O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar gêneros da divulgação científica na internet. Para isso, a pergunta de pesquisa que se coloca é: de que forma o discurso de divulgação científica é constituído na internet, especificamente nos gêneros artigo e reportagem, por meio das relações dialógicas hipertextuais estabelecidas pela utilização dos links eletrônicos. Sob a luz da teoria do círculo de Bakhtin, foram utilizadas como categorias conceituais as noções de interação verbal, enunciado, esfera, dialogismo e gêneros do discurso. Entendendo a DC como parte do complexo processo da esfera da ciência, ao lado de outros tipos de divulgação, tal como o jornalismo científico, no âmbito da linguagem, ela se constitui como prática discursiva que transita entre diferentes esferas, como a científica, jornalística e escolar. Partindo do pressuposto de que a internet configurase como conjunto de esferas, bem como da noção de hipertexto como uma das formas de relações dialógicas estabelecidas entre enunciados por meio dos links eletrônicos, buscou-se verificar o papel destes na constituição dos gêneros digitais artigo e reportagem de divulgação científica. A partir da análise dos diferentes tipos de remissões hipertextuais encontradas, constatou-se que o uso dos links é estabelecido de acordo com as coerções de cada gênero, ao mesmo tempo em que determina diferentes relações semântico-axiológicas por meio da hipertextualidade. / The main objective of this research was to analyze scientific divulgation genres at the internet. Therefore, the research question was: how is the scientific divulgation speech constituted at the internet, specifically in the genres article and reportage, through the hypertextual dialogical relations established by the use of the electronic links. Based on Bakhtin circle theory, the conceptual categories used were verbal interaction, utterance, dialogism and genres of discourse. Once has the scientific divulgation been understood as a part of the complex process of the science sphere, next to other kinds of divulgation, such as the scientific journalism, in the language area, it is constituted as a discursive practice that moves among different spheres, such as the scientific, journalistic and scholar. Assuming that the internet figures as a conjunct of spheres, as well as the notion of hypertext as one of the dialogical relations established among utterances through the electronic links, their role were verified in the constitution of the scientific divulgation digital genres article and reportage. Through the analysis of the different kinds of hypertextual remissions found, it was observed that the use of links is determined according to each genre, at the same times that stipulates different semantic relations by the hypertextuality.

Thus, our overall objective is to study the ideological sign "work" present in institutional media of multinational company Anglo American Brazil. The specific objectives are i) to identify the discourses that emerge from the institutional media about " work "; ii) to interpret the media reports publications by positioning the company website about "work"; iii) analyze the senses produced from the ideological sign "work" on/by the institutional media company, directed to the workers, and envisioned by the community. The Anglo American is a multinational company that operates in the business of mining, being one of the largest in the world, in this area of trades. It settled in Brazil in 1973, and currently, the Group has about 87,000 employees around the world. This study develops from the theoretical assumptions of Philosophy of Language, mainly by the theories of Bakhtin Circle, addressing the concepts of ideological sign, statement, dialogue and discursive genres, and also, the perception of “verbovisuais” statements, especially, by the works of Bakhtin and Volochínov/Volóchinov (1930; 1976; 1997; 2003; 2006; 2017). We based on, too, in the studies of social sciences, with Ricardo Antunes (2001; 2002; 2003; 2008; 2012; 2016) sociologist's research that addresses the theme of "work". As additional foundation, we knowlodge our study in Charaudeau (2015), theoretician of French Discourse Analysis, through the investigation of concepts of communication, information and their logics reprodution. The corpus with which we develop the analysis encompasses six verbal and “verbovisuais” statements aired by the Anglo American website and that treat the multiple senses about the notion of the sign "work". Identified by analyses of verbal and “verbovisuais” statements, that through the media discourse produced and aired by the company, the meaning of the signs "work" and "worker" change and if “(re)mean”, constructing a professional profile that dialogue with the company's interests. / Ao considerarmos que em nossa sociedade existe uma vasta quantidade de sentidos atribuídos à palavra “trabalho”, e que estes sentidos são construídos na interação social entre sujeitos em um determinado momento da história, propomos a presente pesquisa com a hipótese de que os discursos sobre “trabalho” propagados pelas mídias institucionais estão diretamente ligados ao social e, por isso, se constituem