Atento ao crescente fluxo imigratório e a urbanização, Guilherme de Almeida nos convida a um olhar narrativo-poético sobre oito bairros estrangeiros na cidade de São Paulo. Tal corpus também nos instiga a questionar sobre o hibridismo localizado tanto na transgressão dos limites entre prosa e poesia quanto na ruptura de fronteiras entre jornalismo e literatura. Assim, para o estudo da série de reportagens Cosmópolis recorremos, fundamentalmente, às teorias do jornalismo focadas na questão dos gêneros jornalísticos, como também aos trabalhos de crítica literária e análise poética. Ademais, procuramos confeccionar uma análise da percepção do imigrante nesse peculiar registro da imigração paulistana vigente na década de 20 / This research performs and analytical-interpretative study of the series of reports Cosmópolis, the poet Guilherme de Almeida, published in the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo during the period from March 1929. Aware of the increasing immigration flow and urbanization, Guilherme de Almeida invites us to a narrative-poetic look at eight foreign quarters in São Paulo. This corpus also encourages us to questions about hybridity located both in transgression of the boundaries between prose and poetry and in breaking boundaries between journalism and literature. Thus, to study the series of reports Cosmópolis appealed mainly to the journalism theories focused on the issue of jourlaistic genres, as well as the works of literacy criticism and poetic analysis. A literatura informa que esta foi uma das primeiras experiências de reportagem externa do rádio brasileiro. Entretanto, há pouco registrado desse feito. Utilizamos a metodologia da história oral, associada à análise documental, e entrevistamos diversos personagens que participaram desta história, com o intuito de reconstruir parte da trajetória dos Comandos Continental, equipe que produzia o noticiário da emissora. Apresentamos ainda uma discussão conceitual sobre a reportagem e análise de duas produções dos Comandos realizadas na década de 1950. / In this work the beginning of radio reportage on Rio de Janeiro Continental Radio Station is investigated. The literature informs that this was one of the first experience of outside reportage on Brazilian radio. However, few details are registered. We used oral history methodology, associated with documental analysis, and interviewed some people that have taken part on this history aiming to reconstruct part of the trajectory of Comandos Continental, a group that make the Radio Station news. We also present a conceptual discussion on reportage and analyze two productions of Comandos performed on 1950's.

The product was made to be a communication channel that exposes the needs of HIV-positive and discusses the relationship between them, the government and the society. Through it, we seek to discuss regarding the actions that must be performed for the rights of those with positive HIV status, and demystify several issues relating to HIV positive with regard to stigma and prejudice by which they pass. This research arose from the need to think about the various forms of journalism contribution to the understanding and discussion of those living with aids. The intention of create this study assumes that the understanding of the various existing realities in the works written by journalists can contribute to understand and experience the narrated facts. It is intended, thus, evident that the book-report, used by journalists to narrate the events and assist in the understanding of important facts to humanity, is a product suitable to address the issues about HIV and aids. / Este relatório apresenta a fundamentação e a criação de um livro-reportagem sobre aqueles que vivem com HIV/aids no estado de Pernambuco. O produto foi realizado para ser um canal de comunicação que expõe as necessidades dos soropositivos e discute a relação entre eles, o poder público e a sociedade. Por meio dele, buscou-se problematizar a respeito das ações que devem ser realizadas em prol dos direitos de quem tem a sorologia positiva para o HIV, além de desmistificar diversas questões referentes aos HIV positivos no que diz respeito aos estigmas e preconceitos pelos quais passam. Esta pesquisa surgiu da necessidade de pensar as diversas formas de contribuição do jornalismo para o entendimento e a discussão acerca de quem vive com HIV/aids. O intuito de realizar este estudo parte do pressuposto de que o entendimento das diversas realidades existentes nas obras escritas por jornalistas podem contribuir para compreender e vivenciar os fatos narrados. Evidencia-se, dessa forma, que o livro-reportagem, utilizado pelos jornalistas para narrar acontecimentos e auxiliar na compreensão de fatos singulares para a humanidade, é um produto propício para tratar das questões acerca do vírus HIV e da aids.

Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo sobre a sua evolução com origem no impresso, em meados de 1898, e as modificações estruturais sofridas diante do panorama atual das tecnologias de informação e comunicação. A pesquisa destaca a evolução da grande reportagem e evidencia o formato multimídia. Influenciada pela convergência, a grande reportagem apresenta características contemporâneas em um formato revisitado. A união do jornalismo com a internet é fundamental para o êxito de uma grande reportagem multimídia, que mantém particularidades do formato tradicional e apresenta, simultaneamente, uma linguagem jornalística reconfigurada por elementos interativos e dinâmicos. O formato está inserido no cenário contemporâneo dos veículos de comunicação. No Brasil, o UOL Tab, desenvolvido pelo portal de notícias UOL, se enquadra no proposto diante da existência de tais particularidades. O presente trabalho assinala de que forma as propriedades definidoras da grande reportagem, como texto longform e abordagem aprofundada dos temas, estão evidenciadas no objeto estudado. Ao longo da pesquisa, observou-se que as características tradicionais do formato não foram extintas, e sim, minimizadas diante das novas qualidades propostas pela convergência. Os itens considerados essenciais para enquadrar um produto à comunicação em rede como multimidialidade, hipertextualidade, customização de conteúdos, interatividade, mobilidade e memória estão presentes no objeto e, independente da representatividade de cada código de linguagem, eles se convergem em um produto singular. Diante disso, o UOL Tab enquadra-se ao formato multimídia por proporcionar a convergência simultânea dos gêneros textuais, visuais e audíveis. / This work is the result of researches on the influence of media convergence in the reformulation of the great report, a consolidated format in the journalistic scenario. For that, a study was carried out on the evolution originated in print in the middle of 1898 and the structural changes suffered in the current panorama of information and communication technologies. The research highlights the evolution of the great report and evidence the multimedia format. Influenced by convergence, the great report have contemporary features in a revisited format. The union of journalism with the internet is fundamental for the success of a multimedia great report, which maintains particularities of the traditional format and simultaneously presents a journalistic language reconfigured by interactive and dynamic elements. The genre is embedded in the contemporary scenario and is a trend in the vehicles of communication. In Brazil, UOL Tab, developed by the news portal UOL, is in line with the proposal given the existence of such peculiarities. The present work shows how the defining properties of the great report, such as longform text and an in - depth approach to the themes, are evidenced in the object studied. Throughout the research, it was observed that the traditional characteristics of the format were not extinct, but were minimized in view of the new qualities proposed by the convergence. The items considered essential for framing a product to network communication such as multimedia, hypertextuality, content customization, interactivity, mobility and memory are present in the object and, independent of the representativeness of each language code, they converge into a singular product. Therefore, UOL Tab fits into the multimedia format by providing the simultaneous convergence of textual, visual and audible genres.

Os dois filmes são frutos de adaptações dos romances-reportagem Lúcio Flávio e Infância dos Mortos de José Louzeiro. Assim, interessa-nos também investigar e identificar as marcas dos elementos jornalísticos que caracterizam a obra literária de Louzeiro, e localizá-los no cinema de Babenco; interessa fundamentalmente esse trânsito entre reportagem e literatura, que daria origem aos romances-reportagem de Louzeiro, e entre a literatura e o cinema de Babenco. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Este trabalho tem por objetivo fazer uma leitura sobre a cobertura da imprensa brasileira sobre a fome. Problema vivenciado por milhões de pessoas no Brasil e no mundo, a fome ainda não despertou o interesse de pesquisadores da área de comunicação sobre sua representação midiática. O trabalho usa como recorte dois jornais: Folha de S. Paulo e O Povo. Foi feito um levantamento sobre dez anos de cobertura de cada um dos jornais. O trabalho pretende, assim, também investigar diferenças e semelhanças de critérios de noticiabilidade entre veículos de comunicação de regiões diferentes. / This work has the objective of do a lecture about the hunger press coverture. Problem lived by million of people in Brazil and in the world, the hunger hasnt still interest of researchers of communication area about the representations in media. The work uses two journals: Folha de S. Paulo and O Povo. Has been done a lecture about ten years of coverture in each journal. The work pretends also investigate differences in newsmaking criteriuns among journals of different areas.

