Therefore, it was defined as study objective the consortium among the S?o Paulo state public universities which develop specific actions of access and sharing of electronic joumals. Having in mind the specific focus ofthe present research - the access and use policies of electronic joumals ofthe CRUESP consortium - an exhausting searching and analisys was made regarding the constitution of the consortium. To obtain thr current status of the CRUESP consortium, the current managers and the assistant ofFAPESP, who play an important role in the constitution and management process of the consortium, were interviewed. The results of the research show that the policies ofthe CRUESP consortium, that currently exists just as an implict way, should be detailed and discussed with all the actors involved: users, managers and editors. An important aspect of the current policy is to maintain the electronic filing and, at least, a printed signature, avoiding the duplicity of those resources. For the future, the consortium of CRUESP and the electronic joumals consortia in Brazil should assure the filing of collections and he improvement of the filing technologies and scientific editing of those joumals. They should also be aware to initiatives such as open Open Archives, that appears like altematives of access to the leaming and research resources. / Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar as pol?ticas de acesso e uso dos recursos eletr?nicos de informa??o, em particular dos peri?dicos disponibilizados por meio de cons?rcios. Para tanto, estabeleceu-se como objeto de estudo o cons?rcio das universidades estaduais paulistas, que desenvolve a??es espec?ficas de acesso e compartilhamento de peri?dicos eletr?nicos. Tendo em vista o foco espec?fico da pesquisa - as pol?ticas de acesso e uso de peri?dicos eletr?nicos do cons?rcio CRUESP - foi feito levantamento exaustivo e an?lise da documenta??o referente ? constitui??o do cons?rcio. Para obter o retrato atual do cons?rcio CRUESP, foram entrevistados os atuais gestores e a assessora da FAPESP, atores importantes do processo de constitui??o e gest?o do cons?rcio. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que a pol?tica do cons?rcio do CRUESP, que hoje existe de modo apenas impl?cito, deve ser explicitada e discutida com todos os atores envolvidos no processo: usu?rios, gestores e editores. Um aspecto importante da pol?tica atual ? a de manter o arquivamento eletr?nico e pelo menos uma assinatura impressa, evitando a duplicidade desses recursos. Para o futuro, o cons?rcio do CRUESP e os cons?rcios de peri?dicos eletr?nicos no Brasil, devem assegurar o arquivamento das cole??es e o aprimoramento das tecnologias de arquivamento e de editora??o cient?fica desses peri?dicos. Devem, ainda, estar atentas para as iniciativas como as dos arquivos abertos (Open Archives), que se colocam como alternativas de acesso aos recursos de aprendizagem e pesquisa.

A research was done on bibliometric at international level concerning the years of 2000 thru 2015. There were 57 articles identified and analyzed. The results show that there was a sharper evolution from the research of this subject matter after 2011. The University of Sfax in Tunisia and the Journal of Financial Economics outshined in the publishings of this subject matter. The authors Abdelfettah Bouri, Ezzeddine Ben Mohamed, Geoffrey Tate and Ulrike Malmendier were the most prolific in the period. The study ???CEO overconfidence and corporate investment??? of Geoffrey Tate and Ulrike Malmendier was the most mentioned, becoming a reference of the model of measuring the biases of overconfidence and optimism to other researchers. Merges and acquisions, cash flow sensibility, Corporate Investiments and structure of Capital were the issues most addressed by the researches. Concludes that the main issue about Behavioral Corporate Finance is still emergent and in a maturation phase, however of extreme importance, as the biased managements?? decisions can evoke significant impacts in many areas of the companies. Therefore, this study contributes to the knowldege and diffusion of this subject matter in Brazil, promoting a reflection about the questionings that are still in open and poiting to directions, in a way to propitiane other brazilian researchers to develop future studies. / Este estudo investiga a produ????o cient??fica em Finan??as Corporativas Comportamentais, especialmente os trabalhos que tratam dos vieses do excesso de confian??a e do otimismo gerencial. Conduziu-se uma pesquisa bibliom??trica de ??mbito internacional concernente ao per??odo de 2000 a 2015. Identificaram-se e analisaram-se 57 artigos. Os resultados mostraram que houve evolu????o mais acentuada das pesquisas sobre esse tema a partir de 2011. A University of Sfax e o Journal of Financial Economics destacaram-se nas publica????es de artigos relacionados a esse assunto. Durante esse tempo, os autores Abdelfettah Bouri, Ezzeddine Ben Mohamed, Geoffrey Tate e Ulrike Malmendier foram os mais prol??ficos. The new method introduces the idea of theme to search the solution space of hard problems. The inspiration for this class of algorithms comes from