a depender das condições sócio-histórico-ideológicas na qual se inserem, (re)construindo os sentidos deste signo ideológico. Assim, nosso objetivo geral é estudar o signo ideológico “trabalho” presente na mídia institucional da Empresa Multinacional Anglo American Brasil. Os objetivos específicos são: i) identificar os discursos que emergem da mídia institucional em relação a “trabalho"; ii) interpretar o posicionamento midiático das publicações veiculadas pelo site da empresa sobre "trabalho"; iii) analisar os sentidos produzidos a partir do signo ideológico "trabalho" na/pela mídia institucional da empresa direcionados ao sujeito trabalhador e vislumbrados pela comunidade. A Anglo American é uma empresa Multinacional que atua no ramo da mineração, sendo uma das maiores do mundo, nessa área de negócios. Instalou-se no Brasil em 1973, e atualmente, o Grupo conta com cerca de 87.000 empregados em suas unidades. Este estudo desenvolve-se a partir dos pressupostos teóricos da Filosofia da Linguagem, principalmente pelas teorias do Círculo de Bakhtin, abordando as noções de signo ideológico, enunciado, diálogo e gêneros discursivos, e também, a percepção de enunciados verbovisuais, especialmente, pelas obras de Bakhtin e Volochínov/Volóchinov (1930; 1976; 1997; 2003; 2006; 2017). Embasamo-nos, também, nos estudos das Ciências Sociais, com as pesquisas do sociólogo Ricardo Antunes (2001; 2002; 2003; 2008; 2012; 2016) que aborda a temática do “trabalho”. Como fundamento complementar, aportamos nosso estudo em Charaudeau (2015), teórico da Análise de Discurso Francesa, por meio da investigação das noções de comunicação, informação e suas lógicas de reprodução. O corpus com o qual desenvolvemos as análises engloba seis enunciados verbais e verbovisuais veiculados pelo site da Anglo American e que tangem os múltiplos sentidos a respeito da noção do signo “trabalho”. Identificamos, pelas análises dos enunciados verbais e verbovisuais, que por meio do discurso midiático produzido e veiculado pela empresa, o sentido dos signos “trabalho” e “trabalhador” se modificam e se ressignificam, construindo um perfil de profissional que dialoga com os interesses da empresa.

A presente pesquisa é norteada pelo propósito de sistematizar uma reflexão sobre o estatuto da noção de ideologia na obra do Círculo de Bakhtin e, com base nessa reflexão, examinar possibilidades e alcances da articulação desse conceito ao estudo de gêneros discursivos de transmissão de saberes, focalizando, com esse intuito, o discurso de divulgação científica da SBPC (Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência) materializado na revista Ciência Hoje nas décadas de 1990 e 2000. Orientando-se pela premissa de que um específico entendimento do fenômeno ideológico informa e suporta a concepção de linguagem do Círculo e de que a produtividade desse aparato conceitual para o estudo de realizações discursivas contemporâneas pode ser demonstrada pela análise do discurso de divulgação científica da SBPC no período recortado, a pesquisa se desdobra em dois momentos: no primeiro, focaliza o processo pelo qual a questão da ideologia, nuclear nos trabalhos de Volóchinov e Medviédev durante os anos de 1920, é assimilada também às reflexões de Bakhtin e se incorpora a uma concepção de linguagem de fundo comum, passando a integrar, de modo mais ou menos explícito, formulações e conceitos empregados por ele a partir de 1929; no segundo, focaliza enunciados da revista Ciência Hoje nas décadas de 1990 e 2000, procurando mostrar como a concepção de ideologia subjacente à malha de conceitos do Círculo contribui para o estudo da realidade discursiva contemporânea. / The purpose of the current study is to systematize a reflection on the statute of the notion of ideology in the Bakhtin Circles work, and based on this exploration to investigate possibilities and the range of the articulation of this concept with the study of the discursive genres of knowledge transmission. With this intent, the current investigation focuses the scientific dissemination discourse of SBPC (Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência) materialized in the magazine Ciência Hoje in the 1990s and 2000s. Guided by the premise that a specific understanding of the ideological phenomenon informs and supports the language concept of the Circle and that the productivity of this conceptual apparatus for the study of the contemporary enunciative productions can be demonstrated by the analysis of the scientific dissemination discourse of SBPC in the chosen period, the research is divided in two moments: in the first, the focus is the process through which the ideology issue, crucial in Volóchinov and Medviédevs works during the 1920s, is assimilated by Bakhtins reflections and incorporated to a common conception of language, coming to integrate, in a more explicit or less explicit way, formulations and concepts used by him from 1929 onwards. In a second moment, this research analyses utterances published in the magazine Ciência Hoje in the 1990s and 2000s, aiming to show how the notion of ideology underlying in the web of concepts of the Circle contributes to the study of the contemporary discursive reality.

