We describe the large-time moment asymptotics for the parabolic Anderson model where the speed of the diffusion is coupled with time, inducing an acceleration or deceleration. We find a lower critical scale, below which the mass flow gets stuck. On this scale, a new interesting variational problem arises in the description of the asymptotics. Furthermore, we find an upper critical scale above which the potential enters the asymptotics only via some average, but not via its extreme values. We make out altogether five phases, three of which can be described by results that are qualitatively similar to those from the constant-speed parabolic Anderson model in earlier work by various authors. Our proofs consist of adaptations and refinements of their methods, as well as a variational convergence method borrowed from finite elements theory.

L’univers médiéval tient une place importante dans la culture poétique italienne du XVème au XVIIIème siècle. Emblèmes de cet univers, les poèmes épiques de l’Arioste et du Tasse, imités de ceux d’Homère, promeuvent les histoires les plus populaires des théâtres italiens des XVIIème et XVIIIème siècles. L’écriture du Moyen Âge dans l’opéra, entre 1690 et 1730, montre une diversité des esthétiques et des figures poétiques et dramatiques. Grâce à l’Accademia dell’Arcadia, la rénovation du livret ouvre de nouvelles perspectives à son exploitation, que développera Zeno contrairement à Metastasio. En s’appuyant sur la tragédie française, celle-ci lie étroitement art poétique et musical. L’air symbolise ce point de rencontre des affects et de leur représentation musicale. Il contribue à la célébrité de l’Artaserse (1730) de Vinci et celui de Hasse. Ces opéras précipitent le déclin des sujets médiévaux et laissent la place à un nouveau modèle lyrique. / Medieval universe took an important place in the Italian poetic culture from the 16th to the 18th century. Emblems of this universe, Ariosto and Tasso’s epic poems, imitated of Homer’s, upgraded to most popular histories of the Italians theatres of the 17th and 18th centuries. The Middle Ages’ representation in Opera between 1690 and 1730, showed a diversity of esthetics but dramatic and poetic figures too. Thanks to the Accademia dell’Arcadia, the renovation of the libretto led to consider new prospects of its exploitation. Zeno developed the new vision of Middle Ages contrary to Metastasio. Supporting by French tragedy, this renovation unified with strength poetical and musical art. The aria symbolized the meeting point of affects and their musical representations. It contributed to the celebrity of Vinci’s and Hasse’s Artaserse (1730). These two operas hastened the decline of medieval subjects and installed a new lyric model.

O estudo das características da Bacia Hidrográfica do Sapucaí em Minas Gerais permitiu compreender que esta região rica em potencial humano e natural deve ser tratada como uma região estratégica, por seu potencial hídrico e paisagístico, por sua riqueza cultural e por sua proximidade às regiões metropolitanas mais significativas do país. Entretanto o modelo de desenvolvimento adotado não tem privilegiado o potencial existente de maneira satisfatória em planos e programas que efetivamente se tornem realidade. Partindo-se de uma discussão ampla da questão ambiental e do papel real e imaginado para o planejamento ambiental, urbano e regional buscou-se um entendimento de quais seriam os caminhos de desenvolvimento mais indicados para a região estudada, entendendo que, neste caso, são pressupostos primordiais a valorização da paisagem, da cultura e do desenvolvimento humano. / The application about the characteristics of Sapucai´s Hydrographic Basin, in Minas Gerais permitted to understand that this region, rich in human potential and natural, must be viewed as strategic, for his hydro and landscape potential, for his cultural riches and for his proximity of the most metropolitan regions of the country. However, the development model used didnt favored the existed potential in a satisfactory manner into projects and programs that effectively made them real. Starting from a discussion about the environmental subject and the real and imagined role for the urban, regional and environmental planning we have looked for an agreement of what would be the most indicated ways of development, understanding that, in this case, the valorization of the landscape, the culture and the human development are prime assumed.

The diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the first sentences of newspaper articles namely from an aspect of the topic-focus articulation, which is expressed in Czech primarily by word order. The word order depending on the increasing communicative dynamism of words in the sentence might be changed from an objective word order if new information follows known or before mentioned information into subjective word order resulting in a reverse order. E.g.: The CEZ group showed record profit of 52 milliard CZK last year, a reverse word order: (literal translation) Record profit (Obj) of 52 milliard CZK the CEZ group(Subj) showed last year. In our thesis, we describe the above mentioned changes and we determine sets of cases comprising the modifications and we attempt to specify kinds of rules and principles resulting in different word orders. The sentence in the case of the subjective word order begins with an object, an adverbial of time, place, or condition. Anyway, not always a sentence constituent at the beginning of the sentence indicates the subjective word order. A significant role in the analysis is played by head- lines, which affect considerably the result. We focus ou attention on sentences expressing a placement on the scene. We have been examinining the image of Ostrava on prose of six authors after 1989. Our aim was to find the function of such space in narrative - it can only play role of a scenery (Slawińsky term), sometimes more functions are added, which empasizes the importance of region in literature according to Urbanová: each region can become a theme or be transposed into author ́s aesthetic sense, influence creative method and become an inspiration in various ways. We have also evaluated how much the protagonists identify themselves with the urban space of Ostrava. This has been based on phenomenological approach of Norberg- Schultz Genius loci. In conclusion we have tried to summarize which themes regarding Ostrava become common for examined authors, whether they create a coherent literary utterance about Ostrava, which has similarities with Todorov ́s petersburg text of russian literature.

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de estabelecer relações entre o modo de inserção dos parques públicos no tecido urbano, seus sistemas de percursos, uso do elemento vegetal, no período entre meados dos séculos XVIII e XIX, além dos instalados a partir dos anos 50 do segundo milênio, assim como, as ideologias correntes sobre o tema do desenho da paisagem na Europa, Estados Unidos e Brasil, descrevendo e comentando-os. Pesquisou-se a literatura abordando a origem e o desenvolvimento dos parques europeus e americanos, capazes de elucidar, de que maneira, as diversas concepções de parques públicos urbanos têm mudado durante o passar do tempo, a priori, influenciadas pelas características culturais e socioeconômicas das populações e, paralelamente, seus tipos de alocação na trama urbana. Primeiramente são objetos de análise as origens e oportunidades que propiciaram a realização dos parques dos séculos XVIll e XDC, e a relevância dos mesmos na estruturação da cidade. A descrição dos parques modernos no Brasil, seu programa público e monumental, que busca reconhecer a influência do movimento moderno e a sua presença entre nós, constituem o segundo aspecto. O terceiro item é o parque contemporâneo, mais especificamente a partir dos anos 80 do século XX. Compõem um quarto nível a análise compositiva do sistema de caminhos e a composição do elemento vegetal, adotada pelos recortes temporais, mencionados nesta dissertação. O problema da seleção e escolha do sítio físico objeto de intervenção, o programa de necessidades e as condicionantes sociopolíticas aicerram este estudo. / This project was set up with the aim of establishing relations between the insertion way of public parks in urban areas in the mid of eighteenth and nineteenth centuries., as well those buiit from the fifties of the second millennium, in addition to descriptions and comments on the current ideologies about the scenery design issue in Europe, United States and Brazii. The literature study shows the origin and development of European and American parks. And it is able to elucidate, partially, how the several conceptions of urban public parks have changed through times, prior, they are affected by the population culture and socioeconomic features and, at the same time, their sorts of allocation in the urban context. First of ali, it is analysed the origin and oportunities that propitieated the achievement of the eighteenth and nineteenth parks and their relevance in the city structure. The second aspect is the discription of modem parks in Brazil, especially, by Roberto Burle Man('s design, his public and monumental project that tries to recognize presence among us. The third aspect is the contemporary park, especifically those from the 80s of the twentieth century. The fourth levei consists of compositive anatysis of contemporary parks, the pedestrian way net and the greenery formatíon done by time cuts. Ali these are mentioned in this paper. This project is ended by the matter of selecting and choosing the site set for intervention, the necessity program and the soclopolitics círcumstances.
