From this problem, the study took place on the themes: work process in Marx; work process of Social Assistant, political of social assistance, boards of social assistance and social control, which guided the development of research, which included the use of questionnaires to twenty two CASs, which have Assistants Social advisers. The analysis of data on the forty-three questionnaires returned showed, as products of the process of work of Social Assistants in CASs, its contribution to: the exercise of social control through publicity of PAS and the form of access to its services; the supervision of social services for assistance and evaluation of programmes and social projects; the socialization of political participation with the base represented and / or users of the PAS, with others advisers and other areas of social control. The most commonly used methods of work are: the meetings and / or surveys, conducted before the plenary of the CAS, seeking to organize the proposals of represented; the guidings of the proposals of their represented and the devolution of the discussions and deliberations of the CASs to represented and, in addition, the physical structure of the Councils (financial and material resources that this space remains), and the referencials methodological-theoretical, technical-operative and ethical-political learned in the process of professional formation. The principles of the Code of Professional Ethics were perceived as advocates for the defence of democracy and social rights of users. Even contributing to the effectiveness of the exercise of social control, the Social Assistants suffer, too, inherent adjustments of his condition of employee that, many times, imposes to representation corporatist interests, that stand out by the privatization of social services in PAS. The conflict of interest which crosses the process of work of the Social Assistants in CASs, deflagrates the need to aggregate efforts of the class and of the various organizations, for creating strategies capable of contributing to the agglutination of common interests of the subaltern classes. This will help to guide the exercise of social control, through critical and free participation, guaranteeing, extending and qualifying the social services, as well as the democratization of Social Assistance Policy (PAS) / A pesquisa objetivou conhecer quais são os meios e os produtos do processo de trabalho dos(as) Assistentes Sociais nos CASs dos municípios de Gestão Plena do SUAS, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, bem como os ajustamentos e as possibilidades dele decorrentes para a efetivação do controle social.

Ribeiro, Elisete Maria 27 November 2009 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-29T14:17:58Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Elisete Maria Ribeiro.pdf: 7853414 bytes, checksum: ca9d4beb14aec1e3814dc40e05452d22 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009-11-27 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The field of health policy has incorporated new concepts that guide the qualification and practice of health professionals, following a trend of ensuring universal health care rights. Health services have required health professionals to adopt distinguished conducts in which they play a central role in delivering technical, operational and political excellence in their practices. This is because they are jointly responsible for ensuring an accessible, humanized, egalitarian and comprehensive health care, among other principles respected by the Brazilian Health System (SUS). This research sought to analyze, from a historic and institutional perspective, the service infrastructure quality, as well as Primary Health Care workers concepts and practices underpinning the implementation and the development of the Family Health Strategy in the Health Office of Curitiba. In order to meet such demand, a new professional profile emerges with a humanized approach, as well as generalist and resolute characteristics within the Family Health Strategy practice. Based on the theories raised by the attributes described by Starfield (2002) as critical or unique in Primary Health Care (first contact, comprehensiveness, longitudinality and coordination), the secondary attributes (family-centeredness, cultural competence and community orientation) and an attribute not only assigned to Primary Health Care (proper recording), the concepts and practices adopted by the Family Health Strategy in Curitiba are analyzed. Family Health was wholly taken and implemented within a specific technical and political timeframe and in a restricted fashion. It is defended only by a portion of significant professionals aligned to understand and embrace values, principles and attributes of Primary Health Care. Significant individuals demonstrate the progresses made in the qualification of working concepts and processes and the contradictions arising from an insufficient appropriation of ideologies by new stakeholders, which impair the delivery of a qualified Family Health Care work. This study presents how the Primary Health Care in Curitiba is organized and operates, in connection with the hegemony and qualified development of a city policy / O campo da política de saúde tem agregado novas concepções que orientam a formação e a prática dos trabalhadores de saúde, em uma tendência de garantia da universalidade do direito à saúde.

Building an Landscape in Yogyakarta, Indonesia : -A study of Ecological planning for Building and Landscape.

Svensson, Pia-Lice January 2008 (has links)
The objective with this final thesis is to show how to work and help as an engineer by an ecological planning for building and landscape in an Asian and Muslim country like Indonesia. The qualitative working method that was used highlights the importance of field trips and free structured interviews. Talking to the people involved and seeing the specific areas gives understanding you can not get by studying literature.   The importance of all the work areas in the process of exploiting an area formulates the problem. This is later investigated and practiced in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and was encourage by the SIDA scholarship “MFS”. Indonesia is a big country divided in 17500 islands but there are more that are different to Sweden. The author describes the unwritten rules, religions and the climate difference and also the working process for work and study on Java in Indonesia. The main part shows and explains the result; a proposal on how an existing student accommodation in the city Yogyakarta in Indonesia could be renewed with an ecological plan for its building and landscape. Conclusions and thoughts are made by the author about the possibilities for the future. Potential exchange of knowledge, labor and other services should be made between schools in Sweden and Indonesia and also help-organizations.

The Generation and Evolvement of Ideas in the Lifeworld of Artists and the Practice of Their Art: Implications for Education

Kellow, Amanda Lee January 2005 (has links)
How artists develop their ideas has been envisaged as a mysterious and intriguing process, difficult to understand or emulate. The "mystery" of how art ideas evolve has carried through to education, where students and teachers may view the introduction of how to formulate ideas as an unachievable task. Art educators have recognised the investigation of how artists think through the progression of their own practice as being an important aspect of understanding the evolvement of art ideas, and have advocated that approaches to teaching and learning should be grounded in such artistic thinking. This study was based on the notion that it is important for research to give insights into the differing ways visual art ideas are constructed and to also identify the influences that may impact on this process. Through researching the formulation of art ideas over time in influential contexts, a revealing picture of the process of art idea evolvement emerged. The findings of the research are presented as qualitative categories of description based on the participants' own knowledge and lifeworld experiences as artists.

Model střídá model - Transformace Baťova průmyslového města Batanagar v Indii / Model Replaces Model – Transformation of Baťa’s Industrial Town Batanagar in India

Březovská, Markéta Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis aims to contribute new knowledge to the debate on corporate urbanism. Generally, it seeks to identify the process and implications of globalization tendencies on the development of industrial and postindustrial cities while exploring the aspects that this specific production of space entails. Specifically it studies the case of the Baťa shoe company, whose model of an „ideal industrial town“, its production and export, has been one of the first examples of enforcement/implementation of corporate urbanism on a global scale. The 1930s model of the Indian enterprise city, Batanagar, is since 2006 being replaced by a new one: the model of a city-venture, in which the actual production of shoes is strictly separated from the new production of lifestyle. This model can today be found on the outskirts of large cities throughout the world, and especially in countries of the global south, where it clearly reflects the socio-economic transformation of the whole society, from a production driven, to a consumption driven society.