Na presente tese de doutorado, apresentamos nossas investigações acerca do Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) enquanto dispositivo de política pública de formação continuada de professores. O desenvolvimento de nossa pesquisa foi fundamentado na articulação dos quadros conceituais da Sociologia da Ação Pública e da Filosofia da Linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin. Nessa perspectiva, nosso esquema geral de investigação consistiu na análise bakhtiniana de uma complexa cadeia de enunciados oriundos dos modos de regulação que delimitamos no interior do MNPEF, notadamente, a regulação de controle e a regulação autônoma. Assim, concentrados nos primeiros 21 Polos Regionais (PR) do MNPEF criados em 2013, nosso objetivo foi estudar os modos de regulação desse programa, descrevendo e analisando a existência dos modos de regulação de controle - estruturas concebidas para coordenar e orientar as ações dos atores sociais - e dos modos de regulação autônoma, relativos à forma como esses atores convivem e (re)ajustam essas orientações. O corpus de nossa pesquisa foi construído, por um lado, pautado na regulação de controle e uma cadeia de documentos referentes tanto ao contexto específico do MNPEF, quanto o contexto amplo da pós-graduação nacional, e, por outro lado, no âmbito da regulação autônoma, por trabalhos de conclusão oriundos das primeiras turmas e por entrevistas realizadas com professores que atuam em distintos PR. Nossas investigações apontam o MNPEF como um dispositivo de política pública multirregulado, balizado sobretudo pelas regulamentações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) para os cursos de Mestrado Profissional em Ensino (MPE) e pelos órgãos administrativos nomeados pela Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), entidade coordenadora do programa. Ao olharmos para o MNPEF como uma ação pública, identificamos a coexistência de modos de regulação de controle e de regulação autônoma. Contudo, não identificamos nenhum elemento que potencialmente ilustre ações conjuntas no âmbito nacional do MNPEF, mas apenas alguns indicativos de ações conjuntas que influenciam exclusivamente o contexto local dos PR, caracterizando, assim, processos de microrregulação local. / In this work, we show investigations about the Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) as a public policy for formation of Physics teachers. For the development of our research, the theoretical-methodological framework was constructed based on the sociology of public action and the Bakhtin’s Circle philosophy of language. Therefore, we created a general research scheme that consisted of the analysis of a complex chain of statements derived from the modes of regulation of MNPEF, notably, the control regulation and autonomous regulation. Thus, concentrated in the first 21 Regional Poles (PR) of the MNPEF, created in 2013, our objective was to study MNPEF's modes of regulation, describing and analyzing the control regulation - structures designed to coordinate and guide the actions of social actors - and the autonomous regulation, concerning the way in which these actors reinvent the orientations about the program. The corpus of our research was built, on the one hand, based on the control regulation and a chain of documents referring to the specific context of the MNPEF and to the broad context of the national post-graduation, on the other hand, based on the scope of autonomous regulation, by works of conclusion coming from the first classes and by interviews with teachers who work in different PR. Our research indicates that the MNPEF is a multiregulated public policy device, mainly based on the regulations of the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) for the Professional Master's in Education (MPE) courses and by the administrative bodies appointed by the Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), which coordinates the program. When we look at the MNPEF as a public action, we identify the coexistence of modes of regulation of control and autonomous. However, we do not identify any element that potentially illustrates joint actions at the national level of the MNPEF, but only some indicative of joint actions that exclusively influence the local context of PR, thus characterizing processes of local micro-regulation.

