Previous issue date: 2013-01-07 / In the past years, there has been a considerable raise in the number of child sexual abuse complaints. Thereat, several studies have been developed about investigative interviewing of children with alleged abuse. The present dissertation has two sections about the topic of investigative interviewing of children with allegations of having been sexual abused. The first section presents a literature review on the peculiarities of the investigative interviews of pre-school age. Some of the most used investigative interviewing techniques around the globe are presented. Also, some elements that could compromise the child s report during the investigative interview are discussed, such as the use of artifacts (toys and drawings), repetitive interviewing, as well as the type of questions used by the interviewer. In the second section, an empirical study is described focusing on the structure of children s investigative interview, emphasizing the dynamics of questions and answers. The study was based over the document analysis (videos or audio) of a sample 49 real interviews with children aged between six and eleven years old, with allegations of having been sexual abused. The audio-tape or video-tape of the interviews were analyzed and both the questions placed by the interviewer and the answers given by the child were coded. The categories of questions and answers were adapted from pre-existent categories.Only the pre-substantive phase (rapport) and substantive phase (report) of the interviews were considered for the coding of questions and answers, since they are the most relevant phases to the interview. The frequencies of types of questions and types of answers were analyzed, as well as the frequency of each association between type of question and its respective type of answer. The results yielded that the interviewers tended to use few open questions. Most of the interviewers questions were considered appropriate, although more directive (closed question and probing).Therefore children s answers were frequently shorter, which means, with fewer information about what was being investigated. In the concluding section, the results were discussed in terms of the importance of the interviewers training. In addition, results also highlighted the importance of developing need assessment techniques for training investigative interviewers / Nos ?ltimos anos, tem havido um aumento consider?vel no n?mero de den?ncias de abuso sexual infantil. Com isso, diversos estudos vem sendo desenvolvidos sobre as t?cnicas de investiga??o, no que tange ? oitiva de crian?as com suspeita de terem vivenciado situa??es de abuso. A presente disserta??o aborda como tema a entrevista investigativa com crian?as, especialmente aquelas com suspeita de terem sofrido abuso sexual. A disserta??o ? apresentado em dois m?dulos. O primeiro m?dulo trata das peculiaridades da entrevista investigativa com crian?as em idade pr?-escolar, ou seja, menores de seis anos. S?o apresentadas as t?cnicas de entrevista investigativa mais utilizadas ao redor do mundo. Tamb?m s?o discutidos alguns fatores que podem comprometer o relato da crian?a durante a entrevista investigativa, tais como o uso de artefatos (p.ex., brinquedos e desenhos), a repeti??o de entrevistas, bem como o tipo de pergunta utilizada pelo entrevistador. No segundo m?dulo, ? descrito um estudo sobre a avalia??o da estrutura da entrevista investigativa com crian?as, com ?nfase na din?mica de perguntas e respostas. O estudo foi feito atrav?s da an?lise documental de uma amostra de 49 entrevistas reais realizadas com crian?as entre seis e onze anos de idade, com suspeita de terem sofrido abuso sexual. Foram analisados os ?udios ou v?deos das entrevistas e foram categorizadas as perguntas dos entrevistadores e as respostas das crian?as. A classifica??o das perguntas e das respostas foi adaptada a partir de categoriza??es j? existentes.Apenas as fases pr?substantiva (rapport) e substantiva (relato) das entrevistas foram consideradas para a classifica??o de perguntas e respostas, j? que s?o as fases de maior relev?ncia para a din?mica da entrevista. Foram analisadas as freq??ncias de perguntas e de respostas de toda a amostra, bem como a frequ?ncia da associa??o entre pergunta e sua respectiva resposta. Os resultados obtidos neste estudo mostram que os entrevistadores usam poucas perguntas abertas. A maioria das perguntas dos entrevistadores foram consideradas apropriadas, embora tenham sido mais diretivas (fechadas e de sondagem). Em fun??o disso, as respostas das crian?as foram mais frequentemente curtas, ou seja, com poucas informa??es acerca do que ? questionado. A conclus?o dos estudos apresentados destaca a import?ncia do treinamento dos entrevistadores. Previous issue date: 2013-01-17 / The adolescent in conflict with the law is the one who gets involved with the practice of illegal acts, being an aspect of violence that most concern these days and that has shown an increase over the years since violence itself is considered a public health problem. The study of this