Актуальность исследования обусловлена недостаточным вниманием к сценографии театра современного танца в России. Объектом данной работы являются особенности художественного решения пространства contemporary dance. Предметом – анализ элементов структурирования пространства постановки на примере Екатеринбургского театра Провинциальные танцы, одного из наиболее профессиональных и интересных коллективов в области современной хореографии в России. Неоднозначность трактовок сценографии различных форм dance-театра обусловлена изменением характеристик взаимодействия со зрителем, многовариантностью постановочных пространств, особенностями пластического языка танца, обращающегося к до-рациональному, до-вербальному началу человека. Изменение понимания телесности актера и объектно-субъектных связей постановки, а также сложность и нерасчленимость составляющих элементов постановок contemporary dance позволяют проследить линию соответствия скульптуры и пластического танца, а также особенности взаимодействия этого направления dance-театра с другими формами искусства, объекты которых часто являются неотъемлемой составляющей постановки. / The research is relevant due to the lack of attention to the scenography of Russian contemporary dance. The subject matter of the study are specifics of the art and design of contemporary dance spaces. The scope of the study is an analysis of elements of space structuring in performances by the example of Provincial Dances Theatre (Ekaterinburg) as one of the most professional and interesting groups of contemporary choreography in Russia. Scenography of different forms of dance theatres is interpreted ambiguously due to change of characteristics of arrangement with viewers, multivariance of performance spaces, specific of dance language that appeals to prerational, preverbal human nature. Understanding of artist corporality changes, as well as relations between actors and objects in performance. The elements of contemporary dance performances are complex and indivisible. All of these allows tracing the interactions between sculpture and dance, also the interactions between contemporary dance and other art forms that are often integral to a performance.

[pt] Este trabalho se constitui como um exercício tradutório especulativo que se realiza entre os universos conceituais do povo Araweté (povo Tupi-Guarani) e da cosmologia contemporânea, tal como apresentados pelo antropólogo Eduardo Viveiros de Castro e pelo cosmólogo Mario Novello, respectivamente. Parte-se, de um lado, da reivindicação fundamental que a cosmologia contemporânea faz de pensar a si própria através da recuperação da distinção entre as propriedades locais e globais do cosmos, levando à necessidade de um agenciamento da relação entre elas; e, de outro, da maneira como a antropologia contemporânea se pensa como um procedimento de tradução entre universos de pensamento que se dá pela explicitação das diferenças existentes entre eles, tal como proposto por Viveiros de Castro. Assim orientada, a pesquisa busca identificar na interpretação feita por Viveiros de Castro dos Araweté aquilo que poderia ser reconhecido como local e global, para então responder à seguinte questão: que efeitos seriam produzidos no conceito de cosmologia, tal como pensado desde o ponto de vista crítico de Novello, quando concebido desde o ponto de vista Araweté, produzido por tal interpretação? Com intenção de fazer jus àquilo que a antropologia hoje coloca como ação fundamental para si enquanto prática, levar a sério o pensamento do outro, este trabalho propõe como resultado principal uma imagem de cosmologia que, ao invés de se pensar através da necessidade de encontrar a solidariedade máxima entre diferentes aspectos de um mesmo mundo (uma forma de produzir coerência entre aspectos locais e globais), seria aquilo que só se constitui quando se relacionam universos ontológicos distintos a partir de um modelo de relação que, para garantir a diferença existente entre esses mundos, precisa ser de transformação. Pensada dessa maneira, a cosmologia, ao invés de oferecer uma imagem de mundo como sendo aquilo que se constitui a partir do que há de comum entre os diferentes pontos de vista que o compõem, propõe, de outra maneira, um mundo que só existe quando universos distintos podem se relacionar, de forma tal que a diferença existente entre eles seja total. / [en] This work is constituted as a speculative translational exercise conducted between the conceptual universe of the (Tupi-Guarani) Araweté people and contemporary cosmology, as presented by the anthropologist Eduardo Viveiros de Castro and the cosmologist Mario Novello, respectively. The starting point for this work lies, first, in the fundamental claims made by contemporary cosmology as it recovers a distinction between local and global cosmological properties, leading to an assemblage of the relation between them. Second, it also begins withcontemporary anthropology s understanding of itself as a procedure for translating between conceptual worlds by making the differences between them explicit, as proposed by Viveiros de Castro. In this way, and through Viveiros de Castro s interpretation of Araweté cosmology, this research seeks to identify what could be taken as their views on the local and the global, in order to respond to the following question: what effects are produced on the concept of cosmology,critically defined by Novello, when conceived through the Araweté point of view, as interpreted by Viveiros de Castro? With the aim of doing justice to the practice that contemporary anthropology identifies as fundamental for itself, taking seriously other ways of thinking, this dissertation proposes that a primary result is an image of cosmology that – rather than seeking maximum solidarity between the different aspects of a single world (which is one way of producing coherence between local and global aspects) – could only be constituted when different ontological universes are placed in relation to each other. This requires a relational model that needs to be transformational to guarantee the differences between those worlds. Thought about in this way, instead of offering an image of one world as constituted through what is common between different points of view, cosmologycould propose, in another way, a world that only exists when distinct universes engage each other through total difference.