Encouraged to enrich, advance and broaden an epistemological and philosophical discussion that Tourism, as a field of studies, has been providing theoretical positions, we are betting first on building approximations and understandings about knowledge in Tourism from the dialogue with two renowned authors with international insertion in the area, who together are dedicated to studies that deal with epistemology and the theoretical approaches of Tourism. Assuming as a philosophical and methodological approach the perspective of Bakhtinian studies, we take as central sign materiality the statements of these authors, extracted from a work and articles frequently revisited by the national and international scientific community. The focus of the analysis of the excerpts taken as object is to study the discursive events that focused on the production of the senses by the authors. In this meeting we seek to highlight other possible meanings and ways to build knowledge through a collating movement and openness to the multiple relationships that make it possible to build understandings and new interpretations about our objects of study. We also realize that we can establish a movement of criticism of dialogic reason in tourism studies, through the road of otherness, as a construct and a more humane path for this area and a field of growing knowledge and scientific maturity.In this sense,, we get to meet the listening to the other word in Tourism and we are looking for build our narrative project for this area. We find another word in singular narratives of life, extracted from unofficial and scientific channels of the tourist discourse, that gave the opportunity to direct other fronts of understanding for Tourism and its practices, such as the time of otherness in Tourism, which is the available(unfunctional) time for the other as a meeting of historical and cultural alterities in the multiplicity of our singular and unique relations, in the lived experience. We also reinforce the existence of a tourist language which is and has been done in daily life too, in a living esthetic of daily life that spreads through the whole day and destiny and attractive tourist and that invades every experiential space, every unfinished language.The revolution proposed by the Bakhtin Circle, carried out by the listening to the other word and loving-kindness in all relations for a possible way of building another humanism, even in the case of Tourism, once in the heart of identity lies the beauty of Otherness. We believe that this journey made it possible to broaden the epistemological horizons of tourism through a dialogical movement of deconstruction of "identity masks" for the consolidation of more solidary and human realities in Tourism, thus re-signifying its practices. / Nesta viagem, propusemo-nos a oferecer nossas contrapalavras aos sentidos teórico-metodológicos e de concepção do Turismo produzidos na esfera acadêmico-científica, partindo das contribuições de uma filosofia dialógica da linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin. Instigados em enriquecer, avançar e alargar uma discussão epistemológica e filosófica que o Turismo como campo de estudos vem proporcionando, apostamos, primeiramente, em construir aproximações e compreensões sobre o conhecimento em Turismo a partir do diálogo com dois autores renomados e com inserção internacional na área, os quais, em conjunto, se dedicam aos estudos que versam sobre epistemologia e sobre as abordagens teóricas do Turismo. Assumindo como postura filosófica e metodológica a perspectiva dos estudos bakhtinianos, tomamos como materialidade sígnica central os enunciados dos referidos autores, extraídos de uma obra e de artigos constantemente revisitados pela comunidade científica nacional e internacional O foco da análise dos trechos tomados como objeto é estudar os eventos discursivos que incidiram na produção dos sentidos pelos autores. Nesse encontro, buscamos evidenciar outros sentidos e caminhos possíveis para construir conhecimento através de um movimento de cotejo e abertura às múltiplas relações que possibilitam construir compreensões e novas interpretações sobre nossos objetos de estudo. Percebemos que, também, podemos instaurar um movimento de crítica da razão dialógica nos estudos turísticos, pela estrada da alteridade, como constructo e caminho mais humano para essa área e campo do saber em crescimento e maturidade científica. Nesse sentido, colocamo-nos à escuta da outra palavra no Turismo e procuramos, assim, construir o nosso projeto de dizer para essa área. Encontramos uma palavra outra em narrativas singulares de vida, extraídas de canais do discurso turístico não oficiais e científicos que oportunizaram direcionar outras frentes de compreensão para o Turismo e suas práticas, como a do tempo de alteridade no Turismo, que é o tempo disponível (infuncional), para o outro como encontro de alteridades históricas e culturais na multiplicidade de nossas relações singulares e únicas na experiência vivida. Também reforçamos a existência de uma linguagem do turismo que está se faz na vida cotidiana, em uma estética viva do cotidiano que se espalha pelo dia todo e por todo o destino e atrativo turístico e que vai invadindo cada espaço vivencial, cada linguagem inacabada. A revolução bakhtiniana, leva a cabo pela escuta da outra palavra e pela amorosidade em todas as relações é um caminho possível de construção de outro humanismo, mesmo para caso do Turismo, pois no coração da identidade, encontra-se ao seu lado a beleza da alteridade. Acreditamos que essa viagem possibilitou ampliar os horizontes epistemológicos do Turismo a partir de um movimento dialógico de desconstrução de “máscaras identitárias” para a consolidação de realidades mais solidárias e humanas no Turismo, ressignificando, assim, suas práticas.