the act of researching that comprises thinking, knowledge sharing and disclosing new ideas. The ideas of the new method are illustrated in the Traveling Salesman Problem. A computational experiment applies the proposed approach to a new variant of the Traveling Salesman Problem named Car Renter Salesman Problem. A feature of environmental disasters is that they disclose both environmental crises and the media limitation in reporting them. The research tried to contribute to the subject through the study of press media coverage of a large fish kill along an estuary in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, in 2007. Thematic content analysis of newspaper reports identified the predominance of a superficial and denunciative coverage, lacking an educational perspective, and with little contribution to formation of a critical sense in readers. In semi-arid Northeast, droughts occurring on a regular basis combined with human activities, aggravate the situation regarding the conservation of water resources in this area. To alleviate this condition is common to construction of artificial reservoirs, such as reservoirs and dams. As in natural aquatic environments, these reservoirs are potential sites for the proliferation, growth and development of diverse biological communities, whether of animals, plants and microorganisms. Research on the composition and ecology of these communities, especially microbial, are still restricted. One of the least studied groups in these environments are free-living protozoa, which over time have been neglected and after discoveries about its various functions in the aquatic ecosystem are beginning to receive more attention from scholars. They are, in quantitative terms, the most important consumers of microorganisms (mainly bacteria and algae) in aquatic environments, and therefore control the abundance of these. They may therefore influence the structure of the aquatic food chain in terms of species composition, abundance, biomass and biodiversity. Despite the recognition of the importance of protozoa in the final of the trophic transfer in aquatic environments, there are few data and, in general, are still precarious knowledge of them. Given the importance of protozoa in aquatic environments and the paucity of research on this group, especially in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, the present study aimed at identifying the genus and species of free-living protozoa that are present in the Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves Dam as well as to relate the occurrence and dynamics of the trophic conditions in the environment in which they are inserted, in order to support the hypothesis that species that are in these environments can serve to indicate the water quality. We observed the presence of 65 taxa of free-living protozoa, of which 29 were identified at the species level. There was a similarity space in taxonomic composition of protozoa, suggesting a possible regulation of this type of community for limnological variables other than those studied in this work (chlorophyll a, pH, temperature). Although it was aimed to analyze the conceptions of teachers and students from nearby towns Dam Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves, on issues relating to water quality and the role of protozoa. For this, we applied questionnaires with teachers and pupils of public schools of San Rafael and Itaj?. It was concluded that teachers and students recognize the multi-dam Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves, although unaware of important aspects of the dynamics and ecology of this environment. Conceptions of teachers and students are matched at various times, especially with regard to waterborne diseases. In an attempt to identify possible misconceptions about the knowledge of the protozoa, assuming that these organisms have neglected their ecological role, and are seen as only, disease, a study was done with teachers and students, following a particular methodology that allowed look so clear and precise results. It was clear that knowledge about the free-living protozoa is still quite limited. The alternative conceptions that were found show a direct relation of protozoans and diseases. From the data obtained by these studies, we planned a series of science communication activities, environmental education and health education in schools close to study environments in order to promote a didactic transposition of accumulated knowledge about these organisms, favoring continuing education of teachers and the increase of information to the local community through the knowledge of biodiversity and ecology of these organisms. Moreover, the results found in this study and reflections on it that led to propose the elaboration of a book Readers with an emphasis on the group of freeliving protozoa in the populations for use in public schools in the region where it was developed the semiarid work / A ?gua ? considerada um bem imprescind?vel ? vida, al?m de ser um fator condicionante do desenvolvimento econ?mico e do bem-estar social, representado tanto pela quantidade dispon?vel, como pela qualidade. No semi?rido