1929年世界恐慌後,美國對日本生絲與絹織品的消費力降低,以及日本紡織業在世界市場被中國取代,以紡織業為首之日本出口貿易值大幅衰退,促使日本政府強化對紡織業的統制政策。本文探討1929至1937年,日本政府對紡織業逐步實施產業統制與貿易統制措施下,滿洲國在這些統制政策下的角色變化,以及石橋湛山追認滿洲國並修正其經濟自由主義的過程。
石橋湛山 (1884-1973),歷經東洋經濟新報社主筆、日本首相,至今被喻為經濟自由主義的先驅。石橋的經濟自由主義,除了表現個人與東洋經濟新報社的立場,也反應當時日本民間在經濟上不同於政府的另一種看法。日本政府實施產業統制政策,紡織業受最廣的影響。
日本政府自1929年起,陸續實施「絲價安定融資補償法」(1929)、「重要產業統制法」(1931)、「通商擁護法」(1934)、「貿易調整法」(1937),又於日中戰爭爆發之1937年,在滿洲國實施「重要產業統制法」與「棉花統制法」,足見紡織業在這些經濟政策中具有舉足輕重的地位。日本政府為獲得外匯、解決農村失業問題與備戰,控管棉花與紡織品的生產與供應價格,期望實現自給自足的目標。
滿州,是日本從中國取得原料與食料的中繼站,自中國華北棉花品質逐漸提升,滿州對日本的經濟也日益重要。日本歷經1929年中國關稅自主、美國因世界恐慌經濟衰退,加深對滿州的經濟依賴。石橋以貿易數字為依據,1932年「滿洲國」成立前,他並不看好滿州。1932年「滿洲國」成立,促使石橋逐步修正其經濟自由主義。
石橋作為日本經濟自由主義的先驅、東洋經濟新報社的主筆,在1929至1937年這段期間,積極對產業統制與貿易統制政策提供意見。這反應滿州在日本貿易市場的地位變化,也反應日本朝野針對紡織業統制政策,整合國內對經濟政策之共識,更促成石橋在1937年後擔任商工省的統制委員。 / In 1929, the Great Depression caused Japan into economical panic, the price of silk in Japan fallen and Japanese textile industry market was replaced by Chinese, prompting Japanese government to strengthen the industry and trade control policies. This report tries to explain the impacts of Japanese government’s industry and trade control policies which responded to the textile products price oversupply or insufficient upon the Manchuria from 1929 to 1937. Otherwise, Tanzan Ishibashi considerd the benefit of Manchuria to Japan and change his economic liberalism.
Tanzan Ishibashi (1884-1973), to go through an economic magazine “Toyo Keizai” journalist, the Japanese Prime Minister, is a famous pioneer of economic liberalism in Japan. Tanzan Ishibashi’s economic liberalism stood in for him and “Toyo Keizai”, appear different point of Japanese government’s economic policy.
The industry and trade control policies Japanese government implemented made great influence upon Japanese textile production and price, such as in 1929, the enactment of the “ Silk Price Stable Finance Law”; in 1931, the enactment of the “Important Industry Law”; in 1934, the enactment of the” Important Industry and Trade Law”; in 1937, the enactment of the”Trade Adjust Law”. Otherwise, Manchuria’s “Important Industry Law” and “Cotton Control Law” was put into 1937, we can understand the Japanese government exhausted to make Manchuria people’s livelihood, achieve the goal of “self-sufficiency” for Japan.
Manchuria, a place to offer nature materials and foods from China, also important to Japanese economy since the North China cotton’s quality has gradually edged up. Before the Manchuria was founded in 1932, Tanzan Ishibashi denied it’s important for Japan’s trade by imports and exports turnover. However, the overall economic decline furthered Japanese textile industry’s bankruptcy significantly after the Great Depression. After 1929 the economy depressed, Tanzan Ishibashi revise his economic liberalism.
Be a pioneer of economic liberalism in Japan, Tanzan Ishibashi is also a leader of the economic magazine”Toyo Keizai”, he participates actively about industry and trade control policies to Japanese government in”Toyo Keizai” between 1929 to 1937. Economic recession made Japanese people realize the importantance of Manchuria, a general consensus of textile industry control policy reached from the court and the commonalty, it’s a key that Tanzan Ishibashi being a commissioner of trade control police after 1937 for Japan Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Αντικείμενο της διατριβής αποτελεί το πρόβλημα του προγραμματισμού παραγωγής και ελέγχου των αποθεμάτων των συστημάτων διακριτής παραγωγής. Στόχος της είναι να προτείνει ένα νέο σύστημα PPC (r-MRP) που θα ξεπερνά ορισμένους βασικούς περιορισμούς των MRP-based συστημάτων. Το σύστημα αυτό αναπτύχθηκε πάνω σε μία νέα μέθοδο που ενοποιεί τις λειτουργίες διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων και λεπτομερούς χρονοπρογραμματισμού σε μία ενιαία παράλληλη υπολογιστική διαδικασία (reverse MRP).
