Bradyrhizobium elkanii e Bradyrhizobium japonicum são bactérias fixadoras de nitrogênio que estabelecem uma simbiose com a soja convertendo o nitrogênio atmosférico em amônia, que é o composto assimilável pela planta. A maximização desta simbiose em termos de produtividade são alcançados por meio da inoculação com estirpes de bradirrizóbios, através de inoculantes comerciais. O objetivo deste trabalho consistiu em enumerar células bacterianas de inoculantes de 1, 2 e 4 anos a partir da data de fabricação e avaliar a sobrevivência das células em sementes de soja em 4, 24 e 48 h após inoculação. Os resultados de contagem das unidades formadoras de colônias (UFC) foram confrontados com a técnica de quantificação absoluta por PCR (reação em cadeia da polimerase) em tempo real (qaPCR). Os números foram coerentes em ambas as técnicas em relação à proporção nos tempos de inoculação e nos inoculantes em análise, porém a qaPCR apresentou melhor acurária e rapidez nos resultados, detectando as células incultiváveis. As células resistiram sob dessecação até t=24 h, com queda considerável em todos os inoculantes após 48 h sob dessecação. Provavelmente esta queda é resultado de alteração bioquímica e fisiológica de seu metabolismo, dispondo de mecanismos defensivos às condições adversas para sua sobrevivência. A enumeração por qaPCR pode ser usada como prova, em casos de variação encontrada na quantificação por diferentes laboratórios, considerando que o método por UFC apresenta muitas variáveis e não incluem células viáveis não cultiváveis (VBNC). O fato do estado fisiológico dos rizóbios em inoculantes ser bastante variável ao longo do período de armazenamento, a enumeração celular seja pelo método de plaqueamento... / Soybean grains contain up 42% of protein, so this crop requires high amounts of nitrogen for plant development. Bradyrhizobium elkanii and Bradyrhizobium japonicum are nitrogen fixing bacteria that establish symbiosis with soybean, converting the atmospheric nitrogen into ammonia that is the assimilable inorganic nitrogen compound for the plant. The optimization of this symbiosis and the success of biological nitrogen fixation (BNF) are reached by inoculating the seeds with strains of bradyrhizobia, using commercial inoculants. The aim of this work consisted in the enumeration of bacterial cells of inoculants 1, 2, and 4 years old counting from the date of manufacture and in the evaluation of surviving cells under desiccation in soybean seeds after 4h, 24h, and 48 h. The results of counting of the colony forming colonies (CFU) were correlated with those of obtained using absolute quantification by PCR (realtime PCR qaPCR). The values were coherent in both the techniques in relation to the ratio in times of inoculation and the inoculants properly. However, qaPCR was quicker and more occurat; and also allowed detection of the non-culturable cells. The cells resisted under desiccation until t=24 h, with considerable fall in all the inoculants after 48h under desiccation. This was probably due to by biochemical and physiological changes in its metabolism, making use of defensive mechanisms to the adverse conditions for its survival. qaPCR enumeration could be used as a proof when variation in cell counting by different laboratories occurs. Considering that CFU based method present a lot of variables and do not account live cells in viable but non culturable (VBNC). The fact of the physiological state in rhizobia inoculants be sufficiently changeable throughout the storage period, the cellular enumeration for both methods do not reveal real state of the biological system in question... Constitui-se, assim, um paradoxo entre o que preveem os marcos legais e o que de fato ? assegurado na pr?tica, al?m das consequ?ncias f?sicas e psicol?gicas oriundas dessas viola??es, ao passo em que deveriam ser vistos com prioridade absoluta, como sujeitos de direitos reais e n?o somente no discurso. Nesta dire??o, a rede de enfrentamento ? explora??o sexual ? uma importante ferramenta para a compreens?o das especificidades da problem?tica e, por esta raz?o, ? relevante conhecer a rede dispon?vel, observando seus desdobramentos, justificando, portanto, a pertin?ncia do estudo. Os percursos percorridos para este trabalho partiram do seguinte questionamento: ?Que institui??es comp?em a rede de enfrentamento ? explora??o sexual em Natal/RN e suas respectivas estrat?gias de combate ao fen?meno e garantia de direitos?? Como objetivo geral analisou-se as institui??es da rede de enfrentamento da explora??o sexual de