Written and published at the time of transition between the Republic, as a form of government, and what became known as the Principate, this work has a strong connection with the context to which it belongs, linking itself noticeably to the constructive policy of Octavian Augustus, to whom the work is dedicated. This Emperor performed a profound transformation in the architectural landscape of Rome, making it worthy of being the capital of the Empire. In his recovery policy and restoration of the mos maiorum and morals and his attention to religion, he showed great effort in restoring and building temples throughout Rome. It is on this point of convergence, between architecture and religion, which we concentrate our attention in this work, when we analyze how Vitruvius, in his work, and Augustus, in his buildings, appropriated of a Greek architectural referential and of a Greek imagetic referential, thus sharing an architectural imaginary. To this end, we analyze one of the buildings of this Princeps, his Forum with the Temple of Mars Ultor, in order to realize the use of this referential as well as demonstrating how such constructions had the task of perpetuating the memory. This analysis is done with the De Architectura as a guide. / Único tratado sobre arquitetura a chegar aos nossos dias praticamente completo, o De Architectura, de Vitrúvio, figura de grande importância para o estudo da arquitetura romana. Escrita e publicada no momento de transição entre a República, enquanto forma de governo, e o que ficou conhecido como Principado, tal obra possui uma forte ligação com o contexto ao qual pertence, se vinculando de modo perceptível à política construtiva de Otávio Augusto, para quem a obra é dedicada. Este Imperador empreendeu uma profunda transformação na paisagem arquitetônica de Roma, tornando-a digna de ser a capital do Império. Em sua política de valorização e restauração do mos maiorum e da moral e de sua atenção à religião, ele demonstrou grande esforço na restauração e construção de templos por toda Roma. Sendo este ponto de convergência, entre arquitetura e religião, sobre o qual nos debruçamos neste trabalho, quando analisamos de que modo Vitrúvio, em sua obra, e Augusto, em suas construções, se apropriaram de um referencial arquitetônico e imagético grego, compartilhando assim um imaginário arquitetônico. Para tanto, analisamos uma das construções deste Princeps, seu Fórum juntamente com o templo de Mars Ultor, de modo a perceber a utilização deste referencial, bem como demonstrando em que medida tais construções tinham a função de perpetuar a memória. Tal análise se faz tendo o De Architectura como norteador.

In this research, we detail the course of techniques application and presentation of results by means of reports. Such presentation was conditioned to the set of themes and to the evaluation criterion of Discussion Forum, which was restricted to the development of a set of analysis techniques about data generated in on-line courses interactions of a school institution, in order to enable the visualization and provide conditions to evaluate the quality of posts, as professors/tutors face di culties in following the discussions due to the quantity of interactions. For this reason, this study adopted as strategy a qualitative and quantitative approach that aimed to analyze both quantity of posts of 841 participants of 18 classes within the discussion forums universe where we may nd problems, and quality of students comments during the analysis, by checking if they were suitable and if they met the objective proposed. The objective of this research was extracting comments and having relevant information about the posts. To achieve this purpose, it was developed a set of techniques in an R Markdown le to present reports with results of the evaluation based on Data Mining (DM), speci cally Text Mining (TM) and exploratory analysis, whose investigations were summative and formative. In this way, we hope that the action developed in this research may support managers to analyze students contributions and follow the work of the professional in charge of class learning. The methodology showed and the indexes used may be applied in any type of text database. / Os mecanismos voltados para controle de avaliação e análise da produção textual são estratégias que podem auxiliar o acompanhamento de informacões geradas ao longo dos cursos na modalidade a distância. Nesta pesquisa, descreve-se o percurso de aplicação de técnicas e demonstração de resultados por meio de relatórios. Tal demonstração esteve condicionada á temática e aos critérios de avaliação de Fórum de Discussão, restrita ao desenvolvimento de conjunto de técnicas de análise, relacionadas aos dados gerados na interação de cursos on-line de uma instituição de ensino, a fim de facilitar a visualização e oferecer condições de avaliação da qualidade das postagens, vito que professores/tutores têm di ficuldade de seguir as discussões dado o número de participações. Por isso, este estudo teve como estratégia a abordagem quali-quantitativa que visou analisar tanto a quantidade de postagens de 841 participantes, de 18 salas, no universo dos fóruns em que residem problemas detidos, quanto a qualidade dos comentários dos estudantes durante a análise, veri cando se foram satisfatórios e atingiram o objetivo proposto. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi extrair comentários e obter informações relevantes sobre as postagens. Para alcançá-lo, foi elaborado um conjunto de técnicas em R Markdown para apresentar, por meio de relatórios, os resultados da avaliação baseada na linha da Mineração de Dados (MD), em especial a Mineração de Textos (MT) e análises exploratórias, cujas investigacões foram do tipo somativa e formativa. Dessa forma, espera-se que a ação desenvolvida nesta pesquisa possa auxiliar gestores e professores na tarefa de examinar as contribuições dos alunos e acompanhar o trabalho do pro fissional responsável pelo ensino da turma. A metodologia demonstrada e os indicadores utilizados podem ser aplicados para qualquer tipo de base de dados textual.

