A presente tese é uma proposta teórico-interpretativa em sexualidade infantil e sua contribuição à área da educação sexual, numa teorização que sistematiza a produção de conhecimento sobre o tema. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica-documental, conforme a vertente construtivista da GT em Kathy Charmaz. Sob o descritor sexualidade infantil foram acessados e codificados artigos, monografias, dissertações e teses indexados no Google Acadêmico, no período de 2004 a 2014, bem como dissertações e teses na fase de saturação dos dados, realizado no Banco de Teses da CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior). Na codificação que permitiu a organização dos fragmentos dos textos indexados originaram-se as Sentenças Categorias Codificadas (SCC). Estas SCC são o primeiro produto resultante da codificação dos fragmentos dos textos. As SCC geraram as Unidades Categorias (UC) que são um segundo produto, seguindo o método da GT, que aglutinam e reagrupam as SCC na busca de um contorno simplificador para a teorização em curso. Estas UC permitiram a sistematização dos primeiros conceitos da teorização que são as Unidades Conceituais Provisórias (UCP), base para os Memorandos que levam a teorização em sexualidade infantil. Esta teorização se fundamenta em três considerações: (1) a sexualidade infantil tem seu referencial na obra freudiana e na psicanálise até a contemporaneidade; (2) o cotidiano escolar evidencia duas situações que se complementam, gerando a necessidade de uma ação tanto no campo da formação inicial de professores em Pedagogia, como na formação continuada nas Redes de Ensino públicas e particulares/privadas; (3) a temática das políticas públicas de proteção à sexualidade infantil, como direito da criança pequena. Na... / The Grounded Theory (GT) is an inductive research method that is based on the everyday data analysis to generate theory. This thesis is a theoretical and interpretative proposal on child sexuality and its contribution to the area of sex education, a theory which organizes the production of knowledge on the subject. It is a bibliographical and documentary research, as the constructivist aspect of GT Kathy Charmaz. Under the main heading infantile sexuality were accessed and coded articles, monographs, dissertations and indexed theses in Google Scholar, from 2004 to 2014, as well as dissertations and theses in the data loading phase, held at the Bank of CAPES Theses (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior). The encoding that allowed the organization of the fragments of the indexed texts originated in the Sentences categories Coded (SCC). These SCC is the first product resulting from the coding of the fragments of the texts. The SCC generated Categories Units (UC) that are a second product, following the GT method, which coalesce and regroup the SCC in the search for a simplifying contour to theorizing in progress. These UC enabled the systematization of the first concepts of the theory that it is the Provisional Concept Units (UCP), the Memorandum basis for the theory that lead in children's sexuality. This theory is based on three considerations: (1) child sexuality has its reference in Freud and psychoanalysis to the contemporary; (2) the school routine shows two situations that complement each other, creating the need for action both in the field of initial teacher training in pedagogy, and in continuing education in public and private / private education networks; (3) the issue of public policies for protection of children's sexuality as a right of the small child. Desta maneira, o presente estudo de natureza analítico-descritivo, objetivou analisar o Projeto Pedagógico do curso de Pedagogia da Unesp-Faculdade de Ciências e Letras, do Campus de Araraquara quanto à inserção das temáticas de sexualidade e orientação sexual, a partir da análise dos programas e matriz curriculares e dos saberes expressos pelos alunos. Em relação à metodologia, ela consiste de uma pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, sendo que participaram da mesma 70 alunos do 4.º ano do curso. Foi realizada a análise dos programas e das disciplinas do citado curso de Pedagogia, por meio da técnica análise documental. A seguir aplicou-se um questionário com os alunos do curso de Pedagogia, contendo 20 questões fechadas. A análise dos resultados permite afirmar que de modo geral não há na grade curricular do curso menção à sexualidade e orientação sexual, sendo que no histórico do curso houve apenas a oferta de disciplinas optativas que abarcavam estes temas, as quais não foram mais ofertadas. Outrossim, que o currículo oficial deste curso não dá margem para discussão da sexualidade, embora no currículo oculto há a possibilidade de abordar a sexualidade. Em função da natureza deste currículo pode-se afirmar que o espaço existente para esta discussão é velado e subaproveitado. Dessa forma, o ideal seria que a sexualidade pudesse fazer parte da grade curricular, porquanto embora apresente espaço no currículo oculto, não significa que terá oportunidade de ser abrangida em sala de aula. Thus, this study of an