Ο σχεδιασμός του προτεινόμενου συστήματος ξεπερνάει βασικές αδυναμίες των MRP-based συστημάτων, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους περιορισμούς δυναμικότητας των παραγωγικών πόρων, τη διακύμανση των χρόνων υστέρησης των εργασιών σε αυτούς και τις σχετικές προτεραιότητες των παραγγελιών, μέσα σε ένα περιβάλλον συνεχούς χρόνου. Επιπλέον εισάγει ένα εργαλείο αξιολόγησης και επιλογής ενός αποδοτικού συνδυασμού χρονοπρογράμματος εργοστασίου και πλάνου αποθεμάτων μέσα από ένα σύνολο διαθέσιμων και εφικτών εναλλακτικών σεναρίων.
Η διαμόρφωση των εναλλακτικών αυτών σεναρίων γίνεται λαμβάνοντας κάθε φορά υπόψη τους υφιστάμενους περιορισμούς δυναμικότητας της επιχείρησης και των υλικών, καθώς και ένα σύνολο κριτηρίων, ενίοτε αλληλοσυγκρουόμενων. Τα εναλλακτικά σενάρια που σχηματίζονται αξιολογούνται μέσα από ένα σύνολο δεικτών απόδοσης τόσο χρονοπρογραμματισμού, όσο και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων.
Το προτεινόμενο σύστημα υλοποιήθηκε υπό τη μορφή πειραματικού λογισμικού, μέσα σε περιβάλλον προσομοίωσης διακριτών συμβάντων (discrete-event simulation).
Η απόδοση του μελετήθηκε μέσα από την πιλοτική εφαρμογή του σε μία τυπική κλωστοϋφαντουργική μονάδα και βρέθηκε να υπερτερεί σε συγκεκριμένες περιπτώσεις της υπολογιστικής διαδικασίας ενός τυπικού συστήματος MRPII, όσον αφορά ένα σύνολο δεικτών απόδοσης χρονοπρογραμματισμού και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων. Το προτεινόμενο σύστημα r-MRP θα μπορούσε να ενσωματωθεί σε ένα MRP-based σύστημα ως ένα διασυνδεόμενο υποσύστημα (module) υποστήριξης της λειτουργίας προγραμματισμού παραγωγής και ελέγχου αποθεμάτων. / This thesis discusses the design of a production planning and control system (PPC) for discrete manufacturing environments, referred to as r-MRP. The proposed approach operates under the framework of hierarchical finite capacity shop-floor modelling and discrete-event simulation.
It overcomes some of the main deficiencies of MRP-based systems by considering capacity constraints, lead times fluctuations, lot sizing and priority control in a ‘bucket-less’ environment. The r-MRP system was developed based on a new method that integrates shop scheduling and material planning in a simultaneous computational process (reverse MRP). Under this methodology, material and capacity constraints are considered, together with a number of conflicting planning criteria, in a continuous time environment. Lead times are dynamically calculated variables, based on actual loads in each workcenter. A number of alternative feasible shop schedule and material plan combinations are formed in real time.
The r-MRP system was implemented as an experimental software tool. Its performance has been evaluated in a case study of a textile company with ‘real life’ data. When studied through a set of simulation experiments it has been found to outperform standard MRPII system in cases of short production times, high value inventory items and frequent, small deliveries by suppliers, in terms of a number of scheduling and inventory performance indicators. The r-MRP tool can be incorporated in legacy IT systems as an interfaced functional module.

