Šiuolaikinės ikimokyklinės įstaigos siekia teikti kokybiško ugdymo paslaugas ir tenkinti vaikų, tėvų poreikius. Tačiau ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo veiklos kokybės suvokimas gali būti skirtingas, nes kiekvienas ugdymo dalyvis-pedagogas, ugdytinis ir jo tėvai- tai vertina savaip (Valiuškevičiūtė ir kt., 2008). Tyrimo problema: Ikimokyklinės įstaigos ugdytinių tėvų ir pedagogų nuomonės dėl ugdymo paslaugų kokybė ne visada sutampa dėl informavimo stokos ar skirtingų požiūrių. Ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų teikiamos paslaugos ne visada atitinka ugdytinių tėvų lūkesčius. Todėl kyla probleminiai klausimai- kokia ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybės samprata ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos bendruomenės požiūriu? Kaip tenkina ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybė ugdytinių ir jų tėvų poreikius? Tyrimo tikslas – pateikti požiūrių į ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybę įvairovę. Darbe analizuojama, kaip, remiantis ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklą reglamentuojančiais dokumentais, apibrėžiama ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybės samprata, kokie kriterijai apibūdina ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybę. Empirinio tyrimo metu atskleista ugdytinių tėvų, ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų ir ikimokyklinio amžiaus (5-6m.)vaikų požiūrių į ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų veiklos kokybę įvairovė, įvertinta šių požiūrių dermė, išskirti sutampantys požiūriai. However the perception of quality of pre-school teachers‘ activity may be different because each participant in educational process - educator, learner and his/her parents value it differently (Valiuškevičiūtė and others, 2008). Research problem: The opinions of the learners‘ parents and educators of pre-school educational institutions on the quality of educational services sometimes differ for the lack of information or different attitudes. The services provided by pre-school educational institutions do not always satisfy the expectations of learners‘ parents. The aim of the research is: to definite the standpoint’s towards a Mentor peculiarities in pre – school educational institutions. The statistic research was carried out. Through the help of questionnaires the need of wardship of pedagogues, who start their work, and students – trainees was cleared up and the situation of its satisfaction in pre – school educational institutions too. The standpoint towards a mentor in pre – school institutions of pedagogues, who start their work, students – trainees, educators and the head of institution was cleared up as well. The research has shown, that pedagogues, who start their work, and students – trainees meet quite much difficulties during the first year of their work or practice. Students – trainees and pedagogues, who start their work, lack detailed help, so it is necessary for them to get such help. Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai ir praktiniai ugdymo įstaigų vadovų atliekamų valdymo funkcijų aspektai; analizuota kompetencijos samprata; aiškintasi vadybinės kompetencijos sąvoką; aptartos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų kompetencijos. Remiantis teorine analize atliktas vadovų vadybinių kompetencijų tyrimas Klaipėdos regiono ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Išsamiai išanalizuotas ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų ir personalo požiūris į vadovų vadybines kompetencijas. Tyrimas parodė, kad apklausti personalo nariai geriau vertina savo vadovus nei patys vadovai save. Respondentai gana aukštai vertina savo vadovų vadybinį pasirengimą, asmenines savybes bei kitas vadovui būtinas kompetencijas, taigi paneigiama autorės iškelta hipotezė, kad ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovams trūksta vadybinių kompetencijų. / This master’s final paper analyses theoretical and practical works of various Lithuanian and foreign authors regarding management functions’ aspects of educational institutions heads’; analyses conception of managerial competence; discusses pre-school educational institutions heads’ competences. With reference to theoretical analysis a research of Klaipeda region pre-school educational institutions' heads was performed. During the survey personnel’s and heads’ attitude towards heads’ managerial competences was thoroughly analyzed. The research revealed that the personnel evaluated their heads better then heads themselves. Respondents gave quite high evaluations of their heads’ managerial preparation, personal characteristics and other competences which are necessary for heads, therefore a hypothesis, raised by the author, that a pre-school educational institutions’ heads lack managerial competences, was denied.

