Vadovavimo stilius ypatumai bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje / Peculiarities of style of leadership at schools of general education

Vadovavimo stilių įvertinimas, jų pasireiškimas praktikoje tampa vis reikšmingesnis, nes atsižvelgiant į bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų aplinką, vadovavimo stiliai lemia vadovavimo filosofiją, ir konkrečias vadovavimo priemones. Taigi vadovavimo stiliai veikia aplinką ir kolektyvą, iš dalies arba visiškai jį kontroliuoja bei keičia. Naujajame mūsų šalies valdymo galimybių raidos etape, vadovai privalo tobulėti ir atsižvelgti į spartėjančius novatoriškus ir sudėtingus pokyčius visame pasaulyje. Dėl šios priežasties vadovavimo stilių žinojimas ir jų valdymas turi užtikrinti šiuolaikinės švietimo sistemos veiklos efektyvumą ir ekonominę naudą. Vadovavimo stilių suvokimas ir asmeninio stiliaus formavimas šiuolaikiniam vadovui yra ne tik deklaracija, bet ir vadybos instrumentas, kuriuo jis turi mokėti naudotis. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais nustatyta, jog didelė dalis Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų vadovų-direktorių nesiekia aktyviai tobulinti savo vadovavimo stiliaus, neieško tampresnių ryšių su pedagogais įgyvendinant bendrus mokyklos veiklos interesus. Tai leidžia daryti išvadą, kad būtina tobulinti ir gerinti vadovo vadovavimo būdus ir metodus su mokyklos personalo interesais, numatyti priemones skatinančias mokytojų savarankiškumą ir iniciatyvumą. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad vadovavimo stiliaus tobulinimas ir ugdymo įstaigos perspektyvus augimas turi aukšto laipsnio koreliacinį ryšį. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Evaluation of styles of leadership and their evidence in practise becomes more significant as styles of leadership determine philosophy of leadership and particular measures of leadership considering environment of schools of general education. Therefore styles of leadership influence environment and working team; partly or totally control it and change. In the new stage of development of possibilities of our country, leaders must improve and consider innovative and complicated changes, which have become more rapid all over the world. For this reason, knowledge of styles of leadership and their management must ensure effectiveness and economic benefit of activity of modern education system. Understanding of styles of leadership and formation of personal style for a modern leader is not only a declaration, but also an instrument of management which he/she must be able to use. In accordance with the results of the research, it was determined that a great part of principals-head teachers of Lithuanian schools of general education, do not seek to actively improve their style of leadership, do not look for closer relationship with pedagogues when implementing common interests of school’s activity. Leadership entrepreneurial en communauté pour une performance durable : études de cas dans le tourisme à base communautaire Homestay, en Thailande / Entrepreneurial leadership in the community for sustainable performance : case studies from the successful Homestay community-base tourism in Thailand.

Le but principal de cet étude est de fournir un état des lieux complet du style deleadership entrepreneurial effectif dans le tourisme à base communautaire Homestay pour uneperformance durable, en utilisant la bonne performance du tourisme à base communautaireHomestay qui opère en faveur du développement durable. La stratégie du cas d'étude, qui estune des stratégies de la méthodologie de la recherche qualitative, est utilisée. Les données sontcollectées depuis plusieurs sources: preuve documentaire, observation des participants, etentretiens avec le leader et les personnes de trois communautés. La principale conclusion decette étude a montré que pour développer un leadership entrepreneurial effectif pour uneperformance durable, le leadership entrepreneurial nécessite trois principes : ambidextriecognitive, SEERS (responsabilité et durabilité sociale, environnementale et économique), etconscience de soi et sociale, comme le principe de Greenberg et al. (2011). Toutefois, l'aspectambidextrie cognitive peut être substitué par l'utilisation d'équipes de consultants effectives. Deplus, ces caractéristiques de personnalité peuvent être développées pour des communautésdurables. / The main purpose of this study was undertaken in order to provide a comprehensivepicture of the effective entrepreneurial leadership style in Homestay community-based tourism(CBT) for sustainable performance by using the good-performance of Homestay CBT inThailand with has the operation toward to sustainable development. The case study strategies,which is one of the strategies in the qualitative research methodology was used. Data werecollected from multiple sources: documentary evidence, participant observation, and interviewswith the leader and people in three communities. The main finding of this study showed that todevelop the effective entrepreneurial leadership for sustainable performance, theentrepreneurial leadership needs three principles; Cognitive ambidexterity, SEERS (social,environmental, and economic responsibility and sustainability), and self-and social awarenessas the principle of Greenberg et al. (2011). However, in Cognitive ambidexterity aspect couldsubstitute by using the effective consultant teams. Besides, those of personality characteristicsare able to develop for sustainable communities.