nordestino, as secas que ocorrem de forma peri?dica aliada a atividades antr?picas, agravam a situa??o da conserva??o dos recursos h?dricos nessa localidade. Para amenizar essa condi??o ? comum a constru??o de reservat?rios artificiais, como a?udes e barragens. Assim como nos ambientes aqu?ticos naturais, estes reservat?rios s?o locais prop?cios para a prolifera??o, crescimento e desenvolvimento de diversas comunidades biol?gicas, seja de animais, vegetais e de microrganismos. As pesquisas sobre a composi??o e ecologia dessas comunidades, sobretudo as microbianas, ainda s?o restritas. Um dos grupos menos estudados nesses ambientes s?o os protozo?rios de vida livre, que ao longo do tempo foram negligenciados e depois de descobertas sobre suas variadas fun??es no ecossistema aqu?tico come?am a receber mais aten??o por parte dos estudiosos. Eles s?o, em termos quantitativos, os mais importantes consumidores de microrganismos (principalmente algas e bact?rias) nos ambientes aqu?ticos, e, por isso controlam a abund?ncia destes. Eles influenciam, portanto, a estrutura da cadeia alimentar aqu?tica em termos de composi??o de esp?cies, abund?ncia, biomassa e biodiversidade. Apesar do reconhecimento da import?ncia dos protozo?rios no balan?o final das transfer?ncias tr?ficas em ambientes aqu?ticos, existem poucos dados e, de um modo geral, s?o, ainda, prec?rios os conhecimentos sobre eles. Tendo em vista a import?ncia dos protozo?rios em ambientes aqu?ticos e a escassez de pesquisas relacionadas a este grupo, sobretudo no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, o presente estudo teve - como objetivo identificar os g?neros e esp?cies de protozo?rios de vida livre que est?o presentes na Barragem Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves, bem como relacionar a ocorr?ncia e a din?mica destes com as condi??es tr?ficas do ambiente no qual est?o inseridos, com o intuito de corroborar a hip?tese de que as esp?cies que est?o nesses ambientes podem servir para indicar a qualidade da ?gua. Registrou-se a presen?a de 65 t?xons de protozo?rios de vida livre, dos quais 29 foram identificados em n?vel de esp?cie. Para isso, foi aplicado question?rios com professores e alunos de escolas estaduais de S?o Rafael e Itaj?. Concluiu-se que os professores e alunos reconhecem as m?ltiplas funcionalidades da Barragem Armando Ribeiro Gon?alves, apesar de desconhecerem aspectos importantes da din?mica e ecologia desse ambiente. As concep??es de professores e alunos se igualaram em v?rios momentos, principalmente no tocante ?s doen?as de veicula??o h?drica. Na tentativa de identificar poss?veis concep??es alternativas sobre o conhecimento dos protozo?rios, partindo da hip?tese que esses organismos t?m seu papel ecol?gico negligenciado, e s?o vistos como, somente, transmissores de doen?as, foi feito um estudo com professores e alunos, seguindo determinada metodologia que permitiu analisar de forma clara e precisa os resultados. Ficou claro que o conhecimento sobre os protozo?rios de vida livre ?, ainda, bastante limitado. As concep??es alternativas que foram evidenciadas mostram uma rela??o direta de protozo?rios e doen?as. A partir dos dados obtidos por todos esses estudos, planejou-se uma s?rie de atividades de divulga??o cient?fica, educa??o ambiental e educa??o em sa?de nas escolas pr?ximas aos ambientes de estudo com o intuito de promover uma transposi??o did?tica do conhecimento acumulado sobre esses organismos, favorecendo a forma??o continuada de professores e o incremento de informa??es ? comunidade local por meio do conhecimento da biodiversidade e ecologia desses organismos. Com essa pretens?o, direcionou-se os esfor?os anal?ticos para estudar as concep??es de inova??o pedag?gica e as pr?ticas pedag?gicas inovadoras de professores de Ci?ncias da Natureza e Matem?tica no contexto do macrocampo inicia??o cient?fica e pesquisa do ProEMI, no intuito de conhecer o que pensam e fazem os professores no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Do ponto de vista metodol?gico, realizou-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa com estudo descritivo, explorat?rio e, como instrumento de coleta de dados, a entrevista semi estruturada, a qual foi aplicada a dez (10) professores de duas escolas estaduais, localizadas no Agreste Meridional do Estado de Pernambuco, no per?odo de maio a junho do ano de 2016. Os dados foram codificados e tabulados com a ajuda de estat?stica descritiva como t?cnica de tratamento de dados e com base nesse procedimento, foram constru?das tabelas, grelhas e gr?ficos. Como procedimento para an?lise das entrevistas semiestruturadas, utilizou-se a an?lise de conte?dos de Bardin (1977; 2010) e para melhor compreender o n?vel de conhecimento dos professores utilizou-se a t?cnica de triangula??o dos dados, a qual favoreceu o cruzamento de resultados coletados atrav?s de diferentes fontes como procedimento de enriquecimento das interpreta??es de cada quest?o de estudo. Esta disserta??o est? estruturada em seis cap?tulos, a saber: 1) Delineamento do objeto de estudo; 2) Programa Ensino M?dio Inovador e o macrocampo inicia??o cient?fica e pesquisa; 3) A Inicia??o cient?fica e pesquisa no ProEMI; 4) A Inova??o Pedag?gica; 5) Metodologia. 