En la presente investigación MABE PERÚ S A es una empresa especializada en línea blanca, la problemática que se presenta es el servicio que brinda la empresa de transporte “Door to Door”, no se han preocupado por prestar atención a las nuevas exigencias de los clientes y que el mercado requiere, es aquí donde se detectaron deficiencias en los procesos de envíos y entrega de mercadería. La investigación se desarrolló aplicando el método cuasi experimental y descriptiva, donde la investigación cuasi experimental consiste en la medición de los tiempos de los procesos relacionados con los despachos vigentes y una simulación de los tiempos en el proceso que se propone como una mejora del servicio. La investigación descriptiva corresponde a los resultados del muestreo a los responsables de las empresas a quienes se les brinda el servicio, sobre el nivel de satisfacción del servicio que se les brinda. Como resultado de la investigación se observa que a partir del seguimiento a los transportistas se encontraron deficiencias en las entregas de los productos en el servicio de distribución que la empresa ofrece en la mayoría de los casos son descuidados, se realizaron entrevistas y medición de tiempo en el proceso de los despachos con la finalidad de obtener respuestas, por lo tanto, los resultados obtenidos demostraron la necesidad de la implementación del manual de procedimiento de almacenes que aportará de mucha utilidad a la gestión de los transportistas. In this research MABE PERU S.A. is a company specializing in white goods company, the problem that arises is the service provided by the transport company "Door to Door", have not been worried about paying attention to the new demands of customers and the market requires, it is here where deficiencies were detected in the process of shipping and delivery of goods. The research was conducted using the quasi-experimental and descriptive method, where the quasi-experimental research consists in measuring the times of the processes related to existing offices and a simulation of time in the process proposed as an improvement of the service. Descriptive research corresponds to the sampling results to the heads of companies who are providing the service, on the level of satisfaction of the service provided to them. As a result of research shows that from tracking carriers deficiencies were found in deliveries of products in the distribution service that the company offers in most cases are neglected, interviews and time measurement were conducted in the process of the offices in order to get answers, therefore the results demonstrated the need for the implementation of warehouse procedure manual which will provide very useful to the management of carriers.

Nesse contexto, este trabalho estudou a concepção de bem viver Terena em Araribá, em sua intersecção com uma construção de corpo e de pessoa. Partindo das relações cotidianas, o método etnográfico possibilitou identificar alguns estados considerados indesejáveis e encaminhados a especialistas pelos próprios Terena. Assim, foi possível esmiuçar um pouco da cosmovisão Terena e suas matizes no âmbito do bem viver, das relações de cuidado e cura. / The Terena Araribá, an indigenous land in the State of São Paulo, recognize Mato Grosso do Sul as their original territory, which was left in 1930 because of an action of Indian Protection Service. Since this change, their ideal of full life has been reinvented through the so-called unatí yapey perspective, which is inspired and motivated by everyday references of villages where their relatives currently live. In this context, this paper studied the design of living well in Terena Araribá and its intersection with building of body and individual. Starting from everyday relationships, a range of ethnographic tools made it possible to identify some states considered undesirable and as requiring specialists by Terena people themselves. (Professional Nursing) / The purpose of this study is to develop a model for effective management of grievances in nursing services, and to describe guidelines for its utilisation in nursing services. This will enable managers to facilitate labour peace in nursing services. From the research of Potgieter (1992) regarding management of grievances by nurse managers, a model case is synthesized. The essential concepts are identified, defined and the relationships between the concepts described in statements. The survey list of Dickoff et al. (1968:423) gives the structure to the model and the agent, recipient, process, dynamics and goal are described within the context of nursing services. A graphic picture of the model follows as well as the description of the process. Guidelines for application in practice are finalised after evaluation by nurses in practice as well as an industrial relations consultant. The final model follows the feedback after evaluation by the above-mentioned. The model is evaluated in practice using observation, interviewing and an instrument measuring the essential concepts as identified in the model. The findings are described in a case study.

n Evaluation of the Diagnosis of Iron Deficiency Anemia in a Hospital Population

Class of 2008 Abstract / Objectives: To examine the utilization of the various laboratory tests in diagnosing iron deficiency anemia and determine the proportion of patients receiving unnecessary iron supplementation. Methods: Included in the descriptive study were 126 adult patients with a diagnosis of iron-deficiency anemia determined by ICD9 codes at the University Medical Center (UMC) in Tucson, AZ. Demographic and clinical characteristics were collected by chart review and analyzed by calculating means, standard deviation, and range for patient’s age, iron dose, and lab values. The study also examined the percentage of each lab value (serum iron, transferrin, transferrin saturation, serum ferritin, and/or hemoglobin/hematocrit) used to diagnosis iron deficiency anemia and the percentage of patients found below common references ranges for each serum iron laboratory test were calculated. Results: The average age of the iron deficiency patient was 55 with an average daily elemental iron dose of 108.1 mg with a standard deviation of 50.0. The majority of the laboratory tests were utilized over 50% of the time, with the exception of transferrin (49.6%), transferrin saturation (44.8%), and ferritin (46.4%). The laboratory test with results below the reference range the least percentage of the time was ferritin at 13.8%. The hematocrit (95.1%), hemoglobin (93.6%), serum iron (92.6%), and transferrin saturation (91.1 %) were below the reference range in a high proportion of the patients. Conclusions: It appears that physicians in a hospital setting are not obtaining or utilizing the correct iron laboratory tests in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia, resulting in unnecessary iron supplementation.
