G. JUNG through the Jungian Analytical Psychology and also B. TANURE concerning the corporate world, scenarios and elaboration of concepts related to the culture of professional success. Because this is a complex topic, the present study will also include the perspective of other authors who have contributed to the explanation and evidence of the theme, as secondary references. The author understands that the individuals living in modern times seem to be getting away from themselves, their values and even their own faith. During this process, they try to find motives, which in general are unreal, blaming a lot of people and even God from all religious, for their acts and attitudes and for choices made by themselves. In the professional world, the choices made reflect the search for success, an archetype that has been increasingly understood as the search for power. The goal here is to show that this aspect has helped in an aggressive way the creation of a new culture: the culture of professional success, which nowadays is perceived in corporate organizations as well as in religious ones. Furthermore, the aim of this research is to demonstrate that the balance between being professionally successful and living in harmony is possible, in contrast to what we have observed in some contexts mainly in the corporate world where not always the price paid for being successful is a fair price.(AU) / A pesquisa em questão versará sobre uma abordagem dos conceitos de sucesso, religião, cultura em ambientes corporativos e religiosos, sob as óticas de C.G.JUNG, no que se refere aos conceitos da psicologia analítica junguiana e que vem sendo aplicados nos ambientes profissionais, e de B.TANURE no que se refere às relações nos ambientes corporativos, cenários e formação do conceito de cultura do sucesso profissional. Por se tratar de um tema complexo também serão inseridas na pesquisa as perspectivas de outros autores que vem contribuindo para a constatação e elucidação do tema, como referenciais secundários. É entendimento da proponente da pesquisa que o ser humano, em tempos modernos parece estar cada vez mais, se distanciando de si mesmo, de seus valores e até da própria fé. Neste afastamento procura encontrar razões, em geral fora de si, responsabilizando muitos e inclusive Deus, nas mais distintas religiões, por atos e atitudes por ele realizadas, e pelas escolhas que ele mesmo fez. Nos ambientes profissionais as escolhas feitas refletem a busca pelo sucesso, um arquétipo que, cada vez mais pode ser entendido como a busca pelo poder. Este aspecto, como se pretende demonstrar no presente trabalho vem colaborando de forma acirrada para a formação de uma nova cultura: a cultura do sucesso profissional, hoje percebida tanto em ambientes corporativos quanto religiosos. Pretende ainda esta pesquisa demonstrar que é possível o equilíbrio entre ser bem sucedido profissionalmente e viver de forma harmonizada e não como vem sendo observado em alguns contextos, principalmente do mundo corporativo, onde nem sempre o preço que se paga pelo sucesso é justo.(AU)

El presente trabajo examina las prácticas relacionadas con la gestación, el nacimiento, la nominación y circulación de los niños entre la población mbyá guaraní de Argentina a fin de explorar el lugar social de los niños y la producción de su persona e identidad. Empiezo argumentando que lo religioso ocupa un lugar central en la constitución de las personas. Luego, examino algunas situaciones no ordinarias y disruptivas como el nacimiento de mellizos. Ellas permiten mostrar la manera como se asienta la persona mbyá en el grupo. Finalmente, abordo las excepciones a las prácticas tradicionales, pues la manera de apartarse de ellas muestra que en la cosmovisión mbyá se ha generado nuevos mecanismos de inclusión de los niños. / This paper examines the practices related to pregnancy, birth, naming, and circulation of children in order to approach to their socially constructed place among the Argentine’s Mbyá Guaraní. I begin by arguing that the religious values are central to their production as people. Then I examine some non-ordinary and disruptive situations, such as the conception and birth of twins, to show how a Mbyá person settles down in the group. Finally, I consider the exceptions to the traditional ways for they show that in the Mbyá worldview, new mechanisms of inclusion of children have been generated.

Data-driven persona development for a knowledge management system

Generating personas based entirely on data has gained popularity. Personas describe characteristics of a user group in a human-like format. This project presents the persona creation process from raw data to evaluated personas for Zapiens’ knowledge management system. The objective of the personas is to learn about customer behavior and aid in customer communication. For the described methodology, platform log data was clustered to group the users. The quantitative approach is, thereby, fast, updatable, and scalable. The analysis was split into two different features of the Zapiens platform. Persona sets for the training component and the chatbot component of Zapiens were tried to be created. The group characteristics were then enhanced with data from user surveys. This approach proved to be only successful for the training analysis. The collected data is presented in a web-based persona template to make the personas easily accessible and sharable. The finished training persona set was evaluated using the Persona Perception Scale. The results showed three personas of satisfying quality. The project aims to provide a complete overview of the data-driven persona development process.

