Esta tese trata da prática comunicacional de representar o crime no funk proibido, uma prática complexa que implica processos disposicionais e identitários e que está inscrita em territórios submetidos à influência das regras que regem o mundo do crime, operando no plano intersubjetivo como um jogo de linguagem adaptativo e no plano social como uma prática coletiva. Representar implica reiterar a vontade para ratificar o compromisso com o crime ou para mostrar consideração e conviver com seus efeitos. A ratificação da disposição para representar, para ganhar potência e funcionar como uma estratégia de sobrevivência, precisa estar sempre atualizada. Reiterando-se ao longo do tempo, cada manifestação da disposição para representar o crime recupera o momento anterior e a expectativa de futuro, atualizando o gesto no momento presente. A disposição para representar o crime opera como uma presentificação no plano social, que contribui para a manutenção da subjetivação no crime e ao mesmo tempo entranha a potência de transformação através da constituição de um sujeito político cujo lugar de enunciação é o mundo do crime. A tese foi construída a partir da análise de letras de música de funk proibido artesanal que circulam no YouTube (totalizando 303 minutos de áudio), adotando como metodologia a Análise Situacional, uma refundamentação da Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados (Grounded Theory). As letras foram submetidas à codificação aberta no programa NVivo Pro 11, o que possibilitou a formulação da categoria central representar o crime. A categoria central foi analisada com as ferramentas cartográficas propostas pela metodologia Análise Situacional, conduzindo à formulação de uma teoria da presentificação social sobre a construção da subjetividade na prática comunicativa. O método de inferência adotado foi o método abdutivo, e a coleta e a análise foram guiadas por amostragem teórica. O funk proibido foi teorizado como um dispositivo interacional estético a partir do qual é possível observar o fenômeno comunicacional como processo tentativo e probabilístico em uma concepção pragmatista das teorias da comunicação. / This thesis object is the communicational practice of representing crime in funk \"proibido\" music, a complex practice that involves dispositional and identitary processes inscribed in territories under the influence of the world of crime rules, and that operates on the intersubjective level as an adaptive language game and on the social level as a collective practice. Representing implies reiterating the will to ratify the commitment to crime or to show consideration to it and coexist with its effects. In order to gain power and function as a survival strategy, the ratification of the disposition has to be always up to date. Over time, each manifestation of the disposition to represent crime recalls the previous moment and the expectation of future, updating the gesture in the present moment. The disposition to represent crime operates as a presentification on the social level, which contributes to the maintenance of subjectivation in crime and at the same time carries the power of transformation through the constitution of a political subject whose voice emanates from the world of crime. The thesis was constructed from the analysis of lyrics of funk \"proibido\" music pieces that circulate on YouTube (totaling 303 minutes of audio), following Situational Analysis (a re-foundation of Grounded Theory) as methodology. The lyrics were submitted to open coding using NVivo Pro 11 software, which led to the formulation of representing crime as the central category. The central category was analyzed using Situational Analysis cartographic tools, leading to the formulation of a theory of social presentification on the construction of subjectivity in communicational practice. The inference method followed was abduction, and the collection and analysis were guided by theoretical sampling. The funk \"proibido\" music itself was theorized as an aesthetic interactional device in which it is possible to observe the communicational phenomenon as a tentative and probabilistic process, understood under a pragmatist tradition in the field of communication theory.

Enemies of the People is a book that examines whistle-blowing—i.e., the unauthorized conveyance of sensitive information to mass media and authorities—and the social responses this performance provokes. The book develops a fresh view of this phenomenon by framing the trend of events according to a couple of fundamental elements found in tragedy. The book also includes a critical appraisal of the perspectives that set the tone in the existent whistle-blowing research. The prevalent one-sidedness found in this field of research is reviewed and contrasted with the contributions delivered in the present study. The analysis is based on three famous whistle-blowing cases that received a lot of attention in mass media: Ingvar Bratt and the Bofors affair; Odd F. Lindberg and the Norwegian seal hunting affair; and finally, Paul van Buitenen and the Leonardo-affair in the European Commission. The author claims that by studying the sociology of tragedy, it is possible to develop a new way of examining social processes where the final outcome is the excommunication of the appointed culprits through, for example, expulsion or avoidance. This purgatorial process is treated as a social status degradation, where the offender experiences a thorough social identity transformation that turns his or her social position to a lower social rank than initially held. The title of this book alludes to a stage play written by the Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen. His dramatic piece An Enemy of the People, written in 1882, plays a prominent part in this study.

