No estudo, analisamos a importância do uso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) e da metodologia de Aprendizagem Colaborativa em Rede (ACR), nas ações e programas da Secretaria de Educação Especial (SEESP/MEC), entre os quais a implantação das salas de recursos multifuncionais e a formação de professores para o AEE. Os dados coletados, por meio de documentos impressos, digitais, recursos audiovisuais relacionados ao curso e depoimentos de 30 tutores que atuaram nessa formação, referem-se ao curso que formou 3.180 professores de todo País. Todo material coletado foi analisado a partir das contribuições teóricas de Ball (2002), Deleuze; Guattari (1995) e Feenberg (2010), entre outros. Os resultados do estudo estão publicados em um site (http://www.acr-ead.com) e oferecem contribuições para as instituições educacionais desenvolverem e ofertarem, na modalidade a distância, cursos de formação continuada de professores para a educação especial na perspectiva da educação inclusiva / Abstract: This research evaluates the contribution of the Lato Sensu specialization course of Teacher Training for Specialized Educational Service (SES) that was offered in the years 2010/2011 in the distance format, at Federal University of Ceará in partnership with the Ministry of Education under the Open University of Brazil, to the implementation of the National Policy on Special Education from the perspective of Inclusive Education in Brazil (2008). In the study, we analyzed the importance of using information and communication technology and the methodology in collaborative learning network, in actions and programs of the Department of Special Education, including the implantation of multifunctional resources room and teacher Training Programme for SES. The data collected by this documentary study refer to the course which has formed 3.180 teachers from all over the country. The data were collected by means of printed documents, digital documents, audiovisual resources related to the course and interviews with 30 tutors who acted in this formation. All the collected material was analysed from the theoretical contributions of Ball (2002), Deleuze;Guattari (1995) and Feenberg (2010), among others. Orientador: Neide Aparecida de Souza Lehfeld / Resumo: A presente pesquisa teve por objeto de estudo, os atendimentos às crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual realizados no Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social (CREAS) de Uberaba. O objetivo geral foi de conhecer a Política Municipal de Assistência Social do município de Uberaba, os atendimentos direcionados às crianças e adolescentes vítimas de violência sexual desenvolvidos no município e as contribuições do CREAS para estes atendimentos. Utilizou-se das pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e de campo, para responder aos propósitos da pesquisa. A criança vítima de violência sexual necessita de atendimentos que a retire da situação de risco e propicie a ela e sua família condições para superação da violência, de forma que esta não se reincida. O CREAS, enquanto equipamento da Política de Assistência Social, inserido dentro do Sistema de Garantia de Direitos (SGD), da criança e do adolescente, é um equipamento de primordial importância para o atendimento a estes sujeitos e suas famílias. Neste sentido, foi realizado um estudo sobre a atual configuração da Política de Assistência Social no município de Uberaba/MG, que como toda política pública, necessita de ferramentas para sua regulamentação. With the general objective of knowing the Municipal Policy of Social Assistance of the city of Uberaba, the assistance directed to children and adolescents victims of sexual violence developed in the municipality, and the contributions of CREAS for these assistance; bibliographic, documentary and field research was used to answer the research purposes. The child victim of sexual violence needs assistance that removes him from the risk situation, and provides him and his family with conditions to overcome the violence, so that it does not recur. CREAS, as an equipment of the Social Assistance Policy, inserted within the Rights Guarantee System (SGD), of this public, is an equipment of paramount importance for the care of these subjects and their families. Introduction: Des essais cliniques randomisés ont démontré que l'éducation sur l'asthme, sans ou avec un suivi médical, réduit le risque de visites à l’urgence subséquentes. Toutefois, l'éducation sur l'asthme et le suivi médical spécialisé sont souvent offerts dans