The individual must search the harmony between knowing, making and the leisure. The National Curricular Parameters are documents that contribute for orientation in the schools with basic concepts as of citizenship, culture and democracy, becoming a norteador instrument in the escolarizada education. This project of objective research to investigate the boarding of leisure contained in the National Curricular Parameters, of the social representations on it, pupils of 1ª 4ª series of a public school of President Prudente. To reflect on the leisure is excellent, as much for its educative text, how much for its politicosocial aspect, propitiating effective interaction in harmony with the nature and the intervention in the world capitalist partner. Some authors mention the leisure to it with clarity of the diverse possibilities to search elements for construction of the improvement of the quality of life, that cannot be privilege of economic and social minorities. Thus, this project of research if makes necessary in view of the importance that the school to contribute how much to the leisure and, over all, it can intervene with the education and the formation of the pupils for and for the leisure, and, also, in other spheres of the life human being. This project has, still, the purpose to analyze possible contradictions between the pedagogical project of the investigated school, the lines of direction of the National Curricular Parameters and the pedagogical reality. The research was developed according to moments: bibliographical survey, mainly involving thematic of the education and the leisure, critical analysis of readings of workmanships on the chosen subject; qualitative research in a public school of basic education of 1ª 4ª series to verify the conception of leisure for the controllers, professors, pupils and practical the pedagogical one. One used half-structuralized interviews directed the directors, professors and pupils. / Por muito tempo as pessoas buscavam, e ainda buscam, a realização pessoal através da educação e do trabalho, mas ignoravam o lazer como agente do processo de crescimento, separando a educação da profissão e lazer que deveriam ser entendidos em conjunto. O indivíduo deve buscar a harmonia entre o saber, o fazer e o lazer. Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais são documentos que contribuem para orientação nas escolas com conceitos básicos como o de cidadania, cultura e democracia, tornando-se um instrumento norteador na educação escolarizada. Este projeto de pesquisa objetiva investigar a abordagem de lazer contida nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, das representações sociais sobre ele, de alunos da 1ª a 4ª série de uma escola pública de Presidente Prudente. Refletir sobre o lazer é relevante, tanto pelo seu teor educativo, quanto pelo seu aspecto político-social, propiciando efetiva interação em harmonia com a natureza e na intervenção no mundo sócio capitalista. Alguns autores referem-se ao lazer com clareza das diversas possibilidades de buscar elementos para construção da melhoria da qualidade de vida, que não pode ser privilégio de minorias econômicas e sociais. Assim, esse projeto de pesquisa se faz necessário tendo em vista a importância que a escola contribuir quanto ao lazer e, sobretudo, pode interferir na educação e na formação dos alunos para e pelo lazer, e, também, em outras esferas da vida humana. Este projeto tem, ainda, a finalidade de analisar possíveis contradições entre o projeto pedagógico da escola investigada, as diretrizes dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais e a realidade pedagógica. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida segundo os momentos: levantamento bibliográfico, envolvendo principalmente a temática da educação e lazer, análise crítica de leituras de obras sobre o tema escolhido; pesquisa qualitativa em uma escola pública de ensino fundamental de 1ª a 4ª séries para verificar a concepção de lazer pelos dirigentes, docentes, alunos e a prática pedagógica. Utilizou-se entrevistas semi-estruturadas direcionadas aos diretores, docentes e alunos.

It analyzes the management of the education in the context of the neoliberalism as a theoretical, economic, ideological alternative, educational ethical-politics and, emphasizing the implantation of the processes of democratic management and management for the Total Quality. It concludes that the models of administration so far implanted are compromised to the materiality of the neoliberal project. The research process is developed from the description-critical method, searching to understand influences it of the process of implantation of the program of the total quality in the Schools of the State Net of Education of Amazon. One is about a research where if they had used official documents of primary and secondary sources, as well as of corresponding bibliographical referencial to the subject [it is praiseworthy, however repeats elements of the previous paragraphs] / Discute os modelos de gestão da educação escolar implantados nas escolas da Rede Estadual de ensino do Estado do Amazonas, tomando como ponto de discussão a influência que tais paradigmas causaram na subjetividade laboral dos gestores escolares e, também, na maneira de administrar os processos escolares que subjaz a escola pública. Submete à crítica a gestão escolar no contexto do neoliberalismo como uma alternativa teórica, econômica, ideológica e educacional, enfatizando os impactos da implantação dos modelos de gestão democrática e gestão pela Qualidade Total na organização dos processos e dos sujeitos escolares. Conclui que os modelos de administração escolar até agora implantados nas escolas públicas do Estado do Amazonas estão comprometidos com os fundamentos epistemológicos do projeto neoliberal (e neoconservador), considerando-se que as políticas de formação dos gestores escolares estão voltadas tão somente para os resultados escolares e a competitividade das unidades escolares como um processo totalitário de alcançar uma suposta qualidade no processo de escolarização dos homens-discentes. Critica e demonstra por intermédio da análise do processo histórico e da experiência empírica a mudança de comportamento ocorrida no chão das escolas da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, transformando o pensar e o agir dos homens docentes, dirigentes e discentes, seja na prática pedagógica, seja nos cursos de formação, em costumazes adeptos desse processo denominado de Gestão pela Qualidade Total.
