Darbo tikslas – atlikti logistinės sistemos įmonėje dalių analizę, ją pritaikyti teikiant keleivių pervežimo paslaugas ir išsiaiškinti klientų pasirinkimą lemiančius veiksnius. Darbo objektas – įmonės, teikiančios tarptautines keleivių pervežimo paslaugas. Nagrinėjama logistikos sistemos pritaikomumas teikiant tarptautines keleivių pervežimo paslaugas ir šios sistemos aktualiausios dalys. Paslaugas galima interpretuoti panašiai kaip prekes ir taikyti visus metodus, tinkančius prekių pervežimo logistikai. Dažniausiai naudojamos transporto priemonės autobusai ir lėktuvai, iš kurių galima išskirti pigių skrydžių bendrovių teikiamas paslaugas. Paslaugų teikėjui aktualios logistikos sritys: keleivių aptarnavimas, transportavimas ir informacijos valdymas. Darbo eigoje išsiaiškintos teorines logistikos sistemos dalys, kurias galima pritaikyti teikiant keleivių pervežimo paslaugas, palygintas pervežimo transporto tinkamumas teikiant krovinių ir keleivių pervežimo paslaugas, logistikos sistemos dalys pritaikytos UAB „Kautra“ vykdomoje veikloje ir maršrute Ryga – Londonas bei palyginta su konkurentų teikiamomis paslaugomis. Atlikus apklausą išsiaiškinta, kad klientų pasirinkimą labiausiai riboja aptarnavimo kokybė ir informacijos trūkumas, todėl siūloma plėsti turimą informacinę sistemą. Kuriant tokią sistemą būtina įtraukti galimybę vartotojui pačiam pasirinkti norimą paslaugą, taip išvengiant aptarnavimo klaidų. / The aim of this thesis is to make the analyses of the seperate perts of the logistics system enterprises and applying it in providing the services of passengers transportation and to clear up the most important factors for the clients choice. The object of this thesis is the enterprises providing services for the international passengers transportation. The application of the logistics system in prividing services for the international passengers transportation and the most actual parts of this system is analysed. The services may be interpreted the same as the goods and all methods suitable for goods transportation logistics can be applied. The most often used mean of transportation are buses and plains, from which the services provided by cheap flight companies should be excluded. The most actual spheres for service providers are the passengers services, transportatios and management of the information. Apibendrinti kaimo turizmo sampratą. 2. Atlikti kaimo turizmo paslaugų teikimo principų ir metodų analizę. 3. Atlikti kaimo turizmo paslaugų teikimo pasiūlos ir paklausos Panevėžio rajone tyrimą. 4. Remiantis kaimo turizmo paslaugų Panevėžio rajone tyrimo rezultatais, pateikti kaimo turizmo paslaugų tobulinimo kryptis šiame rajone. Šiame darbe nagrinėjama savivaldybių funkcijos, jų grupavimas, savivaldybių biudžetų pajamų ir išlaidų išlyginimo sistema. Analizuojamais klausimais pateikiami statistiniai duomenys. Padarytos išvados ir pateikti pasiūlymai. Baigiamojo darbo temos pasirinkimą nulėmė jos praktinis reikalingumas ir aktualumas. Savivaldybių uždavinys – kuo geriau tenkinti gyventojų materialinius, buitinius, kultūrinius, švietimo ir kitus poreikius. Kiekviena savivaldybė turėtų savo valdomoje ir tvarkomoje teritorijoje gyventojams teikti vienodo lygio, vienodos apimties ir panašios kokybės paslaugas. Aktualu funkcijų pasidalijimas tarp įvairių valdymo lygių ir jų finansavimas. Labai svarbu, perduodant savivaldybėms funkcijas, kartu didinti ir pajamas. The study is started from the discussion about the particularities of the provision of tourist services that lead to the construction of the special section in the new Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania intended to impose special provisions for this contract for the provision of remunerative services. Main legal acts that regulate the provision of tourist services in Lithuania are analyzed. Flied of regulation of these legal acts, most important provisions, their evolution, objectives, interconnections between national, international law and law of the European Union are discussed. A lot of attention is paid to the topic of the unfair terms in the contract for the provision of tourist services. Legal acts are discussed in the light of the related topicalities and decisions of the courts in the field of the provision of tourist services.

Licensing of the commercial banks as the a priori their activities risk reducing factor) Pagrindinis šio magistro darbo tikslas yra atlikti dalykinę Europos Sąjungos teisės aktuose reglamentuojamų kredito įstaigų leidimų veiklai (licencijos) išdavimo reikalavimų analitinę apžvalgą. Ištirti minėtų reikalavimų perkėlimo į Lietuvos Respublikos nacionalinius teisės aktus ypatumus bei, atsižvelgiant į skirtingą pasirinktų valstybių narių praktiką, suformuluoti atitinkamus pasiūlymus. Šis magistro darbas susideda iš trijų dalių: 1) Komercinių bankų veiklos rizika ir jos išankstinis ribojimas veiklos leidimo pagalba. Tradiciškai viešojo sektoriaus veiklos sričiai priskirtų paslaugų teikimui ar infrastruktūros modernizavimui ir plėtimui imta naudoti viešojo ir privataus sektorių partnerystę. Koncesija yra vienas iš partnerystės modeliu. Ją galima apibūdinti kaip susitarimą tarp viešojo ir privataus sektorių, kurio tikslas sujungti viešuosius ir privačius išteklius, siekiant realizuoti viešosios politikos tikslus. Lietuvoje koncesijos, lyginant su kitomis valstybėmis, yra naujas reiškinys, neturintis tradicijų ir patirties. However, various countries of the world have shown a growing interest in Concessions (one of the Public Private Partnership model) over the last two decades. Concession is arrangement in which the public and private sectors join together to produce and deliver goods and services. It is a sufficiently new phenomenon in Lithuania and some shortcomings are noticeable in its application. The object of this thesis is Concession. The aim of work is to analyze possibilities to apply the concession in Lithuania. Three tasks were established for the realizing the goal meanwhile determining the structure of thesis.