des contextes différents, ce qui rend difficile l’implémentation en pratique clinique. Objectifs: Chez les enfants référés au Centre d’enseignement sur l’asthme (CEA) suite à une visite à l’urgence pour asthme, l’objectif principal est d’évaluer l’impact réel individuel et combiné d’une visite au CEA et d’un suivi médical spécialisé (SMS) sur une visite à l’urgence subséquente pour l’asthme au cours de l’année suivante. Méthodes: Étude de cohorte rétrospective d’enfants référés au CEA dans l’année suivant une visite à l’urgence pour l’asthme. Le délai jusqu’à la visite subséquente à l’urgence pour asthme a été analysé par un modèle à risques proportionnels de Cox avec les variables d’exposition (CEA et SMS) variant dans le temps. Résultats: Comparativement aux enfants qui n’ont reçu aucune exposition, ceux qui ont effectué une visite au CEA seulement [Hazard Ratio (HR) =0.68, IC 95% 0.53-0.86] ou avec un SMS (HR=0.43, IC 95% 0.34-0.53) ont eu un risque instantané moins élevé d’une visite à l’urgence subséquente. Une visite au SMS seule n’a pas d’effet statistiquement significatif. Conclusion: Dans une cohorte d’enfants référés au CEA suite à une visite à l’urgence pour l’asthme, le fait de recevoir l’éducation sur l’asthme avec ou sans suivi spécialisé est associé à une protection contre une visite subséquente à l’urgence. / Background: Randomized controlled trials have shown that asthma education alone or in combination with medical review reduces the risk of subsequent emergency department (ED) visits. Nevertheless, asthma education and specialized care often provided in different settings, which increases the implementation burden in clinical practice. Objectives: In children referred to the Asthma Education Centre (AEC) following an ED visit for asthma, the primary objective was to evaluate the real-life individual and combined impact of an AEC visit and specialized asthma care (SAC) visit on a subsequent ED visit for asthma over the following year. Methods: Retrospective cohort study of children referred to the AEC in the year following an ED visit for asthma. The time to subsequent ED visit for asthma was analyzed by a Cox proportional hazards model with time-varying exposures (AEC and SAC). Results: Compared to the children who did not receive any of the exposures, those who had exposure to AEC alone [Hazard Ratio (HR) =0.68, CI 95% 0.53-0.86] or with SAC (HR=0.43, CI 95% 0.34-0.53) had a decreased risk of an earlier subsequent ED visit. Exposure to SAC alone did not have a statistically significant effect on a subsequent asthma visit for asthma Conclusion: In a cohort of children referred to the AEC following an ED visit for asthma, receiving asthma education with or without specialized care was associated with protection against a subsequent ED visit for asthma.

El trabajo de investigación se basa principalmente en el desarrollo de la marca Wayu, la cual consiste en la producción y comercialización vía online y en tiendas especializadas de granola de cereales andinos con fruta liofilizada. Esto en respuesta a la problemática de no encontrar un snack saludable que brinde las energías necesarias para realizar sus actividades diarias a nuestro público objetivo, el cual está compuesto por hombres y mujeres entre 18 y 35 años de Lima Metropolitana de los niveles socioeconómicos A y B que llevan un estilo de vida saludable. Para ello, el trabajo busca solucionar la problemática de nuestros consumidores mientras que consideramos una cuota de responsabilidad social al trabajar de cerca con las comunidades andinas de la zona Puerto Inca de Huancayo. Los experimentos realizados nos permitieron validar la intención de los consumidores finales mediante sus comentarios en las publicaciones de redes sociales y mensajes directos, asimismo, se validó el interés por parte de las tiendas especializadas de contar con nuestro producto como parte de su catálogo de bienes ofrecido al público objetivo que apuntamos. La estructura del trabajo se divide inicialmente en la descripción de la problemática a solucionar y el respectivo diseño del modelo del negocio. Todas las fases del trabajo llegan a un punto en común: justificar la viabilidad del negocio. Por último, se quiere demostrar si la inversión del proyecto puede ser recuperada en el tiempo trazado. / The research work is mainly based on the development of the Wayu brand, which consists of the production and mainly online and in specialized stores of Andean cereal granola with lyophilized fruit. The aim of this diploma thesis is the research of building polygons