Title of work Psychological training at the sports swimming Goal of work Goal of work is to ascertain the degree of foreknowledge and the utilization of the psychological training as well as managing the emotive condition in contest situations at sports swimming. The role of the research object played the men and women swimmers of the representative teams of the Czech Republic. Techniques and methodology Collection of dates is based on a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire survey was put together for the sake of the goal's purpose and revised by specialists at psychology and swimming. The gained data are presented by means of the quantitive projection in the chart and graphic form. Outcome The final outcome proves a certain cognizance of the competitive swimmers about the relevance of the psychological training. But by most of them is the psychological training considered as insufficient. Only few of the respondents take the advantage of coactions with a sports psychologist. The most frequented psychological methods used by swimmers are - verbal influencing, self-regulatory resources and music incentive. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of eccentric phase duration on concentric outcomes at 60% and 80% of one-repetition maximum (1RM) in the squat and bench press. Sixteen resistance-trained males completed four laboratory visits as follows: Day 1- 1RM testing; Day 2- establishment of normative eccentric durations; Days 3 and 4- randomized fast (0.75 times) or slow (2 times) eccentric duration variations, which were controlled by visual and auditory metronomes. Eccentric duration was significantly and inversely correlated with average concentric velocity (ACV) at 60% (r = 0.408) and 80% (r = -0.477) of 1RM squat and at 100% of 1RM bench press. At 60% of 1RM squat, both fast and slow eccentric conditions produced greater (p<0.001) peak concentric velocity (PCV) than normative duration with fast also producing greater PCV than slow (p=0.044). The work environment in mines have changed during the last decades. Compared to when birds were used to examine the air quality in coal mines, today’s mines strive for a zero-entry production. Which means that the persons who works at the mining company are stationed over ground - instead of under it. With digitalization and automation, companies like Boliden aim to increase a safer work environment. However, zero-entry mines are still in the future, and until future notice, existing risks and hazards need to be managed. This master thesis at Luleå University of Technology in collaboration with the Crusher and Ore Handling System (G55) department at Boliden Aitik. This master thesis aims to improve work conditions and contribute to a safer work environment by increasing awareness and knowledge regarding risks and routines at the G55 department. To accomplish this, I have during this master thesis developed an educational tool as a supplement to the current safety educations provided by SSG. This master thesis focus on providing workers with information with safety educations and motivates by lack of knowledge as a cause of accidents. Through visits, interviews and observations have been conducted to map current and future state at the G55 department and within Boliden as a company. In total ten interviews have been performed as well as several feedback occasions. Trough feedback, adjustments have been done which are beneficial in the iterative working process due its ability to go back and adjust. The current state mapping has been compared to theories in which a theoretical framework has been used as a foundation when– analyzing the current state and developing the material. Included topics in the literature gather are “Health and Safety” and “Understand and Develop training material”. These have been the foundation when discussing improvement areas and when taking decisions when I developed the education material. Since the education material is a supplement to already existing safety educations provided by SSG, training methods have been investigated. The resulting education material delivered to the G55 department resulted in a lecture based presentation material in the software PowerPoint, as well as a pamphlet with summarized information from the lecture material. The lecture training method was chosen due to its advantage of containing personal contact between new workers and existing staff. This makes the introduction material complement current safety education which are performed as a data-based training method and misses personal contact. Delivered material contains information that is consider important for new workers to know before starting their employment. Further recommendations when implementing this material are to translate it to English to reach non-Swedish-speaking persons entering the department as well as keep developing the material. The discussion question if additional educations are the most efficient way to manage and correct risks depending on the classifications of existing risks. But concludes that it is an easily tool for short-term control. According to me, the mapping of the organization should be used to eliminate or separate current risks and hazards for a sustainable solution long-term. Today, I believe that an education supplement is necessary. And hopefully, the G55 department will keep develop their organization, eliminate current risks and long-term achieve a zero-accident vision. / Arbetsmiljön i gruvor har förändrats under de senaste årtiondena. Jämfört med när fåglar användes för att undersöka luftkvalitén i kolgruvorna, strävar dagens gruvor efter en noll-entrégruva (zero-entry). Det innebär att de personer som arbetar på gruvföretaget är stationerade över marken - istället för under den. Med digitalisering och automation hoppas företag som Boliden att skapa en säkrare arbetsmiljö. Noll-entrégruvor är dock fortfarande en bit bort och tillsvidare måste existerande risker hanteras. Det här examensarbetet är utfört vid Luleå tekniska universitet och gjort i samarbete med avdelningen Kross och infrakt (G55) i Aitikgruvan. Examensarbetet syftar till att förbättra arbetsförhållandena och bidra till en säkrare arbetsmiljö genom att öka medvetenheten och kunskapen kring risker och rutiner vid G55-avdelningen. Dessutom syftar det till att utveckla ett pedagogiskt verktyg som ett tillägg till SSG:s nuvarande säkerhetsutbildning som ska användas vid introduktion av nya arbetare på området. Examensarbetet fokuserar på att ge arbetstagare information med säkerhetsutbildning och motiverar genom bristande kunskap som orsak till olyckor. Under besök hos avdelningen har intervjuer och observationer genomförts för att kartlägga nuvarande och framtida tillstånd vid G55 och inom Boliden som företag. Totalt har tio intervjuer gjorts samt några feedbacktillfällen. Tack vare feedback, har justeringar gjorts som en del i den iterativa arbetsprocessen som tillåter att gå tillbaka och justera. Den nuvarande kartläggningen har jämförts med teorier där en teoretisk referensram har använts som grund vid analys av kartläggning och utveckling av materialet. Inkluderade ämnen i litteraturen är "Hälsa och säkerhet" och "Förstå och utveckla utbildningsmaterial". Dessa har varit grunden när jag diskuterat förbättringsområden och fattat beslut under utvecklandet av utbildningsmaterial. Eftersom utbildningsmaterialet kompletterar redan befintliga säkerhetsutbildningar från SSG har utbildningsmetoder undersökts. Det resulterande utbildningsmaterialet som levererades till G55 har resulterat i ett föreläsningsbaserat presentationsmaterial i PowerPoint, liksom en broschyr med sammanfattande information från föreläsningsmaterialet. Föreläsning som utbildningsmetoden valdes på grund av dess förmån att tillåta personlig kontakt mellan nya arbetstagare och befintlig personal. Detta gör att introduktionsmaterialet kompletterar nuvarande säkerhetsutbildning som utförs som en databaserad träningsmetod och saknar just personlig kontakt. Levererat material innehåller information som är viktig för nya medarbetare att veta innan de börjar sin anställning. Ytterligare rekommendationer vid implementering av detta material är att översätta det till engelska för att nå icke-svensktalande personer på avdelningen samt fortsätta att utveckla materialet. Avslutningsvis, diskuteras huruvida ytterligare utbildningar är det effektivaste sättet att hantera och korrigera risker. Slutsatsen är att det är ett verktyg för kortsiktig kontroll. På lång sikt, borde kartläggningen, enligt mig, användas för att eliminera eller skilja nuvarande risker och faror för at få hållbar lösning. Idag tror jag att ett utbildningstillägg är nödvändigt. Och förhoppningsvis kommer G55-avdelningen att fortsätta utveckla sin organisation, eliminera nuvarande risker och på lång sikt uppnå en olycksfallsvision.