Orientador: Carla Gandini Giani Martelli / Resumo: Neste trabalho foi analisado a capacidade do Conselho Estadual de Assistência Social do Paraná de impactar as agendas governamentais como subsistema político na consolidação do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS) no Estado, analisando as formas de interação entre Estado-sociedade e a articulação desempenhada pelo Conselho como subsistema político na consolidação da Política Estadual de Assistência Social como política pública mediante os projetos políticos do executivo estadual entre os anos de 2011 a 2018. O pressuposto da pesquisa está na concepção que a existência dos Conselhos Gestores e das Conferências de Políticas Públicas contribuem efetivamente para a consolidação das políticas públicas em um Estado Democrático de Direito inferindo significativamente nas agendas governamentais, além de ofertarem um repertório de interação entre Estado-sociedade como subsistemas políticos que articulam atores e instituições na apresentação de escolhas e alternativas. Parte-se da dimensão de que interesses outros, que não os coletivamente acordados nas Conferências e encaminhados pelos Conselhos Gestores, influenciam a incorporação ou não das deliberações na agenda do Poder Público do Estado. The research assumption is in the conception that the existence of the Managers Councils and the Public Policy Conferences effectively contribute to the consolidation of public policies in a Democratic State, implying significantly in the governmental agendas, besides offering a repertoire of interaction between state-society as political subsystem that articulates actors and institutions presenting choices and alternatives. It starts from the dimension of others interests, that are not collectively agreed upon the Conferences and forwarded by the Managers Council, influencing the incorporation or not from the deliberations in the agenda of the Public State of Power. This thesis is dealing text ranking on the internet background. There are described available methods for classification and splitting of the text reports. The part of this thesis is implementation of Bayes naive algorithm and classifier using neuron nets. Selected methods are compared considering their error rate or other ranking features.

My thesis deals with the status of German language standard and is based on research in the internet discussion sites (internet forums), that deal with the topic of language. The internet forums that I've chosen offer help in learning a foreign language, in our case German. The help is provided either by proofreading or by answering the specific questions. This thesis is based on Ulrich Ammon's model of four social forces and the theory of language management. Next to the instances, which according to Ammon determine the standard, I included the participants of discussion, who decide what is standard too and thereby affect those for whom isn't German the native language. The analysis will be carried out on the basis of the proofreading of model texts. With the help of the language management theory I will discuss with the proofreader in the comments their selected (or not selected) option. The aim of my work is to observe the behavior of normative authority in relation to the codified norm, whether they know and follow it. Furthermore, I am interested in the social background and language abilities of the participants, which I'll find out by using the questionnaires.