for the testing of autonomous vehicles, from the point of view of road technology and also designing aspects. In the thesis are mentioned 9 most important world test polygons and their description of design parameters. There are described particular stages of automation from foreign organizations which are concerned with research and development in the automotive industry. Esta investigación plantea el tema de la competencia de investigación periodística aplicada en el periodismo deportivo peruano. Para ello, se realizó un análisis de la mencionada competencia en los relatos publicados en las páginas web de los diarios Depor y Líbero en agosto del año 2020. En ese sentido, se efectuó la revisión de un corpus de cuarenta (40) textos en total, a partir de una rúbrica construida especialmente para esta investigación. Dicho instrumento se dividió en cuatro dimensiones que componen la competencia: método de investigación, empleo de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas, uso sistemático de técnicas de investigación y la construcción y presentación del relato. De esta manera, se concluyó que los textos de ambos diarios no evidencian el empleo de la competencia de investigación periodística, ya que no se encontró un trabajo metódico y sistemático que tuvo como objetivo develar información nueva de los temas abordados. Asimismo, el uso recurrente de contenido extraído de otros deportivos y la escasa diversidad de fuentes utilizada, reflejan un nulo trabajo periodístico por parte de ambos periódicos, los cuales apelan frecuentemente a la observación y documentación para elaborar sus relatos. Asimismo, la tendencia reflejó que los productos periodísticos estuvieron compuestos por texto y fotos, dejando de lado el uso de herramientas tecnológicas como infografías, videos, gráficos, mapas de calor u otros recursos que favorezcan al análisis y presentación. Por lo tanto, los resultados indican que los relatos de Depor y Líbero no reflejan los conceptos trabajados de competencias profesionales ni del periodismo especializado. / This research raises the issue of the journalistic investigation competition applied in Peruvian sports journalism. To this end, an analysis of the aforementioned competence was carried out in the stories published on the web pages of the Depor and Líbero newspapers in August 2020. In this sense, a corpus of forty (40) texts in total was reviewed , from a rubric built especially for this research. This instrument was divided into four dimensions that make up the competence: research method, use of new technological tools, systematic use of research techniques, and the construction and presentation of the story. In this way, it was concluded that the texts of both newspapers do not show the use of journalistic investigation competence, since a methodical and systematic work was not found that aimed to reveal new information on the topics addressed. Likewise, the recurring use of content extracted from other sports and the scarce diversity of sources used, reflect no journalistic work on the part of both newspapers, which frequently appeal to observation and documentation to elaborate their stories. Likewise, the trend reflected that journalistic products were made up of text and photos, leaving aside the use of technological tools such as infographics, videos, graphics, heat maps or other resources that favor analysis and presentation. Therefore, the results indicate that the stories of Depor and Líbero do not reflect the concepts worked on of professional competences or specialized journalism. / Tesis

Ziel dieser Studie ist, einen aktuellen Statusbericht zu Standortdichte, räumlicher Bedarfsabdeckung und demografischen Rahmenbedingungen für die ambulante und stationäre hos-pizliche und palliative Versorgung in Sachsen zu erstellen. Dabei sollen aktuelle Versorgungslücken identifiziert und der künftige Bedarf (2020–2030–2050) an Angeboten auf Ebene der Landkreise und Kreisfreien Städte herausgearbeitet werden. Für die Ableitung der Normwerte zeigt sich, dass angesichts der hohen Sterblichkeitsunterschiede zwischen den Bundesländern eine Bedarfsermittlung auf der Basis bundesdurchschnittlicher Normwerte je Bevölkerung nicht zufriedenstellend ist. Deshalb empfiehlt die Studie, in der regionalen Planung der Hospiz- und Palliativversorgung auf die erwarteten Sterbefälle abzustellen, die sich unter Berücksichtigung der Altersstruktur ergeben. Dieses bedeutet, dass die Normwerte der DGP zur Berechnung der Sollwerte um Bevölkerungsstruktur und Sterblichkeit korrigiert werden.