subject is of fundamental importance in order to deepens psychological understanding of the dynamics between factors that affect the criminal conduct and deviant behaviors. The present study proposes to investigate aspects that influence these individuals to become involved with practice of violent acts. It s composed of two sections. The first section, theoretical, aimed to, through contributions from psychoanalytic theory, understand how the adolescent identifies himself with this behavior as from his life history and role models in the family. It was observed that the parent patterns are of fundamental importance in how these individuals identify themselves with deviant behaviors, therefore, liable of state intervention through the condemnation of the adolescent said in conflict with the law to fulfill a SocioEducative Measure (SEM). The second section, of empirical nature, was developed from qualitative methodological assumptions, this study had a sample of ten teenager under SEM in one unit of the Socioeducative Assistance Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul. All adolescents answered a Personal Information Data Sheet and Socio demographic, to the interview InternationalNeuropsychiatric MINI Interview and a semistructured interview. This interview was guided by three axes: a) the life history of participants; b) the experiences of violence; and c) the role models. The results were analyzed through the content analysis method and interpreted in the light of Psychoanalytic theoretical assumptions.Record units were identified which resulted in three final categories, which were illustrated with vignettes of the participants reports: a) childhood marked by a context of abandon and violence; b) identification and parental models; and c) uncertain future. The issues raised in the study allow to understand the involvement of teenagers with violence and the practice of criminal transgressions as result of a life story with meaningful experiences of dropout within a context marked by experiences of violence. The family, also inserted in this context, is incapable of breaking with the dynamic of the disharmonious relationships and consequently is the first and most important identification model that the child finds. Being, in large part, on parental models identified with the practice of offenses, that the young will shape his personality. The construction of an alternative life project is essential to break this cycle of violence, since most part of the participants envisions a unreal future in which recidivism in the commission of offenses is what presents itself closer to reality of these adolescents. / O adolescente em conflito com a lei ? aquele que se envolve com a pr?tica de atos infracionais, um dos aspectos da viol?ncia que mais preocupam nos dias de hoje e que tem apresentado um aumento ao longo dos anos, a ponto de pr?pria viol?ncia ser considerada um problema de sa?de p?blica. O estudo deste tema ? de fundamental import?ncia, a fim de aprofundar a compreens?o dos fatores que incidem na conduta delitiva e nos comportamentos desviantes. Assim a presente disserta??o se prop?e a investigar aspectos que influenciam estes sujeitos a se envolverem com a pr?tica de atos violentos. ? composta por duas se??es. A segunda se??o, de cunho emp?rico, foi desenvolvida a partir de pressupostos metodol?gicos qualitativos. Este estudo contou com dez participantes em cumprimento de MSE em uma unidade da Funda??o de Atendimento Socioeducativo do Rio Grande do Sul. Todos os adolescentes responderam a uma Ficha de Dados Pessoais e S?cio demogr?ficos, ? entrevista International Neuropsychiatric Interview MINI e a uma Entrevista Semiestruturada, norteada por tr?s eixos: a) a hist?ria de vida dos participantes, b) as viv?ncias de viol?ncia e c) os modelos de identifica??o. Os resultados foram analisados atrav?s do m?todo de An?lise de Conte?do e interpretados ? luz dos pressupostos te?ricos psicanal?ticos. As unidades de registro identificadas resultaram em tr?s categorias finais, as quais foram ilustradas com vinhetas dos relatos dos participantes: a) inf?ncia marcada pelo contexto de abandono e viol?ncia, b) identifica??o e modelos parentais e c) futuro incerto. O estudo possibilitou compreender o envolvimento dos adolescentes com a viol?ncia e a pr?tica de atos infracionais como resultante de uma hist?ria de vida permeada por abandono, dentro de um contexto marcado pela viol?ncia. A fam?lia, tamb?m inserida nesse contexto, ? incapaz de romper com a din?mica das rela??es desarmoniosas e, consequentemente, ? o primeiro e mais importante modelo de identifica??o violento que a crian?a encontra, sendo, em grande parte, nos modelos parentais identificados com a pr?tica de delitos que o jovem ir? moldar sua personalidade. A constru??o de um projeto de vida alternativo ? imprescind?vel para interromper este ciclo de viol?ncia, visto que grande parte dos participantes vislumbra um futuro irreal, no qual a reincid?ncia no cometimento de delitos ? o que se apresenta de modo mais pr?ximo ? realidade desses adolescentes.

