Esse fato torna possível a promoção de mudanças sociais que poderão levar o país a uma prosperidade econômica. Desenvolver programas sociais apenas para divulgar a empresa ou como forma compensatória não traz resultados positivos sustentáveis ao longo do tempo. Porém, a empresa que incorporar tais princípios e os aplicar corretamente, pode obter resultados positivos que irão influenciar na própria valorização de sua imagem institucional e na marca que carrega. Além disso, a contratação e a manutenção de profissionais capacitados são importantes para que possam crescer juntamente com a empresa e proporcionar um ambiente flexível com grande capacidade de adaptação e longevidade. No desenvolvimento da presente dissertação tornou-se necessária a indagação de alguns pontos importantes para a compreensão dos motivos e das formas pelos quais as empresas vieram a ser co-responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento social e humano da sociedade em que está inserida. Tais pontos associam-se ao levantamento da importância do processo de implantação da certificação de Responsabilidade Social ISO 26000 no grupo empresarial AMAZONAS, localizado na cidade de Franca, Estado de São Paulo. Developing social programs just to divulge the company or as a compensatory way, do not bring positive results defensible in the long term. But, the company that incorporates such principles and correctly apply them can get positive results, that will influence on the valorization of its institutional image and on the trade mark it holds. Besides that, the hiring and maintenance of capable professional is important for them to grow along with the company and promoting a flexible environment with a great adapting capacity and longevity. In the developing of the present study, it became necessary the questioning of certain important points for the understanding of the reasons why, by which, the company became co responsible for the social and human development, in which it is inserted. Such points are associated to the importance of the implantation of certification Social Responsibility ISO 26000 from AMAZONAS Group, located in Franca São Paulo State. Ensaio sobre as metamorfoses e a centralidade do mundo do trabalho e Os sentidos do trabalho: ensaio sobre a afirmação e a negação do trabalho, com o intuito de constatar a contribuição dessas obras para o Serviço Social. Para tanto, inicialmente fez-se uma incursão preliminar a partir dos trabalhos publicados nos eventos mais relevantes do Serviço Social brasileiro: CBAS (2007 e 2010) e ENPESS (2008 e 2010), tendo como critério, os trabalhos fundamentados nas duas obras supracitadas, com o intuito de verificar como os assistentes sociais têm se apropriado da discussão complexa sobre a categoria trabalho, sobretudo sua centralidade, questionando a potência revolucionária da classe trabalhadora. Num segundo momento, fizemos pesquisa empírica, com entrevista semiestruturada com o profº Dr. Ricardo Antunes, com vistas a esclarecer criticamente as questões constatadas na apropriação de suas obras e contribuir com o relevante debate sobre a categoria trabalho no Serviço Social. Pretende-se, ainda, evidenciar a importância das referidas obras de... / This Doctoral Thesis, defended at the Graduate Program in Social Work from the State University - UNESP-Franca/SP, aimed to discuss and reflect on the appropriation of Ricardo Antunes’s studies by the Brazilian Social Work, prioritizing its two classics: Goodbye to work? Essay on the metamorphosis and the centrality of the working world and The meanings of work: essay on the affirmation and negation of work, in order to observe the contribution of these works for Social Work. For this purpose, initially made up a preliminary foray from papers published in the most important events of the brazilian Social Work: CBAS (2007 and 2010) and ENPESS (2008 and 2010), taking as a criterion, the works based on the two aforementioned works, in order to verify how social workers have appropriated the complex discussion about the working class, especially its centrality, questioning the revolutionary power of the working class. Secondly, we made an empirical research with semi-structured interview with Ricardo Antunes, with a view to critically clarify the issues noted in the appropriation of his work and thus, contribute to the important debate about the work in the Social Work category. The results showed the relevance of the works of Ricardo Antunes for Social Work, becoming a landmark in the debate on the centrality of the work category in contemporary society. Finally, it is expected that this thesis contribute to the production of knowledge in social work (and related fields), from this theoretical discussion relevant and pertinent to the current category, in order to respond to the endogenous and reductionist vision which