Background: Psychosomatic disorders and mental illness are increasing among children and adolescents. Conceptual description of various health conditions in mental health and illness, psychosomatic and mental disorder are needed, along with an understanding of the impact of risk factors and protective factors for mental health disorders in children and adolescents. The nurse’s preventative and supportive work on mental health interventions promotes mental health and wellbeing. The psychiatric nurse's health promotion work is based on trust and respect, this to identifying mental illness and being able to direct efforts and preventing a further disease progression. Aim: The aim was to describe the nurse's preventive work and the mental health promoting interventions in the care of children and adolescents with mental and psychosomatic disorders. Another aim was to describe the need for the psychiatric nurse's collaboration through her specific knowledge in the care of children and adolescents with mental illness. Method: An integrative review of fourteen peer reviewed articles. Article searches were conducted in the databases CINAHLComplete, PSYCInfo and PubMed. Whittemore and Knafl's (2005) work process in method was applied and divided into the work in five stages. Theoretical background was Eriksson's nursing theory. Results: The result showed that the nurses preventive work and mental health promotion interventions with children and adolescents with mental illness and psychosomatic symptoms consisted of a variety of disease prevention measures such as prevention program, early identification of symptoms and early intervention with appropriate interventions. Further results highlight the need for the psychiatric nurse's collaboration and guidance through their specific knowledge in the care of children and adolescents with mental illness. Conclusion: The nurse is in a position to assist the families, children and adolescents intervening with their prevention work and interaction regarding mental illness. The result shows that empathy and responsiveness develop trusting relationships with the children for early identifying psychosomatic disorders and dealing with mental illness. Effective health promotion interventions within and outside the health sector can further build children's self-esteem and resilience. Increased constructive collaboration in mental health care creates increased quality of care. The psychiatric nurse has a collaborative role and supervisory function by supporting and contributing with her specialist knowledge in the school, child health and child health care.

Syftet med studien var att analysera specialpedagogers och lärares upplevelser av elevhälsoteams främjande och förebyggande elevhälsoarbete, samt specialpedagogers roll i detta arbete. Studien utgick från en kvalitativ metodansats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med specialpedagoger och lärare. Skolnivån för studien är grundskola. Studiens analys utgick från Aspelins modell den relationella specialpedagogikens brännpunkt. Resultatet visade att elevhälsans uppdrag inte tydligt kommunicerats ute i skolans verksamhet. Det saknades tillfällen där elevhälsans professioner samt skolpersonal kunde utveckla skolans främjande elevhälsoarbete. Studien visade också att lärare önskade tidigare kontakt med elevhälsans olika professioner. Lärare önskade också att elevhälsans olika professioner i större utsträckning deltog i skolans verksamhet.