Marketing strategies of textile companies : the case of selected medium and large Ethiopian textile companiesAschelew Degoma Durie 03 1900 (has links)
The objective of the study was to examine the marketing strategies of Ethiopian medium and large textile companies. The textile sector became the focus of this study because it has performed far below expectation, despite the government‘s unreserved support to the sector and the country‘s comparative advantage in the sector. To attain the stated objective, qualitative research approach with case study design was employed. The cases were selected based on two criteria; production of finished textile products and operation in both local and global markets. Accordingly, nine companies qualified these criteria and all of them were used as cases. The RBV was the theory employed to explain the differences in performances among firms‘ in similar environment. Furthermore, within and cross case analyses were employed to get in-depth understanding and to explain about the marketing strategies of the firms. The major findings of the study indicate that the emphasis given to marketing strategy and the marketing resources and capabilities commitment thereof were found to be so low that the companies seemed to equate marketing strategy with selling strategy. Furthermore, the companies failed to link their marketing enabling environment with their marketing strategy. Similarly, such weak link was reflected between the firms‘ marketing strategy and their market performances. Hence, the marketing strategies of the case companies are so weak that with their current marketing strategy, it is difficult for them to be competent in the local market, let alone in the international markets.
Generally, both empirical and conceptual conclusions were drawn from the findings. As a result, the cross-case findings indicate that marketing resources commitment is linearly linked to marketing strategy which in turn is linked to export performances. Therefore, it can be understood that the link between enabling environment and marketing strategy is direct and the link between marketing strategy and marketing performances is linear. Hence, it can be understood from this transitivity that there exists a link between firms‘ enabling environment and their marketing performances. / Business Management / D.B.L.

Aujourd’hui, la Crète offre une flore riche et en partie unique. Cette thèse a pour objectif d’étudier les plantes dans le monde minoen (Crète et Théra, actuelle Santorin), en identifiant les espèces grâce à divers supports, en analysant les procédés de préparation et les utilisations que les Minoens pouvaient faire de ces plantes. La première partie de notre travail est un catalogue iconographique qui répertorie les plantes dans l’art, les écritures et les analyses scientifiques. Les études publiées jusqu’à présent se concentrent sur l’identification des motifs floraux ou sur une plante spécifique et les relations hommes-plantes ne sont pas ou peu analysées. La particularité de notre démarche est d’être complétée par une analyse contextuelle qui permet de pallier cette lacune. La deuxième partie de nos recherches concerne la préparation des plantes, c’est-à-dire les attentions qu’elles nécessitaient avant d’être utilisées dans la vie quotidienne. Les domaines d’utilisations envisageables étant nombreux, notre étude se focalise sur l’utilisation des plantes dans les cérémonies religieuses et dans l’artisanat du textile. / Today, Crete offers a rich and partially unique flora. The aim of this thesis is to study plants in the Minoan world (Crete and Akrotiri, Thera), by identifying the species thanks to diverse media, by analyzing the methods of preparation and uses which Minoans could make of these plants. The first part of our work is an iconographic catalog which lists plants in art, writings and scientific analyses. Previous studies focus on the identification of floral patterns or a specific plant, and relationships between men and plants are not or not much analyzed. The special feature of our approach is to be completed by a contextual analysis which allows to compensate for this gap. The second part of our researches concerns the preparation of plants, that is to say the attention which they required before being used in everyday life. The possible fields being numerous, our study focuses on the use of plants in religion and in textile industry.

Inovação de produto a partir dos processos de gestão do conhecimento e da inovatividade no setor têxtilGanzer, Paula Patricia 28 April 2017 (has links)
Uma das principais características do ambiente organizacional é a velocidade com que o processo de globalização é impulsionado pela informação, a disponibilidade de novas tecnologias da informação e uma demanda crescente dos consumidores. Neste contexto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi examinar a relação entre os processos de gestão do conhecimento, inovatividade e inovação de produtos no setor têxtil Brasileiro, com base em um modelo teórico que representa o impacto positivo que os processos de gestão do conhecimento tem sobre a inovatividade e inovação de produto. Nesse contexto, essa pesquisa baseia-se nas teorias de Visão Baseada em Recursos, Visão Baseada em Conhecimento, Capacidades Dinâmicas e Difusão de Inovação. O método de pesquisa consistiu em uma abordagem quantitativa, seguida de uma abordagem qualitativa. A fase quantitativa, que incluiu uma pesquisa de 157 indústrias têxteis Brasileiras, permitiu testar o modelo teórico proposto, enquanto a fase qualitativa, realizada com entrevistas e análise de conteúdo, possibilitou a complementação dos resultados quantitativos. Na fase quantitativa, foi enviado um