Mais especificamente, observaram-se os sentidos em circulação na polêmica da maconha, tal como ela se manifesta no gênero discursivo capa de revista. O corpus é constituído por seis capas de publicações semanais brasileiras (Veja, Carta Capital, Isto É e Época), veiculadas entre 2012 e 2016. A análise desse material foi baseada no aporte teórico-metodológico do chamado Círculo de Bakhtin, Medviédev e Volochínov, que propõe uma abordagem dialógica do discurso. As reflexões se organizaram, principalmente, em torno dos conceitos de dialogia, signo ideológico, enunciado concreto, gênero discursivo, esfera de atividade humana e polêmica. Tal interpretação dialógica do discurso consiste em entender a linguagem enquanto produto da interação entre sujeitos históricos e socialmente organizados. Esse ponto de vista permitiu compreender o diálogo sobre a maconha na imprensa para além da polêmica aberta, geralmente reduzida a oposições como proibir/legalizar. A partir dessa perspectiva, verificou-se a existência de uma disputa velada pela legitimidade de enunciar sentidos para o signo “maconha” - em sua relação indissociável com outros signos, como “legalização”, “drogas” e “descriminalização”. As análises levaram, portanto, à identificação de um espaço de instabilidades na imprensa brasileira. Nesse campo, a polêmica insinuada se materializa sutilmente na articulação das dimensões verbal e visual dos enunciados e se faz presente, também, naquilo que não foi dito, mas que, ainda assim, os constitui. Tal recorrência da temática da maconha no gênero discursivo capa de revista - capaz de produzir relevâncias e debates públicos -, é entendida como indício de transformações sociais e conflitos ideológicos reais, em pleno e constante desdobramento. Esses embates colocam em jogo, além da significação da palavra (cristalizada na língua e no senso comum), avaliações socialmente compartilhadas sobre determinadas práticas e políticas históricas, bem como as imagens de sujeito, que também são produzidas e ressignificadas pelo/no discurso sobre a droga. Foi possível, ainda, notar como as estabilidades relativas do gênero discursivo e os valores constitutivos da esfera jornalística afetam a forma de refração dos acontecimentos, a construção das enunciações e a produção de realidades postas em circulação pela mídia. Finalmente, esta pesquisa buscou analisar a polêmica enquanto acontecimento discursivo, fenômeno histórico e social, como reflexo/refração de embates políticos, econômicos e ideológicos reais, produzidos na constante interação dialética entre infra e superestruturas. Espera-se, assim, que o trabalho contribua para apontar outras leituras possíveis do discurso polêmico, para além das dicotomias e discórdias declaradas. / The purpose of this investigation is to understand, from a Bakhtinian perspective, the polemical discourse produced within the journalistic sphere. More specifically, we observe the meanings that have been negotiated inside the dispute over marihuana manifested on the cover of magazines, seen as a discourse genre. The corpus is composed by six covers of Brazilian weekly magazines (Veja, Carta Capital, Isto É and Época), published between 2012 and 2016. Its analysis was based on the theoretical and methodological approach proposed by the group of intellectuals known as the “Bakhtin, Medvedev and Voloshinov Circle”, who developed a dialogical approach to the discourse. Reflections were mainly centered on the notions of dialogue, ideological sign, concrete utterance, discourse genre, sphere of human activity and polemic. This dialogical interpretation of the discourse proposed by the Circle consists of understanding language as a product of the interaction between historical and socially organized subjects. That viewpoint allowed us to comprehend the dialogue about marihuana on the press beyond the explicit polemic, usually reduced to oppositions such as prohibit it /legalize it. From this perspective, we verified the existence of a latent dispute for the legitimate power of enunciating meanings for the sign “marihuana” in its unbreakable relation with other signs as “legalization”, “drugs” and “decriminalization”. Therefore, the analyses led us to the identification of a space of instability in the Brazilian press, where the hidden polemic is