6)An?lise de dados. Os resultados permitiram conhecer que os professores t?m concep??es limitadas sobre inova??o pedag?gica que refletem como dificuldades para o planejamento de praticas pedag?gicas inovadoras no contexto do macrocampo de inicia??o cient?fica e pesquisa do ProEMI. Dentre estas, conhecimentos limitados sobre o que ? inova??o pedag?gica e como esse conhecimento ? produzido em sala de aula, o que distancia a criatividade e o dialogo interdisciplinar do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, uma vez que estes s?o elementos caracter?sticos da inova??o. As falas dos professores indicam a forma??o como necess?ria para que possam pensar pr?ticas inovadoras nos dias atuais. Por fim, apresentamos uma s?ntese do estudo nas considera??es finais, enfatizando sua relev?ncia para a atualiza??o da pr?tica docente nos momentos de forma??o continuada e ? melhoria do desenvolvimento profissional dos professores. / This present study is situated in the Basic Education field, taking High School teachers` conceptions pedagogical innovation and innovator practicing of scientific initiation and innovator on High School Research Program as central features. Within that intention, it has been targeted analytical efforts to study the teachers pedagogical innovation conceptions about Natural Science and Mathematics on macro research scientific initiation context of macro field initiation and Pro-Emi research, to know what the teachers think and do with their teaching-apprenticeship. From the methodological point of view, it?s been realized a qualitative study with exploratory-descriptive approach research, and as data collecting tools, the half structured interviews which were applied to ten (10) teachers from the state public schools, localized in our Southern Rural Pernambuco State area zone in the period between May and June of 2016. Those data have been codified and tabulated with a descriptive statistic support as data technique treatment, and based on that measure, it?s been built tables, grills and graphics as measure to analyze half structured interviews; it?s been used the content analysis by Bardim( 1977;2010), and to make it better to understand the teacher`s knowledge level, it was triangular data technique, which one helped the result crossing collected through different sources as measures of interpretations improvement on each study question. This essay is structured to six chapters as following: 1) Delineation of the object study. 2) An innovate High School Program and the macro field of scientific initiation and research. 3) The scientific initiation and the research on Pro-Emi.4) The Pedagogical innovation. 5) Methodology. 6) Data analysis. The results allowed how to know that the teachers have limited conceptions about pedagogical Innovation which reflects as difficulties to make a plan for innovator pedagogical practices within scientific initiation macro field context and Pro-Emi . Among these limited knowledge of pedagogical innovation is, and as that knowledge as produced in classroom, which makes creativity distant, and the dialog inter -disciplinary of teaching apprenticeship measure, once these are characteristic items of a synthesis of the study, on final considerations. The teachers? speech indicates the continuous education as necessary to make them able to think about innovator pedagogical practicing, nowadays. Finally, it?s been shown an abstract of the final considerations, focusing on its importance for the teaching corporation practicing up date at the continuous education moments, and for the teachers professional development.

In that context, the investigations concerning teacher s knowledge represent an important contribution, as they aim to identify and to rescue the base of knowledge that sustains the teacher s profession. In particular, the reflections and propositions of Lee Shulman have been constitute a fundamental subsidy to the teacher s professionalization in the sense of harnessing the pedagogic knowledge to the content s knowledge, establishing the pedagogic knowledge of the content that characterizes and differentiates the teacher and the bachelor in a certain field of knowledge. Among the indispensable knowledge for the Chemistry teacher's professional practice, in this research we have pointed out the pertinence of the knowledge on the use of models in Chemistry classes in the middle and high school. Those knowledges regard the comprehension of students concerning the understanding and models elaborated in science and the models implemented in the Chemistry teaching, as well as the abilities to plan didactic situations that use models. In this research, we aimed to identify the contributions and barriers during the Chemistry teacher education, in UFRN, in relation to the construction of knowledge that subsidize training teachers in the elaboration of teaching activities that involve the use of models. The investigation was accomplished in UFRN, in the Course of Degree in Chemistry, along with 13 student teachers that studied the subject Practice of Chemistry Teaching. For this research, the following instruments