questionário estruturado às 157 indústrias têxteis de 13 Estados Brasileiros. Na fase qualitativa, os dados foram tratados por análise de conteúdo, através de codificação de categorização de entrevistas e análise aberta, axial e seletiva. Os resultados quantitativos mostraram que os processos de gestão do conhecimento influenciam a inovação do produto através do "processo linear", que difere do modelo proposto entre o processo de gerenciamento do conhecimento e a inovação de produtos. Os resultados qualitativos se originaram em um terceiro modelo; um modelo integrado de gestão do conhecimento e inovação de produtos. Os resultados qualitativos também indicaram que os processos de gerstão do conhecimento podem ser lineares e dinâmicos, o que gerou um terceiro modelo que abrange ambos os modelos propostos. Portanto, essa pesquisa contribui para a geração de dois modelos específicos. Um alternativo, que representa a realidade pesquisada onde os processos de gestão do conhecimento ocorrem um após o outro, resultando em inovação de produtos através da inovatividade. Previous issue date: 2017-08-22 / Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, FAPERGS. / One main feature of the organizational environment is the speed with which the globalization process is driven by information, the availability of new information technologies and an increasingly demand from the consumers. In this context, the objective of this research was to examine the relationship between the processes of knowledge management, innovation and product innovation in the Brazilian textile sector, based on a theoretical model that represents the positive impact that the processes of knowledge management Innovation and product innovation. In that context, this research bases itself from the theories of Resource Based Vision, Knowledge Based Vision, Dynamic Capabilities and Innovation Diffusion. The research method consisted of a quantitative approach, followed by a qualitative one. The quantitative phase, which included a survey of 157 Brazilian textile industries, allowed us to test the proposed theoretical model, while the qualitative phase, conducted with interviews and content analysis, made possible to complement the quantitative results. In the quantitative phase, a structured questionnaire was sent to the 157 textile industries from 13 Brazilian States. In the qualitative stage, data were treated by content analysis, through interviews categorization coding, and open, axial and selective analysis. The quantitative results showed that the knowledge management processes impact on product innovation through “linear process”, which differs from the proposed model between knowledge management process and product innovation. The qualitative results originated in a third model; an integrated model of knowledge management and product innovation. The qualitative results also indicated that the knowledge management processes can be both linear and dynamic, which generated a third model that covers both proposed models. Therefore, this research contributes to the generation of two specific models. An alternative one, which represents the researched reality where knowledge management processes occur one after the other, to result in product innovation through innovativity. An integrated one, which joins quantitative results to qualitative results, from the view of ten specialists of the Brazilian textile sector, based on a linear proposition of dynamic relations between knowledge management process and product innovation.

Previous issue date: 2012-11-30 / The present thesis aimed at understanding how the insertion of music in the work environment contributes to achieving Quality of Work Life. - QWL, under the perspective of biopsychosocial and organizational well-being. As to music insertion we considered the theoretical-empirical perception about how music is inserted at work and its functions on such place. The context where the study was taken was the manufacturing area of a major textile company, located in Natal, state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, in which music is used during labor activities. The only study case was the research strategy adopted, with exploratory and descriptive purposes. The primary data were collected through the focus group technique, applied to the collaborator in the manufacturing sector. The semi-structured interview was done as a complementary tool, directed to the supervisor in that sector. Respecting the theoretical saturation criterion, we formed four focus groups, each one composed of eight members randomly selected, among the seventy-six collaborators in the sector. The data were analyzed qualitatively, through the content analysis technique, more specifically the category analysis. We identified twenty-eight QWL attributes. Six of them were found present in the four focus groups and in the interview. Among these ones, the attribute of Interpersonal Relationship at Work, contemplating the Psychological and Organizational dimensions, was the only one anticipated in four out of fifteen theoretical models here listed. The attribute Music at Work Environment could be inserted in the four QWL dimensions, highlighting the power and relevance of this attribute for the research participants. The way music has been inserted in the labor environment contributes to promoting well-being at work, which goes against theoretical conceptions, especially when it comes to musical genre. We identified nine functions of music at work, among which, Improving Work Conditions, Improving Interpersonal Relationship at Work and Favoring Motivation for Work had to be emphasized for being associated to three QWL attributes. In the total, we highlighted seven