This paper is a case study of the Viking Age ship burial from Oseberg, Norway. The aim of this paper is to use the concept of persona developed within rhetoric’s, and to investigate if it is possible to apply it on archaeological materials such as the Oseberg burial. The concept of persona as developed by Birgitte Mral is to identify strategies used by individuals to change their personality in order to enable themselves as a part of the public sphere. It is argued here that applying persona is a complement method to use in archeological research with a focus on gender. Although gender theory has previously been implemented on the Oseberg find, the history of its interpretations is still deeply influenced by the original interpretations put forward after the excavation in 1904. Therefore, a discussion based on analogies is conducted to evaluate the use of persona in gender archaeology in relation to other archeological interpretations of the Oseberg burial. The case study has introduced persona in an archeological context and used persona as a method and theoretical framework to gain new perspectives on how archaeologists can study the people in a grave rather than larger cultural events. The analysis based on analogies showed how persona can be used as a reflective tool as well as a theoretical framework.

Reconocimiento del valor esencial de la persona humana desde la argumentación filosófica de la dignidad

Desde los inicios de su existencia, la persona humana, ha sido el único ser que ha buscado autodeterminarse en su acción siguiendo las pautas de su naturaleza. Sin embargo, no todo ha sido progresivo y perfectible en ella, porque el desconocimiento profundo del valor de su esencia, ha causado la desorientación de su comportamiento individual y social, contradiciendo directamente su dignidad. La investigación cualitativa con abordaje bibliográfico: Reconocimiento del valor de la persona humana desde la argumentación filosófica de la dignidad tuvo como objetivo: describir y analizar el valor esencial de la persona humana desde el reconocimiento filosófico de su dignidad, contemplada también en el campo jurídico como el principio de todos los deberes y derechos. Para ello, se revisó los aportes de: T. Melendo, C. Landa, Á. Aparisi, Liliana B. Irizar, L. Rodríguez, L. Rodríguez, entre otros, así como base de datos LILACS, búsqueda avanzada en Google y bibliotecas de las universidad “Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo” y “San Martín de Porres”-Filial Norte. Las ideas centrales de los autores se recopilaron en Fichas Bibliográficas, Textuales y de Resumen para luego analizarlas. El criterio ético estuvo caracterizado por la objetividad responsable a los aportes de los autores y realidad esencialmente humana. El rigor científico estuvo determinado por la claridad, credibilidad y profundidad. Se concluye afirmando el trascendental aporte de la filosofía, como el camino más fiable y razonable para lograr el reconocimiento del verdadero valor humano desde su dignidad, con el fin de lograr la conformidad entre ser y actuar.

El presente trabajo de investigación tienen como propósito analizar y comprender los elementos esenciales de la concepción agustiniana del matrimonio como institución humano-divina y su relevancia en la actualidad. Para ello, se planteó en primer lugar la crisis actual por la que viene atravesando el matrimonio en nuestra sociedad. En segundo lugar, se hace una aproximación a diferentes autores que muestran la necesidad de reflexionar y defender la institución matrimonial como un bien en la sociedad. Finalmente, a la luz de Agustín de Hipona se realza el matrimonio como institución humana y divina; la bondad del matrimonio y los bienes que trae para conservación de la humanidad. Esta investigación es de tipo teórica-bibliográfica porque solo pretende exponer teóricamente la temática que es objeto de la investigación, fundamentando desde la filosofía y la teología. El resultado principal de esta investigación es la exposición de la relevancia en la actualidad de la concepción del matrimonio de San Agustín, teniendo en cuenta sus aportes que recae sobre los tres bienes fundamentales que son la fides, la prole y el sacramentum, bienes que están ligados a mantener la fidelidad hecha por los esposos en el consentimiento; así mismo que tiende a la generación de hijos y su cuidado para mantener la permanencia de la humanidad y finalmente es actual porque por ningún motivo desaparece la unión de los cónyuges antes estas ayudan al perfeccionamiento y trascendencia de la persona.

