The aim of this thesis was to examine the extent to which the European Union can be considered a normative power in relation to the Russian Federation. The European Union has evolved into one of the most important global actors in the international arena and this development has, consequently, sparked series of debates trying to define the role of its actorness in relation to third parties. On one hand, scholars have emphasized the normative and value-driven features of the European Union as a whole, especially in the area of foreign policy cooperation where there exists enhanced emphasis on the importance of values and norms in comparison to other traditional actors in international relations. On the other hand, structural realists provided alternative interest-driven vision under which the member states are expected to follow common approach of the European Union only in cases that do not conflict with their national interests that are claimed to always prevail. This diploma thesis analyses the phenomenon of the Russian information warfare targeting the Baltic states - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. In five chapters the thesis initially theoretically examines phenomenon of the information warfare itself, specifically its typical components and advantages because of which the Russian Federation uses it. After that, the thesis estimates conceptual preconditions and incentives in the Baltic region due to which Russia implements the information warfare specifically in this region. The information warfare in this sense is understood as the psychological pressure onto the society of Baltics, hence, as one of the tools to enforce the interests and goals of the Kremlin's official foreign policy, because the initiators of such information campaigns are the Russian state media or their proxies. Third, in the empirical part, based the conceptually determined factors and particular events related to them, thesis thoroughly deals with discourses and narratives spread through the Russian and pro-Russian media operating in the Baltic states. The master thesis called Security of the Russian Federation: (de)securitization of the U.S. by Russian representatives deals with the security of Russia from the top representatives points of view. The analyzed time is determined by the presidential term of Dmitry Medvedev (2008 - April 2012). The aim of the thesis is to find out, why the U.S. was (de)securitized during the Medvedev's presidential term and confirm or disprove the predefined hypothesis. President, prime minister and minister of foreign affairs create the foreign politics of Russian federation. Their speeches and interviews are the main source of the data. The basic security terms and the theories (de)securitization are discussed in the first part of the thesis. The Russian point of view of security is defined in the following part. There are analyzed oficial documents focusing on definition of the national security, foreign policy and military field. There are also discussed the Russian media discourse since 90s of the 20 century and Russian- American relations. The last empirical part analyzes the interviews and speeches of the president Medvedev, of the prime minister Putin and of the minister of foreign affairs Lavrov in terms of their attitudes to the U.S.

The qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of the financial sustainability of credit institutions in the modern economy. The subject of the research is a set of criteria and indicators that characterize the financial stability of the credit institution. The main purpose of the research is the development of measures for improving the financial stability of the credit institution, based on the analysis of its financial condition, to identify the problems and to propose the ways of solvation. In conclusion, author developed the measures for improving the financial stability of the object of study. / Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена изучению финансовой устойчивости кредитных учреждений в современной экономике. Предметом исследования выступает совокупность критериев и показателей, которые характеризуют финансовую устойчивость кредитного учреждения. Основной целью исследования выступает разработка мероприятий для повышения финансовой устойчивости кредитной организации на основе анализа ее финансового состояния, выявление проблем и предложение путей их решения. В заключении разработаны мероприятия, которые направлены на повышение финансовой стабильности объекта исследования.

Понимание влияния макроэкономических показателей на экономику государства актуально для институтов власти, таких как центральный банк. Целью данной диссертационной работы является разработка методики динамического моделирования для исследования взаимодействий макроэкономических показателей, а также для создания инструментов для осуществления монетарной политики. Объект данного исследования выступают макроэкономические процессы. Предметом исследования является макроэкономическая модель Российской федерации и ее основные регуляторы. В результате магистерского исследования решены ряд задач: изучена теории мировой экономики, а также проведен анализ макроэкономических показателей, разработанная и произведена программная реализована методики динамических моделей: проведено тестирование программного продукта, и построение сетевых моделей. / Understanding the impact of macroeconomic indicators on the state’s economy is relevant to government institutions, such as the central bank. The purpose of this dissertation is to develop a dynamic modeling methodology for studying the interactions of macroeconomic indicators, as well as for creating tools for implementing monetary policy. The object of this study are macroeconomic processes. The subject of the research is the macroeconomic model of the Russian Federation and its main regulators. As a result of the master's research, a number of problems were solved: the theory of the world economy was studied, and macroeconomic indicators were analyzed, a dynamic model methodology was developed and software implemented: a software product was tested, and network models were built.