subtly materialized on the articulation between the verbal and visual dimensions of the utterances and also on its non-verbalized part, which yet constitutes them. The reoccurrence of the theme of marihuana in that discourse genre (which is able to produce relevant issues and public debate) is taken as a clue to understand social changes and real ideological conflicts in plain and constant development. This implicit polemic destabilizes not only the signification of the word (crystalized on the language and on the common sense), but it has also allowed the negotiation of social judgments concerning historical practices and policies, as well as the transformation of the images of subjects, which are produced and transformed by/on the discourse. Besides that, we could notice how the relative stabilities of the discourse genre and the constitutive values of the journalistic sphere affect the refraction of the facts, the construction of the utterances and the production of realities spread by the media. Finally, this research tried to comprehend polemic as a discursive event, a social and historical phenomenon, and as a reflection/refraction of real political-economic and ideological conflicts, produced by the constant dialectical interaction between infra and superstructures. As a result, this work is expected to contribute to point out possible ways of reading the polemic discourse beyond dichotomies and declared controversies.

Na presente tese de doutorado, apresentamos nossas investigações acerca do Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) enquanto dispositivo de política pública de formação continuada de professores. O desenvolvimento de nossa pesquisa foi fundamentado na articulação dos quadros conceituais da Sociologia da Ação Pública e da Filosofia da Linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin. Nessa perspectiva, nosso esquema geral de investigação consistiu na análise bakhtiniana de uma complexa cadeia de enunciados oriundos dos modos de regulação que delimitamos no interior do MNPEF, notadamente, a regulação de controle e a regulação autônoma. Assim, concentrados nos primeiros 21 Polos Regionais (PR) do MNPEF criados em 2013, nosso objetivo foi estudar os modos de regulação desse programa, descrevendo e analisando a existência dos modos de regulação de controle - estruturas concebidas para coordenar e orientar as ações dos atores sociais - e dos modos de regulação autônoma, relativos à forma como esses atores convivem e (re)ajustam essas orientações. O corpus de nossa pesquisa foi construído, por um lado, pautado na regulação de controle e uma cadeia de documentos referentes tanto ao contexto específico do MNPEF, quanto o contexto amplo da pós-graduação nacional, e, por outro lado, no âmbito da regulação autônoma, por trabalhos de conclusão oriundos das primeiras turmas e por entrevistas realizadas com professores que atuam em distintos PR. Nossas investigações apontam o MNPEF como um dispositivo de política pública multirregulado, balizado sobretudo pelas regulamentações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) para os cursos de Mestrado Profissional em Ensino (MPE) e pelos órgãos administrativos nomeados pela Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), entidade coordenadora do programa. Ao olharmos para o MNPEF como uma ação pública, identificamos a coexistência de modos de regulação de controle e de regulação autônoma. Contudo, não identificamos nenhum elemento que potencialmente ilustre ações conjuntas no âmbito nacional do MNPEF, mas apenas alguns indicativos de ações conjuntas que influenciam exclusivamente o contexto local dos PR, caracterizando, assim, processos de microrregulação local. / In this work, we show investigations about the Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física (MNPEF) as a public policy for formation of Physics teachers. For the development of our research, the theoretical-methodological framework was constructed based on the sociology of public action and the Bakhtin’s Circle philosophy of language. Therefore, we created a general research scheme that consisted of the analysis of a complex chain of statements derived from the modes of regulation of MNPEF, notably, the control regulation and autonomous regulation. Thus, concentrated in the