persists in Social Work. Synthétisent ontologiquement l’intégrité de l’homme comme un élément qui lui permet d’observer dans ses réalisations et productions. Dans cette thèse, nous considérons le marxisme théorique. Les textes de Marx et d’Engels, et d’autres auteurs, principalement Sánchez Vázquez et Lukács, et aussi Dussel, Baroque, Iasi, Heller, Carcova afin de situer l’éthique préconisée ici qui, si elle est confirmée, brise les limites imposées par le capitalisme. Visant à démontrer que les conditions générales sociaux et les moyens de subsistance des travailleurs, chômeurs ou non, ont une influence sur la conception de l’éthique et des valeurs morales d’une société, la thèse a été divisé en six chapitres, et l’introduction est le premier. Dans le second, Le concept comme un fondement dans la théorie, nous cherchons les aspects fondamentaux de la théorie, de sa conceptualisation de l’objet même de la recherche (l’éthique, le travail, la conception, l’antithèse et le social). Nous mettons en évidence certains penseurs comme Aristote et Kant, qui sont les bases de ce concept et mettons également en évidence des éléments importants des autres chapitres, tels que l’éthique et sa relation avec le pouvoir et la loi. Sintetizam ontologicamente a integridade do homem como elemento que possibilita observá-lo em suas realizações ou produções. Nesta tese, consideramos uma base teórica marxiana. Textos do próprio Marx e Engels; de outros autores, principalmente, Sánchez Vázquez e Lukács; além de Dussel, Barroco, Iasi, Heller, Carcova, para situarmos a ética aqui defendida que, se confirmada, rompe com as divisas impostas pelo capitalismo. Tendo como objetivo geral demonstrar se as condições sociais e de subsistência dos trabalhadores, empregados ou desempregados, influenciam a concepção ética e os valores morais de uma sociedade, a tese foi dividida em seis capítulos, dos quais a introdução é primeiro. They ontologically synthesize the integrity of man as an element that allows to observe it in their accomplishments or productions. In this thesis, we consider a Marxist theoretical basis. Texts of Marx and Engels themselves, other authors mainly Sánchez Vázquez and Lukács, besides Dussel, Barroco, Iasi, Heller, Carcova to situate ethics advocated here that, if confirmed, breaks the boundaries imposed by capitalism. Aiming to demonstrate if social and livelihoods conditions of workers, employed or unemployed influence the ethic conception and moral values of a society, the thesis was divided into six chapters, of which the introduction is the first. In the second, Conceptualization as a foundation in theory, we seek the fundamental aspects of the thesis, its conceptualization from the research object itself (ethics, work, conception, antithesis, and social). We highlight some thinkers like Aristotle and Kant, which are the bases of this concept and also highlight important elements of the other chapters, such as ethics and its relationship with the power and the law. In the third, Perspectives and methodological limitations of the research, we present the methodology (dialectics) by which the research was conducted. Also in this chapter, we present a critical analysis of research in Social Sciences and its practice, besides certain limits, contradictions and implications to certain requirements, such as the case of originality. A motivação do trabalho se deve em grande parte às ausências de referenciais teóricos e literatura que agreguem conhecimento ao universo dessas organizações. O estudo partiu de dados estatísticos de órgãos públicos acerca do Terceiro Setor em nível mundial e nacional, abrangendo bibliografia relevante à compreensão do tema, incluindo legislações pertinentes. A caracterização da diretoria, conselhos, funções, voluntariado e fonte de recursos foram elementos analisados... / This thesis captures the importance of the structure and functioning of nonprofits and aims to understand and explain the legal issue that involves the phenomenon of the Third Sector, corresponding to such organizations, non-governmental organizations whose activities registered in the National Register of Economic Activity (NREA), configure associations of professional activities and service clubs in the city of Franca / SP. The motivation of the work is due in large part to the absence of theoretical and literature that add knowledge to the universe of these organizations. The study was based on statistical data from government agencies about the Third Sector in global and national level, including relevant literature to understand the issue, including relevant legislation. The investigative interest has tended to give law knowledge of the Third Sector, weaving critical reflections on the object of study, establishing epistemic dialogue between the legal and theoretical due to the results of the field research, which