associations. The most affected QWL dimension through the insertion of music at work was the Psychological one, followed by the Organizational one. We conclude that music insertion provides biological, social and, above all, psychological and organizational well-being to the contributors, thus contributing to obtaining QWL at the labor environment researched. However, we should consider the context and proceed to periodical plans and adjustments in the way of music insertion so as to avoid health and well-being problems to those people at work / A presente Tese objetivou compreender como a inser??o de m?sica no ambiente laboral contribui para a obten??o da Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho - QVT, na perspectiva da percep??o do bem-estar biopsicossocial e organizacional. Com rela??o ? inser??o musical, partiu-se de concep??es te?rico-emp?ricas acerca da forma como a m?sica ? inserida no trabalho e das fun??es por ela exercida naquele ambiente. O contexto onde se realizou o estudo foi o setor de confec??o de uma ind?stria t?xtil de grande porte, localizada na cidade de Natal, estado do Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil, em que se utilizava m?sica durante a atividade laboral. O estudo de caso ?nico foi a estrat?gia de pesquisa adotada, com finalidades explorat?ria e descritiva. Os dados prim?rios foram coletados atrav?s da t?cnica de grupo focal, adotada como instrumento principal de coleta de dados, aplicado aos colaboradores do setor de confec??o. A entrevista semiestruturada foi utilizada como instrumento complementar, direcionado ? supervisora daquele setor. Respeitando-se o crit?rio de satura??o te?rica, foram formados quatro grupos focais, cada um dos quais compostos por oito participantes, selecionados de forma aleat?ria, entre os setenta e seis colaboradores do setor. Os dados foram analisados qualitativamente, atrav?s da t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do, mais especificamente, a an?lise categorial. Identificaram-se vinte e oito atributos de QVT. Seis deles estavam presentes nos quatro grupos focais e na entrevista. Dentre esses, o atributo Relacionamento Interpessoal no Trabalho, contemplado nas dimens?es Psicol?gica e Organizacional, foi o ?nico previsto em quatro dos quinze modelos te?ricos aqui elencados. O atributo M?sica no Ambiente de Trabalho p?de ser inserido nas quatro dimens?es de QVT, evidenciando a for?a e a relev?ncia desse atributo para os participantes da pesquisa. A forma como a m?sica vem sendo inserida no ambiente laboral contribui para promover o bem-estar no trabalho, o que contraria concep??es te?ricas, sobretudo no que concerne ao g?nero musical. Foram identificadas nove fun??es da m?sica no trabalho, dentre as quais, Melhorar as Condi??es de Trabalho, Melhorar o Relacionamento Interpessoal no Trabalho e Favorecer a Motiva??o Para o Trabalho mereceram destaque por estarem associadas a tr?s atributos de QVT. Ao todo, foram evidenciadas sete associa??es. A dimens?o de QVT mais afetada pela inser??o de m?sica no trabalho foi a Psicol?gica, seguida da dimens?o Organizacional. Conclui-se que a inser??o musical proporciona bem-estar biol?gico, social, e, sobretudo, psicol?gico e organizacional aos colaboradores, contribuindo para a obten??o de QVT no ambiente laboral pesquisado. O município de Franca, conhecido mundialmente pela produção do calçado masculino, recebeu, de maneira impactante, todos os choques econômicos e sociais demandados das reestruturações produtivas e suas manifestações e conflitos trazidos à realidade da população. Foi realizada uma perspectiva histórica em relação ao movimento operário, de sua inserção na indústria têxtil, da participação das mulheres como força de trabalho nesse contexto, da trajetória produtiva de Franca e Região e das mudanças ocorridas nesse percurso. Mais do que uma atividade específica, a lingerie representa para as mulheres e para a coletividade Francana uma alternativa, uma perspectiva e uma mudança. Evidencia-se durante o estudo que muitas práticas ainda permanecem, como a do aviltamento do trabalho feminino, a exploração das forças de trabalho, o exercício do trabalho domiciliar e o achatamento dos salários e lucros. Entretanto, é notória, em diversos momentos da pesquisa, a presença da esperança, da satisfação, do encanto pelo trabalho, de melhores condições profissionais, sociais e familiares. Realizar tal estudo gratifica e instiga os pesquisadores e, ao mesmo tempo, traz à tona as responsabilidades acadêmicas e profissionais do Serviço Social / This work focuses on the reality of some truly really courageous and enterprising women who have decided to put aside fears and insecurities in society introduced by the current reality of the world of work. The city of Franca, known worldwide for producing men's shoes, was so impressive, all the economic and social demands of the productive restructuring and its manifestations and conflicts brought to the reality of the population. We performed a historical perspective in relation to the labor movement, its insertion in the textile industry, the participation of women as labor force in this context, the history of France and productive region and to the changes in this route. More than one specific activity, the lingerie is for women and for the collective Francana an alternative perspective and a change. It is of note during the study that many practices still remain, such as the degradation of female labor, the exploitation of the labor force, the exercise of home work and flattening of wages and profits.However, it is notorious, at various times of the study, the presence of hope, of satisfaction, the work of the charm of better employment conditions, social and family.