Kampen mot bidragsbrott : En kvalitativ studie om arbetet med bidragsbrott mot kommuner / The Fight against Benefit Fraud : A Qualitative Study on the Work with Benefit Fraud against Municipalities

Bidragsbrott har på senare tid uppmärksammats som ett sätt för kriminella att finansiera den organiserade brottsligheten. Tidigare forskning har främst fokuserat på bidragsbrott mot myndigheter och det finns en kunskapslucka gällande kommunernas arbete mot bidragsbrott. Med en kvalitativ ansats undersöker denna studie bidragsbrott mot kommuner både övergripande utifrån ett nationellt perspektiv men även djupare på lokal nivå i Malmö och Helsingborgs stad. Studien syftar till att ta reda på hur arbetet för att motverka bidragsbrott upplevs samt vilken typ av samverkan som finns inom arbetet. Materialet består av semistrukturerade intervjuer med aktörer som besitter särskild kunskap om ämnet. Resultatet visade att det finns stora skillnader i hur långt olika kommuner har kommit i sitt arbete mot bidragsbrott. Vidare tyder resultatet på att det i en lokal kontext i Malmö och Helsingborgs stad finns en fungerande samverkan, men att samverkan på nationell nivå är problematiskt på grund av sekretesslagstiftning som hindrar informationsspridning mellan aktörer. Studien fann även att bidragsbrott inte är prioriterat hos polisen och att det inom myndigheten finns en kunskapsbrist gällande brottet, vilket skapar frustration hos kommunerna. Med hjälp av samverkansteori och contemporary criminology förklaras brister i samverkan och svårigheter kopplat till att bidragsbrott är ett relativt nytt fenomen. / Benefit fraud has recently attracted attention for being a way for criminals to finance organized crimes. Previous research has mainly focused on benefit fraud against authorities and there is lack of knowledge regarding benefit fraud against municipalities. A qualitative study was utilized to examine benefit fraud against municipalities in a national context as well as in a local context in the cities of Malmö and Helsingborg. The study aims to investigate how the work is experienced and what type of cooperation that exists in the work against benefit fraud. The research consists of semi-structured interviews with people who have special knowledge on the subject. The results highlighted differences in how far different municipalities have come in their work against benefit fraud. Further, it was found that the cooperations are working well in a local context in the municipalities of Malmö and Helsingborg, but the cooperation in a national context is problematic due to difficulties sharing information. The study also showed that there is a lack of priority and knowledge regarding benefit fraud amongst the police, which creates a frustration from the municipalities. Cooperation theory and contemporary criminology are used to explain shortcomings regarding cooperation as well as difficulties concerning the fact that benefit fraud is a relatively new phenomenon.