In this explorative study internet dating is studied as shared commitment to a common collective activity. Focus is on social formative emotions and internet dating in the rhythm of everyday life. The study is based on an interactionist theory/method package related to grounded theory and situational analysis. Sixty-eight participants of a Swedish internet dating site have been interviewed by e-mail. Fifteen of these interviews were followed up by a second one. Internet dating mainly occurs during evenings at home. It is kept separate from other commitments in daily life, such as work, as collisions of activities might lead to emotional and tension-ridden situations. The essential social process involved in internet dating is searching for a future someone/something. This process is given strength by the future- and action-oriented emotion of hope of happiness. The future is represented in imagination by talk about sought for emotions. The internet daters want to end their commitment to internet dating, while the internet dating company, for economic reasons, wants them to continue with the activity. The internet daters learn to manage their spontaneous emotions; they learn not to show "too much" future-oriented emotions. Instead a "relaxed" attitude, based on the present, is encouraged among participants. The act of imagining and searching for a future someone/something is formalized and organized by means of internet dating sites. Emotions are thus being commercialized in the interest of the internet dating company.

In the practical part of the thesis it was used marketing situational analysis that examines the internal and external environment of the selected company. Information from the analyzes were summarized and evaluated in a SWOT analysis.SWOT analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats. In conclusion was suggested several recommendations on the use of collected information

Principal objective of my authorized work has been to make analyse of retail´s opportunities and threat in section of quick high turnover goods in Strakonice. Information, which has been obtained, base on the analyse and observation, to write to the simulation software RetailOpportunitySim, to introduce screenplay of development and base on the results from the software to propose suitable actions for chosen retail´s subject. To calibrate the software was necessary to define the market geographically and define the real structure of the settlement. Survey was carried out and observations of the retail units on my chosen market. Scenarios were defined hypotheses were confirmed or rejected by software. The scenarios were applied to the retail unit Gastro.

The thesis deals with the way of compiling a marketing plan, according to which the company ACR auto, a.s. could build its posiion in a competitive environment. The result of the thesis is to evaluate the current marketing plan and to propose its update for the following period.

Este trabalho procurou encontrar a hipótese correntemente veiculada de um modelo ou mesmo de políticas soltas keynesianas, durante as duas administrações presidenciais de Lula (2003-2010). O estudo observa que, embora adotando políticas sociais novas e includentes que podem conduzir a um Estado de Bem Estar Social, os governos de Lula utilizaram políticas keynesianas apenas de forma tática, para aliviar os defeitos do modelo neoliberal, no auge da crise (2008-2009). Os governos de Lula na visão desta pesquisa se caracterizaram por políticas de curto prazo imediatistas e conciliatórias, que ao contrário dos modelos keynesianos, não priorizaram o emprego e a elevação de renda dos trabalhadores. / This study sought to find a commonly circulated hypothesis of a model or even loose Keynesian policies during the two presidential administrations of Lula (2003-2010). The study notes that while adopting new and inclusive social policies that can lead to a state of Social Welfare, the governments of Lula used Keynesian policies only tactically, to alleviate the shortcomings of the neoliberal model, the height of the crisis (2008 - 2009). The governments of Lula - the vision of this research - were characterized by short-term policies immediacy and conciliatory, which unlike the Keynesian models, not prioritized employment and increased income workers.

The thesis is focused on developing a common communication strategy of Mortimer English Club Praha 4, a branch of a franchise language school that provides English courses for children and adults. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the process of developing the company's strategy that would lead to the fulfillment of business objectives using information acquired with situational analysis. The second part applies the steps of this procedure to the subject of research. The outcome of the thesis is a recommendation on what target group the language school should focus, together with a list of communication channels with which it can reach it.