first 21 Regional Poles (PR) of the MNPEF, created in 2013, our objective was to study MNPEF's modes of regulation, describing and analyzing the control regulation - structures designed to coordinate and guide the actions of social actors - and the autonomous regulation, concerning the way in which these actors reinvent the orientations about the program. The corpus of our research was built, on the one hand, based on the control regulation and a chain of documents referring to the specific context of the MNPEF and to the broad context of the national post-graduation, on the other hand, based on the scope of autonomous regulation, by works of conclusion coming from the first classes and by interviews with teachers who work in different PR. Our research indicates that the MNPEF is a multiregulated public policy device, mainly based on the regulations of the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) for the Professional Master's in Education (MPE) courses and by the administrative bodies appointed by the Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), which coordinates the program. When we look at the MNPEF as a public action, we identify the coexistence of modes of regulation of control and autonomous. However, we do not identify any element that potentially illustrates joint actions at the national level of the MNPEF, but only some indicative of joint actions that exclusively influence the local context of PR, thus characterizing processes of local micro-regulation.

O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar gêneros da divulgação científica na internet. Para isso, a pergunta de pesquisa que se coloca é: de que forma o discurso de divulgação científica é constituído na internet, especificamente nos gêneros artigo e reportagem, por meio das relações dialógicas hipertextuais estabelecidas pela utilização dos links eletrônicos. Sob a luz da teoria do círculo de Bakhtin, foram utilizadas como categorias conceituais as noções de interação verbal, enunciado, esfera, dialogismo e gêneros do discurso. Entendendo a DC como parte do complexo processo da esfera da ciência, ao lado de outros tipos de divulgação, tal como o jornalismo científico, no âmbito da linguagem, ela se constitui como prática discursiva que transita entre diferentes esferas, como a científica, jornalística e escolar. Partindo do pressuposto de que a internet configurase como conjunto de esferas, bem como da noção de hipertexto como uma das formas de relações dialógicas estabelecidas entre enunciados por meio dos links eletrônicos, buscou-se verificar o papel destes na constituição dos gêneros digitais artigo e reportagem de divulgação científica. A partir da análise dos diferentes tipos de remissões hipertextuais encontradas, constatou-se que o uso dos links é estabelecido de acordo com as coerções de cada gênero, ao mesmo tempo em que determina diferentes relações semântico-axiológicas por meio da hipertextualidade. / The main objective of this research was to analyze scientific divulgation genres at the internet. Therefore, the research question was: how is the scientific divulgation speech constituted at the internet, specifically in the genres article and reportage, through the hypertextual dialogical relations established by the use of the electronic links. Based on Bakhtin circle theory, the conceptual categories used were verbal interaction, utterance, dialogism and genres of discourse. Once has the scientific divulgation been understood as a part of the complex process of the science sphere, next to other kinds of divulgation, such as the scientific journalism, in the language area, it is constituted as a discursive practice that moves among different spheres, such as the scientific, journalistic and scholar. Assuming that the internet figures as a conjunct of spheres, as well as the notion of hypertext as one of the dialogical relations established among utterances through the electronic links, their role were verified in the constitution of the scientific divulgation digital genres article and reportage. Through the analysis of the different kinds of hypertextual remissions found, it was observed that the use of links is determined according to each genre, at the same times that stipulates different semantic relations by the hypertextuality.

