This diploma thesis provides information about the fact whether there is possible a social rehabilitation for convicted persons sentenced to the lifelong imprisonment. In the theoretical part I deal with an issue of a punishment, what consequences the punishment has and with a prison environment associated with it. The next chapter consists of the treatment programme. With an imposition of the exceptional sentence there is undoubtedly connected also an explanation of the criminal activity, for which this penalty has been imposed. The last part of the theoretical part is focused on the social rehabilitation of convicts and an after-sentence care.The research part presents a quantitative and qualitative research that I carried out through a questionnaire survey and interviews. There are described characteristics of the research population and sample in this part. Further I present results of the data obtained and information about the fact whether the social rehabilitation of the lifelong-sentenced prisoners is real. The data collection took place in the months of March and April 2012 through questionnaires and interviews. The research was conducted in the high-security prison in Valdice. There were chosen the prison department E for the lifelong-sentenced prisoners and this prison staff. In total 20 questionnaires were distributed, the return made up 100%. Four employees of the prison were addressed. There were determined 5 hypotheses and 2 research questions. The first hypothesis presumed that more than 50% of lifelong-sentenced believe that their conviction to the lifelong imprisonment is unfair. The performed research disproved this hypothesis. The second hypothesis stated that working activities helped prisoners to manage their stay in the prison, this hypothesis was confirmed. The third hypothesis stated that more than 50% of life-sentenced considered the treatment programme sufficient for their social rehabilitation. The research confirmed this hypothesis. The fourth hypothesis stated than more than 50% of the prisoners had been changed by their stay in the prison, the hypothesis was confirmed. The fifth hypothesis was that the lifelong-sentenced prisoners did not suffer by any remorses. This hypothesis was disproved in the research. Answers to research questions were carried out in the research section.