analytical-descriptive, aimed to analyze the Project Pedagógico Course Pedagogy of Unesp-Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Araraquara Campus on the inclusion of themes of sexuality and sexual orientation from the analysis of programs and curriculum matrix and the knowledge expressed by the students. Regarding methodology, it is a qualitative and quantitative research, which involved the same 70 students of 4th grade of that course. It was initially established contact with the director of that Faculty to request its completion within the Campus and the authorization for it to be possible to analyze the programs and matrices of the course curriculum, and to apply the questionnaire to the students. Then, we performed the analysis of programs and disciplines of that course of education, through technical document analysis. Then a questionnaire was applied to the students of the course of education, with 20 closed questions. The analysis of results suggests that in general there is in the curriculum of the course reference to sexuality and sexual guidance, and the history of the course was only to offer elective courses that cover these topics, which were no longer offered. Also, the official curriculum of this course does not give room for discussion of sexuality, while the hidden curriculum open this possibility. In view of the nature of this curriculum can be stated that the existing space for this discussion is veiled, and underused. Austregésilo − conhecido como um dos precursores entre os autores que escreviam sobre sexualidade − é autor da obra mais antiga encontrada no período sobre sexualidade: Psiconeuroses e sexualidade. I - a neurastenia sexual e seu tratamento, de 1919. Encontramos em suas obras descrições das atitudes e comportamentos sexuais no Brasil, nas primeiras décadas do século XX, que tinham como pressupostos teóricos os ideais higienistas e eugenistas, disseminados pela Medicina do período. Assim, considerando a inexistência de uma historiografia da educação sexual no Brasil sistematizada e organizada, esta pesquisa contribui para uma parte da reconstituição do período histórico em que houve a institucionalização do discurso sobre a educação sexual e a sexualidade / The present study aims to conduct a content analysis of three works published by medical Antônio Austregésilo Rodrigues de Lima, seeking information on the sexual behavior and attitudes of the early twentieth century in Brazil, which make up significant primary sources, but unknown on Sexual Education. Austregésilo − known as one of the forerunners among the authors who wrote about sexuality − is the author of the earliest work on sexuality found in the period: Psiconeuroses e sexualidade. I - a neurastenia sexual e seu tratamento, 1919. We found in his works descriptions about the sexual attitudes and behaviors in Brazil, in the first decades of the twentieth century, which had as theoretical assumptions hygienists and eugenicists ideals disseminated by Medicine for the period. Finally, the research is of historical nature, using as research techniques to bibliographic and documentary research, carried out from the analysis of primary sources, with theoretical support based on authors who develop studies on the mentality and behaviors in structured society period as well as the context of the historical moment in which the works were written. Foi executada uma sequência de atividades interventivas didático-pedagógicas em que a autora atua como professora e pesquisadora. As atividades sugeridas permitiram a imersão no contexto dos (as) estudantes e análise de suas visões de mundo, ideias, impressões e tensões relacionadas à diversidade sexual, gênero e sexualidade. Uma série de conflitos e desafios emergiram a partir da ação reflexiva, oferecendo subsídios para reformulação das práticas didático-pedagógicas que resultaram na elaboração de uma proposição didática. Apoiei-me em Louro (1997, 2000, 2001, 2003 e 2011) e Jablonka; Lamb (2005) para nortear as reflexões. Gênero e sexualidade são construções culturais que em interação com a dimensão biológica, devido a seus caráteres subjetivo e complexo, oferecem especificidades únicas para cada indivíduo. Os diálogos de Paulo Freire dão sustentação à intervenção pedagógica. Os diálogos realizados representaram o material de pesquisa e os dados foram obtidos a partir da análise desse material, segundo pressupostos da Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 1977). Os resultados da pesquisa apontam possíveis caminhos para a promoção da tolerância por meio da abordagem da Síntese Evolutiva Estendida, evidenciando superação de tensões e tabus, a despeito das convicções morais e/ou religiosas relacionados à diversidade sexual. