Sternestedt, Jacob, Andersson, Jesper January 2022 (has links)
Football clubs have become more commercialized during the last decades and because of that their work with marketing and sponsorship has developed rapidly. Because of this, some football clubs, especially some women's football clubs, has had struggled with keeping up with the development. The purpose of this study is to review how women's football clubs and multi-section clubs (clubs with both women’s and men’s football teams) work with marketing, how they obtain sponsorships, and the differences, workwise, between these two types of organizations. The study is based on interviews with people from five different football clubs that play inOBOS Damallsvenskan, the top-tier division in Sweden. The interviews are focused on how the football clubs work with marketing and sponsorship but also the interviewee’s thoughts on how their organization stands out from other football clubs in OBOS Damallsvenskan. The result of the study shows that all football clubs work with the 7P marketing mix model, some clubs more than others. It also shows that all football clubs work with various ways of getting contracts with sponsors, thus all the football clubs work with sustainability to create interest from companies. Within different organizations, every woman’s football club believes that they must work harder than the multi-section clubs when it comes to gaining revenue, marketing, and reaching out to sponsors. The multi-section clubs confirm this. A difficulty within this matter is that studies have shown that football clubs develop rapidly both with marketing and sponsorship strategies, thus the geographical location must also be taken into consideration when one is trying to answer these questions accurately. A future study could include all the football clubs in OBOS Damallsvenskan or Elitettan. A study like that would answer the question more accurately since it would be based on answers from all the football clubs in the Swedens’ two top-tier divisions.

Rollenmanagement und Rechteverwaltung

Lawall, Alexander 10 October 2014 (has links) (PDF)

Systémový model řízení organizace / System model of organizations management

Černý, Michal January 2011 (has links)
Necessary for the existence of every successful organization is achieving its objectives. In order to achieve these objectives, the organization must be properly managed. In today's rapidly changing times, one of the key areas of managerial work is also use various tools to support management and decisive actions. One of these tools include model development and subsequent implementation of the model simulations. Models provide the ability to experiment with various decisions, and thereby provide a basis for establishing appropriate policies and strategies. And these models properties can be used in the management of organizations. For creation of models exist many different approaches. One of these approaches is systems approach, which is including system dynamics. The task of this text was to establish a framework for the formation of systemic management model any organization that would help managers to improve management of the organization. To achieve this goals is necessary to develope general model of organization elements, describe their possible links and determine methodology of creating a system model of the organization.

Independent software testing operations organization: proposal of a conceptual model.

Tonini, Antonio Carlos 12 December 2012 (has links)
Technology dependence of modern society and the flexibility to accommodate constant changes require correct and ready software products. Testing activities are intrinsic to the software production, which lately have been gaining importance as an independent business and broad prospects for growth. This activity is substantially service because it deliveries software product quality which evaluation can only be made according to client\'s trial parameters, besides considering their presence and interference in much of the testing process. Brazil is recognized as an excellence center leading in software testing issues and has also distinguished itself in independent performance, which has caused rearrangement of roles, responsibilities, actions and powers in the software value chain relationships. This paper attempts to answer how to organize the independent software testing enterprises (ETIS) business operations, in order to make this business model unique and specific. Software testing research has focused more on technical issues, especially about how to model and specify good software testing and less about organizational issues. This research aims a conceptual model of organizational operations, able to reveal the uniqueness of business activity. The proposal was subjected to evaluation using a multiple case study involving six ETIS and also other Brazilian organizations as customers and software developers. The research revealed important business practices of ETIS, which have ensured the success of the enterprise and business profitability. It was highlight the following points: entrepreneurial and innovative business profile, high concern in service delivery as software product quality, establishment of a portfolio of diverse and substantive testing projects, factory and custom productive systems integration and increasing use of automation in testing processes. The experience of those who have used ETIS services has proven an effective increase in the level of software quality and software value chain has refined the ETIS selection criteria, requiring them high level of maturity.

Institutionalized Environments and Information Security Management: Learning from Y2K

Hassebroek, Pamela Burns 02 July 2007 (has links)
The successful elimination of the Y2K vulnerability from the information technology (IT) systems of a large, complex critical sector organization provided a model to study how organizations contend with problems affecting the security of electronically stored and transmitted information, and how context influences their solutions. This dissertation proposed that the institutionalized environments of sub-unit business areas influenced compliance solutions during the Year 2000 Program process at Delta Air Lines, Inc. The investigation applied rival organization theories. A comparative case study method was employed to explain the Y2K compliance solutions of four business areas as embedded sub-cases. Data for the study were the Delta Year 2000 Program archive, and personal interviews with individuals related to the Delta Year 2000 Program. Data analysis revealed characteristics of both the institutional and the rational-contingency models. Case results showed that: * A positive relationship among entities in the sectoral environment benefited the air transportation field in addressing the Y2K problem. In this cooperative setting, addressing common issues in one place helped a vast network of related organizations. Recognizing that all were stakeholders made it work. * Business area decisions were influenced by the institutionalized environments of their respective fields. * The Year 2000 Program team lacked awareness that the Y2K bug was an information security issue. * In the process of eliminating the Y2K bug from the Delta systems, new vulnerabilities were introduced. While tradeoffs are always required among security, functionality, and efficiency within the IT structures and systems of the present time, this negative effect might have been anticipated; but it was not. * The success of this complex, short-term project at Delta underscored the importance of leadership, understanding of IT, vision, motivation, IT skills, understanding of assets, and appropriate strategy. The Delta case study contributes to the fields of information security and organization studies. Results have implications for policymaking and for future research in the field of information security.

Essai d'un modèle d'activité d'un Centre de Compétences Technologiques : application au Cétim pour le secteur de la Mécanique / Test of the activity model of a centre of technological competence : application to Cetim for mechanical industry

Souquet, Pascal 13 October 2011 (has links)
The Technical Centre of Mechanical Engineering is one of the centres of technological competence in the Mechanical Industry. Its objective is to identify the process of management of the technology needed for its activity in innovation support. After having characterised mechanical industry in a meso economic approach, we propose a model of activity of the technological competence centre, illustrated by the Cetim example. On this basis, innovation management is analysed as a formalised operational process of the innovation support activity in the geographical and technological territory of the technological competence centre, using tools and processes of technology management. The process from idea to finished product is split into 3 steps: idea to object conception, feasibility regarding a first market target and industrialisation. This sequential model was completed by a global model which linked strategy to the implementation of an innovated project.R&D process is composed of 4 steps of a repeated cycle: technological marketing, management of the project portfolio, R&D production and enhanced value. Indicators help in evaluating performance on the 4 axes of the activity model using codification of innovation projects in the information system. This can be also used to follow core competence evolution.