crian?as e adolescentes, bem como as pol?ticas p?blicas para este segmento, que devem ser implementadas atrav?s dela no munic?pio. Neste sentido, foi elaborada uma pesquisa explorat?ria do tipo qualitativa, para conhecer a rede, os principais atores e parceiros. Assim, realizou-se pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental, bem como pesquisa de campo, a partir de visitas institucionais e entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais, auxiliadas por um roteiro de quest?es abertas. A partir desse estudo, identificou-se que h? uma rede de servi?os dispon?veis, mas n?o uma rede voltada mais diretamente para o trato da explora??o sexual. Ela conta com forte presen?a do Terceiro Setor, incidindo nas lacunas deixadas pelo Estado. Tem-se uma rede ainda n?o consolidada, possui baixa intersetorialidade e necessita de amplia??o, pois tem dado respostas pontuais diante das viola??es de direitos. Apesar de importantes conquistas, avalia-se que o SGD existe mais no n?vel do discurso que na pr?tica, haja vista que o ECA n?o alcan?ou, ainda, a materialidade pensada desde a sua formula??o. Espera-se que o estudo contribua com a elabora??o de discuss?es e refer?ncias que sejam subsidi?rias ao debate e ? apreens?o mais qualificada desse problema. / The phenomenon of the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents consists of an old, serious and persistent problem in the contemporary scene, not yet receiving the massive attention that it presupposes, nor the fundamental commitment that leads us to a resolute confrontation. This is one of the most serious violations of human rights, representing failures in the System of Guarantee of Rights (SGD), and in the integral protection of the child and youth segment. It is thus a paradox between what legal frameworks provide and what is actually ensured in practice, as well as the physical and psychological consequences of these violations, while they should be viewed with absolute priority, as subjects of rights Real and not just in speech. In this direction, the sexual exploitation coping network is an important tool for understanding the specificities of the problem and, for this reason, it is relevant to know the available network, observing its unfolding, thus justifying the pertinence of the study. The paths covered for this work were based on the following question: "Which institutions make up the network to combat sexual exploitation in Natal / RN and their respective strategies for combating the phenomenon and guaranteeing rights?" As a general objective, the institutions of the network Of coping with the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, as well as the public policies for this segment, which must be implemented through it in the municipality. In this sense, an exploratory research of the qualitative type was developed, to know the network, the main actors and partners. Thus, bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, as well as field research, based on institutional visits and semi-structured interviews with professionals, assisted by a script of open questions. From this study, it was identified that there is a network of services available, but not a network geared more directly to the treatment of sexual exploitation. It has a strong presence of the Third Sector, focusing on the gaps left by the State. There is a network that has not yet been consolidated, has a low intersectoriality and needs to be expanded, since it has given specific responses to violations of rights. Despite important achievements, it is estimated that the SGD exists more at the level of discourse than in practice, since the ECA has not yet reached the materiality thought since its formulation. It is hoped that the study will contribute to the elaboration of discussions and references that are subsidiary to the debate and the more qualified apprehension of this problem.

En este artículo se busca esclarecer el significado de la institución de la disolución parlamentaria. En primer término, se revisan sus orígenes y los usos que se dio a esta institución en Inglaterra. En segundo lugar, se explica que la disolución parlamentaria es una institución perteneciente al ordenamiento constitucional de un país, y que sirve para viabilizar su funcionamiento pero no para destruir ese ordenamiento mediante un golpe de Estado. Finalmente, se examina cómo fue regulada en el Perú la disolución parlamentaria en la Constitución de 1979, y cómo se encuentra regulada actualmente en la Constitución de 1993 vigente en nuestro país.