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de: (a) apresentar as perspectivas culturais e biológicas e a interação desses elementos, visando a construção do gênero e da sexualidade; (b) aplicar atividades pedagógicas que problematizem a patologização da diversidade sexual; (c) pensar atividades pedagógicas que discutam a diversidade sexual e superem sua relação com “opção sexual”; (d) criar atividades que desmistifiquem a relação entre diversidade sexual e condutas morais e/ou éticas, noções de certo ou errado, bom/ruim, que representam entraves pessoais que favorecem atitudes preconceituosas e discriminatórias que dificultam o relacionamento saudável entre os sujeitos; (e) criar abordagens diferenciadas para o trabalho com estudantes do ensino médio que levem em consideração suas características etárias e culturais; (f) estimular o debate de modo que as concepções, os mitos, os tabus e os preconceitos emerjam nas rodas de conversa. / This is a sharing research developed with students of the first year of high school in a public school in Distrito Federal in which research contributions of Education for a Sexuality were investigated in the light of Extended Evolutionary Synthesis in the issue of Diversified Part (P.D.) for a promotion of tolerance to sexual diversity. A sequence of didactic-pedagogical interventions was performed in which an author acts as a teacher and researcher. The experiments suggested a context of studies and analysis of their world views, ideas, impressions and tensions related to sexual diversity, gender and sexuality. A serie of conflicts and challenges emerged from the reflexive action, offering subsidies for reformulation of didactic-pedagogical practices that resulted in the elaboration of a didactic proposition. I supported myself in Louro (1997, 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2011) and Jablonka; Lamb (2005) to guide the reflections. Gender and sexuality are cultural constructions that in interaction with a biological dimension, due to their subjective and complex characters, unique specifications for each individual.The dialogues of Paulo Freire give support to the pedagogical interventions. The dialogues represent the research material and the data were obtained from content analysis according to the assumptions of Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977). The results of the research point out ways to promote tolerance through the Extended Evolutionary Synthesis approach, evidencing the overcoming of tensions, taboos in spite of the moral and / or religious convictions related to sexual diversity. The results indicate a need to: (a) present as cultural and biological perspectives and an interaction of the elements that result in the construction of gender and sexuality; (B) to apply pedagogical activities to discuss a pathologization of sexual diversity; (C) thinking about pedagogical activities that discuss sexual diversity and get over its relation to "sexual choice"; (D) to create relationships of sexual diversity with moral and / or ethical conducts, notions of right or wrong, good / bad, that represent personal barriers that favor prejudiced and discriminatory attitudes that hinder the relationship between the subjects; (E) create differentiated approaches to work with high school students that take into account their characteristics and cultures; (F) stimulate the debate so that conceptions, myths, taboos and prejudices emerge in the wheels of conversation.

Para atingir esse objetivo, investigamos o conceito de gozo, partindo do Genuss freudiano à sistematização do campo do gozo elaborada por Lacan. Tal investigação foi fundamental para analisarmos os diversos modos pelos quais o campo do gozo pode ser descrito e compreendido. Abordamos diferenças e semelhanças entre o gozo fálico e o gozo mítico, analisando a figura do toro a fim de descrever, eficientemente, as modalidades de gozo. Tendo passado por estes esclarecimentos, analisamos a partilha sexual e a maneira pela qual o gozo feminino pode ser compreendido a partir da castração e da estrutura significante. Dessa forma, foi-nos possível postular a experiência mística como uma modalidade de gozo própria da mulher. Ademais, os relatos acerca da experiência mística demonstraram a possibilidade de compreender este modo de gozo como um acontecimento eminentemente particular, irredutível a qualquer universalização. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This work aimed to analyze the interfaces between the mystical experience and the jouissance. To achieve this goal, we investigated the concept of jouissance, starting from the Freudian Genuss to the systematization of the field of jouissance elaborated by Lacan. Such investigation was fundamental to analyze the most diverse ways from which the field of jouissance can be described and understood. We approached differences and similarities between the phallic and the mythical jouissance, analyzing the torus figure in order to efficiently describe the modalities of jouissance. Having gone through such elucidations, we analyzed the sexual partition and the way the feminine jouissance can be understood from castration and significant structure. It was thus possible for us to postulate the mystical experience as a modality of the woman's jouissance. Furthermore, the accounts on mystical experience demonstrated the possibility of comprehending this modality of jouissance as an eminently particular event, irreducible to any universalization.