was built from information on nonprofit organizations listed in the Receita Federal of Franca, assigned to the research group EMISI (Environmental Management and Interfaces with Social Issues), Social Work Faculty of Humanities and Social Course UNESP, Franca. A survey of the entire universe possible knowledge about the composition and organization of nonprofits in the municipality. Esta investigação se propôs a fazer uma análise dos prontuários do ano de 2014 para verificar a realidade dos usuários atendidos, assim como, a concepção destes sobre o significado dos atendimentos realizados pela Unidade Auxiliar. Evidenciou-se a Instituição como espaço de formação profissional através do estágio supervisionado e destacou-se a mesma como tripé da Universidade, ao realizar: ensino – pesquisa – extensão. Salientou- se os desafios encontrados nos atendimentos aos cidadãos e os empecilhos cotidianos postos à profissão do Assistente Social inserido no contexto sociojurídico. A pesquisa configura-se como bibliográfica, documental e de campo, de abordagem qualitativa. A compreensão e interpretação dos dados ocorreram por meio da análise de conteúdo. Buscou-se explanar como ocorre o processo de efetivação dos direitos dos usuários da Instituição e entender o procedimento de acesso à justiça pelos usuários que recorrem à Unidade Auxiliar Centro Jurídico Social. Em suma, ao apreender as contradições do movimento do real, a ação do Assistente Social nos diversos espaços sócio ocupacionais deve estar em sintonia com o Projeto Ético Político Profissional em comprometimento com a garantia dos direitos humanos e sociais e condições dignas de vida da população que busca atendimento jurídico para viabilização dos mesmos. Pretende-se contribuir para o debate profissional no contexto da área sociojurídica. / The present work originated from the researcher's role as trainee of the Auxiliary Unit Centro Jurídico Social in the year 2013 and aims to highlight the significance of the work of the Institution's professionals to the user population of Franca / SP in the process of making social rights viable Under the interdisciplinary perspective. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical records of the year 2014 to verify the reality of the users served, as well as their conception of the meaning of the care provided by the Auxiliary Unit. The Institution was evidenced as a space for professional training through the supervised internship, and it stood out as the tripod of the University, when performing: teaching - research - extension. It was highlighted the challenges encountered in attending to the citizens and the daily obstacles placed in the profession of the Social Worker inserted in the socio-legal context. The research is configured as a bibliographical, documentary and field, qualitative approach. The understanding and interpretation of the data occurred through content analysis. It was sought to explain how the process of effecting the rights of users of the Institution occurs and to understand the procedure of access to justice by users who turn to the Auxiliary Unit Centro Jurídico Social. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisa bibliográfica no intuito de compreender os fundamentos históricos, teóricos e políticos da formação profissional em Serviço Social, os marcos políticos e sociais da trajetória da política de educação superior brasileira e a influência das tecnologias de educação e informação no contexto atual, os fundamentos legais da política de avaliação da educação superior; pesquisa online para obter informação acerca da amostragem de unidade de formação acadêmica em Serviço Social delimitadas do universo que compõe a região Sul II da Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social; e pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório com graduando concluintes nas modalidades presencial e a distância por meio de formulário contendo questões objetivas de múltipla escolha e abertas, ensejando contribuir para o debate da flexibilização das modalidades de ensino e sua relação com a qualidade da formação acadêmica do assistente social / This paper deals with the seizure of skills and competencies held by the proposed training, passed in the Assembly of the Brazilian Association of Education Service Social/1996 focusing on their proto-forms, and theoretical and political expression of these General Guidelines for the Social Service course advocated by category and their inclusion in the educational context through the Curriculum Guidelines adopted by the National Council of Education in 2002 and its confluences and divergences with the requirements that the performance evaluation of the National Survey of Student Performance. The research methodology involved survey of secondary and primary data to list entailing the profile of undergraduates