Previous issue date: 2014-01-20 / Child sexual abuse is one of the most re current forms of mistreatment, and a serious public health problem. The importance of family relationships in this theme is well established. Nevertheless, there is a lack in studies addressing the specific aspects that underlie the intergenerational transmission of abused children. In this context, the aim of the study was to investigate the intergenerational transmission of child sexual abuse. To this end, two studies, one empirical and other theoretical have been performed. The theoretical study provides a systematic review of the prevalence of intergenerational transmission of sexual abuse. Data on the increase of intergenerational transmission in different generations of family were found. The mean prevalence of intergenerational transmission of sexual abuse in generations was: 42.47% in the generation of grandparents, 41,28% in the generation of mothers and 51,0% in the generation of children. The empirical study, in turn, examined the relationship between the type of attachment and parenting style and its relation to the intergenerational transmission of child sexual abuse. For this a quantitative research with cross-sectional design with three different groups of girls and their mothers was conducted. The first group comprised girls who have suffered abuse; the second was composed by girls who suffered mistreatment and their mothers and the third included girls who displayed clinical symptoms and their mothers. The results did not confirm the intergenerational transmission of attachment types, or the parenting style across different generations. Similarly and different than expected, the abused girls no reported more insecure attachment or poor parenting style. However, tow significant predictors were found to agree with the model of intergenerational transmission of child sexual abuse: the type of maternal attachment and the fact that parents are separated. / O abuso sexual infantil ? uma das mais recorrentes formas de mau trato, sendo um grave problema em sa?de p?blica. Sabe-se a import?ncia das rela??es familiares nessa tem?tica. Entretanto, faltam estudos que tratem sobre as especificidades dos aspectos que perpassam as gera??es de crian?as abusadas. Nesse contexto, o objetivo do estudo foi verificar a transmiss?o intergeracional do abuso sexual infantil. Para isso, foram realizados dois estudos, um te?rico e outro emp?rico. O estudo te?rico realiza uma revis?o sistem?tica sobre a preval?ncia da transmiss?o intergeracional do abuso sexual. Foram encontrados dados sobre o aumento da transmiss?o intergeracional em diferentes gera??es de familiares. A m?dia da preval?ncia da transmiss?o intergeracional do abuso sexual nas gera??es foi de: 42,47% na gera??o das av?s (G1); 41,28% na gera??o das m?es (G2) e 51.0% na gera??o das crian?as. O estudo emp?rico, por sua vez, examinou a rela??o entre o tipo de apego e estilo parental e a sua rela??o com a transmiss?o intergeracional do abuso sexual infantil. Para isso foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa com delineamento transversal com tr?s diferentes grupos de meninas e suas m?es: meninas que sofreram abuso sexual; meninas que sofreram maus tratos e meninas que est?o passando por sintomas cl?nicos. Os resultados n?o confirmaram a transmiss?o intergeracional dos tipos de apego, nem do estilo parental entre as diferentes gera??es. Do mesmo modo, diferente do esperado, as meninas abusadas n?o reportaram mais apego inseguro ou estilo parental deficit?rio. No entanto, duas associa??es foram encontradas como concordantes com o modelo da transmiss?o intergeracional do abuso sexual infantil: o tipo de apego materno e o fato dos pais serem separados.