Esta dissertação busca verificar como se dá o diálogo entre a esfera científica e a esfera literária infantil em corpus constituído por oito obras literárias infantis, do cientista e escritor Angelo Machado, as quais se particularizam por veicular conhecimento científico. A fundamentação teórica está embasada na teoria do Círculo de Bakhtin e também nos pressupostos teóricos de autores que se debruçaram sobre a literatura infantil, a imagem visual e a divulgação científica. Os resultados destacam que o diálogo entre a esfera científica e a esfera literária se dá, nas dimensões verbais, visuais e verbovisuais dos enunciados analisados, em dois movimentos dialógicos, a saber, a supremacia do científico sobre o literário e a supremacia do literário sobre o científico. A supremacia do científico sobre o literário foi verificada por meio de três categorias de análise: 1) esquemas ilustrativos; 2) precisão de traços; 3) diálogo como procedimento de divulgação da ciência. Já a supremacia do literário sobre o científico pôde ser constatada por meio de outras duas categorias: 1) cronotopo; 2) criação de personagens. Essas categorias possibilitaram verificar também que a ciência presente nos textos de Machado ora é explícita e circunscrita a momentos precisos das obras, ora é implícita e integrada aos aspectos literários. / This dissertation searches to verify how the scientific sphere dialogues with infant literature in a corpus constituted of eight books by the scientist and writer Angelo Machado in which he adapts scientific knowledge to children. The theoretical basis comes from the ideas of the Bakhtin Circle and authors who studied the infant literature, the visual image and the scientific divulgation. The results show that the dialogue between the scientific and the literary spheres occurs in verbal, visual and verbovisual dimensions and in two dialogical movements: the supremacy of science over literature and the supremacy of literature over science. The former was verified in three main features: 1) illustrative schemes; 2) precision of traces; 3) dialogue as a procedure of science divulgation. The latter was observed in other two categories: chronotope and presence of characters. These categories also allowed us to verify that in Machados texts science is sometimes explicit and restricted to precise moments in his works, sometimes implicit and integrated to the literary aspects.

A presente pesquisa busca identificar procedimentos e mecanismos, verbais e visuais, pelos quais o discurso de divulgação científica para crianças, de autoria da SBPC (Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência) e materializado em reportagens de capa da Ciência Hoje das Crianças, se direciona e se orienta por seu destinatário presumido, assim como visa identificar como e para quais fins estabelecem-se relações dialógicas entre formas composicionais verbais e visuais. Centrando-se em reportagens de capa enquanto concretização do projeto e vontades discursivas de um sujeito histórica e socialmente situado, à luz de noções formuladas pelo Círculo de Bakhtin, tais como dialogismo, acabamento, esfera e endereçamento do enunciado, o trabalho explora duas hipóteses. Primeira, em se tratando de divulgação de conhecimentos científicos ao público infantil, mais do que a seleção temática de assuntos de cunho científico que poderiam interessar ao público infantil, a linguagem é a ponte que alinhava vínculos entre o autor, a ciência e o cientista e o destinatário-criança, segunda, no discurso científico endereçado aos pequenos, a reincidência de recursos lexicais típicos da ideologia do cotidiano é movida pelo objetivo de fazer entender. A análise detida do corpus iluminou dois tipos principais de relações dialógicas, a saber, 1) dialogismo entre as instâncias autoriais do autor-cientista e do ilustrador e 2) movimentos dialógicos em direção ao universo do leitor. / The present research aims at identifying the procedures and mechanisms, verbal and verbally-visual, used by the scientific diffusion speech to children, written by SBPC (Brazilian Society to the Science Progress) and materialized in cover articles of the magazine Ciência Hoje das Crianças Childrens Science Today. This research considers how this speech is aimed and led by its presumed addressee, and also identifies how and for which purpose the dialogical relations are established between verbal and visual compositional forms. This research is based on the notions proposed by the Bakhtin Circle, such as dialogism, completion, sphere and utterance addressing. Focusing on cover articles for this project building and the speech wills of a historically and socially situated subject, the work explores two hypothesis. The first deals with the diffusion of scientific knowledge to children, so that the language is the bridge that connects the author, science and scientist and addressee (children) more than only a thematic selection of scientific issues which could interest the children. The second hypothesis deals with the scientific speech addressed to the little ones. The reincidence of the lexical resources typical to the day-by-day ideology is moved by the objective of make it understood. The analysis taken from the corpus enlightened two main kinds of dialogical relations: 1) dialogism between the authors instances from the author-scientist and the illustrator; and 2) dialogical movements towards the readers universe.