graduating in Social Work in face mode, semi-face and distance, this goal that changed the course of the study face obstacles faced along the way. Esse fato torna possível a promoção de mudanças sociais que poderão levar o país a uma prosperidade econômica. Desenvolver programas sociais apenas para divulgar a empresa ou como forma compensatória não traz resultados positivos sustentáveis ao longo do tempo. Porém, a empresa que incorporar tais princípios e os aplicar corretamente, pode obter resultados positivos que irão influenciar na própria valorização de sua imagem institucional e na marca que carrega. Além disso, a contratação e a manutenção de profissionais capacitados são importantes para que possam crescer juntamente com a empresa e proporcionar um ambiente flexível com grande capacidade de adaptação e longevidade. No desenvolvimento da presente dissertação tornou-se necessária a indagação de alguns pontos importantes para a compreensão dos motivos e das formas pelos quais as empresas vieram a ser co-responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento social e humano da sociedade em que está inserida. Tais pontos associam-se ao levantamento da importância do processo de implantação da certificação de Responsabilidade Social ISO 26000 no grupo empresarial AMAZONAS, localizado na cidade de Franca, Estado de São Paulo. Assim, é imprescindível que seja esclarecida a forma de atuação do profissional do Serviço Social nesta empresa, tornando-se possível a compreensão de como este profissional poderá ser importante na elaboração e implementação de projetos e programas sociais que estejam ligados à melhoria da qualidade de vida daqueles que estão, direta ou indiretamente, envolvidos / Abstract: The acquisition of social responsibility concept, by private companies today, is an important changing factor and also a great behavior encouraging for companies and makes the social changes possible that can lead a country to an economical prosperity. Developing social programs just to divulge the company or as a compensatory way, do not bring positive results defensible in the long term. But, the company that incorporates such principles and correctly apply them can get positive results, that will influence on the valorization of its institutional image and on the trade mark it holds. Besides that, the hiring and maintenance of capable professional is important for them to grow along with the company and promoting a flexible environment with a great adapting capacity and longevity. In the developing of the present study, it became necessary the questioning of certain important points for the understanding of the reasons why, by which, the company became co responsible for the social and human development, in which it is inserted. Such points are associated to the importance of the implantation of certification Social Responsibility ISO 26000 from AMAZONAS Group, located in Franca São Paulo State. A metodologia da pesquisa envolveu pesquisa com dados secundários e primários ensejando elencar o perfil dos graduandos concluintes em Serviço Social nas modalidade presencial, semi presencial e a distância, objetivo este que modificou-se no desenrolar da pesquisa face os entraves enfrentados no percurso. E dentro desse cenário, estudar a ampliação do número de cursos de Serviço Social no Brasil; identificar os assistentes sociais docentes nos cursos de Serviço Social de Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) do estado de São Paulo, que pertençam às categorias administrativas: pública federal, pública estadual, pública municipal, privada sem fins lucrativos e privada com fins lucrativos; e analisar as condições de trabalho desses assistentes sociais docentes em um contexto de precarização no mundo do trabalho. A sociedade capitalista madura apresenta um contexto de precarização no mundo do trabalho, nas relações de trabalho, o que impacta diretamente nos processos de trabalho das assistentes sociais que estão no exercício da docência, interferindo também na formação de futuros profissionais. Para o desenvolvimento da tese foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográfica, além do acesso a outras fontes disponíveis na internet como jornais, revistas e pesquisa de natureza quantitativa ao site do Cadastro e-MEC de Instituições e Cursos de Educação Superior (para a identificação do número de cursos, incluindo câmpus e polos de Serviço Social oferecidos no Brasil) e consulta ao site das Instituições de Ensino Superior do estado de São Paulo (a fim identificar as assistentes sociais docentes). A coleta dos dados para a pesquisa de campo foi feita a partir de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, por meio da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas e aplicação de formulário para a caracterização dos sujeitos. Algumas entrevistas foram realizadas