Previous issue date: 2015-01-13 / Domestic violence against women is considered a serious public health problem in Brazil and worldwide. Studies with marital aggressors seem to be fundamental to the understanding of such violence so common nowadays. The main goal of this thesis was to investigate life history and personality characteristics of men who perpetrated violence against women, held in the Central Prison of Porto Alegre. It consists of three sections: one theoretical and two empirical. The first section is theoretical, and aimed to search subsidies to understand how traumatic events in this men childhood may influence on the relations they will establish with others and their capacity to control the free expression of aggressiveness (death drive) in adult s romantic relationships. The concept of narcissism, as an organizer or deconstructive process of the psyche, was used to understand the psychological functioning of the marital aggressor. The second section, empirical (developed from qualitative methodological assumptions), introduced the study that aimed to cover the research project main objective, which was conducted with the participation of three men (marital aggressors). All men answered to a Personal and Socio-Demographic Data Sheet, MINI Interview, the Rorschach Method and a series of three semi-structured interviews guided by three main topics, respectively: a) the participant's life story; b) marital choices and the presence of violence in romantic relationships and c) the current situation in prison as a result of violence committed. The results were examined through Interpretative Analysis and grounded on assumptions of psychoanalytic theory. Three assertions have been identified: a) helplessness and violence as marks in the life history and psychic constitution of marital aggressors; b) marital choice and the perpetuation of violence as manifestations of narcissistic failure and c) Maria da Penha Law and the recover experience of the feeling of abandonment. It was possible to understand the violence committed as a result of a life story marked by traumatic experiences that produced narcissistic failure and the free expression of aggressiveness (death drive). The third and final section, also of empirical nature, explored the interconnections between trauma, narcissism and death drive through a clinical case analysis of one of the research participants. The influence of life history in the marital relationship and in the violent act committed by this man was explored, as well as his personality characteristics. The presence of helplessness and violence in his life story were identified, producing marks on his psychic constitution that influenced in his romantic relationship. It is proposed the term psychic imprisonment as a means of understanding the violence perpetrated. / A viol?ncia dom?stica contra a mulher ? considerada um s?rio problema de sa?de p?blica no Brasil e no mundo. Todos os homens responderam a uma Ficha de Dados Pessoais e Sociodemogr?ficos, a Entrevista MINI, ao M?todo de Rorschach e a uma s?rie de tr?s entrevistas semiestruturadas norteadas por tr?s grandes eixos, respectivamente: a) a hist?ria de vida do participante; b) as escolhas conjugais e a presen?a da viol?ncia nos relacionamentos amorosos e c) a situa??o atual de c?rcere como consequ?ncia da viol?ncia cometida. Os achados foram examinados pelo m?todo da An?lise Interpretativa e embasados nos pressupostos da teoria psicanal?tica. Foram identificadas tr?s asser??es: a) o desamparo e a viol?ncia como marcas na hist?ria de vida e na constitui??o ps?quica de agressores conjugais; b) a escolha conjugal e o exerc?cio da viol?ncia como manifesta??es da falha narc?sica e c) a Lei Maria da Penha e a reedi??o do sentimento de abandono. Os resultados encontrados permitiram compreender a viol?ncia cometida como decorrente de uma hist?ria de vida marcada por viv?ncias traum?ticas que produziram falhas narc?sicas e a livre express?o da agressividade (puls?o de morte). A terceira e ?ltima se??o, tamb?m de cunho emp?rico, explorou as interliga??es existentes entre trauma, narcisismo e puls?o de morte por meio da an?lise do caso cl?nico de um dos participantes da pesquisa. Explorou-se a influ?ncia da hist?ria de vida na escolha e relacionamento conjugal e no ato violento cometido por este homem contra sua companheira, assim como caracter?sticas de personalidade do mesmo. Identificou-se a presen?a do desamparo e da viol?ncia em sua hist?ria de vida, produzindo marcas em sua constitui??o ps?quica que influenciaram em seu relacionamento amoroso. Previous issue date: 2015-12-22 / Violence is a multifaceted phenomenon of global magnitude, which affects society as a whole. Because it is multi-causal phenomenon, violence, causes numerous outcomes, including the impact on health of those who experience it. This work addresses very familiar concepts to the whole society that, in the last two