[pt] Sorria você está sendo filmado foi desenvolvido em uma perspectiva interdisciplinar, valendo-se de fundamentos jurídicos, sociológicos e filosóficos com o intuito de demonstrar, em uma análise global e também local (através do estudo sobre a implantação do Projeto Olho Vivo BH), que em decorrência da crescente violência que assola a sociedade contemporânea, transformando-a em uma sociedade de risco, o monitoramento através de câmeras em espaços públicos e privados vem sendo largamente utilizado como instrumento para a garantia da segurança. A implantação, no entanto, de uma política de videovigilância tanto pelas autoridades públicas como também pelos particulares, lançando seus olhares sobre os indivíduos, não leva em conta os riscos inerentes a tal sistema como, por exemplo, a consolidação de uma sociedade de controle permanente sobre o comportamento dos cidadãos, privando-os do exercício da privacidade, da liberdade e da espontaneidade na interação democrática nesses espaços. A atual era do medo é, ainda, responsável pela alteração do modo de viver das pessoas nos centros urbanos, pois os indivíduos passam a viver em espaços vigiados e segregados ou passam a transitar nas ruas e praças públicas permanentemente monitoradas por câmeras. Assim sendo, a cidade de muros, enquadrada no que poderia ser conceituado como o panoptismo moderno ou até mesmo no atento olhar de uma gama de Big Brothers sobre os indivíduos, sob o fundamento da busca pela segurança, reproduz a desigualdade, o isolamento e a fragmentação, corroendo a cidadania e o exercício do direito fundamental à privacidade. / [en] Smile you are being watched was developed under an interdisciplinary perspective, making use of philosofical, sociological and judicial grounds, in order to demonstrate, through a global and also a local analysis (taking into account the study about the implantation of Projeto Olho Vivo BH), that, as a consequence of the ever rising violence, which permeates our present-day society, the video-camera surveillance , in either public or private spaces, has been widely used as a necessary tool to ensure safety. However, the use of a video-monitoring policy either by the public authorities, or the private, casting their looks over the individuals, do not take into account the common risks of such a system as, for example, the consolidation of a society in permanent control of its citizens behavior, depriving them the use of privacy, freedom and spontaneity in the democratic interaction of these spaces. The present age of fear is still responsible for the alteration in the way people s living in urban centers, since the individuals start living in monitored and segregated areas or they start walking on streets and squares which are permanently watched by video-cameras. This time, the city walls, pictured through the concept of the modern panoptism, or even under the keen eyes of a score of Big Brothers, in order to justify a search for safety, reproduces the inequality, the isolation and the fragmentation, corroding the idea of citizenship and the free exercise of the fundamental right to privacy.

The purpose of the research was to analyze the penalizing route prior to those youngsters death, focusing on the practices of social and juridical technicians working in institutions responsible for these youngsters provisional internment, judicial sentence and follow-up of social-educational measures outside the institutions. The data gathering and the record analysis carried out together with the project Murialdo, the Integrated Center for the Attendance of the Juvenile Delinquent (CIAADI/SAS) and the Infancy and Juvenile Jurisdiction of the Forum of Londrina Pr., made it possible to obtain information and analyze the processes to discuss the selectivity of the juvenile penal justice, the negative figure of crime and the regularity of the penalizing discourse among agents authorized to deal with juvenile delinquents, and those who were exterminated during the period they were carrying out social-educational measures outside the institutions. The analytical issue of the research asks to what extent the adoption of juridical-political measures of juvenile control from a distance represent the continuity of official penalizing solutions, based on academic-discourse practices with the purpose of extending the mechanisms of control, life management and continuous reinforcement of the State power. Against this, the thesis intends to criticize the model of action of the juvenile control apparatus and stimulate changes of attitude that call the attention to the existence of a society without penalties and make it viable, apart from the State penal justice apparatuses, the creation of conflicts solution mechanisms which grant power to the parts directly and indirectly involved, to solve the problems where they occur / As determinações institucionais sobre os adolescentes infratores que passaram pelo complexo tutelar e assistencial de atendimento em Londrina (PR), incluindo os que foram vítimas de assassinato, constituem o objeto de estudo da tese. O propósito da pesquisa foi analisar o trajeto penalizador anterior à morte daqueles jovens focalizando as práticas dos técnicos sociais e jurídicos inseridos nas instituições responsáveis pelo internamento provisório, sentenças judiciais e acompanhamento das medidas sócio-educativas a céu aberto. O levantamento de dados e a análise dos autos, junto ao Projeto Murialdo, ao Centro Integrado de Atendimento ao Adolescente Infrator (CIAADI/SAS) e à Vara da Infância e da Juventude do Fórum de Londrina-Pr, permitiram obter informações e analisar os processos para debater a seletividade da justiça penal juvenil, a cifra negra do crime e a regularidade do discurso penalizador entre os agentes autorizados a lidarem com os jovens autores de atos infracionais e os que foram exterminados durante o cumprimento das medidas sócio-educativas em meio aberto. Para tanto, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida com sujeitos escolares (professores, diretores, secretários escolares e de educação, alunos e alunas). Partindo das suas histórias de vida, contadas por meio de entrevistas orais gravadas e textos escritos digitalizados, faço um exercício de (des)construção de concepções discursivas, experienciadas em seus corpos e nos de outros, que dão vida a escola. Nesse sentido, houve um esforço, para mostrar, que categorias como gênero, corpo e sexualidades se alteram no tempo, modificando assim, as novas cartografias de pedagogizações e a própria escola. Assim, problematizo como a escola se tornou uma instituição que marca o silêncio, a disciplina e os dispositivos sobre as sexualidades. Tornando-se distante dos sujeitos que a (de)formam. Dialoguei teoricamente com Michel Foucault, para pensar a “ordem do discurso” e das sexualidades, somando contribuições de diversas(os) teóricas(os), que compõem estudos na área de gênero e sexualidades, com destaque para Judith Butler e Guacira Lopes Louro. Além de me apropriar de conceitos como desconstrução, na perspectiva de Derrida e, da concepção de sociedade de controle de Deleuze e da bioascese de Francisco Ortega. Remetendo-me a transição entre a sociedade da disciplina e a do controle ou da bioascese, proposta por Deleuze e Ortega. Portanto, esse estudo trata de uma transição que envolve o sujeito de corpo e alma, no mo(vi)mento onde o cuidado de si toma território em detrimento do panoptismo do olhar de fora. O que arregimenta noções de gênero, corpo, sexualidades e identidades, que vem sendo vertiginosamente problematizadas, na sociedade do “espetáculo”. Na qual o corpo é movente e plural. Demonstrando a urgência de uma reconfiguração do espaço escolar, assim como, de suas práticas pedagogizantes. / The paper aims to analyze how were meant and resignified, gender identities and sexualities in the municipal Padre Simão Fileto, in the city of Cubati-PB, from 1970s to today. Therefore, the research was conducted with school subjects (teachers, principals, school secretaries and education, students). Starting with their life stories, told through recorded oral interviews anddigitized texts written, I do an exercise of (de)construction of discursive conceptions, experienced in their bodies and in others, that give life to school. In this sense, there was an effort to show that categories like gender, body and sexuality change over time, thus modifying the new mappings and pedagogical school. So, I question how the school became an institution that marks the silence, discipline and devices on sexualities. Becoming distant subjects that (de)form. Theoretically dialogued with Michel Foucault, to think the "order of discourse" and sexualities, adding several theoretical contributions, which comprise studies on gender and sexuality, especially Judith Butler and Guacira Lopes Louro.
