O presente estudo consiste em uma descrição do contexto escolar de uma Aldeia indígena Mura. Partindo do presente, o enfoque abrange a situação política e sociocultural da etnia, bem como volta ao passado a fim de situar sua presença na história regional, destacando, também, as potencialidades da educação escolar indígena em relação às perspectivas de revitalização da cultura e fortalecimento da identidade diante do cenário de conquistas e desafios protagonizados pelos Mura. A natureza da pesquisa corresponde a um estudo de caso com viés etnográfico, cujo processo de construção centrou-se na observação da realidade de apenas uma das Aldeias. Mediante o trabalho de campo e a utilização da metodologia de observação participante, fez-se a abordagem aos participantes em seu próprio meio sociocultural, realizando-se assim uma significativa etnografia da escola e comunidade durante o período de dois anos. São Félix é uma das Aldeias Mura situada próxima à estrada e ao centro urbano do município de Autazes – AM –; caracteriza-se por estar cercada de fazendas e ter o rio como uma importante via de deslocamento e subsistência. A escolarização a partir do pressuposto da autodeterminação dos povos indígenas é recente nas Aldeias Mura e sua introdução é acompanhada pelo processo de formação dos professores da etnia. O protagonismo indígena e o contexto escolar expressam uma relação bastante próxima, na medida em que a educação indígena perpassa escola e comunidade por meio do caráter específico defendido por professores e lideranças. Enfim, no que tange ao processo educacional Mura e às questões suscitadas, esta dissertação aspira problematizar os aspectos pertinentes que a com-vivência entre pesquisador e participantes permitiu observar. / 120 f.

O objetivo é compreender como a sociedade Mura de Autazes (Amazonas) vivencia a hanseníase e os contextos em que essa experiência decorre. Trata-se de uma etnografia que procura situar experiências individuais e coletivas da doença em um quadro descritivo geral da sociedade Mura, cuja população é de 7.629 habitantes, distribuída em 27 aldeias. Destaca-se que, para a Organização Mundial de Saúde, a hanseníase é um problema de saúde pública no Brasil e o estado do Amazonas é classificado como hiper-endêmico pelo Ministério da Saúde. Do ponto de vista indígena e de suas lideranças, a hanseníase insere-se como problema e preocupação dentro de um conjunto de doenças, cujos diagnósticos e tratamentos relacionam-se diretamente com o Serviço de Saúde Estatal, ainda que, entre os Mura de Autazes, o número absoluto de casos de hanseníase seja pequeno (apenas 3 indivíduos estavam em tratamento no ano de 2006). Os dados apresentados e analisados foram obtidos através de trabalho de campo percorrendo seis aldeias Mura a partir da observação participante e da realização de entrevistas. Estas foram realizadas não apenas com pessoas que estiveram doentes, mas também, com seus familiares, vizinhos, amigos, lideranças e especialistas Mura (pajés, parteiras e herbanários) e, ainda, com profissionais de saúde. Os resultados apontam para a articulação de concepções nativas com práticas biomédicas em que são evocadas causalidades nativas para hanseníase, embora seja o diagnóstico biomédico quem focaliza os sintomas da hanseníase. Há uma percepção nativa que distingue casos antigos e recentes pautada nas mudanças ocorridas na oferta e na forma de tratamento biomédico. A construção social da doença, em seu contexto, dentro das relações sociais Mura, está permeada pelas relações micro-políticas que são estruturadas em torno de relações de parentesco (reciprocidade e co-substancialidade) estabelecendo e reestruturando estas mesmas relações. This dissertation is about experience of being ill and cure. It is based on analytic concepts proposed by the Anthropology of Health. It aims to understand how individuals of Mura's society of Autazes (Amazonas-Brazil) experiences "hanseníase" (leprosy) and the contexts that the experience happens. It is an ethnography that seeks to situate the individual and collective experiences of the illness in a descriptive frame of the Mura's society, whose population is about 7.629 inhabitants, distributed in 27 villages. For the World Health Organization, leprosy is a problem of public health in Brazil. The State of Amazonas is classified like hiperendemic by the Ministério da Saúde (Brazilian National Department of the Health). From the native point of view and for his leaders, "hanseníase" inserts itself as problem and worry inside a set of diseases, whose diagnoses and treatment are related directly with the Public Services of Health. Between the Mura, the absolute number of leprosy cases is small (only 3 individuals were under treatment in 2006). The data presented and analyzed here were obtained through a fieldwork carried out at six Mura villages through participant observation and interviews. These were carried out not only with persons that were patients, but also with their relatives, neighbors, friends, traditional leaders and Mura specialists (medicine men, midwives and people who knows medicine plants) and also professionals of health. The results point to the articulation of native conceptions with biomedical practices, which are evoked in natives causalities for "hanseníase", although is the biomedic diagnosis that focuses the symptoms of the "hanseníase". There is a perception that distinguishes the recent cases of the old cases, based on changes occurred in the offer and in the form of biomedic treatment. The social construction of the illness in a especific social context, inside the Mura´s social relations, is penetrated by the micro-political relations that are structured around relationship (thought reciprocity and co-substanciality) establishing and re-structuring these same relations.

The purpose of the project: The aim of this project was to finish the current BOM-list that already existed so it could be sent to X-ponent. When that was done it got possible to identify the non X-ponent products from other suppliers. These products had to be order by the needs to build walls, roof, and etc. When all the products were on place on the BOM-list the next goal was to send it back to X-ponent so they could buy them and then start to build different car-riages/boards by knowing who to call. The last step was to plan a delivery based on the most effective way by identify the risks. Make sure that the existing BOM-list is finished with the most suitable tools/ equip-ment’s and how to strategically buy them from X-ponent. How can X-ponent buy the non X-ponent products effective from the suppliers? How will these assembled products arrive effective from X-ponent to Husmutterns facil-ity?  How will these products be financed?Sum: A plan for the purchaser on Husmuttern AB so he/she just have to call X-ponent only once and to tell them a thought date for the products to be on place.Method: To achieve with these tasks, the author had to do a literature study on lean and six sigma tools. The comparison that was done between Husmuttern AB and XX gave a clear im-age about how respective companies purchasing process are. When these studies were done it became easier to handle these tasks, sush as fill in the rest on the BOM-list, knowing how transport the goods effective and also know what to take up on the attended meetings with the suppliers and to communicate through email and phone.Study results: The result for this project was to fill the required equipment’s/tools for the company that is thought to be purchased, considering the best products for these types of car-riage/boards. When all the tools/equipment’s were covered and finished the result was how to strategically buy them from this supplier (X-ponent). The author had to find the best logistics company to deliver these products and therefore was the delivery time estimated and founded based on Google maps estimated time to travel from Phils to X-ponent and then to Husmuttern AB:s facility. To transport the goods from X-ponents facility to the truck was estimated based on earlier experience out of the seller on X-ponent and CEO on husmuttern. This will also help them to save money so they do not have to buy same tools/equipment over and over again. If you see it from another perspective, it will make4 (67)it possible for Husmuttern to tell X-ponent that the products they bought is not good as they thought and that will help X-ponent to fix the coming problems, and maybe make a discount to other Husmuttern facilities that probably be established in the coming future.It is also very im-portant that the company always looks what the market has to tell, and be very aware what the costumers needs in the coming future.