Orientador: Paulo Rennes Marçal Ribeiro / Banca: Carla Daniela Rabelo Rodrigues / Banca: Luci Regina Muzzeti / Resumo: Esta pesquisa de mestrado teve como objetivo investigar, se existe uma pré-disponibilidade dos adolescentes do ensino fundamental e médio, de uma escola estadual na zona norte de Franca, em São Paulo, em promover, a educação sexual por meio de uma extraprogramação pedagógica realizada dentro do ambiente escolar. Como sugestão nesse processo de intervenção foi proposto à implantação de um programa de rádio feito pelos próprios alunos, com a supervisão desta pesquisadora. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação qualitativa com referências teórico-metodológicas fundamentadas por Paulo Freire no que tange à problematização, humanização, visão totalizadora do ser humano e diversidade. Para o levantamento dos dados, primeiramente, foram feitas entrevistas e aplicação de questionário com dez alunos do Grêmio Escolar. Como parte dos resultados, quando questionados se queriam discutir sobre sexualidade na escola, nove alunos responderam que sim e apenas um "achou vergonho". A pesquisa incluiu ainda apresentação de temas transversais, dinâmicas e observação dos participantes. No entanto, as abordagens sobre sexualidade, causaram um incômodo social entre os docentes, que interromperam a pesquisa nas etapas finais, provocando uma "castração". Para os professores, todo o processo estava incentivando o ato sexual, já que, parte dos alunos é evangélica, o que reforça a religião como instituição reguladora e o estigma diante do sujeito como detentor de um corpo discursivo / Abstract: This master's research aimed to investigate if there is a pre-availability of adolescent primary and secondary school, a state school in the north of France in São Paulo, to discuss the process of sexual education through extra-programming pedagogical held within the school environment. As a suggestion that intervention process was proposed the implementation of a radio program made by the students, with the supervision of the researcher. This is a qualitative action-research with theoretical and methodological references founded by Paulo Freire regarding the questioning, humanization, totalizing vision of the human being and diversity. To gather data, first, interviews were conducted and a questionnaire with ten students of the Guild School, as part of the results, when asked if they wanted to discuss sexuality at school, nine students answered yes and only one, do not like it because "I find shameful". The survey also included the presentation of cross-cutting themes, and dynamic observation of the participants. However, approaches to sexuality, social caused annoyance among the teachers, who promoted a "castration" by stopping the search in the final stages. O manual da ABRAPIA (2002) destaca a Educação Sexual como ferramenta de prevenção primária da violência sexual, tornando a criança menos vulnerável à ela. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é apresentar a trajetória e fundamentação teórica da criação de um recurso educativo para a promoção do diálogo com crianças de 3 a 8 anos, como estratégia de enfrentamento da violência sexual: o livro “O que é privacidade?”. Em um sentido mais específico, esse trabalho descreve destalhadamente o caminho percorrido para a elaboração da obra, bem como fundamenta as escolhas tomadas, elencando os passos que englobaram a construção do texto, a elaboração dos personagens principais e secundários, a indicação da faixa-etária, o desenvolvimento das cenas ilustradas e os objetivos do conteúdo do livro. Por fim, a dissertação também sintetiza o estudo da educação sexual e suas contribuições no enfrentamento da violência sexual contra crianças. É possível considerar que a literatura atual é clara ao estabelecer que a educação sexual é uma das formas mais eficazes de promover a prevenção da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. É por meio da educação sexual que se cria um ambiente seguro e de liberdade para que os alunos se comuniquem com familiares, educadores e outros profissionais da rede de proteção, caso estejam enfrentando esse tipo de violência. Nesse sentido, o livro “O que é privacidade?” se propõe a ser uma ferramenta de enfrentamento da violência sexual, ao facilitar o diálogo e promover momentos e espaços de informação, atenção e discussão, além de empoderar a criança para que identifique situações de perigo e possa recorrer aos adultos de confiança de seu núcleo de convivência. / The sexual violence against children e teenagers is a serious problem fraught with consequences involving threat to life, relationships, quality of life and, in a broader sense, the physical and mental health. The manual ABRAPIA (2002) highlights the sexual education as a primary prevention tool of sexual violence, reducing the child's vulnerability to tha kind if violence. The aim of this paper is to present the history and theoretical foundation of creating an educational resource for the promotion of dialogue with children from 3 to 6, as a coping strategy of sexual violence: the book “What is privacy?”. In a more specific sense, this work describes the path for the development of the work, and based the choices taken, listing the steps that range from the construction of the text, the drafting of the main and secondary characters and other steps to get the results. It also examines sexual violence as a multifactorial phenomenon, with an overview of the Brazilian scene that depicts the problem of sexual violence. Finally, it summarizes the study of Sexual Education and its contributions in addressing this type of aggression. It is possible to consider that the current literature is clear in establishing that sexual education is one of the most effective ways to promote the prevention of sexual violence against children and adolescents. It is through the intentional sexual education that is possible to create a safe environment for students to communicate with family members, educators and other professionals about sexual violence. In this sense, the book “What is privacy?” meets the proposal to be a coping tool of sexual violence, to facilitate dialogue and promote information, attention and discussion, and empower the child to identify dangerous situations and appeal to trusted adults.