Кроме того, в современной экономике финансовый анализ принимает все большее значение в принятии стратегических управленческих решений, выявлении проблемных зон. В достоверных результатах финансового анализа заинтересованы и сами собственники (учредители, акционеры) организации, и надзорные органы, и деловые партнеры, кредиторы, инвесторы. Совершенствование современной методологии оценки финансового состояния кредитных организаций, актуализация и адаптация систем оценки к российской действительности, практическая значимость научных исследований в данной области свидетельствуют об актуальности выбранной темы работы и рассмотренных в ней вопросах. / Analysis of the financial condition allows you to establish the reliable past and current state of the organization, evaluate the results of its activities, as well as predict future development and determine the likelihood of bankruptcy. In addition, in the modern economy, financial analysis is becoming increasingly important in making strategic management decisions, identifying problem areas. The owners (founders, shareholders) of the organization themselves, and supervisory authorities, and business partners, creditors, and investors are interested in reliable results of financial analysis. Improvement of the modern methodology for assessing the financial condition of credit institutions, updating and adapting assessment systems to Russian reality, the practical significance of scientific research in this area indicate the relevance of the chosen topic of work and the issues discussed in it.

Relevance – the development of ecotourism is included in the list of strategic tasks of ecological and economic development of the Russian Federation. The object of research is the territory of the tourist and recreational cluster "Mount Belaya". The subject of research is the current system of tourist services. Scientific novelty-improvement of the concept of ecotourism on the example of the development of a project to create a camping site on the territory of "Mount Belaya". By looking at the reactions of Russian actors regarding the development of the Belt and Road Initiative of the People’s Republic of China in Central and Eastern Europe, this dissertation presents new theoretical and empirical findings that can be used extensively in the fields of Area and Global Studies, as well as practical policymaking. In this context, the Russian Federation’s foreign policy in the region is understood as cumulative activity and strategy developed by the government of Russia regarding the relationship with other countries that are being impacted by multiple internal and external factors. In order to understand a complex relationship between Russian, Chinese, and Central-Eastern European actors, this study employs uniquely created methods focusing on analyzing the reactions of the relevant Russian policymakers, as well as literature, documents, and statistical data. The reactions are also collected via extensive reflection of interviews and primary source material. In this framework, the areas of Russian interests directly related to and operationalized in Central-Eastern Europe are identified, and those affected by the Belt and Road Initiative the most are researched. The study’s results highlight the many discourses and contradictions when contrasting portrayal and perceptions against statistical data. Since none of these areas were analyzed under these circumstances before, many characterizations about the nature of the Initiative, perception of the actors’ behavior, understanding of the positioning of Russia within contemporary geopolitical realities, and many other aspects have been broadened. That leads to a better comprehension of the mechanisms and networks between the companies and political actors based in the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, and Central-Eastern Europe, the effects of their interdependencies and relationship, and general international relations. This research demonstrated a tension of interests within the Russian expert community when assigning securitization to the Belt and Road Initiative sections that affect Russia and East-Central Europe. They are recognized as intertwined with internal politics, economics, geopolitical competitiveness, and international strategy and are thus appropriately employed when reacting to and debating them.

「語言政策」即「語言規劃」和「語言建設」之總和，為國家、政府、政黨、階級、社會團體用以改變或維持語言之現況或標準的措施。因此語言政策為改變「語言情況」之中要因素之一，它的制定和變更也常被當作多民族國家的政治手段。 近年來，由於語言政策之改變而造成的民族衝突，國際間戰爭不斷發生，更凸顯初制訂與實行語言政策的重要性。俄羅斯聯邦為一多民族國家，在語言政策方面的經驗，相對較豐富，其中一聯邦主體——圖瓦共和國，其境內主要構成民族之語言（圖瓦語）和超語言（俄語）間的關係，和台灣台語與華語的情況較為相似，此外，圖瓦共和國在語言情況之緩解方面已產生諸多對策，其經驗應有助於台灣之語言規劃和語言政策之制定。 本論文分析二十世紀末至二十一世紀初圖瓦共和國的國家語言政策。學者針對圖瓦共和國語言情況與語言規劃相關文獻資料做出統整，歸納出二十世紀末至二十一世紀初圖瓦共和國在學術研究、書籍編纂、官方公務、教育、媒體、宗教與文化個方面之語言規劃及語言建設成果。
