Fonomix, en multisensorisk läsinlärningsmetod : En undersökning om hur några lärare ser på användandet av Fonomix i förskoleklass / Fonomix, a multi sensory method : A study of how teachers percieve the use of Fonomix in preschool classes

Axelsson, Marlene January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this study is two-fold, firstly to ascertain whether teachers consider that the Fonomix method (a Swedish phonological training programme with articulation) contributes to an improved pupil learning and, secondly, whether pupils who have been taught using the Fonomix method find decoding easier in their first year at school. The study’s methodology consists of qualitative interviews with teachers who have experience of the Fonomix method. The interviews were carried out at two different schools within the same municipality. The study shows that the teachers interviewed agreed that the Fonomix method benefits many of the pupils in a class. The teachers also considered that the pupils starting year one were advanced as regards their knowledge of letters and words thanks to the teaching they had received during their preschool class using the Fonomix method. This is due to the phonetic teaching being multi-sensory and varied which facilitates learning for a greater number of pupils. The Fonomix articulation method provides extensive teaching material which can easily be varied and adapted to suit the pupils and consolidate learning.

Začlenění dětí z dětských domovů na základní škole / The integration of children from Orphanages to Elementary school

Havlíčková, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
The topic of my Diploma thesis is the integration of children from Orphanages to Elementary school. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the description of the Orphanage as an institution and the life in this institution from many aspects. As I think the most important part of the theoretical work are information which refer to the integration of children from the Orphanages to the classes of primary school and work of these kids within a primary school. The practical part is taken in a qualitative way as an analysis of inteviews with individual pupils from the Orphanages who attend the first and the second grade of the primary school which are aimed to the integration of these people to the collective in the primary school and on their subjective opinions. The work is finished with the syntesis of theorecital and practical work and the interpretation of results which have been found in the research. In the end there is also presented an overlap of topics which related to the disscused problematic.

Řízení třídy v 1. a 2. ročníku ZŠ v nestandardních podmínkách / Class management at the 1st and 2nd year of a primary school in non-standard conditions.

Bartůňková, Markéta January 2022 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of managing classes at the first and second level of elementary school in non standard conditions. Specifically, the COVID-19 pandemic. The restrictions which prohibited physical attendance of children in schools required a change in teaching and a necessity to by flexible in reacting to the crisis measures. Distance learning was a new form of learning for teachers, the pupils and their parents alike. The theoretical portion explains views on guidance of the classroom, discusses the school classroom and the specifics of the first and second level of elementary school. Managing a classroom is a demanding field and there is no general united guide to a functional approach. The teacher perfects themselves through experience and decides on their own what strategies to use. The last chapter of the theoretical portion describes the pandemic and characterizes distance learning. It goes into detail on the situation in the Czech Republic and offers an overview of arisen platforms that should provide communication aid not only for teachers. The practical portion, with the support of a semi-structured interview, helps clarify two suppositions, names critical points of online teaching and offers possibilities that teachers can use for the possible return of such...

Möjligheter och hinder att arbeta språkutvecklande i förskoloaklass : Med fokus på fonologisk medvetenhet

Pettersson, Christina January 2018 (has links)
Thepurpose of my study is to investigate pedagogues experience of working methodsto promote linguistic phonological development in pre-school children whoselanguage development is weak. The aim is further tohighlight the obstacles and opportunities that the pedagogues in the studyconsider to aggravate and stimulate the work of language development inchildren with weak phonological awareness and how the organization's designaffects the teachers 'work in this area. Today's society places highdemands on reading and writing skills for citizens who, in turn, place highdemands and good knowledge of reading and writing lessons for all educators andteachers. Through qualitative semistructured interviews, I interviewed fiveeducator active pre-school class. The five teaching educators are from fivedifferent schools in four municipalities. The results of the study have shownthat all educators work conscious language development with language games, more or less systematically and organized. The Bornholm model is the screeningmaterial and exercises used most frequently. The biggest obstacles theeducators need to deal with is the absence of colleagues. Then the planningtime that everyone considers necessary to provide quality education is lost.Factors that promote linguistic work on phonological awareness are commoncompetence development and collaboration in the work team. In my limited study,I have gained insight into how language development works in the municipalities.I have also received good examples of language development, fun working method andmethods.

Postavení integrovaného žáka s lehkým postižením v žákovské skupině / The issue of integration of students with light handicaps in s peer group a classroom.

ŠVAMBERKOVÁ, Lenka January 2010 (has links)
The purpose of this Graduation Theses is to ascertain the status of a slightly handicapped child in a primary school class collective. It concerns namely children with a diagnosis of slight cerebral dysfunction or specific learning disability. The theoretic part deals with the nature of a primary school class, particularly from a developmental and sociological point of view. Further, it considers the problems of learning disability and behaviour disorder, which applies for the pupils I have been concerned with in my Graduation Theses, and also the questions of school integration. The practical part comprises the research itself and processes the data obtained. The investigation took place in the Grünwaldova elementary school in České Budějovice. It was executed using the sociometrical method, monitoring, observation, and a questionnaire designed for teachers. Individual parts of the research using the sociometrical method are introduced in the appendices.

Suomen äidinkielentuki esikoululuokassa verkkosivujen valossa : Kuntien viranomaisviestintä vivahteikasta / Finnish mother tongue support in pre-school class in the light of websites : Municipal authority communication shows variable solutions

Holmberg, Hannele January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this study was to examine how municipalities inform about mother tongue in the pre-school class in Finnish. Ten municipalities were chosen to study this, five so-called administrative areas for Finnish, five that were not. The study shows that it is more common for municipalities to provide information about mother tongue and pre-school class in Finnish if the municipality is included in the administrative area for Finnish language. To disseminate information in Finnish, the municipalities use both government texts in Finnish and automatic translation programs. The language texts of the municipalities in Finnish proved to be vague and ambiguous. The automatic translations did not match the expected content. This qualitative study takes its theoretical point of departure in national legislation from the perspective of a language and minority policy. The main material consists of ten municipalities' internet pages which were collected in October 2019 and analysed using critical discourse analysis.

Práce třídního učitele s pravidly života ve třídě 1. stupně základní školy / Teacher's work with organizational a behavioral rules at a primary school class

Kunzmannová, Renata January 2020 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and characterize possible causes of class indiscipline, to find a connection between non-disciplinary pupils at primary school and chosen teacher strategies for dealing with indecision and to introduce possible means of regulating pupil's behavior and learning with respect to maintaining positive class climate. The practical part describes the action research of the selected class and the innovation of the established disciplinary means based on the recommendations of professional literature, conclusions from the theoretical diploma part and practical experience. A number of factors, such as pupil's psychological development, teacher and pupil personality, learning style, pupil's attitude to school, temperament, or selected teacher's means to regulate pupil behavior and learning, influence classroom discipline and can contribute to problem behavior. Appropriate selection of strategies and educational means based on a respectful teacher-pupil relationship can reduce pupils' disturbing behavior and thus affect the overall building of a positive classroom climate. Research analyzes educational measures and suggests effective measures to maintain discipline and regulate behavior. The conclusion of the thesis points out the importance of the teacher 's...