were used: questionnaires with open and closed questions, elaboration of a plan of activities for the Chemistry teaching and an interview to answer the established study s questions. The data was analyzed in an established criteria, classified and tabled. The results showed that the student teachers representations regarding scientific knowledge contemplated, among other topics, the idea of a method for his/her construction. In some cases, the models role was emphasized in that construction, as well as the social dimension in the validation of that knowledge. The scientific models were highlighted by most of the student teachers, as a representation method to explain, understand and interpret the chemical phenomena. On the other hand, the didactic models stood out, in most of cases, as a method of aiding the Chemistry students of the Basic Education to understand the scientific models. The representations regarding those categories contemplated important aspects, although in a superficial way, reflecting the limitations of reflections during the formative process. In the elaboration of teaching activities that use models, difficulties were evidenced, in the process of plan construction, relative to the didactic structure and to the proposition of activities that contemplated models, although the student teachers have mobilized different elements regarding the pedagogic knowledge of the content. Such verifications evidence the urge for the teacher development programs to promote changes in the teacher education in order to propitiate, during this process, reflections, discussions and propositions of activities regarding categories highlighted in this research, contributing to the construction of initial elements regarding the pedagogic knowledge of the content that will be developed throughout teaching, therefore corroborating to the teacher s professionalization / Nos ?ltimos vinte anos, as pesquisas voltadas profissionaliza??o docente t?m crescido de modo expressivo. Esses saberes s?o referentes ? compreens?o dos licenciandos acerca do conhecimento e modelos elaborados na ci?ncia e dos modelos adotados no ensino de Qu?mica, assim como as habilidades para planejar situa??es did?ticas que utilizem modelos. Nesta pesquisa, buscamos identificar as contribui??es e entraves, durante a forma??o inicial de professores de Qu?mica, na UFRN, em rela??o ? constru??o de saberes que subsidiem os licenciandos na elabora??o de atividades de ensino que envolvam a utiliza??o de modelos. A investiga??o foi realizada na UFRN, no Curso de Licenciatura em Qu?mica, junto a 13 licenciandos que cursavam a disciplina de Pr?tica de Ensino de Qu?mica. Para esta pesquisa, foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: question?rios com perguntas abertas e fechadas, elabora??o de um plano de atividades para o ensino de Qu?mica e entrevista de modo a responder as quest?es de estudo estabelecidas. Os dados obtidos foram analisados a partir de crit?rios estabelecidos, categorizados e tabelados. Os resultados sinalizam que as representa??es dos licenciandos referentes ao conhecimento cient?fico contemplavam, entre outras quest?es, a id?ia de um m?todo para a sua constru??o. Em alguns casos, foi ressaltado o papel dos modelos nessa constru??o, bem como a dimens?o social na valida??o desse conhecimento. Os modelos cient?ficos foram destacados, pela maioria dos licenciandos, como uma forma de representa??o com finalidade de explicar, compreender e interpretar os fen?menos qu?micos. J? os modelos did?ticos foram ressaltados, na maioria dos casos, como uma forma de auxiliar os alunos de Qu?mica da Educa??o B?sica a compreender os modelos cient?ficos. As representa??es referentes a essas categorias contemplaram aspectos importantes, embora de modo superficial, refletindo as limita??es de reflex?es nesse sentido durante o processo formativo. Na elabora??o de atividades de ensino que utilizam modelos, foram evidenciadas dificuldades, no processo de constru??o do plano, relativas ? estrutura did?tica e ? proposi??o de atividades que contemplassem modelos, embora os licenciandos tenham mobilizado diferentes elementos referentes ao conhecimento pedag?gico do conte?do. In this sense the aim of this work was to analyze the presence of the loop space of the oil production system linked to objects and actions on the Rio Grande do Norte territory. From the so-called "oil shock", an event that caused global developments in several countries, Petr?leo Brasileiro S/A (PETROBRAS) increased investments in drilling geological basins in Brazil. In the year 1973 was drilled in the sea area well which led to commercial production of oil and gas in Rio Grande do Norte. From that point on were added in some parts of the Potiguar territory, large systems of coupled objects to actions caused by several agents. In this context, geographic situations have been reorganized due to an unprecedented space circuit production accompanied by a new circle of cooperation. In the state happen all instances of the circuit: the production, distribution and consumption. In light of the theory of the geographical area seek to direct our thoughts to the operation of these