Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění procesu řízení ve vývoji softwaru, a to integrováním agilní metodiky Scrum do projektu. Navrhnuté řešení obsahuje stěžejní principy a součásti metodologie a jejich konkrétní doporučenou aplikaci v projekte ABC v soulade s jeho specifikami.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the information system for company KPA ONE s.r.o., and the proposal of changes. The first part is explaining the theoretical basis. The following section contains a short description of the company and the necessary analyses of the company and information system. The necessary changes in the information system are subsequently defined from the performed analyses. The last part evaluates the economic complexity of these changes and the benefits of individual innovations.

The diploma thesis treats project management in the environment of software development. The thesis describes the theory and method PRINCE2 Agile methodology implementation in the development department with a focus on agile approaches. Configuration of a part of the information system dedicated to the support of project management is also included in the thesis.

This thesis is focused on design and implementation of partial part of the information system in cooperation with the integration of a new agile project management. Partial part of the information system is a web shop for company providing IPTV. This web shop will be implemented in PHP language and Nette framework. The new project management, which will be continously integrated, is agile SCRUM methodology.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémy řízení projektů pro vytvoření mobilní aplikace a jejich řešením pomocí agilních metod řízení projektů. V práci je analyzován současný stav projektu a jednotlivé přístupy. Práce se zaměřuje na výběr metody a navrhuje její aplikování na projekt.

Enuncia que en el módulo registro de cuentas y personas del sistema del banco se implementa la nueva política del conocimiento del cliente (KYC) que contribuye en poder conocer mejor al cliente potencial que desea ser cliente del banco, en base a preguntas establecidas. En base a esta nueva implementación la entidad bancaria podrá prevenir que el banco sea usado de manera ilícita y con ello la imagen se vea dañada. Es una nueva política establecida desde la casa matriz del banco (Toronto, Canadá), con esta nueva implementación también se busca optimizar y generar un mayor valor al momento de la atención al cliente potencial. Dicha implementación está dirigido a clientes potenciales de dos categorías Small Business y Wholesale Banking. La implementación permitirá crear el Inicio/Relación del cliente potencial añadiendo las preguntas de conocimiento del cliente, posteriormente poder registrar información de partes asociadas, creación de cuentas y registro de servicios brindados por la entidad bancaria; los cuales el cliente tendrá la opción de poder elegir el de su mayor interés. Dicho desarrollo se realizó con la metodología Scrum, cuyo objetivo era poder contar con un adecuado flujo de trabajo y aplicar priorizaciones de las tareas el cual tenían como resultado final un valor agregado al negocio al final de cada producto mínimo viable entregado. / Trabajo de suficiencia profesional

The popularity of agile methodologies is steadily increasing. This study is an intent to balance the agile change literature with a psychological perspective and quantitative measures of an agile change made within a Swedish organization. Organizational change recipients’ beliefs (discrepancy, appropriateness, valence, efficacy, & principal support) and trust in management were measured in an online survey to see how well these variables could predict a successful agile change towards transparency. The results indicate a lack of support for several previously cited success factors in the agile literature and a need for more quantitative and research-driven literature. No support could be found for a relationship between discrepancy, appropriateness, valence, principal support, trust in management, and the outcome of a successful implementation of transparency. Efficacy was found to be a significant and robust predictor of the outcome. More research is needed to ensure the generalizability of the results.

Masters of Science / In a world where technology is advancing at a very rapid pace, global competition has significantly increased, and this is putting pressure on software companies to produce quality software. It has therefore become critically important to manage well the implementation of software engineering projects by employing effective methods that ensure the best product is produced. The most popular software project implementation methodologies are the Traditional methods and Agile methods. This research explored these two methodologies by comparing the strength and weakness of both approaches. The research was conducted using a constructionist epistemology with a critical inquiry using the grounded theory methodology, applying both quantitative and qualitative methods to the case studies. Findings were collected through participant observation using a designed questionnaire targeting a selected sample of the study population. This sample of the population consisted of Ecommerce organizations in the Western Cape province of South Africa to establish which of the Traditional or Agile methods would best lead to the successful implementation of Ecommerce software engineering projects. The research results showed that the Agile methodology was the preferred and recommended approach. Very few participants of the research supported the Traditional approach to still be considered and used for projects with well-known end goals. An Ecommerce website prototype for a local Cape Town business was constructed as following the Agile approach to measure and validate the findings of the research. The prototype was built successfully from conception to the final delivery product and on time confirming the Agile approach as best for Ecommerce software development. In conclusion, the Agile methodology is the choice approach based on reviewed literature, the research results, and the prototype construction. These results will help in critical decision making regarding an appropriate development methodology to follow for the Ecommerce industry in the Western Cape.

Denna kandidatrapport är skriven av åtta studenter i kursen Kandidatprojekt i mjukvaruutveckling, TDDD96, vid Linköpings universitet under våren 2020. Kandidatrapporten inkluderar en sammanfattning av det arbete som utförts i projektet. Till projektet tillhörde ett uppdrag på beställning av Digitala resursenheten vid Linköpings universitet. Uppdraget var att skapa en webbapplikation där examinatorer och handledare för kurser vid Linköpings universitet på ett enkelt och intuitivt sätt kan beställa mjukvara till sina respektive kurser. Projektgruppen jobbade agilt och byggde projektet i Python samt JavaScript. Applikationen nådde alla mål satta tillsammans mellan kunden och projektgruppen och resulterade i en fungerande produkt som kunde utökas och modifieras enligt kundens behov. Till kandidatrapporten inkluderas även individuella bidrag skrivna av vardera gruppmedlem som djupdykt inom ett specifikt ämne eller område.
