Poetry is one of the second plane languages in the classroom, related to it, there is the poem, which is sometimes considered difficult to work with. Thus, given the importance of poetry, the school should consider proposals that will enable the approach and familiarizing of students with the poetic genres, therefore, I trust the validity of works that can develop strategies to facilitate their use. Through a qualitative research, with the characteristics of Clandinin and Connelly (2011) narrative research, developed in the reality I work as a Portuguese teacher, in the present investigation, I started from actions developed with preteens students at the 6th year of basic education. This study aimed to: develop a work focusing on valuing poetic genres in public schools. In details, the specific objectives were to: a) define the concept of poetry and its scope; b) show the diversity of poetic language and approaches in the classroom; c) sensitize participants to the poetic language through aesthetic enjoyment and orality. To achieve these goals I built a didactic sequence from the assumptions by Dolz e Schneuwly (2011). The activities proposed by this didactic sequence were designed in seven steps: a presentation class, two lessons for initial production, five activity modules (eleven classes) and a final evaluation class. The construction was also based on the receptional method, proposed by Bordini e Aguiar (1993). This method assumes that the teacher, knowing the values, aspirations and reading experiences of their students, develop strategies to provide them active participation in reading and text production process. Also, encourage their conscious role in the world, something literature can provide. Finally, the work, done through the didactic sequence, provided an opportunity to the participating group, through reading experiences, the expansion of repertoire regarding the many poetry approaches in everyday life. It also provided knowledge about the concepts related to literary language which poetry is part. Moreover, it allowed experiences of aesthetic fruition, appreciation moments of orality in classroom, that is, a rescue of poetic language in school, without utilitarian purposes.

Bianchi, Maria Isabel Zanutto. January 2006 (has links)
Abstract: In this study, the presence of the history of mathematics in textbooks intended for use in the fifth through the eighth grades was analyzed. Three aspects were considered as probable stimuli for the presence of mathematics history in current textbooks, beyond the internal motivations of the authors themselves: the publication of the Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (Brazilian National Curriculum Parameters - PCN), evaluations of textbooks by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC) as part of the National Didactic Book Program (PNLD), and the growing strength of Mathematics History as a field of study in Brazil. It was observed that the most common forms used by the authors fell into the categories general information and additional information. The category teaching strategy, considered by specialists to be the most interesting from a teaching-learning perspective, appears infrequently in the textbooks, which leads us to conclude that there is still much to be done in the field. / Mestre

Desafios da didática nas licenciaturas: um estudo com professores formados entre cinco e dez anos / Didactics challenge at teaching majors: a study with teachers trained between five and ten years ago

Elaine Emiliano de Moraes 20 July 2012 (has links)
In this study is developed a research of qualitative nature that aims to understand in which didactics discipline set up at formation period, as well as first years of profession, of teachers who count until 10 year of training and who have came from different teaching major courses. It has been done individual interviews with 11 teachers who used to teach between the years 2010 and 2011, at Jundiai and São Paulo cities, both located at São Paulo state. The interviews data was organized such as allows the establishment of five categories that refer itself to manners how teachers realize his teacher training, emphasizing didactic discipline. They reveal doesnt have clarity related to didactic discipline function at teacher training. We have verified too that several conceptual facets of didactic extracted of statements are strongly linked to need for more support, which is possible appeal to dribble insecurity felt at moments when the teachers face challenge situations inside classroom. Based on that its developed a discussion aiming substantiate the idea of a didactic discipline more directed to an approach of complex questions that permeate daily of teaching at school, having as background reflective practice.

A complementaridade entre análise e síntese nos processos de ensino e de aprendizagem da matemática / The complementarily between analysis and synthesis of the math teaching and learning processes

Samuel Gomes Duarte 05 December 2014 (has links)
The main objective of this study is to analyze and discuss the relationship and presence between analysis and synthesis in the context of mathematics education and the possible consequences in relation to students learning. How the pair analysis and synthesis may be present in math class? How these elements relate to processes of teaching and learning that discipline? A literature review focused on didactics of mathematics elements and the Brazilian education history and the study of official curriculum documents were necessary to support and develop the analysis and discussion of two illustrative situations on teaching mathematics in basic education. For each of the proposed conditions are presented and analyzed four possible resolutions to discussion and systematization of mathematical notions mobilized are made and reflect on the dimensions and implications of the pair analysis and synthesis in the resolutions.

