Bakgrund: WHO:s checklista för säker kirurgi har använts i Sverige sedan 2009 som en del i att öka patientsäkerheten i samband med kirurgi. God kommunikation inom teamet, utbildning i användandet samt stöd från chefer och ledning har i tidigare forskning varit markörer för en god följsamhet till checklistan. Användandet av checklistan registreras i SPOR. Syfte: Att undersöka anestesisjuksköterskors egenskattade följsamhet av WHO:s checklista för säker kirurgi samt överensstämmelse med data inrapporterad i Svenskt perioperativt register. Metod: Induktiv kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie där data samlades in via digitala enkäter.Analys Data presenteras med deskriptiv och analytisk statistik. Mann-Whitney U-test användes till analytisk statistik. Resultat: Sign in är den del av WHO:s checklista för säker kirurgi med högst egenskattad följsamhet enligt deltagarna. Statistisk analys visar att det finns en signifikant skillnad i följsamhet relaterat till antalet yrkesverksamma år som anestesisjuksköterska. Skillnader finns gentemot inrapporterad data i SPOR. Slutsats: Anestesisjuksköterskors egenskattade följsamhet av WHO:s checklista för säker kirurgi överensstämmer med tidigare forskning inom området. Behov av ytterligare forskning föreligger för att undersöka vad som kan förbättra följsamheten samt hur följsamheten påverkar patientsäkerheten. THE RIGHT TO STRIKE AND LOCK-OUT ABSTRACT The content of this thesis is to outline the issue of strikes and lock-outs in the Czech republic, both in terms of current legislation, as well as in future ones. On previous pages I try to describe strike actions from the historical and economic points of view, but I also try to compare their individual characters within the EU countries and to accent their specific features and patterns, which are typical for the state or region. I spent an essentional part of my work by studying strikes not modified by acts and the questions of their legality. I gradually evolved into a full knowledge of complete state of freedom of association in our country because of Judicial decisions I didn't know before. I drew my conclusions primarily from literature, articles from distinguished academics and renowned experts and of course from court cases. The importace of legislative was relative because the lawmaker did not fully explore this area. I describe strikes and lockouts as a general phenomenon, whose presence is desirable in every developed community. But I also realized the individual typological aspects of employment law entities. I have compiled a diploma thesis "Perceptions of senior citizens by the generation aged 15 to 50 years." I am going to introduce this thesis in brief. I consider this topic as very up-to-date, which the whole of our society is concerned about. And this will become more important with the continuing population aging and the changing financial situation of the state. Currently, there has been discussion about views and attitudes of young people, who consider the seniors to be a burden on the country's economy and society. Young people think that seniors live at their expense. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part in individual chapters the current situation and basic terms concerning the issue are introduced. The state of seniorhood is explained, the status of seniors in society and family in the past and today is described. The issues of aging and changes in human behavior after retirement are dealt with. Everything what may influence society´s perception is described. Intergenerational conflict and solidarity between individual generations are dealt with. In the practical part, I conducted a research survey in the generation 15-50 years of age, the aim of which was to identify the views of young people on seniors. The results of the questionnaire survey were assessed, processed and put into the practical part. My own results were compared and discussed with other authors. I selected two objectives of the thesis. The main objective of my thesis was to study and clearly process the given issue. The other objective was to determine real relationships between younger generations and seniors, the views, opinions and attitudes of younger generations to seniors and to old age in general and to process the results in order to get a survey accessible and well arranged for the use of the general public. To obtain the data, I used the questionnaire method. The thesis could serve as professional literature, the issue of the relationship between young and older generations is compiled comprehensively. This thesis could bring benefits to society as a whole. It should be read by all members of society, who may find in this manner a lot of new information and interesting views, based on which they could change their opinions and views about the senior generation. The thesis would contribute to the promotion of intergenerational solidarity, which, in my opinion, is present in society, but gradually begins to fade away.

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the compatibility of entomopathogenic fungus Isaria fumosorosea with different species of entomopathogenic fungi and mycoparasitic fungi at different temperatures. The strains of species Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Lecanicillium muscarium, Coniothyrium minitans and Clonostachys rosea f. catenulata were selected for experiments base on compatibility. The results showed that combination of I. fumosorosea with species L. muscarium is compatible. The species do not limit to each other in the environment at all temperatures (15, 23 and 25 °C). On the other side, fungus I. fumosorosea in combination with other species have affected their growth and spore production. The efficacy of entomopathogenic fungi against larvae Tenebrio molitor was evaluated. The most effective species against larvae were species I. fumosorosea, B. bassiana and M. anisopliae. On the contrary, the smallest effective was observed after infection larvae by L. muscarium. Mycoparasitic fungus C. rosea f. catenulata was not able to directly infect larvae of T. molitor. This species did not infect healthy larvae. However it is able to infect weakened individuals or is growing as saprotrophs on the cadavers.

