Ustálený chod a zkratové poměry v síti 110 kV E.ON napájené z transformovny Sokolnice / Steady state and short-circuit conditions in 110kV E.ON network fed from Sokolnice transformer station

Vyčítal, Václav January 2015 (has links)
This thesis can be divided into five main parts. The first part deals with theoretical analysis of power flow calculation in power network during steady state condition. Load flow calculation is presented here as a linear and nonlinear problem. Newton iteration method is proposed for solving power flow as nonlinear problem. The second part of this thesis deals with the analysis of short-circuit calculation in accordance with valid International Standard IEC 60909. The equivalent voltage source method is adopted in case of the short-circuit calculation. For the calculation of unbalanced short-circuit currents, the symmetrical components method is also presented. The last three parts of this paper are focused on calculations of power flow and short-circuit conditions in power grid Sokolnice. So in the third part is the description of nodal area Sokolnice with its substations and the calculation of load flow and short-circuit conditions for two different power supply options. For each supply option is also considered an abnormal (fault) grid condition. (overall there are solved four different options) The fourth part of this thesis deals with the result analysis and also the results of different power supply options are compared. In the last part there are presented necessary technical improvements for fault-free operation of power grid Sokolnice based on the result of power flow and short-circuit conditions in that grid.

Stratégies numériques avancées pour la simulation efficace de procédés de soudage conventionnels et non conventionnels : Une approche de réduction de modèles / Advanced Numerical Simulations for Conventional and Non-Conventional Welding Processes : A Model Order Reduction Approach

Canales Aguilera, Diego 31 May 2017 (has links)
Numerical simulations represent a fundamental tool for the design and optimization of industrial manufacturing processes such as welding. Despite the impressive development of the numerical methods and the means of calculation, the complexity of these processes and the new demands of the more advanced industries make it necessary to rethink the available methods, strategies and simulation algorithms. In this thesis, we propose new numerical methods with a Model Order Reduction approach, a consolidated discipline that has provided surprising solutions indifferent applications, such as advanced manufacturing processes. First, different strategies for the efficient simulation of conventional welding processes are proposed. To this end, the use of Computational Vademecums is introduced for the improvement of methods such as the Generalized Finite Element for thermal calculation, the local-global approach for the mechanical calculation or the direct construction of vademecums useful for predesign phases. Then, an efficient PGD solver for thermomechanical simulations for friction stir welding is presented. This thesis shows how Model Reduction, besides being an end, it can be an excellent ingredient to improve the efficiency of traditional numerical methods, with great interest for the industry.

Ebert, Lars 17 February 2011 (has links)
In the present studies it is examined, how unsteady gas flows can be used to modify the plasma transfer arc welding process in its entirety. In the first step it was analysed in which different ways non-steady-state plasma and transport gas flows influence the arc characteristics, the powder transport and the melt bead properties. With the obtained results a theoretical model was developed, to describe the observed behaviours and understand the coherences. Subsequently the preliminary findings were used to alter the distribution of tungsten-carbide in a welded hardface composite coating and to modify the microstructure of a conventional alloy welded with the plasma transfer arc process.

Družstevnictví jako jeden z možných nástrojů ekonomického konceptu Steady-State / Cooperative as one of the possible tools of the economic concept of Steady-State

Dekastello, Petr January 2020 (has links)
The thesis analyzes the theory of Steady-State Economy based on a research of literature as well as principles and starting points for its application in practice. The central question revolves around the viability of the theory. First, however, the thesis focuses on the context, i.e. the background and needs for the emergence of this theory. Thus, the research begins at a time of industrial revolution and the rise of modern economies. In the course of the research, the analysis also points out the phenomenon of cooperatives, which arise in the early days of industrialization, as examined at the start of the work. Later, after a comprehensive introduction of the steady-state economy theory, the thesis returns to cooperatives, as during the research certain parallels in both of the phenomena emerge. Consequently, the conclusion recapitulates and examines whether steady state economy has been proven to be viable, what could support its functioning and whether one of the answers might be cooperatives - considered they have been shown to realize certain assumptions of this economic theory in practice. After a review of criticism of both of the phenomena, a final evaluation and decision may be reached, i.e. the research questions may be answered.

