Den pågående BB-ockupationen i Sollefteå har varit utgångspunkt för detta arbete. Syftet har varit att studera rörelsen och analysera den med hjälp av forskning inom värderingar och värderingsförändringar. Frågeställningarna som arbetet bygger på är vad som driver människor på platsen till att agera och om ockupationen kan vara ett uttryck för en ökad postmaterialism. Ingleharts teori ”The silent revolution” samt Welzels teori ”Values and action” har använts i syfte att analysera ockupationen. Båda teorierna förutsätter att en långsam värderingsförändring pågår, där människor i allt högre utsträckning antar ett postmaterialistiskt värdesystem som bygger på självförverkligande och frihetsgörande ideal. Effekterna av denna förändring, menar Inglehart, kan resultera i en högre medborgarkompetens där individer finner nya sätt att agera. Resultatet har visat att ockupationen kan vara en effekt av en allmänt ökad postmaterialism, där människors inneboende värden är den starkaste faktorn till ett agerande. Att studera ockupationen genom värderingsforskning kan dock inte ensamt besvara alla aspekter av fenomenet men den lyfter hur värderingar kan relateras till samhällsförändringar i stort.

Our goal, on this work, is to show the purposes and convictions of the Deontic Logic of VON WRIGHT and the connection between Finalistic Theory of HANS WELZEL. First of all, we will begin the work, dealing with logic. We will do a brief introduction about logic, with the intention of the enter studies of the Deontic Logic of VON WRIGHT. This work finish with the connection between causality bordered of the Action Theory of HANS WELZEL and the causality of VON WRIGHT. / A lógica deôntica surgiu como estudo em meados de 1926, através do grande pensador Ernest Mally. Anos mais tarde, em 1951, George Henrik VON WRIGHT publicou o artigo Deontic Logic, e a partir daí a lógica deôntica teve maior desenvolvimento. Nosso objetivo, neste trabalho, é o de expor os pressupostos e convicções da lógica deôntica de VON WRIGHT e a relação com a teoria finalista da ação de HANS WELZEL. Iniciaremos o trabalho, discorrendo sobre a origem da lógica. Faremos uma breve introdução sobre à lógica, com o intuito de adentrarmos no estudo da lógica deôntica de VON WRIGHT. Para isso, buscou-se contextualizar a vida e obra do autor, verificando a premissas metodológicas que o inspiraram. Estabelecendo o surgimento do conceito de imputação em direito penal a partir da obra de Pufendorf, demonstra-se a conexão existente entre esse autor e o desenvolvimento que a doutrina da imputação teve até a obra de Feuerbach, marco do direito penal moderno. Como uma das mais importantes obras sobre Pufendorf escritas no século XX foi da lavra de Hans Welzel, procurou-se usar abundantemente dos escritos deste autor que ao mesmo tempo exerceu preponderante papel no desenvolvimento da dogmática penal contemporânea, sendo ao final enfatizada a influência que Pufendorf exerceu sobre Welzel. A conclusão a que se chega é que o instituto da imputação passou muitos anos esquecido pela doutrina penal e apenas recentemente foi resgatado a fim de servir como contraponto ao sistema Liszt-Beling de atribuição de responsabilidade, sendo ressaltado ainda que ele pouco se relaciona com o que se entende hoje por teoria da imputação objetiva. / This paper aims to investigate the source of the concept of criminal imputation from the work of Samuel Pufendorf. To do so, it has made an attempt in order to contextualize the life and work of the author, checking the methodological assumptions that inspired. Establishing the emergence of the concept of attribution in criminal law from the work of Pufendorf, depicts the connection between the author and the development that the doctrine of imputation took up the work of Feuerbach, landmark of modern criminal law. As one of the most important works on Pufendorf written in the twentieth century was tilled by Hans Welzel, it was tried to use plenty of the writings of this author that while exerted role in the development of contemporary criminal law, and emphasized the end the influence exerted on PufendorfWelzel. The conclusion reached is that the institute imputation spent many years overlooked by criminal doctrine and just recently was rescued in order to serve as a counterpoint to Liszt-Beling system for allocating responsibility, and also emphasized that he just relates to what is meant today by theory of objective imputation.