presencialmente e outras, por meio de programas disponibilizados pela internet. Conforme mencionado, o universo da pesquisa compreendeu cinco Instituições de Ensino Superior do estado de São Paulo que oferecem cursos de Serviço Social, e os sujeitos da pesquisa, foram oito assistentes sociais docentes nessas IES. A análise da pesquisa apontou tanto convergências quanto diferenças entre as experiências docentes, em se tratando do objeto estudado. / This thesis aims to analyze the impacts of precariousness in the world of work on the professional job as teachers of the social workers in Brazil. And within this scenario, study the increase of the number of Social Service courses in Brazil; identify the social worker professors in the Social Service courses of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) of the state of São Paulo, which belong to the administrative categories: federal public, state public, municipal public, private nonprofit and private for profit; and to analyze the working conditions of these social workers in a context of precariousness in the labor world. Mature capitalist society presents a context of precariousness in the world of work, in labor relations, which directly impacts on the work processes of social workers who are in the teaching profession, also interfering in the training of future professionals. For the development of the thesis were carried out bibliographical and documentary researches of a quantitative nature, beyond the access to other available sources on the Internet such as newspapers, magazines, consultation to the site of the e-MEC Register of Institutions and Courses of Higher Education (to identify the number of courses, including câmpuses and social service centers offered in Brazil) and consult the website of the Higher Education Institutions of São Paulo state (in order to identify the social teaching staff). The data collection for the field research was made from a qualitative research, through semi-structured interviews and application of a form for the characterization of the subjects. Some interviews were conducted in person and others, through programs made available through the Internet. As mentioned, the research universe comprised five Higher Education Institutions of the state of São Paulo that offer Social Work courses, and the subjects of the research were eight social workers in teaching profession at these HEIs. The analysis of the research pointed to both convergences and differences between the teaching experiences, when dealing with the object studied.

O/A profissional de Serviço Social dos referidos países atuam nas expressões da “questão social” oriundas neste processo de transformações societárias, ao mesmo tempo em que também sofre os rebatimentos da precarização do trabalho e da formação profissional de forma mais acirrada com a "lógica" da mercantilização da educação superior. Sob tais considerações, o presente trabalho visa analisar a formação profissional do/a assistente social na atualidade, através de um estudo aproximativo da realidade do Brasil e Portugal, em tempos de crise do capital. O trabalho fundamenta-se no método materialista histórico-dialético, visando refletir suas particularidades, singularidades e universalidade entre os dois países. Para tanto, a pesquisadora adentrou-se no universo internacional português a fim de desvelar e desvendar a formação profissional em Portugal, viabilizada por meio da Bolsa de Doutorado Sanduíche financiada pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) no referido país. The social work professionals of the aforementioned countries act in the expressions of the "social question" arising in this process of societal transformations, at the same time as it also suffers the refusals of the precariousness of work and professional formation in a more fierce way with the "logic" "of the commodification of higher education. Under these considerations, the present work aims at analyzing the professional training of the social worker in the present, through an approximate study of the reality of Brazil and Portugal, in times of capital crisis. The work is based on the historical-dialectical materialist method, aiming to reflect its particularities, singularities and universality between the two countries. In order to do so, the researcher entered the Portuguese international universe in order to unveil and unveil the professional training in Portugal, made possible through the Sanduíche Doctorate Scholarship funded by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) in that country. It was necessary to situate, initially, the socio-historical evolution of the Social Service of both countries; later, the bases of the professional training of the social worker in each of them, as well as the refutations of the capitalist system in teaching and in higher education.
