<p>Syftet med vårt arbete var att undersöka om elevers attityder till de naturorienterande ämnena ändrats mellan år 4-6 och år 7-9. Detta tyckte vi oss ha sett när vi varit på olikaskolor under vår utbildning, därför ville vi med vår forskning se om det stämde även på den skolan vi undersökte. För att undersöka hur attityden till NO var, började vi med en enkätundersökning för elever i år 4-9. Resultatet för denna visade att elever i år 7-9 hade en mer negativ attityd till NO än elever i år 4-6. Då flera elever svarade att de inte tyckte om att arbeta med läroböcker bestämde vi oss för att undersöka även detta. Det gjordes genom ett antal observationer där vi studerade hur lärare och elever arbetade med läroböckerna. För att mer ingående få förståelse för hur detta arbete upplevdes gjorde vi även intervjuer med lärare och elever. För att få en klarhet i vilka förutsättningar som läroböckerna skapar för skolarbetet, gjorde vi en utvärdering av dessa. Slutligen förde vi en diskussion där vi kopplade ihop de empiriska studierna med den tidigare forskningen för att skapa en helhet. </p> / <p>The purpose with our work was to inquire about students attitudes to science subjects and if they change between years 4-6 and years 7-9. To examine the attitude to science subjects, we started with a questionnaire among students in years 4-9. The result showed us that the students in years 7-9 had a more negative attitude to science subjects, than those in years 4-6. We decided to research this too, when a few students answered thet they didn´t like to work with textbooks. We did that by observing how teachers and students worked with textbooks. To get a more detailed understanding how they felt about this work we also interviewed teachers and students. To get an enlightenment to what conditions textbooks create for schoolwork, we did an evaluation of them. Finally we conducted a discussion in which we connected the epiric studies with the earlier research to create an entirety.</p>

Procuramos fundamentar e explicitar neste trabalho o modo pelo qual o sujeito organiza, pessoal, coletiva e historicamente seu conhecimento astronômico. Toma-se como referencial teórico para essa organização a epistemologia genética de Jean Piaget, em particular sua teoria da abstração reflexionante. Apontam-se, na revisão bibliográfica, aspectos que se consideram relevantes para o conhecimento astronômico, tanto do ponto de vista teórico quanto histórico, seguindo uma direção que estrutura a gênese desse conhecimento específico, desde as estruturas sensório-motoras do sujeito, passando pelo pensamento pré-operatório, o pensamento operatório concreto e o pensamento operatório formal. O caminho seguido, uma vez que não podemos abranger o trabalho de Piaget na sua totalidade, foi o de fundamentar a aquisição do conhecimento no equilíbrio cognitivo, conseguido através de abstrações empíricas e reflexionantes, tendo como modelo, principalmente, o equilíbrio dos sistemas biológicos. Isso é, pretendemos mostrar como o conhecimento astronômico, iniciando pela percepção do céu, mediado pelo processo de equilibração e de abstração reflexionante, evolui por sucessivas tomadas de consciência dos fenômenos celestes e, ao mesmo tempo, das compreensões do próprio sujeito. Apontam-se, finalmente, algumas sugestões pedagógicas para que os fenômenos dos céus, inferenciais na sua totalidade, possam ser compreendidos em diferentes níveis de suas possíveis leituras. / This work has the objective of fundament and explicit in what ways one organizes, personal, collective and historically, its own astronomic knowledge. Jean Piaget’s genetics epistemology is taken as the referential theory, and the reflexionant abstraction theory taken as the central point. Through a checking on the bibliography, different aspects considered relevant for the astronomic knowledge are pointed out, in theory as in history, following a direction that structures the genesis of this specific knowledge, since one’s sensory-motor structures, going through the pre-operational thinking, the concrete operational thinking and the formal operational thinking. The way through which it was done, since we cannot go thorough the complete work of Piaget, fundaments the acquisition of knowledge on the cognitive equilibrium, acquired through empiric and reflexionant abstractions, having as a model, mainly, the biological systems equilibrium. In another way, with the astronomic knowledge, taken from the skies’ perception, mediated by the equilibrium theory and the reflecting abstraction theory, leads to the perception and understanding of the celestial phenomenon. Denne studien handler om fenomenet øvingsstrategier i sang. Hensikten med studien er ut fra en empirisk psykologisk fenomenologi, å utforske hva noen lærere i sang retter sin bevissthet mot når det gjelder øvingsstrategier. Studiens forskningsspørsmål er: ”Hvilke strategier erfares som betydningsfulle for sangøving?” og ”Hvilken rolle anser sangpedagoger å ha i forhold til sine elevers øvingsstrategier?”. Tidligere forskning om øvingsstrategier viser at det finnes stor variasjon i hva øving kan innebære, og at det ikke finnes én strategi som fungerer, men en variasjon av flere gir best resultat. Oppgaven har sitt teoretiske utgangspunkt i Empirisk Fenomenologisk Psykologi, der forskeren er ute etter respondentenes subjektive opplevelser og erfaringer i forhold til studiens tema. Undersøkelsen har blitt gjennomført med halvstrukturerte kvalitative intervjuer av etablerte og nyutdannede sanglærere fra både Norge og Sverige. Resultatet er delt inn i meningsmønstre, og de tre store psykologiske temaene selvstendighet, struktur og bevissthet rammer inn respondentenes uttalelser. Respondentene mener ut fra subjektive erfaringer at gode øvingsstrategier bygger på sangerens selvstendighet (jeg velger å øve), struktur (hvordan øvingen ser ut) og bevissthet (jeg gjør det jeg har planlagt å gjøre). I diskusjonen viser det seg at respondentenes uttalelser bekrefter mye av resultatene i den tidligere forskningen som presenteres i bakgrunnskapittelet. / This study is about practice strategies in singing. The purpose of this study is, from a empiric phenomenologic psychology, to investigate what some singing teachers direct their awareness toward when it comes to practice strategies in singing. The studys research questions are: ”Witch strategies are experienced as meaningful in singing practicing?” and ”What role consider singing teachers they have in relation to their students practice strategies?”. Prior research in practice strategies shows a great variation in what practice involves, and there is not only one functioning strategy, but a variation of several strategies provides the best outcome. The study has its theoretical basis in empiric phenomenologic psychology, where the researcher search for the respondents subejctive experiences to the subject of the study. The survey has been conducted with semi structured qualitative interviews of established and newly educated singing teachers from Norway and Sweden. The result is divided into meaning patterns, and the three psychological topics independence, structure and awareness frames the respondents statements. The respondents thinks from subjective experiences that good practice strategies are built on the singers independence (i choose to practice), structure (how the practice situation looks like) and awareness (I do what I planned to do). In the discussion it appears that the respondents statements confirms much of the result from the prior research presented in the background chapter.