Nuolatinio švietimo organizacijų tobulinimo poreikis, efektyvus kaitos valdymas, augantys reikalavimai švietimo paslaugų kokybei bei kiti veiksniai įtakoja švietimo organizacijų valdymo pokyčius, kurie siejasi su naujais vadovų vaidmenimis ir funkcijomis. Šiuolaikinės mokyklos vadovas turi būti vienas iš aktyviausių švietimo kaitos dalyvių, todėl inovatyviai atliekama jo veikla gali sąlygoti sėkmingą ugdymo institucijos veiklą bei jos kaitą. Magistro darbe analizuota ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vystymo strateginiai orientyrai, pateikta minėtų institucijų tobulinimo samprata, atskleistos tobulinimo sąsajos su kokybe, aptarti vadovų vaidmenys kaitos kontekste, išryškinti vadovų vaidmenų transformacijas sąlygojantys veiksniai. Tyrimas atliekamas naudojant teorinius, empirinius, statistinius tyrimo metodus: mokslinės literatūros šaltinių ir švietimo veiklą reglamentuojančių dokumentų analizė, anketinė apklausa, statistiniai: aprašomosios statistikos metodai. Tyrimo metu siekta išsiaiškinti, koks yra ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų vaidmuo organizacijos tobulinimui pačių vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrio aspektu. Tyrimas patvirtino hipotezę, kad didžioji dauguma vadovų ir daugiau nei pusė pedagogų yra įsitikinę, kad vadovų vaidmuo ikimokyklinio ugdymo institucijos tobulinimui yra didesnis nei pedagogų. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The permanent requirement of educational institutions development, an effective control of alternation, rising requisitions for the quality of educational service and other factors influence the change of educational institution’s controlling, which relates with new roles and functions of the authorities. The leader of modern school has to be one of the most active participator in educational changes. Therefore innovative activities can determine the successful practice and changes of educational institutes. This work of master’s degree analyses preschool educational institutes’ guides of development’s strategics. There is presented the conception of aforementioned institutions’ development, educed the connection between development and quality, disputed the roles of the authorities in the development and emphasized the factors of the authorities’ roles transformation. The research is fulfilled by using theoretical, empirical, statistical methods: the analysis of scientific literature and documents that regulate the education, questionnaire and statistical-descriptive method. Šiandien yra būtina lanksti švietimo įstaigų darbo sistema, todėl šiame darbe buvo aiškinamasi, kokia šiuo metu yra tėvų nuomonė apie įvairias šių įstaigų teikiamas ikimokyklinio ugdymo paslaugas vaikams. Tyrimo tikslas. Išanalizuoti ikimokyklinio ugdymo paslaugų šeimoms ir vaikams, kurie lanko ir nelanko ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigas, paslaugų įvairovę. Tyrimo uždaviniai: išsiaiškinti ikimokyklinio ugdymo ir su juo susijusių paslaugų įvairovę vaikams, kurie lanko įstaigas ir kurie nelanko, vėliau šias abi paslaugų kryptis palyginti. Buvo numatyta hipotezė, kad ikimokyklinio ugdymo paslaugų įvairovė skiriasi kiekybės požiūriu ir netenkina pakitusių visuomenės poreikių. Tiriamųjų imtis: 1190 respondentų. Iš kurių - 898 tėvai, kurių vaikai lanko ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigas ir 292 tėvai, kurių vaikai nelanko šių įstaigų. Tėvai buvo pasirinkti iš įvairių Lietuvos miestų ir rajonų. Nustatyti tyrimo faktai leidžia teigti, kad tyrimo hipotezė pasitvirtino- daugiau paslaugų yra teikiama vaikams, kurie lanko ikimokyklines ugdymo įstaigas .Tiems, kurie jų nelanko- paslaugų įvairovė yra žymiai menkesnė, todėl turėtų būti geriau apgalvota ir kryptingiau organizuojama. Raktažodžiai: vaikų priežiūros paslaugos, šeimos politika, paslaugos šeimoms ir vaikams, ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigas lankantys ir nelankantys vaikai, paslaugų įvairovė. / Nowadays it is essential to have an adapting system of educational institutions, therefore in this thesis analysis have been conducted about parents’ opinion of various services which pre-school educational institutions provide. Goal of this investigation: To analyze the variety of pre-school educational institutions and services for children that attends or absent them and their families. Aim of this investigation: To determine the variety of pre-school educational institutions for children who attend or absent these institutions and the services that are provided by them and compare these two branches. A hypothesis state, that pre-school educational institution’s services does not meet the changed society’s demands, nor there are sufficient of them. Poll respondents are: 1190 parents, from which 898 people whose children attend pre-school educational institutions and 292 parents’ children that do not attend them. Parents have been chosen from different Lithuania’s cities and areas. Poll shows that hypothesis of this investigation can be confirmed. More services are provided for children who attend these institutions, compared to children that do not. In this case system ought to be carefully rethought and organized more efficiently.