Sportas pasaulyje daro pažangą. Sparčiai gerėja sportiniai rezultatai, tvirtėja ryšiai tarp Europos ir kitų žemynų, pačios Europos valstybės glaudžiau bendradarbiauja sporto srityje. Šiuo metu Lietuvoje vyrauja daugiau teorinis nei praktinis įvairių sričių specialistų rengimas. Tokia tendencija ryškėja ir trenerių rengime. Tam, kad sporto specialistai (tame tarpe treneriai) būtų paruošti visapusiškai, pradėję savo karjerą turėtų ne tik teorinių, bet ir praktinių žinių, įgūdžių, daugiau dėmesio reikėtų skirti praktiniam rengimui. Tačiau egzistuoja keletas stiprių alternatyvių požiūrių, teigiančių, kad aukštosios universitetinės mokyklos (universitetai, akademijos) rengia ne tam tikros srities specialistus, o išprususią, kūrybingą ir gebančią mokytis asmenybę. Kuri praktinius veiklos įgūdžius turėtų susiformuoti (ir tobulinti) konkrečioje darbo vietoje. Todėl darbo tikslas - ištirti ir įvertinti dvikovos sporto šakų atstovų nuomonę apie praktinio rengimo vaidmenį ugdant trenerį aukštojoje mokykloje. Darbe analizuojama mokslinė literatūra, žurnalai, disertacijos, monografijos. Pirmas skyrius skirtas teoriniam trenerių rengimui išanalizuoti. Antrajame skyriuje pateikiami dvikovos sporto šakų trenerių praktinio rengimo metodikų tyrimų rezultatai, jų analizė. European countries are collaborating more closely in terms of sports. Nowadays theoretical education is dominating in education of different specialist. This tendency is becoming more actual in education of sports coaches. To ensure sports specialists (coaches included) to be ready for their work, they must have not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience (skills); more attention should be paid to practical training. There are some alternative points of view according this question. For example that high school (universities, academies) educates not the professionals in a particular area, but the educated, creative, ready to learn personality. This graduate should form his/her practical skills in a particular workplace. The main goal of this master’s diploma paper – to evaluate the opinion of representatives of combat sports about the importance of practical training when educating coaches. Scientific literature (articles, dissertations, monographs) is analyzed. First part of diploma paper reveals the education of coaches theoretically. Aim work is evidence effectiveness suitable techniques of teaching activating methods in education subject Czech language and literature. Endeavour was to raise activity pupils, suitable lead lesson side mull over subject matter and get higher creativity by laboratory group of pupil at the end research.

This diploma thesis deals with the educational and development system of the employees who work as operators in the company Informační linky, s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current educational and development system of the call centre employees and to formulate improving recommendations. First parts deal with the theoretical background of the topic, following chapters contain the analysis of the educational and development system in the company -- the system is described and on the basis of the research, fields to be improved are discovered and proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities are suggested.

Topic: The Factors Influencing Early Termination of Swimming Career in China Goals: We studied a number of young Chinese swimmers who experienced early retirement. Great attention is paid to the reasons why Chinese swimmers ended their careers at a relatively young age. The goal of this thesis is to find out reasons that make Chinese swimmers choose to end their career during their top-performance period and at a much younger age compared with their counterparts worldwide. Meanwhile, finding potential solutions to the situation is also considered as one of the goals of the thesis. Methods: On the basis of literature review, in this study, we collect the characteristics of Chinese swimmers who have experienced early intensive specialized training by conducting observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Results: The number of Chinese swimmers who took early retirement increased incredibly during past twenty years. According to the interviews and the results of the questionnaires, the reasons why Chinese swimmers tend to finish their career at a relatively young age can be classified as follows: 1. The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment.