The thesis deals with possibilities and ways of child's development in their preschool age. The aim of this thesis is to prove a positive effect of controlled kinetic activities on the development of children's abilities, skills and knowledge at the age from two to four, namely in the frame of all five educational spheres RVP PV. There was used the method of an experiment consisting in a realization of a fourteen-day-search based on a schooling program using both kinetic and non- kinetic activities, on an input and output measuring the level of the same partial abilities, skills and knowledge for two eight-member-groups of children and also comparing acquired results. It was found out that kinetic activities of preschool children can be used within the educational process as one of its elements with comparable effect to using non-kinetic activities. Title: Developing a dancing-motion programme for senior citizens Objectives: The objective of this diploma work was to develop and apply a dancing-motion programme for seniors and to characterize its benefits for senior individuals aged between 60 and 90. Methods: Using quantitative and qualitative methods we evaluated the quality of developing a dancing-motion programme for seniors. We used the method of inquiry with the techniques of survey, observation and group interview. The praxix took place in a chosen retirement home during the time period of three months. Results: The achieved results of my work are described in detail in the result part of my work and summarized in its discussion part. The results of our research showed that although the developing and the application of the dancing-motion programme was positively evaluated by the probational group, its level of difficulty did not quite suit the seniors' psysical abilities and that is why it was found difficult by them. Cette recherche s’attache à identifier les paradigmes éducatifs caractérisant les programmes de l’école primaire de 2002 et de 2008, et, à travers eux, les projets politiques qui leur sont sous-jacents. Plus particulièrement, cette étude interroge la façon dont chacun de ces programmes tente de répondre au défi de la modernité démocratique. L’analyse est organisée sous l’angle de la cohérence systémique des trois pôles constitutifs de tout projet éducatif : le pôle des finalités, le pôle des appuis scientifiques, et celui des pratiques. Cette tentative de modélisation est étayée par les données recueillies à l’issue d’une lecture thématique des programmes développée à l’intérieur de chaque domaine ou discipline. Un premier chapitre est consacré aux modalités d’élaboration de ces deux programmes. Les quatre chapitres suivants sont consacrés à l’analyse, sur le mode comparatif, des différentes disciplines regroupées par démarche curriculaire. La façon d’aborder l’enseignement de chacune d’entre elles y est en effet modélisée, mais l’intention est également d’identifier, pour chacun des programmes, différentes modalités de cohérence dans le traitement de ces disciplines, et de les illustrer à l’aide de ces regroupements, lesquels ne sont pas les seuls possibles. L’ensemble de cette étude permet d’alimenter un sixième chapitre de synthèse consacré à la détermination des deux paradigmes éducatifs véhiculés par les programmes de 2002 et de 2008, et à la caractérisation de leur cohérence systémique, à la fois horizontale et verticale. Cette synthèse tente ainsi de mettre en exergue les contrastes entre ces deux paradigmes éducatifs relativement au critère du type d’individu qu’il s’agit de former. Cette réflexion sur les programmes de l’école primaire conduit à des implications curriculaires vis-à-vis des compétences professionnelles des enseignants qui sont, en retour, examinées. / This research endeavours to identify education paradigms which characterise French primary school programs of 2002 and 2008 and, through them, to look at the politics projects standing below these programs. Particularly, this study will examine the way in which each of these programs tries to answer the challenge of democratic modernity. This analysis is organized from the angle of systemic coherence of the three constitutive points standing at the basis of an education program : purposes, scientific support and practise. This attempt at establishing a pattern is backed up by the data collected at the conclusion of a thematic reading of the programs developed inside each field or discipline. The first chapter is devoted to the methods of development of these two programs. The four following chapters are devoted to the analysis, on the comparative mode, of the various disciplines gathered by curriculum approach. The way of approaching the teaching of each one of them is indeed modelled there, but the intention is also to identify, for each of the programs, various methods of coherence in the treatment of these disciplines and to illustrate them using these gatherings, which are not the only possible ones. The whole of this study makes it possible to give birth to a sixth chapter of synthesis devoted to the determination of the two educational paradigms conveyed by the programs of 2002 and 2008 and to the characterization of their systemic coherence, at the same time horizontal, from one discipline to another for each cycle, along with vertical, i.e. relative to a possible continuity between cycles, even between degrees of teaching. This synthesis also tries to put forward contrasts between these two educational paradigms, compared to the criterion of the type of individual who has to be formed. This reflection on the programs of the elementary school leads to curriculum implications vis-à-vis to the professional competences of the teachers, who are, in return, examined.

Selbstdarstellungs-Medium Webcam? Persönlichkeitsmerkmale und Ziele von Webcam-Nutzern.

Untersucht wurde, ob und wie Webcams auf privaten Homepages im Internet als Selbstdarstellungs-Medium genutzt werden und welchen Einfluss dabei Persönlichkeitsmerkmale und Ziele von Webcam-Nutzern ausüben. An einer internetbasierten Befragung nahmen 62 Personen teil, die über eine zufallsgesteuerte Stichprobe ermittelt wurden. In der Befragung wurden die Persönlichkeitsvariablen der Big Five und Authentizität erhoben, sowie interessierende Facetten des Narzissmus, der Selbstwertschätzung, der Selbstüberwachung sowie neun Stile der Selbstdarstellung. Darüber hinaus machten die Teilnehmer Angaben zu Webcam-Motiven, Gründe für die Installation der Webcam, Zielgruppen und Nutzungsweisen von Webcams sowie zu weiteren interessierenden webcam- und homepage-spezifischen Merkmalen. Erste Ergebnisse zeigen, das Webcams auf privaten Homepages zur authentischen Selbstdarstellung verwendet werden. Weiterhin unterscheiden sich Webcam-Besitzer nur marginal hinsichtlich der erhobenen Persönlichkeitsvariablen von Vergleichsstichproben und von Homepage-Besitzern. Dabei richten sich Webcam-Besitzer vorrangig an ein persönlich bekanntes oder nichtbekanntes Publikum und verwenden auch im realen Leben bevorzugte Selbstdarstellungsstile. Abschließend wird die Darstellung der Webcam-Nutzung in öffentlichen Medien kritisch disskutiert und Anregungen für die weitere Forschung in diesem Bereich gegeben.