Este trabajo es parte del Proyecto AMPER (Atlas Multimedia de la Prosodia del Espacio Románico). El área dialectal de estudio es el español de Buenos Aires. En el artículo se analizan las oraciones interrogativas absolutas SVO: un SN (núcleos sintácticos paroxítonos, proparoxítonos, oxítonos), un SV (núcleo paroxítono), un SPrep (núcleos paroxítonos, proparoxítonos, oxítonos). También se examinan los pretonemas según el modelo de entonación métrico y autosegmental (AM), y se observa la influencia de la frase fonológica (φ) en la representación fonológica de los acentos tonales. Los resultados de los pretonemas indican diferencias y no un único fraseo prosódico que caracterice a esta modalidad. Los primeros picos (P1) de la primera φ no muestran tonos más altos si se los compara con los P1 de oraciones declarativas. Se descarta un tono de frontera H% inicial. Estos hallazgos confirman otro estudio previo: la información sobre la modalidad interrogativa absoluta se encuentra fuera del pretonema, en el tonema final. / The present work belongs to project AMPER (Multimedia Atlas of Prosody of the Romanic Space). The dialectal area of study is the Spanish from Buenos Aires. This work analyses absolute interrogative sentences of the SVO-type: a NP (oxytone, paroxytone and proparoxytone heads), a VP (paroxytone head), a Prep. phrase (oxytone, paroxytone and proparoxytone heads). In addition, pretonemes are examined according to the intonation Autosegmental-metrical (AM) framework and the phonological phrase (f) influence is observed on the phonological representation of pitch accents. The pretoneme results indicate differences and not only one prosodic phrasing which may characterize this modality. The first peaks (P1) which belong to the first f do not show higher tones if compared to the P1 of declarative sentences. An initial frontier tone H% is discarded. These findings confirm a previous study: information regarding the absolute interrogative modality is out of the pretoneme, in the final toneme.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the constitutional situation that developed in Venezuela between December 2012 and April 2013, resulting from the deterioration of the health and the death of President Hugo Chávez, and that is linked to the following events. First, on December 10, 2012 he left the country to be treated in La Habana Cuba, since then he was not seen in public anymore; second, he did not show up at his Inauguration and Oath Ceremony on January 10, 2013, to begin his new presidential term 2013-2019 for which he was elected in October 2012. Third, the Constitutional Jurisdiction ordered, without any logic, that the absent President nonetheless continued to be «in full charge of his office» along with his Ministers, imposing a non-elected official to be the Executive Vice-president and to exercise the Executive Power. Fourth, the same Constitutional Jurisdiction imposed, when the Vice-president announced the death of Chávez on March 5th, 2013, the same non elected Vice-president to be President in charge, without any democratic legitimacy, which gave him the opportunity to participate in the April 2013 presidential elections without having to leave the office. / El presente estudio analiza la situación constitucional que se produjo en Venezuela entre diciembre de 2012 y abril de 2013, con motivo del agravamiento de la salud y el fallecimiento del presidente Hugo Chávez, y que se vincula con los siguientes acontecimientos. Primero, se ausentó de Venezuela el 10 de diciembre de 2012 para operarse en La Habana, Cuba no volviéndoselo a ver más en público; segundo, no compareció el 10 de enero de 2013 ante la Asamblea nacional a tomar posesión del cargo de presidente (2013-2019) para el cual había sido reelecto en octubre de 2012. Tercero, el juez constitucional decretó, sin lógica alguna, que el presidente ausente, sin embargo, continuaba «en ejercicio pleno de su cargo», junto con sus ministros, imponiendo a un funcionario no electo como el vicepresidente ejecutivo para ejercer el Poder Ejecutivo. Cuarto, el mismo juez constitucional impuso al mismo vicepresidente Ejecutivo, sin legitimidad democrática, cuando él mismo anunció la muerte de Chávez el 5 de marzo de 2013, para que asumiera como presidente encargado y, sin separarse de su cargo, pudiera participar en las elecciones presidenciales de abril de 2013.

Determinar la configuración absoluta de las moléculas quirales representa un gran reto para los químicos orgánicos. Para conseguir este objetivo existen diversas técnicas, las cuales se describen en el presente trabajo, así como ejemplos de cómo han sido utilizadas para la determinación de la configuración absoluta de productos naturales. / Methods for the assignment of the absolute configuration of an organic molecule: The assignment of the absolute configuration of chiral molecules represents a great challenge for organic chemists. There are several techniques in order to establish it, and they are described in this work, as well as examples of how they can be applied in the assignment of the absolute configuration of natural products.