decades, has assumed a place of protagonism. Since 2002 the World Health Organization has considered the issue of violence as a public health discussion because it is a world-wide phenomenon and the number of victims it reaches. This research aims to address the phenomenon of violence, their significant terms and relate them to health problems, in this case Common Mental Disorder. To this end, we interviewed 271 college students with active registration in 37 graduating courses of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro: Serop?dica campus. Participants were volunteers who answered questions related to sociodemographic data by the Questionnaire of General Data, created by the authors and were also asked about the experience of trauma and violence, through the Trauma History Questionnaire ? THQ. General health was also assessed with the General Health Questionnaire - GHQ 12. The outcomes of research are presented through two articles. In the first article, it appears that most students interviewed (94.3%) report been submitted to any potential traumatic situation during life-time and (62.8%) admitted having experienced up to five different situations of potentially traumatic events. Among the possible manifestations of traumatic experiences, it highlights those more frequently reported on THQ: the first "receiving news of life risk of someone close" (63%), the second and third situation most frequently mentioned refer to violence where the urban experience "suffer assault or attempted" is (49.6%) and slightly less than half of the students are those reporting have something forcibly taken (37.6%). The second article presents a student sample comprised of 62.7% female and 37.3% male with an average age of about 22 years (mean = 21.9, SD = 3.1). Most were single (93%) without employment (59%) and only (24%) declaring to live with the family. About half of respondents reported visiting family only on weekends or once a month and (56%) feel the need of psychological care. The prevalence of Common Mental Disorder obtained in this study was 56.1 % and women were twice as likely to develop TMC symptoms, corroborating with the literature. It is worth mentioning the importance of conducting future studies in order to confirm our findings and also more longitudinal studies that may follow the students trajectory through graduating school contributing to the improvement and expansion of mental health services in high education institutes. / A viol?ncia ? um fen?meno multifacetado, de magnitude mundial, que atinge a sociedade como um todo. Para tanto, foram entrevistados 271 estudantes universit?rios, com matr?cula ativa em 37 cursos presenciais da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro no campus de Serop?dica. Os participantes foram submetidos de forma facultativa a responderem quest?es relacionadas a dados sociodemogr?ficos, por meio do Question?rio de Dados Gerais, estruturado pelos pr?prios autores, assim como foram arguidos sobre viv?ncia de trauma e viol?ncia, atrav?s do Question?rio de Hist?ria de Trauma - THQ e quest?es de sa?de geral, utilizando o Question?rio de Sa?de Geral ? QSG 12. Os resultados obtidos pela investiga??o s?o apresentados por interm?dio de dois artigos. No primeiro artigo, verifica-se que a maioria dos alunos entrevistados (94,3%) relata j? ter passado por alguma situa??o potencialmente traum?tica na vida e (62,8%) admite ter vivenciado at? 5 situa??es diferentes de eventos possivelmente traum?ticos. Dentre as poss?veis manifesta??es de viv?ncias traum?ticas, destacam-se aquelas que foram apresentadas com maior frequ?ncia peloTHQ: Primeira ?receber not?cia de risco de vida de algu?m pr?ximo? (63%), a segunda e terceira situa??o mais frequentemente mencionadas se referem ? viol?ncia urbana onde a experi?ncia de ?sofrer assalto ou tentativa? representa (49,6%) e com um pouco menos da metade dos alunos pesquisados est?o aqueles imputados a ter algo tirado ? for?a (37,6%). O segundo artigo apresenta amostra de estudantes composta por 62,7% do sexo feminino e 37,3% do sexo masculino, com idade m?dia aproximada de 22 anos (M?dia = 21,9; DP= 3,1). A maioria solteira (93%), sem atividade remunerada (59%) e apenas (24%) declaram morar com a fam?lia. Aproximadamente a metade dos alunos entrevistados relatou visitar a fam?lia apenas aos finais de semana ou mensalmente e (56%) declaram sentir necessidade de atendimento psicol?gico. A preval?ncia de Transtorno Mental Comum obtida nesta investiga??o foi de 56,1%, sendo que as mulheres apresentaram duas vezes mais chance de desenvolverem sintomas de TMC, corroborando com a literatura consultada. Vale ressaltar a import?ncia de realizar estudos futuros, a fim de confirmar e obter resultados mais precisos, al?m de estudos longitudinais que acompanhe a trajet?ria destes alunos, colaborando para a melhoria e amplia??o dos servi?os de sa?de mental prestados nas institui??es de ensino superior.

