Speaking about the regional policy are important the centres being on periphery - problem of the cultural centers and its parity with problems of the periphery. The cultural centers employ theoretically necessary and capable workers. However whether always the centers working on periphery can satisfy need of a society? Unless all structures named by the cultural centers influence a society? What does not allowed the cultural centers at a sight of a society to leave ajar their mission during a life? For last decade positive shifts are felt in a public life. Let's try to consider this situation. Clearly that the regional policy essentially stimulates civil mature community. However it still weak, not having a material resources. The cultural centers and communities having one base as public organizations are guided by the various legal status and belong to various departments. Seeking to solve the problems of disabled people, it has to be admitted, that disabled people are the same members of the society with the same rights and the same possibilities to educate, to work, to spend their spare time, to take part in social, political and community life. Art (musical, visual, drama, movement) expression is a very attractive form of socialization. The social roles and the attached labels such as ,,disabled”, ,,social worker”, ,,educator” are forgotten. They become equivalent artists and creators. The object of study – the development of possibilities of adult educator’s activity when methods of Art Therapy as self – education are applied to mentally disabled people. AB banko „Snoras“ veiklos efektyvumo didinimo galimybės / The possibilities of efficiency growth of Snoras bank‘s activities

Theoretical and practical methods of assessment of the bank‘s activities of variuos foreign and Lithuanian authors are analyzed and systemized in the master‘s final paper. There are mentioned such methods of assessment of the bank‘s activities: Economic Value Added, Economical and book-keepinng methods of estimate of the bank‘s activities and ect. A great attention is turned on the role of risk management in the commercial bank and its influence on the rezults of bank‘s activities in this research work. The urgent problems of the bank‘s capital adequancy and liquidity management are investigated in the master‘s final paper. Moreover, the participation place of the bank is ascertained in the financial institutes‘ activity. Therefore, the analisys of the balance sheet of Snoras bank is carried out, the standarts of risk‘s limits are looked over and investment activities are evaluated in this work. The author‘s couched hypothesis of the scientific research that correctly chosen policy of assets management of the commercial bank has direct impact on the efficiency of the commercial bank‘s activities, is corroborated.

All after – school activities have to help a child to spread his individual abilities of creativity, to satisfy his natural demands of self – expression, love and deference, purport, creativeness, orderliness and harmony. After – school education is a component of educational process, which determines individual formation and even has decisive stress for it. It’s possible to optimise after school process, evaluate all inner and outer influence and its possibilities in society. Part of the students refuses to take part in after schoolwork because they aren’t interested in suggested activities.

Vytautas Jankauskas Analysis of Ltd. Company “LUKOIL Baltija” activity in Lithuania and strategical regulation. In this final paper the strategies of activity and expanding of Ltd. Company “Lukoil Baltija” have been analysed and based on the investigation. In the theoretical part four main business strategies typical of the business of petrol stations have been analysed: business unit strategy, low price strategy, differentiation strategy and concentration strategy. Three types of strategically managed enterprise features have been revealed: the features of diversified organization, mechanical organization and professional organization. The role of leadership in preparing business strategy of enterprise and strategical planning stages has been described. In the investigative part of this final paper the characteristics of Ltd. Company “Lukoil Baltija”, Ltd. the general charakteristics of “Lukoil Baltija” Servisas, detailed micro and makro analysis of business environment situation has been carried out. International and intercultural cooperation of countries, integration into the European Union brought radical changes into the system of education. It became more democratic, grounded by critical thinking and cooperation. Great attention is paid to education itself and its quality. Pupils are forced to adapt quickly to the changeable situation. The studying load is increasing, pupils have less free time, they do not use it very effectively and properly what raises the problem of this work. The aim of the work is to analyze the problems of free time of 5-7 formers and to find adequate ways for solving them. In order to achieve this aim the following objectives have been set: 1. After analyzing pedagogical, psychological literature to study the influence of education upon a personality, to consider ways and forms of free time. 2. Darbe išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai bei praktiniai komercinio banko veiklos efektyvumo ir rizikos vertinimo metodai. Vertinami AB Šiaulių banko veiklos efektyvumo bei rizikos valdymo rodikliai, taikant Bernstein, Du Pont metodus. AB Siauliu bank evaluated the effectiveness of the Bank's activities and risk management indicators, the application of Bernstein, Du Pont methods. The hypothesis that commercial bank risk management activities influence the effectiveness depends on proper selection of the bank management strategy to be adaptedto the effectiveness and risks of sensitivity analysis.

Individualaus religingumo įtakos aspektai individo kasdieninei veiklai Santrauka Darbe analizuojamas individualaus religingumo įtakos aspektai individo kasdieninei veiklai. Darbe analizuojamas individualaus religingumo poveikis individo kasdieninei veiklai. Pagal A. Schutzo sukurta fenomenologinę visuomenės teoriją, kuri jam rūpi ne kaip objektyviai teisinga ar metafiziškai tikra veiksmo prasmė, bet kaip ta, subjektyviai suvokia veikiantysis individas. Remiantis N. Luckmano pasiūlytos religijos interpretavimo kasdieniame gyvenime teorija, ieškoma individualaus religingumo funkcijų individo kasdieninėje veikloje. Kasdienis gyvenimas yra suprantamas kaip socialiai konstruojama tikrovė, kurią valdo subjektyvus procesas, padedantis sutvarkyti ją. T. Luckmano koncepcijoje į religiją žvelgiama kaip į simbolinį pasaulį, kuris suteikia platesnę prasmę individo kasdienio gyvenimo tikrovei, neišeidamas už savo reikšmės ribų ir socialinio pasaulio aspekto. According to the A. Schutz phenomenological society theory, which concerns him not because it is objectively correct or metaphysically real meaning of action, but as a one, which is subjectively perceived by operative person. With reference to the theory of religion’s in daily life interpretation offered by T. Luckmann, individual religiosity functions in person’s daily activity are being searched. Daily life is perceived as socially constructed reality, which is in control of subjective process helping to organize it. In Luckmann’s conception religiosity is seen as a symbolic world, which provides broader meaning for the reality of person’s daily life, not leaving the boundaries of its meaning and the social aspect of the world. They perceive daily reality as a familiar and also as a conditional world, because it is constructed from symbols and social experience which display in person’s activity.