A presente pesquisa tem o objetivo de estudar os princípios de investigação dos seres vivos tendo como parâmetro a concepção hilemórfica dos entes naturais em Aristóteles. Para tanto, em primeiro lugar, analisaremos o hilemorfismo tal como exposto no Livro II da Física, a fim de investigarmos a doutrina da matéria e forma, no contexto em que ela desempenha um papel fundamental para a elaboração de uma concepção que é capaz de mostrar os modos pelos quais os entes se constituem na natureza. Em segundo lugar, examinaremos os princípios de investigação dos seres vivos no Livro I das Partes dos Animais, de modo a identificar os fundamentos conceituais nos quais ele se sustenta. Assim, veremos em que medida a doutrina da matéria e forma desempenha uma função determinante na análise relativa aos organismos vivos. / The present research aims to study the principles of investigation of living beings, from hylemorphic conception as a parameter of explanation of natural beings in Aristotle. To do so, first, well analyze the hylemorphism as set out in Book II of Physics in order to investigate the doctrine of matter and form, in which it plays a key role in the development of a conception that is able to show the ways in which beings are formed in nature. Second, well examine the principles of living beings in Book I of the Part of Animals, in order to identify the conceptual foundations on which it holds. So we\'ll see how far the doctrine of matter and form plays a decisive role in the analysis relating to living organisms.

O objetivo do presente trabalho foi selecionar a linhagem mais adequada de T. pretiosum para o controle de T. absoluta na cultura do tomate, dentre as linhagens da coleção do Laboratório de Biologia de Insetos do Departamento de Entomologia e Acarologia da Escola Superior de Agricultura \"Luiz de Queiroz\", e comparar a qualidade dos insetos criados em ovos do hospedeiro alternativo, Anagasta kuehniella (Zeller, 1879) com aquela dos insetos oriundos de ovos de T. absoluta, com vistas à utilização do parasitoide para o controle da traça-do-tomateiro. Para atingir tal objetivo foram realizadas as seguintes etapas: seleção de linhagens, efeito da idade do hospedeiro no parasitismo, efeito do hospedeiro na qualidade do parasitoide e número de parasitoides a ser liberado por ovo da praga. A linhagem PR de T. pretiosum, proveniente do Paraná, foi, entre as estudadas, a mais adequada para o uso em programas de controle biológico de T. absoluta. T. pretiosum parasitou igualmente ovos de T. absoluta de 0 a 48 horas de idade. A capacidade de parasitismo, longevidade, capacidade locomotora e o tamanho do parasitoide foram reduzidos quando provenientes de ovos da traça-do-tomateiro em comparação a insetos emergidos de ovos de A. kuehniella. O número ideal de T. pretiosum a ser liberado na cultura do tomate para o controle de T. absoluta foi superior a 50 parasitoides/ovo. Portanto, T. pretiosum pode ser utilizado em programas de Controle Biológico Aplicado, visto que, devido à menor qualidade dos parasitoides provenientes de ovos de T. absoluta, o inimigo natural terá dificuldades em se estabelecer no campo, indicando ser necessário um grande número de liberações, pois T. pretiosum terá uma ação contra T. absoluta semelhante a um inseticida, desde que os parasitoides que nascerem nas gerações subsequentes às liberações serão menos agressivos e competitivos do que os insetos da natureza. / The aim of this study was to select the most suitable T. pretiosum strain for the biological control of T. absoluta in tomato crops, within the existing strains in the Laboratório de Biologia de Insetos\' colection at Escola Superior de Agricultura \"Luiz de Queiroz\", and compare the quality of the insects reared on eggs of the alternative host Anagasta kuehniella (Zeller, 1879) and on eggs of T. absoluta. For this, the following characteristics were studied: strain selection, host age effect on parasitism, different host effect on parasitoid quality and ideal number of released parasitoid per pest egg. The T. pretiosum strain PR, originated in Paraná state, was the most suitable for its use in T. absoluta biological control programs. T. pretiosum parasitism rate was the same for eggs aged from 0 to 48 hours. T. pretiosum\'s parasitism capability, longevity, mobility capability and parasitoid size were reduced when reared on T. absoluta eggs in comparison to the ones reared on A. kuehniella eggs. The ideal parasitoid number for release in order to control T. absoluta in tomato crops is over 50 per egg. Since the quality of parasitoids hatched from T. absoluta eggs is lower, populations of T. pretiosum will present difficulties to establish itself in the field. Therefore, T. pretiosum should be used in applied biological control programs, where a large number of parasitoids is released in the field from time to time, which will act similarly to insecticides.