During the late seventeenth century in France, the viol was beginning to emerge as one of the most important musical instruments of the day. French luthiers had created the quintessential French viol, which allowed violists in France to make their mark on viol playing, both as performers and teachers. So fervent was this enterprise that players soon formed cliques, creating two opposing schools of viol playing. One of the main protagonists who is the focus of this thesis, De Machy, led one of these schools. Although we are fully aware of this historical dichotomy, it is widely assumed that De Machy's rivals were the eventual victors of this conflict, and thus have become the model for modern violists to emulate. This has, however, encouraged modern violists to completely disregard the efforts of De Machy, which, as this thesis shall demonstrate, are as important as those of his contemporaries. Chapter 1 discusses De Machy's place in modern scholarship, giving readers an overall view of the kinds of biases and prejudices that currently exist. It also serves to act as a brief collation and analysis of modern writings that discuss De Machy. Chapter 2 provides us with a historical account of the viol in France, giving special emphasis to solo viol playing. It also traces the evolution of musical style and playing technique as well as the development of the instrument within its social role. Chapter 3 discusses French ornamentation on plucked instruments, keyboard instruments and the viol, giving special emphasis to De Machy's own ideas on ornamentation. Possible explanations for the proper execution of these ornaments are also provided. Chapter 4 revaluates Rousseau and the Traité de la Viole (1687), and seeks to determine its reliability as a credible source of information. Chapter 5 describes and analyses the quarrel between De Machy and Rousseau as described by Rousseau in the Réponce de Monsieur Rousseau (1688). In addition to providing a more complete picture of the social interactions of the viol community of the late seventeenth century, this chapter seeks to better explain the issues that De Machy and Rousseau argued about. Chapter 6 examines historical and modern writings and attempts to explain one of the main issues of aforementioned quarrel, the left hand position otherwise known as the ports de main as advocated by De Machy. Appendix A reproduces the avertissement from De Machy's Pièces de Violle. The facsimile of the original publication is presented alongside the English translation. This document is central to many of the issues discussed in this thesis. Appendix B is an English translation of the Réponce de Monsieur Rousseau. One of the aims of this thesis is to re-examine the history of the viol in France, and more specifically, its use as a solo instrument. It is through De Machy's Pièces de Violle and Rousseau's Réponce that most of this information is centred.

Previous issue date: 2009-12-29 / This work presents itself as a result of the research: Women as the subject of crime: a study on the complex reality of the criminal inmates Dr. John Keys - Natal / RN, done with women incarcerated in the Women's Pavilion Complex Criminal Dr. John Keys. Aimed to investigate the key determinants that lead women to enter the institution to be subject of crime. To better understand the object of our study, we start to understand and analyze the social reality, economic and cultural these women, as well as seizure of their family relationships and emotional, within a gender perspective and consider the analysis of major crimes committed and their determinations. In our study, it appears from successive approximations and procedures theoretical and methodological quality and quantity, we were privileged to documentary research, observation and semi-structured, beyond the theoretical foundation on the subject - that the question of increase in recent years, women in the criminal occurs as a result of socioeconomic reality experienced by those. At the same time, the study has also believe that poverty and crime are not phenomena of cause and effect, however, it is undeniable that the large number of prisoners (as) are poor and live situation of denial of rights. The main focus of the research points to the socio-emotional relationships, both marital and family as the main determinant for inclusion of women in crime, breaking with the myth that the woman is "fragile sex." And, more, points out that the woman in the process of emancipation and achievement of public spaces to commit a crime seek equal to the male. Moreover, the research also denounced in a prison system collapsed, and totally abandoned by the public. That denies all rights provided to prisoners (as), both inside and outside the "walls". It is a system that criminalizes and no one wants to fulfill its role, which is the functional rehabilitation and resocialization of (the) inmates (those). It is hoped that this work could contribute to the unveiling of the reality of women in the criminal - no pretension of exhausting it - and can also contribute to further studies on the subject / Este trabalho apresenta-se como resultado da pesquisa: Mulher como sujeito da

investigar os principais determinantes que levaram as mulheres da institui??o a
inserirem-se como sujeitos da criminalidade. Para compreendermos mais
adequadamente o nosso objeto de estudo, partimos da compreens?o e an?lise da
realidade social, econ?mica e cultural destas mulheres, assim como, da apreens?o
de suas rela??es familiares e afetivas, dentro de uma perspectiva de g?nero, bem
como consideramos a an?lise dos principais crimes praticados e suas

? ineg?vel que o grande n?mero de presidi?rios (as) s?o pobres e vivenciam
situa??o de nega??o de direitos. O foco principal da pesquisa aponta as rela??es
s?cio-afetivas, tanto conjugais como familiares como principais determinantes para
inser??o das mulheres na criminalidade, rompendo com o mito de que a mulher ?
sexo fr?gil . E, mais, aponta que a mulher em seu processo de emancipa??o e
conquista dos espa?os p?blicos ao cometerem um crime procuram equiparar-se ao
sexo masculino. Por outro lado, a pesquisa tamb?m nos denuncia um sistema
penitenci?rio falido, e totalmente abandonado pelo poder p?blico. Que nega todos os
direitos previstos aos presos (as), tanto dentro como fora dos muros . ? um sistema
que criminaliza e nem se quer consegue cumprir o seu papel, funcional que ? a
ressocializa??o e a reeduca??o das (os) presidi?rias (os). Espera-se, que, este
trabalho, possa contribuir para o desvelamento da realidade da mulher no meio