The investigative identity of this research is based upon the contributions of the curricular component of didactic to the development of teaching professionalism of student-teacher in the Pedagogy course of three Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. So, it had as especific objectives to identify, in the Pedagogical Project of the Course (PPC) and the course structures the discourses that deal with the knowledge that constitutes the teaching professionalism; to identify, in the discourses of student-teacher, which discussions promoted by the component help in the construction of professionalism and to identify the meanings that rise from the discourses of the students-teachers related to the contribution of the curricular component of Didactic to the construction of their professionalism. In this direction, we are based upon the discussions of Pimenta and Anastasiou (2002), Pimenta (2002, 2011, 2012, 2013) and Libâneo (2002, 2012, 2013) that deal on the contributions of Didactic in professional development of teachers, dialoguing with Farias (2011), Lins (2011) and Azzi (2012) on the direction of the knowing-doing built from the space of the praxis promoted by the discussions of Didactic. Articulated to these theoretical discussions, we stablish dialogues with the discoursive productions of the ANPED, the ENDIPE and the EPENN, to which outlined, also, as our theoretical-analytical device. In this sense, the dynamic of this research corresponds to a discoursive movement, under the theoretical-metodological light of the Discourse Analysis (ORLANDI, 2010), for, starting from it we could comprehend the discourses inscribed in the political-ideological formations from which they emerge, promoting a comprehension of the said, the non-said and the silenced in the construction of meanings. Therefore, our methodological route crossed the aplication of the social professinal questionnaire, which allowed the highlighting of our subjects, followed by semistructured interviews that allowed us access to the discourses of six students-teachers from the three IHE of the research field, articulated with the curricular discourses expressed in the PPC of Pedagogy and the Didactic structures from the respective courses-IHE. From the discourses of these groups – structures, PPC's and students-teachers – and the discoursive network that permeates this research, we identified the knowing-doing that mobilize the professionalism in the dimensions of the research, the reflexion, the politic, the organization, the contextualization and the technical-didactical-pedagogical questions that involve the teaching practice in the processes of teaching-learning. In this direction, the contributions of the Didactic refer to the possibility of it constituting as a space of socialization of the existent knowing-doing, searching also to problematize the reality as a formation mechanism of a professional teaching intelectuality, autonomous and critical, in the construction of new professionalism.

Elgblom, Simon January 2018 (has links)
To use fiction as educational material in school is proven to be effective and a good strategy to help students to understand and discuss other perspectives in difficult questions (Löfstedt, 2011). The aim with this essay is to evaluate Saracenens radicalization and the religious influence in Jag är pilgrimen written by Terry Hayes (2016). This was done through James Wallers (2007) theory of radicalization where three aspects of impact where analyzed (Waller, 2007). With a qualitative content analysis on chosen part of Hayes book (2016) three questions were answered. -          How can Saracenens radicalization be described thru James Wallers (2007) radicalization process and what role dose religion play in this process? -          Can we call Saracenens planning against USA as terrorism or religious terrorism? -          How can chose parts of Hayes book (2016) be used in education for Religion 2 in Swedish gymnasium to meet following core content in syllabus: Religions and outlooks on life of importance for people's identity, affiliation, community and view of gender equality (Skolverket, 2017)? The conclusion from the analysis is that Saracenens radicalization is comparable with Wallers theory and that it is also possible to call Saracenens planning religious terrorism (Jones, 2008). As for the third question, the conclusion is that the material meets the core content well and can be used as a ground for discussion in classroom about radicalization and how religion affects individual’s life.

Noto-ya-masogana : padi va boitshwaro

Lekganyane, Enniah Matemane 23 October 2012 (has links)
In this dissertation, Noto-ya Masogana is described as a moral story. The moral story can be distinguished from the didactic story and from the picaresque. The picaresque deals with a picaro who is the only main character. He is not presented as being trustworthy and responsible. As a result of this, this type of narrative is known as a 'Schelmroman' in German. The development of the story is simple and deals with the escapades of the picaro who goes on a journey. The didactic story presents the reader with a lesson, while the moral story indicates that a life well led will be rewarded. A life not well led will, in turn, be punished. In this narrative, Lesibana pays for his unfaithfulness to Mamahlo. He repents and the narrative has a happy ending. The method used in this investigation is based on an adjusted narratological model. Only the content and structure levels feature. The topic is identified as an important concept with regard to level one, the reason for this being that it influences the four different elements of the narrative, namely: characters, events time and place. Two main characters are distinguished, and the mutual relationship between them and less important characters receives attention. Events are divided into three categories according to importance. Events are thus called either essential, appropriate or coincidental. Two issues are relevant with regard to time; namely the moment at which an event takes place and the time which is occupied by an event. Place has a bearing on the natural as well as the sociocultural place. The concepts theme and narrating strategies play an important role on a structural level. In the discussion of the structure of Noto-ya-Masogana attention is paid to the exposition, the development, the climax and the resolution. The following techniques are relevant in this regard: motif, foreshadowing, retardation and acceleration of time, contrast, complication, focus and cycle. The study is conducted by comparing this novelette to the story of the Prodical Son and to the picaresque. Attention is also drawn to the author's use of the 'Makgoweng' motif. / Dissertation (MA)--University of Pretoria, 2012. / Philosophy / unrestricted