However, overuse of them has contributed to the development of resistant populations. Although the pyrethroid resistance mechanism in this species has been described, there is no information on their status in Brazilian populations. Regarding the spinosyns, despite the reports of resistance to these molecules, the underlying mechanisms are unknown. The objective of this research was to characterize the resistance to pyrethroids and spinosad in Brazilian populations of T. absoluta by conventional methods (bioassays), enzymatic and molecular assays. All populations tested were resistant to pyrethroids. The GSTs activity and cytochrome P450-mediated N-demethylation was significantly correlated with the level of resistance to deltamethrin and permethrin suggesting that these enzymes can play a role in resistance. TaqMan assays demonstrated that the mutation in L1014F sodium channel is fixed in all populations and is associated with other mutations T929I and M918T. Spinosad synergism (synergistic with PBO, DEF, and DEM) indicated that the metabolic enzymes are not involved in resistance. Comparison of the nucleotide sequence of the subunit of the nicotinic receptor α6 T. absoluta susceptible and resistant to the point spinosad allowed identification nucleotide change resulting in the substitution of a glycine (G) in the susceptible insects by glutamic acid (E) resistant insects (G275E). The TaqMan assays revealed that the frequency of the resistant allele in the population is low. The diagnostic dose bioassays correlated with the resistant allele frequency. The T. absoluta Brazilian populations are resistant to pyrethroid insecticides and the main mechanism of resistance is the L1014F mutation, while for spinosad insecticide, most people are sensitive and the G275E mutation can lead to the loss of efficiency of this product for control of this plague. / A Tuta absoluta é uma praga importante para a cultura do tomateiro e o uso de inseticidas ainda é principal método de controle. No entanto, a utilização indiscriminada destes tem contribuído para seleção de populações resistentes. Embora o mecanismo de resistência à piretroides nessa espécie tenha sido descrito, não há informações sobre seu status em populações brasileiras. Com relação a espinosinas, apesar dos relatos de resistência a estas moléculas, os mecanismos envolvidos são desconhecidos. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi caracterizar a resistência a piretroides e espinosade em populações brasileiras de T. absoluta por métodos convencionais (bioensaios), ensaios enzimáticos e moleculares. Todas as populações testadas foram resistentes a piretroides. A Atividade de GSTs e citocromo P450 mediado por N-desmetilação correlacionou-se significativamente com o nível de resistência a deltametrina e permetrina sugerindo que estas enzimas podem desempenhar um papel na resistência. Ensaios TaqMan demonstraram que a mutação L1014F no canal de sódio está fixa em todas as populações e foi associada com outras mutações M918T e T929I. Sinergismo de espinosade com PBO, DEF, DEM indicou que as enzimas metabólicas não estão envolvidas na resistência. A comparação da sequência de nucleotídeos da subunidade α6 do receptor nicotínico de T. absoluta suscetíveis e resistentes a espinosade possibilitou a identificação de alteração pontual de nucleotídeo, resultando na substituição de uma glicina (G) nos insetos suscetíveis por um ácido glutâmico (E) em insetos resistentes (G275E). Os ensaios de TaqMan revelaram que a frequência do alelo resistente está baixa nas populações. Os bioensaios de dose diagnóstica correlacionaram com frequência do alelo resistente. As populações brasileiras de T. absoluta são resistentes aos inseticidas piretroides e o principal mecanismo de resistência é a mutação L1014F, enquanto para o inseticida espinosade, a maioria das populações são sensíveis e a mutação G275E pode acarretar a perda da eficiência deste produto.