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a efetividade da rede de proteção a crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual intrafamiliar, especificamente, o impacto das intervenções de um Serviço de Enfrentamento à Violência, Abuso e Exploração Sexual. Este serviço, respalda-se no ECA e faz parte da política pública destinada à criança e adolescente vítimas de violência sexual e recebe recursos financeiros do governo federal e municipal. Tem como objetivo atender crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual e suas famílias, sob o paradigma da proteção integral, garantindo-lhes o cuidado psicossocial, a promoção, defesa e garantia dos direitos. Foram construídos cinco indicadores de resolutividade das situações de violência que nortearam a coleta de dados e análise dos resultados. Nos Conselhos Tutelares da cidade pesquisada foram identificados 147 (cento e quarenta) casos denunciados de violência sexual intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes no período de 01/08/2008 a 30/06/2009 e passou-se então, a monitorá-los e pesquisar as intervenções da rede protetiva de atendimento até janeiro/2010. Baseada nos procedimentos da avaliação por triangulação de métodos e do marco lógico selecionou-se 10 (dez) casos para aplicação de testes e escalas aos sujeitos para análise do impacto das intervenções e entrevistou-se os profissionais envolvidos nas intervenções. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam para a necessidade de adequações na implementação desta política pública e reformulação nas metodologias de intervenção e exercício das práticas intersetoriais / This research encompasses the fields of knowledge of social service, politics and public administration, law and psychology. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the safety net for children and adolescents victims of sexual violence within the family, specifically the impact of interventions of a Service for Combating Violence, Abuse and Sexual Exploitation. This service draws upon the ECA and is part of public policy for the child and adolescent victims of sexual violence and receives funding from the federal and municipal government. It aims to assist children and adolescents victims of sexual violence and their families, under the paradigm of full protection, guaranteeing them the psychosocial care, promotion, protection and guarantee of rights. Were constructed five indicators of situations of violence that guided the data collection and analysis of results. In the Child Protection Council in the city surveyed were identified 147 (one hundred and forty) reported cases of sexual violence within the family against children and adolescents in the period from 01/08/2008 to 30/06/2009. It started then the monitoring of these cases and the search for the operations of the network of protective care until January/2010. Based on the evaluation procedures by triangulation methods and log frame, were selected ten (10) cases for application testing and scales to the subjects for analysis of the impact of interventions and were interviewed professionals involved in interventions. The survey results point to the need for adjustments in the implementation of public policy and recast of the procedures for intervention and exercise of practices within sectors

Austregésilo − conhecido como um dos precursores entre os autores que escreviam sobre sexualidade − é autor da obra mais antiga encontrada no período sobre sexualidade: Psiconeuroses e sexualidade. I - a neurastenia sexual e seu tratamento, de 1919. Encontramos em suas obras descrições das atitudes e comportamentos sexuais no Brasil, nas primeiras décadas do século XX, que tinham como pressupostos teóricos os ideais higienistas e eugenistas, disseminados pela Medicina do período. Enfim, a pesquisa é de cunho histórico e utiliza como técnicas de investigação a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, realizadas a partir da análise de fontes primárias, com suporte teórico fundamentado em autores que desenvolvem estudos sobre a mentalidade e os comportamentos estruturados na sociedade da época, bem como o contexto do momento histórico em que as obras foram escritas. Assim, considerando a inexistência de uma historiografia da educação sexual no Brasil sistematizada e organizada, esta pesquisa contribui para uma parte da reconstituição do período histórico em que houve a institucionalização do discurso sobre a educação sexual e a sexualidade / Abstract: The present study aims to conduct a content