Comparison of calculated and experimental power in maximal lactate-steady state during cycling

Hauser, Thomas, Adam, Jennifer, Schulz, Henry 11 July 2014 (has links)
Background: The purpose of this study was the comparison of the calculated (MLSSC) and experimental power (MLSSE) in maximal lactate steady-state (MLSS) during cycling. Methods: 13 male subjects (24.2 ± 4.76 years, 72.9 ± 6.9 kg, 178.5 ± 5.9 cm, V_O2max: 60.4 ± 8.6 ml min−1 kg−1, V_ Lamax: 0.9 ± 0.19 mmol l-1 s-1) performed a ramp-test for determining the V_O2max and a 15 s sprint-test for measuring the maximal glycolytic rate (V_ Lamax). All tests were performed on a Lode-Cycle-Ergometer. V_O2max and V_ Lamax were used to calculate MLSSC. For the determination of MLSSE several 30 min constant load tests were performed. MLSSE was defined as the highest workload that can be maintained without an increase of blood-lactate-concentration (BLC) of more than 0.05 mmol l−1 min−1 during the last 20 min. Power in following constant-load test was set higher or lower depending on BLC. Results: MLSSE and MLSSC were measured respectively at 217 ± 51 W and 229 ± 47 W, while mean difference was −12 ± 20 W. Orthogonal regression was calculated with r = 0.92 (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The difference of 12 W can be explained by the biological variability of V_O2max and V_ Lamax. The knowledge of both parameters, as well as their individual influence on MLSS, could be important for establishing training recommendations, which could lead to either an improvement in V_O2max or V_ Lamax by performing high intensity or low intensity exercise training, respectively. Furthermore the validity of V_ Lamax -test should be focused in further studies.

Solution growth of polycrystalline silicon on glass using tin and indium as solvents

Bansen, Roman 14 July 2016 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is the investigation of the growth of polycrystalline silicon on glass at low temperatures from metallic solutions in a two-step growth process. In the first process step, nanocrystalline Si (nc-Si) films are formed either by direct deposition on heated substrates, or by a metal-induced crystallization process, referred to as amorphous-liquid-crystalline (ALC) transition. In the second process step, these seed layers serve as templates for the growth of significantly larger Si crystallites by means of steady-state solution growth. Extensive parameter studies for the ALC process helped to bring down the process duration significantly. Characterization of the nc-Si seed layers, formed by direct deposition on heated substrates, showed that the layer is composed of individual seeds, embedded in a quasi-amorphous matrix. The oxidation of the seed layers prior to the second process step was found to be a major obstacle. The most successful solution has been an initial melt-back step. As the process is hard to control, though, a UV laser system has been developed and installed. First promising results show unobstructed epitaxial growth where the oxide has been removed. Steady-state solution growth on ALC seed layers was found to start from a few larger seed crystals, and then cover the surrounding areas by lateral overgrowth. Although crystallites with sizes of up to 50 micrometers were obtained, it was not yet possible to achieve full surface coverage with a continuous layer. By solution growth on nc-Si seed layers, however, it was eventually possible to achieve this goal. Continuous, polycrystalline Si layers were grown, on which all Si crystallites are interlocked. The growth experiments were accompanied by 3D simulations, in which e.g. different heater configurations have been simulated.

Study of an Isolated and a Non-Isolated Modular DC/DC Converter : In Multi-Terminal HVDC/MVDC grid systems

Ram Prakash, Ranjithh Raj January 2019 (has links)
For interconnection of multi-terminal HVDC systems involving point-to-point links, aDC-DC converter is the only possible way to interconnect. Therefore, the issues of voltagematching and DC fault current limiting in high voltage DC systems are undergoing extensiveresearch and are the focus of this thesis. Starting with analyzing the state of the art highvoltage DC-DC converter topologies for interconnection of multi-terminal HVDC systems andbenchmarking each converter topology based on different functionalities. A basic non-isolatedDC-DC converter topology is analyzed in terms of design, cost, sizing, losses and power controlcapability. First, starting with the mathematical modeling and then the numerical analysis isdone for different operating regions. Next, it is compared with the two-phase non-isolated DCconverter based on energy storage, maximum DC power transfer, and total losses. Simulation oftwo-phase and three-phase non-isolated DC converter is done in PSCAD incorporating differenttypes of controllers. Then, an isolated converter topology is taken and analyzed in detail startingfrom mathematical modeling to validation using simulation results. Different types of faultsanalysis for both isolated and non-isolated converter topology is done. Finally, analyzing the DCfault in different possible connection of the converter in the multi-terminal grid, i.e. monopole, bipole in both symmetric and asymmetric configurations.

Systém snímání dat a ovládání vodní elektrárny prostřednictvím internetové techniky / Data Acquisition and Control System of Hydroelectric Power Plant Using Internet Techniques

Sattouf, Mousa January 2015 (has links)
Simulací vodní turbíny a synchronního generátoru lze provést pomocí různých simulačních nástrojů.