O modelo inclui um instrumento de pontuação (rubrica) baseado na Taxonomia de Bloom para avaliação de Competências em disciplinas da engenharia. A revisão da literatura indicou oportunidades de pesquisa atendidas pelo modelo proposto, tais como, comparação de diferentes rubricas, aplicação da Taxonomia de Bloom em atividades colaborativas, bem como validade e confiabilidade de rubricas em diferentes contextos educacionais. O modelo de avaliação utiliza rubrica analítica, a qual fornece feedback específico para cada uma das competências avaliadas, de acordo com os níveis da Taxonomia de Bloom: lembrar, entender, aplicar, analisar, avaliar e criar. As competências avaliadas estão alinhadas com a Accreditation Board of Engineering and Techonology (ABET), World Economic Forum de 2015 e National Academy of Engineering, de forma a comtemplar complexidade e desafios do profissional do século XXI. A validação do modelo foi feita por meio de sua aplicação em instituições públicas de ensino superior (Escola de Engenharia de São Carlos (EESC), Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) e Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar)), o que envolveu 118 docentes especialistas de ensino a distância e 106 estudantes. The model includes a grading tool (rubric), based on Bloom’s Taxonomy, for the evaluation of competencies in Engineering courses which stimulate logical thinking and decision making. The literature review revealed research possibilities about the proposed model use, such as the comparison of different rubrics, the application of Bloom’s Taxonomy in collaborative activities, and rubric validity and reliability in different educational contexts. The evaluation Model uses an analytic rubric, which provides a specific feedback for each of the evaluated competencies, according to the levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating. The research was held with a group of Práticas de Leitura e Escrita na Contemporaneidade, offered by Secretariat for Education of São Paulo (SEE-SP) in association with Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) in the Post-graduation Program of Applied Linguistics and Language Studies (LAEL). The course was exclusively online and attended by aproximately 10,000 teachers of all disciplines of Basic Education II, teacher-coordinators (PCs), teacher-coordinators and teaching supervisors of the state schools in São Paulo. The theoretical basis that guided the research was divided into three aspects: the first one related to interaction, according to Gunawardena, Lowe and Anderson (1997) and Anderson and Kanuka (1998); the second one related to language analysis in a real context of use, guided by Systemic Functional Linguistics, more precisely by the concept of Contextual Configuration (CC) and generic structure potential (GSP) developed by Halliday e Hasan (1989); and the third one related to argumentation in discussion forums according to the studies of Coffin, Painter and Hewings (2005). Based on the qualitative analysis of the discussion forum, it was possible to verify how interaction and argumentation can relate in the environment. As the interaction develops better, the possibilities of deepening the discussion increase, and, consequently, the chances of developing more argumentative strategies increase too. It was also possible to realize how the articulation between the interaction development and discussion is like in relation to the type of mediation that occurred in the analyzed environment / O objetivo desta pesquisa foi verificar como a argumentação ocorreu em um fórum de discussão online com finalidade educacional, bem como mapear a rede das interações no fórum analisado, observando como a discussão se configurou. A pesquisa foi realizada com uma turma do Curso Práticas de Leitura e Escrita na Contemporaneidade, oferecido pela Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo (SEE-SP) em parceria com a Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, por meio do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Linguística Aplicada e Estudos da Linguagem (LAEL). O curso foi oferecido totalmente a distância, via internet, para cerca de 10.000 professores de todas as disciplinas da Educação Básica II, professores-cordenadores (PCs), professores-cordenadores de Oficina Pedagógica (PCOPs) e supervisores de ensino da rede pública estadual paulista. We had analyzed the forum of a semipresential discipline of the Letras course of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. On the analysis of the forum was observed the linguistic marks that characterizes courtesy/politeness, the usage of an adapted language to the interlocutors that has participated in the forum and the interaction between them. With specific objectives, on this research we propose: to identify linguistic aspects that are characterized as courtesy and politeness present on the educational forum; to verify what kind of positive politeness are used by the interlocutors and how the face preservation occurs; to verify what kind of strategies to the negative politeness are used by the interlocutors and what occur when there isn t a use of face preservation strategies. The theoretician framework of this research is anchored, basically, on the Grice s (1975), Brown & Levinson s (1987), Rosa s (1992), Marcuschi s (2003) studies and in studies about the usage of emoticons that aims the categories analysis: face preservation strategies by the conversational markers and attenuation in special, positive politeness strategies and emoticons. On the analyzed categories we can detach the linguistic marks, the usage of the adapted language to all interlocutors that participates in the forum and the reciprocity between them. The gotten results points to the usage of the politeness by the interlocutors on a