臺灣警察專科學校隊職幹部轉換型領導風格之研究 / A Study on the transformation leadership style of the command leaders in Taiwan police college

臺灣警察專科學校是培育基層警察人員的搖籃,而職司生活教育訓練的隊職幹部則是推手;近年來由於警專的招訓對象大幅度改變,予負責學員生生活教育訓練之隊職幹部帶來不少衝擊,因此對其領導風格,實有深入研究的必要。 本研究對臺灣警察專科學校隊職幹部轉換型領導風格進行研究,根據研究目的,經文獻探討、深度訪談及參與觀察綜合分析後,獲得以下結論:在個案部份,組織編制攸關隊職幹部領導的成效,其主要的領導方式是轉換型領導;隊職幹部在轉換型領導各核心面向表現稱職,隊職幹部的領導向度以平行、雙多向領導居多,且其領導風格與領導效能息息相關;隊職幹部領導的實踐度大多如預期,領導典範對學員生之影響至深且鉅,惟隊職幹部工作成就感未與認同感成正比。 研究最後,在政策執行層面提出了短、中長程的建議和省思;此外,對於後續研究者亦提供若干的建言供參。 / Taiwan Police College is the cradle of nurturing basic-level police officers, and the command leaders is the important backhand of students’ life education. In recent years, due to the substantial change of the enrolling students in Taiwan Police College, it has impacted on the command leaders who are responsible for the students’ living education. As a result, it is necessary to do the research in depth. This research is based on the style of transformation leadership. According to the purpose of the research, some conclusions have been found as following after the literature review, depth interviews and observations. In individual cases, the organization structure is related to the effect of leadership of command leaders and the main way is the transformation leadership. Meanwhile, the command leaders is competent for the core of transformation leadership, and the guide directions of command leaders are mostly parallel, two-ways and multi-ways. Moreover, the efficiency of leadership is closed to the style of leaderships. The leadership practices of the command leaders are mostly as expected, and the pattern of leadership influences students profoundly. However, the self-actualization of the command leaders and the recognition is not in portion. Finally, some advices and reflections for the short term, mid term and long term policies have been carried on and will be reference materials for the following researchers.

Manažerský řídicí systém a styl řízení / Management control systems and management style

The main concern of this master thesis is in the relation between management control systems and management style. In particular it is the management style called liberating leadership, which is characteristic for so called democratic companies, that is subject of the research. The main goal of this thesis is to examine whether it is possible to establish management control systems in such companies given the principles they are built on. Further question is whether and eventually how this management style should be reflected in management control system. The answer to the latter question is introduced using also the outcomes of survey conducted among the executives of companies that endorse the principles of democratic workplace.

Το περιεχόμενο της εργασίας χωρίζεται σε τρία μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται η παραίτητη Θεωρητική Επισκόπηση. Σκοπός της Θεωρητικής Επισκόπησης είναι η γνωριμία με το θέμα της εργασίας καθώς επίσης και η κατατόπιση με το αντικείμενο της Ηγεσίας αλλά και της Παρακίνησης των Εργαζομένων. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, γίνεται η παρουσίαση της Μεθοδολογίας Έρευνας που ακολουθήσαμε στην εργασία μας. Παρουσιάζεται η σχετική θεωρία γίνονται οι απαραίτητες αποδοχές, επιλέγεται το δείγμα και περιγράφεται το ερωτηματολόγιο, ανοικτού τύπου που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τη συλλογή των πληροφοριών. Στο τρίτο μέρος, γίνεται η εμπειρική έρευνα όπου έχουμε την συγκριτική ανάλυση της Αγροτικής Τράπεζας με τη Τράπεζα Κύπρου και έπειτα ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα της ανάλυσης. Το ζήτημα της ηγεσίας έχει συζητηθεί στη παγκόσμια βιβλιογραφία μέσα από πολλούς προσδιορισμούς, όπως κλασσική ηγεσία, ηγεσία, οραματική, καινοτομική, εφευρετική, δημιουργική, εμπνευσμένη, ηθική, μεταμορφωσιακή, αναδυόμενη, ηγεσία με ρίσκο, αβεβαιότητα ή στην άκρη του χάους, ηγεσία που υπηρετεί, αυτοηγεσία κλπ. Όλοι όμως οι ερευνητές και μελετητές συμφωνούν στη διάκριση μεταξύ διευθυντών (managers) και ηγετών (leaders). The first part is the Theoretical Overview. The purpose of the theoretical review is to familiarize the subject of work as well as the subject of leadership and of motivation. The second part, we present the Research Methodology followed in our work. The third part is an empirical investigation where we have the comparative analysis of the Agricultural Bank of Bank of Cyprus and then follow the conclusions of the analysis. The issue of leadership has been discussed in world literature through many determinations as traditional leaders, leadership, visionary, innovative, inventive, creative, inspirational, moral, emerging, led by risk, uncertainty or the edge of chaos, leadership that serves. But all researchers and scholars agree on the distinction between directors (managers) and leaders (leaders). The first involved in solving organizational problems, and the second looking for opportunities to overcome them. Naturally an important role in Business Organizations, plays motivate people in general (human needs and motivation) and especially in this project the most important theories and models of employee motivation. It is the art of motivation existing for the performance of their duties with zeal and confidence, thus contributing to organizational - operational goals and objectives, its maximum potential. It is still the ability to see and use the right incentives for everyone and each and the ability to inspire.