Volvo Construction Equipment står inför en stor omställning liksom många andra företag, då maskinerna ska elektrifieras och automatiseras. Agenda 2030 har 17 olika hållbarhetsmål (SDG) och mål nummer fem är jämställdhet, att män och kvinnor ska ha samma förutsättningar, rättvis fördelning av makt, resurser och inflytande. Detta vill Volvo CE ta i beaktning både när de skapar nya maskiner och vid rekrytering.  Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka hur företaget kan bli mer medvetna om hur de utvecklar maskiner och system utifrån ett jämställt perspektiv. Arbetet resulterade i ett verktyg med fem kriterier. Under varje kriterium finns frågor som Volvo CE kan ställa tidigt i produktutvecklingsprocessen, för att väcka tankar om hur de kan jobba för att nå SDG fem i Agenda 2030. Utöver verktyget har en framtidspersona skapats utifrån ett framtidsscenario och externa intervjuer, för att visualisera vilka framtidens kunder och användare kan vara.  Maskinerna ska uppfylla många krav och jämställdhet kan vara något som inte tas hänsyn till om det inte jobbas aktivt med. Det finns redan externa krav på Volvo CE att arbeta med jämställdhet för att nå Agenda 2030 och verktyget ska inte fungera som ännu ett krav utan förhoppningsvis en ögonöppnare och inspiration för hur jämställdhet kan tas hänsyn till i produktutvecklingsprocessen. / Volvo Construction Equipment is, like many other companies, facing a transformation where machines are becoming electric and automatic. There are 17 sustainable development goals (SDG) in Agenda 2030, where goal number five is equality, meaning that men and women have the same opportunities, a fair share of power, resources, and influence. Volvo CE wishes to consider this in development of new machines and in recruitment.  The purpose of this project is to investigate how the company can become more aware of equality when developing new products. The project resulted in a tool with five criteria. Below each criterion are questions that can be asked early in the product development process to raise awareness, thoughts, and new questions about how they are working with equality to achieve SDG five in Agenda 2030. Except the tool, a future persona has been created based on a future scenario and external interviews.  There are many requirements that need to be fulfilled regarding the machines and equality can easily be overlooked if not actively worked with. There are already external requirements on Volvo CE to actively work with equality within projects to reach Agenda 2030 and the tool is not supposed to apply new requirements but hopefully work as an eye opener and inspiration for how equality can be considered in the product development process.

A Study Of Instructor Persona In The Online Environment

Higher education continues to witness a significant increase in the demand for online courses delivered via the World Wide Web. Institutions are challenged to position and prepare faculty for successfully developing and delivering this increasing number of online courses from a distance. Becoming successful in the online classroom presents difficult and time-consuming challenges to the novice faculty member. Instructors who transition from the face-to-face classroom find that some characteristics, strategies and procedures carryover into the online classroom. The new teaching environment presents an evolving spectrum of possibilities for the online professor, a new paradigm for teaching and learning. This research provides a multi-dimensional case study of the online teaching persona of four successful undergraduate college professors. The literature presents mounting evidence of the growth and momentum of the online college education. Also, the literature presents evidence that multiple resources become necessary if best practices and strategies are to be successfully integrated into online courses. The research has found that a persona change occurs when the faculty member transitions from the face-to-face to the online classroom. Utilizing this foundation, this study adds to the literature and clarifies the online teaching persona, incorporated characteristics, and strategies used by four successful undergraduate professors in a large university setting in the southern United States. Using face-to-face interviews and (non-participant) class observation, this researcher determined the transitory nature of the online teaching persona of the four participants in the study. The study revealed the characteristics, methods and strategies that enable the online professor to successfully deliver undergraduate courses using the World Wide Web.

Musical Persona : A case study of Lady Gaga

Throughout her career, the artist and singer Lady Gaga has portrayed a great number of personas in her performances. This thesis uses Gaga’s performances of ”Paparazzi”, ”The Edge of Glory”, and ”Million Reasons” to evaluate how her musical personas have been expressed between 2009 and 2018. Philip Auslander’s theories on musical personas are applied as a tool to examine and analyze Lady Gaga’s use of personas in nine performances. The results of the analysis suggest that, in addition to genre conventions, performance contexts also impacted the adaptations of Gaga’s musical personas. Furthermore, Gaga’s Born This Way Ball tour showcased how a musician can adopt a temporary character tailored for a specific tour plot, suggesting the idea of a “tour persona” as a distinct entity separate from musical personas and song characters. The conclusion drawn from the case study suggests that the term ”persona adjustment” may be more suitable than ”persona development” or ”evolvement” when analyzing changes in musical personas over time. Finally, Gaga's changing personas in this case study challenge Auslander's idea that a performer's persona development relies on longevity and audience negotiation, as Gaga's artistic image is sustained through unpredictable fashion choices and diverse mannerisms.