analysis of three works published by medical Antônio Austregésilo Rodrigues de Lima, seeking information on the sexual behavior and attitudes of the early twentieth century in Brazil, which make up significant primary sources, but unknown on Sexual Education. Austregésilo − known as one of the forerunners among the authors who wrote about sexuality − is the author of the earliest work on sexuality found in the period: Psiconeuroses e sexualidade. I - a neurastenia sexual e seu tratamento, 1919. We found in his works descriptions about the sexual attitudes and behaviors in Brazil, in the first decades of the twentieth century, which had as theoretical assumptions hygienists and eugenicists ideals disseminated by Medicine for the period. Finally, the research is of historical nature, using as research techniques to bibliographic and documentary research, carried out from the analysis of primary sources, with theoretical support based on authors who develop studies on the mentality and behaviors in structured society period as well as the context of the historical moment in which the works were written. Orientador: Paulo Rennes Marçal Ribeiro / Banca: Andreza Marques de Castro Leão / Banca: Fátima Aparecida Coelho Gonini / Resumo: A educação sexual está inserida no contexto escolar por meio dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais e visa estabelecer uma referência curricular e apoiar a revisão e/ou elaboração dessa proposta pelos Estados ou escolas integrantes dos sistemas de ensino. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo constatar a existência ou não da prática de ensino da sexualidade nas escolas, como ela é desenvolvida e as dificuldades encontradas quando é aplicada. A metodologia é qualitativa, cuja técnica principal de coleta de dados foi a entrevista semiestruturada. Foram entrevistados 12 gestores municipais de uma cidade no interior do Estado de São Paulo. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que os gestores têm uma definição parcial da sexualidade e educação sexual geralmente associando-as a saúde, prevenção, doenças e gravidez precoce, tratando-a somente pela visão biológica e fisiológica e como senso comum, sem embasamento teórico e científico. Os gestores veem como obstáculos para implementação da educação sexual na escola a falta de um profissional especializado; a família, a religião, a faixa etária e o preconceito. Relatam necessidade de capacitação para os professores, mas que essa iniciativa deve ser dos órgãos governamentais, porque mesmo com os PCN como respaldo eles sentem falta de políticas públicas efetivas. Concordam em dar respaldo ao professor e têm a educação sexual como fundamental para o desenvolvimento da criança. Conclui-se que apesar de existir uma legislação que determine a realização da Educação Sexual na escola, não é o suficiente para que ela se efetive. Para que isso ocorra falta uma participação mais contundente da Secretária da Educação no sentindo de viabilizar toda uma estrutura (política pública, capacitação e os recursos necessários) para sua realização / Abstract: Sex education is part of the school environment through the National Curriculum Parameters and aims to establish a curriculum reference and support the review and / or preparation of this proposal by the State or members schools of education systems. This research aims to establish the existence or not of sexuality teaching practice in schools, as it is developed and the difficulties encountered when it is applied. The methodology is qualitative, whose main technique for data collection was the semi-structured interview. They interviewed 12 municipal managers of a city in the state of São Paulo. The survey results revealed that managers have a partial definition of sexuality and sexual education often associating them with health, prevention, disease and early pregnancy, treating it only the biological and physiological insight and like common sense, without theoretical and scientific . Managers see as obstacles to implementation of sex education at school the lack of a specialist; family, religion, age and prejudice. Reported need for training for teachers, but that this initiative should be government agencies, because even with the support PCN as they feel lack of effective public policies. They agree to give support to the teacher and have sex education as critical to child development. It concludes that although there is a law that determines the realization of sex education in school is not enough for it to become effective.