O novo contexto do Direito Internacional tem buscado acomodar interesses econômicos às exigências de proteção ambiental, em linha com o desenvolvimento sustentável. Nesse particular, o investimento estrangeiro é elemento-chave e contribui para a aproximação entre Direito Internacional do Investimento Estrangeiro e Direito Internacional Ambiental, tanto em relação à elaboração de normas substantivas quanto aos processos de adjudicação. Embora já existam diversos trabalhos voltados a demonstrar como os investimentos estrangeiros podem contribuir com a preservação ambiental, pouco se tem escrito sobre os aspectos mais práticos dessa interação. Durante muito tempo, o caráter vago e impreciso da redação dos tratados ambientais dificultava sua aplicação às operações dos investidores. Contudo, a crescente consciência de parcela significativa da população mundial sobre a proteção ao meio ambiente está dando vida a cláusulas com conteúdo ambiental até então dormentes. Nesse contexto, o objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar empiricamente qual o tratamento concedido às questões ambientais suscitadas nos casos decididos pelos tribunais do Centro Internacional para Resolução de Disputas de Investimento (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes), o ICSID, no período entre 2000-2013. Para tanto, a pesquisa foi dividida em três partes. A primeira parte é dedicada ao contexto histórico que permitiu a aproximação entre Direito Internacional do Investimento Estrangeiro e do Direito Ambiental Internacional. Na segunda parte o ICSID é apresentado, de modo a compreender sua organização e funcionamento e, principalmente, de que forma as questões ambientais podem ser suscitadas no âmbito das disputas de investimento. E, por fim, os resultados obtidos a partir da pesquisa empírica das decisões proferidas pelos tribunais do ICSID são apresentados, sistematizando os argumentos apresentados pelas partes, bem como aqueles utilizados pelos tribunais ao decidir os litígios de investimento compreendendo a matéria ambiental. / The new context of International Law pursues the accommodation of economic interests to the needs of environmental protection, in line with the sustainable development. To that particular, the foreign investment is a key element and contributes to a closer relation between the Foreign Investment International Law and the Environmental International Law, inasmuch as in relation to the enactment of substantive laws, as towards to enforcement procedures. Although there are several studies aiming at demonstrating how foreign investments may contribute to the environmental protection, few has been written about the most practical aspects of such interaction. For a long time, the vague and imprecise character of the provisions in environmental treaties turn harder their enforcement towards the investment transactions. However, the growth in conscience on environment protection of a substantial portion of the world population has given life to clauses with environmental content that were dormant until recently. In this context, the objective of this study is to make an empiric analysis on the treatment granted to environmental matters raised in cases decided by the tribunals of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the ICSID, in the period between 2000 and 2013. For that, this research is divided in three parts. The first one is dedicated to the historical context that allowed the approximation between Foreign Investment International Law and Environmental International Law. In the second part the ICSID is presented, to allow a better comprehension of its organization and functioning and, mainly, the forms in which environmental matters can be raised within the scope of investment disputes. And, finally, the results obtained with the empiric research on the decisions enacted by the ICSID tribunals are presented, with a systematization of the arguments used by the involved parties, as well as the arguments adopted by the tribunals to decide the investment disputes comprising environmental matters.

I den här artikeln undersöks implementationen av ett ärende och handläggningssystem kallat Platina vid Länsstyrelsen i Västerbotten. Problematik med implementationen identifieras genom intervjuer och observationer med anställda vid myndigheten. Undersökningarna leder till slutsatsen att myndigheten inte har fått ett färdigt system utan ett som kräver fortsatt utveckling innan det uppfyller de krav som ställs på det. Det finns även en risk att utvecklingen av systemet inom myndigheten läggs ner på grund av organisationsförändringar. / This article researches the implementation of a case and workflow system called Platina at the County Administrative Board in Västerbotten County. Problems with the implementation were identified through interviews and observations with employees. The empiric studies showed that the County Administrative Board did not get a fully functional system, but in fact a system that demands continued development to meet the expected demands. There is also a risk that the development of the system will be aborted due to organizational changes.