Nesse novo contexto, criam-se novas perspectivas e necessidades. Diante dessa realidade, é cada vez mais presente a procura por exercícios físicos e esportes por parte dos idosos. Além disso, acredita-se que o esporte competitivo pode trazer benefícios aos idosos, ao permitir competir não apenas com o adversário no jogo, mas também possibilitar vivências de novos desafios, superando seus próprios limites. OBJETIVO: Descrever histórias de vida de pessoas idosas que praticam esportes competitivos e explorar a motivação para tal prática. MÉTODOS: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, de natureza qualitativa, que utiliza a narrativa para descrever e explorar a história de vida de idosos com 70 anos ou mais, que sejam praticantes de esportes competitivos. O estudo foi desenvolvido nas cidades de Juiz de Fora, MG, e Santos Dumont, MG, e os participantes foram selecionados pela técnica “bola de neve” ou snowball technique. Os dados foram coletados por meio de uma entrevista semiestruturada e analisados, utilizando-se a metodologia de Análise de Conteúdo, de Bardin (2011). RESULTADOS: Foram entrevistados 23 idosos que participam da prática esportiva competitiva, divididos do seguinte modo: 5 na corrida de rua, 3 no futebol, 12 na natação e 3 no voleibol. Entre os participantes, 8 tiveram seu primeiro contato com o esporte quando ainda estavam na infância, porém os outros 15 começaram a prática apenas depois de mais velhos. CONCLUSÃO: Concluiu-se que a maioria das idosos iniciou a prática esportiva competitiva durante a idade adulta, além disso alguns fatos marcantes tiveram relação com sua história de vida e o esporte escolhido. / Brazil is living a change in its demographic profile, and the population is reaching older ages. In this new context, new perspectives and needs are created. In light of this reality, the search for physical exercise and sports is increasingly more present with the elderly. Besides, it is believed that the competitive sport may bring benefits to the elderly, by allowing the competition not only against the adversary in the game, but also enabling experiences of new challenges, overcoming their own limits. AIM: To describe the life stories of elderly people that practice competitive sports and to explore the motivation of said practice. METHOD: It is a descriptive and explanatory study, of qualitative nature, that uses the narrative to describe and explore the life story of elderlies of 70 years old or older that practice competitive sports. The study was developed in the cities of Juiz de Fora, MG, and Santos Dumont, MG, and the participants were selected through the “snowball technique”. The data was collected through a semistructure interview and analysed using the Content Analysis methodology, of Bardin (2011). RESULTS: 23 elderlies that participate in the practice of competitive sports were interviewed, divided in the following way: 5 for street running, 3 for football, 12 for swimming and 3 for volleyball. Among the participants, 8 had their first encounter with the sport already during the childhood, however, the other 15 only started the practice when they were older. Furthermore, all of them reported the reasons that took them to the sports practice today. CONCLUSION: It was concluded that the majority of the elderlies initiated the competitive sports practice during the adult age, moreover, some facts had an impact in their life stories with the chosen sport.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of restitution disputes according to Act No. 229/1991 Coll. on the regulation of ownership relations with land and other agricultural property. The reason for this topic was the experience of the author of the diploma thesis on restitution disputes, scope and judicial jurisprudence dealing with this issue. The thesis deals with the procedural aspects of restitution disputes, as well as with the substantive law-making aspect of both legal regulation and rich judicial jurisprudence. The diploma thesis systematically describes the most important types of restitution disputes - disputes about the restitution of original removed real estate, disputes about the existence of claims of entitled persons to compensation for immovable properties which can not be restituted, disputes about the correct value of claims of authorized persons and disputes about the grant of specific substitute real estates owned by the Czech Republic as a replacement for real estate that can not be restituted. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of ADR among Czech consumers and consumer Czech and Czech dealer. ADR System Analysis is performed using a questionnaire survey among respondents - consumers and controlled depth interviews with the staff of ADR. Based on analysis of collected data will be provided suggestions for improvement.

The thesis deals with disputes concerning hormone treated beef. The first, theoretical part describes the dispute settlement process under the World Trade Organization. The second part deals with causes of disputes, main participants and development of the process. The last chapter is devoted to retaliatory sanctions and impacts for bilateral trade of countries involved in disputes.

This diploma thesis examines with the Dutch attitude towards enlargement of the European Union. In Netherlands the EU enlargement is a politically sensitive issue. Dutch foreign policy is traditionally closely connected with the concept of "merchant and the vicar", reflecting both values of the society and national interests. Interestingly the attitude of the government, reflecting the public opinion, is much more conservative compared to other member states and strictly support the democratic conditionality as the core strategy of the EU to induce candidate states to comply with its human rights and democracy standards. Netherlands gives also special value to the need to give particular regards to the current absorption capacity of EU. The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate to what extent is the official attitude of the Dutch government towards enlargement shaped by either interests or values of the society as a whole. The rational aspect of abort Abstract The Diploma thesis "The rational aspect of abort" try to clarification rational aspect of abort. However a religious viewpoint is not the main topic of this thesis, author doesn't leave it out and one separate chapter of this work is dedicated to it. Author endeavours to find an answer whether it is possible to consider an abort to be ethical and in what conditions. The thesis is trying to explain various aspects of abort in Czech Republic as well as abroad, it is also following a medical view-point and various executive methods of aborts. There is an aspiration to refer to the historical advancement of abort opinion and to resolve an origin of this problem. Disposition of this work is to disclose not only the moral aspects but also the feelings of the woman experiencing an abort including after-effects on her. The important chapter there is the postabortal syndrome which is not accepted as a medical diagnosis associated with psychological effects of abort.