Compreender como as histórias são contadas nas reportagens hipermídia, a partir da Teoria do Hipertexto, a fim de elaborar elementos que apontem para as especificidades deste gênero no espaço de escrita digital é o objetivo principal desta tese. Para tanto refletimos sobre as características do hipertexto e sugerimos adequações ao campo do jornalismo. Definimos também o termo hipermídia como uma forma de mídia, resultante da remediação de todas as formas de mídia, de linguagem e de modos expressivos midiáticos que a antecederam. Sobre o gênero reportagem, discutimos a reportagem hipermídia e identificamos os recursos que potencializam a contextualização das histórias. A partir dessas discussões teóricas elaboramos nossa matriz metodológica que alia as especificidades do hipertexto jornalístico (a tipologia dos links, a multivocalidade e a estrutura de navegação) e as questões pertinentes às reportagens hipermídia, as quais denominamos de eixos estruturantes (camadas informativas, modalidades comunicativas e variantes contextuais). A análise foi realizada em três reportagens hipermídia: Snow Fall: The Avalanche at Tunnel Creek – The New York Times (Estados Unidos), Filhos da Guerra: Quem é o filho que António deixou na guerra – Público (Portugal) e Crise da água: Líquido e Incerto – Folha de S. Paulo (Brasil). Os resultados nos apontam para padrões de recorrência nas reportagens hipermídia que indicam um perfil próprio desse gênero no espaço de escrita digital. Destacamos alguns traços desse perfil: a reportagem hipermídia utiliza links narrativos para complementar, particularizar, ilustrar e detalhar as informações; emprega múltiplas vozes; a participação do leitor é restrita; a estrutura de navegação é diversificada; a estrutura da reportagem conta com duas camadas informativas; as modalidades comunicativas estão integradas entre si; o texto é a peça-chave que conduz a história; a contextualização das histórias ocorre por meio da humanização dos relatos, de bases de dados, de recursos imersivos e das histórias em formato longo. / The main goal of this thesis is to understand how stories are being told in hypermedia reporting, considering Hypertext as theoretical framework, in order to elaborate features that indicates the specificities of this genre in digital writing space. For this purpose, we consider hypertext characteristics in order to suggest adjustments to journalism field. We also define hypermedia as a new media format, resulting from the remediation of all types of media, language and expressive mediatic modes that preceeded it. When it comes to reporting as a genre, we discuss the hypermedia reporting and identify the resources that strengthen stories contextualization. From these theoretical discussions, we elaborate our methodological framework that combines the specificities of journalistic hypertext (the typology of links, the multivocality and the navigation structure) and the pertinent issues to hypermedia reports, which we denominate the structuring axes (informative layers, communicative modalities and contextual variants). We select as an analysis sample three hypermedia reports: Snow Fall: The Avalanche at Tunnel Creek – The New York Times (United States), Filhos da Guerra: Quem é o filho que António deixou na guerra – Público (Portugal) and Crise da água: Líquido e Incerto – Folha de S. Paulo (Brazil). The study findings lead us to identify a standard in hypermedia reports which compose a profile of its own kind in the digital writing field. We highlighted some features of this profile: the hypermedia report uses narrative links as complement, to particularize, to illustrate and to detail the information; it employs multiple voices; it uses restrict reader participation; it uses a diverse navigation structure; it's structure has two informative layers. We also find that the communicative modalities are integrated with each other; the text is the key element that conducts the story; the story contextualization occurs using resources such as personification, databases, immersive language and long-form stories.