collaborative context and of interaction that favors the face preservation on the educational forums / Neste trabalho, temos por objetivo analisar o gênero fórum em ambiente de aprendizagem EAD - que favorece discussões e troca de conhecimento entre os participantes. Analisamos fóruns de uma disciplina semipresencial do curso de Letras da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Na análise dos fóruns observou-se as marcas lingüísticas que caracterizam cortesia/polidez, o emprego de uma linguagem adaptada aos interlocutores que participaram dos fóruns e a interação entre eles. Como objetivos específicos, nesta pesquisa, propusemos: identificar aspectos lingüísticos que se caracterizam como cortesia e polidez presentes nos fóruns educacionais; verificar que estratégias para polidez positiva são utilizadas pelos interlocutores e como ocorre a preservação das faces. O arcabouço teórico da nossa pesquisa está ancorado, basicamente, nos estudos de Grice (1975), Brown & Levinson (1987), Rosa (1992), Marcuschi (2003) e em estudos sobre o uso dos emoticons que visam a análise das categorias: estratégias de preservação das faces por meio dos marcadores conversacionais e em especial atenuação, estratégias de polidez positiva e emoticons. Nas categorias analisadas destacamos as marcas lingüísticas, o emprego da linguagem adaptada a todos os interlocutores que participam dos fóruns e a reciprocidade entre eles. No. of bitstreams: 1 Antonia Marcia Araujo Guerra Urquizo Valdivia.pdf: 2951009 bytes, checksum: 666b21a26f54a2ed9e98f0e0847e22e3 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017-02-17 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This research brings the analysis of the dispute in the construction of human rights in Brazil from the reasons that led the president Dilma Rousseff to hold the First World Forum of Human Rights (WFDH) in 2013, as an attempt and a political response, through the correlations of forces established in the field of human rights, which made it possible for the government to take a political breath, especially in relation to the conservative groups they intended for non-implementation of the PNDH-3. In addition, the government achieved a new renegotiation with the social, dissatisfied, due to the non-performance of the actions established in the PNDH-3. The analysis that underlies this thesis is based on the core of historical and dialectical materialism, starting from the relationship of social classes, demanded by the social direction of concrete political action, on a tense terrain that forms the human rights. To do so, it is based on three dimensions of human rights: civil and political rights, economic, social and cultural rights, and the rights of solidarity or fraternity (diffuse and collective). The option was for the methodology of qualitative social research, which combined bibliographical research, documentary research and field research (interviews) with the subjects that work in the scope of human rights and collaborators in the construction of the I FMDH. The results of the research reveal that Brazil advanced in the political-juridical modernization after the Federal Constitution of 1988, but they also point out that conservatism is maintained, based on the strong cultural heritage of Brazil colony, fueling the dispute of political projects in an offensive conjuncture Neoliberal / Esta pesquisa traz a análise da disputa na construção dos direitos humanos no Brasil a partir das razões que levaram a presidente Dilma Rousseff a realizar o I Fórum Mundial de Direitos Humanos (FMDH) em 2013, como uma aposta e resposta política, mediante as correlações de forças estabelecidas no campo dos direitos humanos, o que possibilitou um fôlego político do governo, sobretudo em relação aos grupos conservadores que tencionavam, para a não implementação do PNDH-3. Além disso, o governo conseguiu uma nova repactuação com os segmentos sociais, insatisfeitos, devido a não realização das ações estabelecidas no PNDH-3. A análise que embasa esta tese fundamenta-se no cerne do materialismo histórico e dialético, a partir da relação de disputa das classes sociais, demandada pela direção social da ação política concreta, em um terreno tenso que forma os direitos humanos. Para tanto, se ampara em três dimensões de direitos humanos – os direitos civis e políticos, os direitos econômicos, sociais e culturais e os direitos da solidariedade ou da fraternidade (difusos e coletivos). A opção foi pela metodologia de pesquisa social qualitativa, que combinou a pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo (entrevistas) com os sujeitos que atuam no âmbito dos direitos humanos e colaboradores da construção do I FMDH. The dissertation is devoted to the notion of preventive diplomacy. In the first part, various theoretical approaches to the term are discussed, especially regarding the position of preventive diplomacy in the cycle of conflict, and its instruments. A brief overview of regional arrangements and their role in preventive diplomacy is provided, too, since the second main part of the work focuses on the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) and its proclaimed intention to introduce preventive diplomacy in the region. Nonetheless, as the study shows, the ARF participants have not yet resorted to the development of preventive diplomacy. The objective of the dissertation is twofold: besides providing a synthesis and systemization of theoretical approaches to preventive diplomacy, it aims to identify the main obstacles hindering the ARF to implement effective measures of preventive diplomacy. In this respect, it is argued that it is both the set of norms also known as ASEAN Way and the Chinese negative stance that constitute the major reason of ARF's inability to proceed to the stage of preventive diplomacy.