bodies, and they are linked to material and immaterial flows multiscales. This perspective allows us to think the territory of Rio Grande do Norte entered into a new territorial division of labor characterized by specialization regional production. Oil activity was implemented in the territory of Rio Grande do Norte at a time marked by productive restructuring of various economic sectors. The oil sector has been acting increasingly linked the scientific and informational, with a view to increasing productivity. The presence of this circuit demanded the territory, specifically the Mossor?, an organizational structure that is different from the vast system nationally integrated private commercial corporations to small corporations, all of them relating directly or indirectly to PETROBRAS. The flows between companies whose headquarters are located in distant states and even countries have generated a continuous movement of goods, people, information and ideas, which is also causing new materialities in the territory / Nosso estudo se remete ao estado do Rio Grande do Norte frente ? implanta??o da atividade petrol?fera em seu territ?rio. Nesse sentido o objetivo geral do trabalho consistiu em analisar a presen?a do circuito espacial da produ??o petrol?fera vinculado ao sistema de objetos e de a??es presentes no territ?rio norte-rio-grandense. A partir do chamado choque do petr?leo , acontecimento mundial que causou desdobramentos em v?rios pa?ses, a Petr?leo Brasileiro S/A (PETROBRAS) aumentou os investimentos em perfura??es nas bacias geol?gicas brasileiras. No ano de 1973 foi perfurado em ?rea mar?tima o po?o que deu origem ? produ??o comercial de petr?leo e g?s no Rio Grande do Norte. Desse momento em diante foram acrescentados em algumas parcelas do territ?rio potiguar, grandes sistemas de objetos, juntamente, ?s a??es provocadas por agentes diversos. The context of the current science teaching is also presented. Besides, the following aspects are discussed: the preparation of the eighth grade teachers, their professional needs, the pedagogical practices and the theoreticmethodological difficulties faced by them. Another important issue in Science Teaching, which is also discussed in this dissertation, is the need for an efficient scientific literacy so that the citizen may express value judgment about Science and Technology issues. The data about the context were gathered from questionaires answered by the teachers. In value of this information, lesson plans were elaborated and implemented. The goal was to point out alternatives for the development of a teaching-learning evaluation which would be both pleasant for the teachers in relation to the implemented methodology, end meaningful for the students by adding elements such as: interdisciplinary approach, contextualization and preparation by competences. Furthermore it was carried out a deeper analysis of the Brazilian curriculum references (LDB, DCN, PCN, RCB) and content aspects (concepts, procedures e attitudes) to be executed by that branch of human knowledge, aiming at a really Contextualized Science Teaching, qualified and pleasant for the eighth grade level. It is also presented in this paper the profile or the Professional which teach this level at state public schools in Russas, state of Cear?, Vale do Jaguaribe Region. The efficacy of the lesson plans were also analysed by using evaluation procedures with the eighth grade students of the following schools: CAIC Senador Carlos Jereissati and EEF Manuel Matoso Filho, from which the concepts acquired during the implementation of the classes became evident in the students / O presente trabalho versa sobre a investiga??o e poss?vel interven??o, no contexto atual do ensino de f?sica, em especial o de ?ptica, na oitava s?rie/nono ano/IV Ciclo do Ensino fundamental. Testes n?o param?tricos s?o usados para comparar os algoritmos em um conjunto de inst?ncias da literatura. / The Traveling Car Renter Salesman Problem, or simply Traveling Car Renter Problem (CaRS), is a generalization of the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) where the tour can be decomposed into contiguous paths that are traveled by different rented cars. The objective is to construct a minimal cost Hamiltonian circuit, considering the penalty paid for changing cars in the tour. This penalty is the cost of returning a car to the city where it was rented. CaRS is classified as an NP-hard problem. This work studies the CaRS version classified as: complete, total, unrestricted, with no repetition, free and symmetric. This research is focused on hybrid procedures that combine metaheuristics and methods based on Linear Programming (LP). The following methods were investigated: scientific algorithms (ScA), variable neighborhood descent (VND), adaptive local search (ASLP) and a new variant of ALSP called iterated adaptive local search (IALSP). The following techniques are proposed to deal with CaRS: ScA+ALSP, ScA+IALSP and ScA+VND+IALSP. A mixed integer programming model is proposed for CaRS which was used in the ALSP and IALSP. Non-parametric tests were used to compare the algorithms within a set of instances from the literature.