This Bachelor of Science thesis focuses on the real estate development and overbuilding in China’s second- and third-tier cities. A number of interviews have been made in order to, combined with information from respected media sources, get a as neutral picture of the situation in the cities as possible. The steps toward development of new buildings are, not just in China, many and includes a number of different participants. Therefore one will find a number of different opinions as well as problems that originate with the development. The interviews that were executed for this thesis were with different people that some way or another are active or has been active in the real estate development in the country. The participants were either active in architecture, engineering, development or expertise regarding the country. All the contributors acknowledged the problem of overbuilding in China, however to what extent the problem existed according to the participants varied. Thus several articles and publications have been referred to in the thesis to exclude possible personal opinions. The thesis includes problems regarding corruption, inconclusive demand analysis’s, "Hukou", governmental visions, urbanization and finally governmental regulations. Conclusively there is not a single factor alone that led to today’s excess real estate development but many different factors that together contributed to the situation. / Detta examensarbete fokuserar på Kinas bostadsutveckling i dess mindre storstäder; andra- och tredjeskiktsstäder. Ett flertal intervjuer har genomförts för att, förutom information genom internationell media, få en så neutral och heltäckande bild av bostadsutvecklingen. Stegen till byggande av nya fastigheter, inte bara i Kina utan i hela världen, innehåller många steg och därmed många olika aktörer vilket medför att en rad olika åsikter om vilka problem som uppstår i och med byggandet. Intervjuerna som genomfördes var med en arkitekt, byggnadsingenjör, fastighetsutvecklare samt en Kina-expert. Alla deltagande sade att förbyggande av städerna existerade men hur utbrett de olika aktörerna tyckte att problemet var varierade. I och med denna variation av åsikter gällande förbyggande refererar detta arbete till en rad artiklar och rapporter som publicerats via olika respektabla tidskrifter. Arbetet tar upp problem inom byggande i Kina såsom korruption, bristande marknadsanalyser, "Hukou", höga mål från regeringen gällande urbanisering samt regleringar på statlig nivå. Det är alltså inte bara en faktor som lett till situationen i vissa av Kinas städer idag utan en rad bidragande omständigheter.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka faktorer som ligger bakom studieavhopputifrån studie- och yrkesvägledarnas perspektiv. Även att undersöka de faktorer som kan påverka ungdomar vid gymnasievalet och slutligen att undersöka de förebyggande åtgärderna som gymnasieskolan kan använda sig av för att förebygga studieavhopp.Studiens frågeställningar har formulerats som följande: Vilka faktorer uppfattar studie- och yrkesvägledarna påverkar ungdomarnas beslut att hoppa av gymnasiet? Hur ser studie- och yrkesvägledarna kopplingen mellan gymnasievalet i grundskolan och beslutet att eleverna väljer att hoppa av gymnasiet? Samt hur stor påverkan har gymnasiemässan på elevernas gymnasieval? På vilket sätt kan effektiv vägledning i gymnasiet förebygga studieavhopp?Vi har använt kvalitativ forskningsmetod och genomfört sex intervjuer med studie- och yrkesvägledare. Den tidigare forskningen förklarar de möjliga faktorerna som påverkar ungdomarna att ta beslutet att avbryta sina studier samt vad skolan kan göra för att förebygga studieavhopp från gymnasiet. För att analysera studiens resultat har Careership teorin och STF modellenanvänts.Resultat som denna studie kom fram till var att det fanns olika orsaker till studieavhopp från gymnasiet exempelvis fel gymnasieval, påverkan av omgivningen samt skolmiljön.Även gymnasiemässan hade stor påverkan vid gymnasievalet. Studien visar dessutomvikten av att skolan fångar upp dessa elever så fort som möjligt och sätter in lämpliga stödinsatser för att förebygga studieavhopp.

Syftet med studien var att se hur skolkuratorer på gymnasieskolor kan arbeta förebyggande med syskonvåld inom det skolsociala arbetet. Studien har utgått från tre frågeställningar som berör hur skolkuratorerna arbetar förebyggande mot syskonvåld, vilka metoder som kan vara användbara samt hur de kan hjälpa elever som redan blivit utsatta för syskonvåld. Denna studie har utförts utifrån en kvalitativ ansats genom fyra fokusgruppsintervjuer med sammanlagt tio intervjupersoner som arbetar på gymnasieskolor. Studiens resultat visar att det råder mer kunskap om syskonvåld och det förebyggande arbetet kring detta än vad skolkuratorerna inledningsvis uppfattat. Genom diskussioner och reflektioner i fokusgrupperna har skolkuratorerna erhållit mer kunskap. Gymnasieskolorna har ett antal bra metoder som redan existerar inom verksamheterna som går att applicera både på det förebyggande arbetet och arbetet där syskonvåldet redan sker. Det går även att arbeta förebyggande där våldet redan sker genom att förhindra att våldet fortlöper och eskalerar. / The purpose of the study was to see how school counselors at high schools can work preventively with sibling violence within the school social work. The study was based on three questions that concern how the school counselors work preventively against sibling violence, which methods can be useful and how they can help students who have already been exposed to sibling violence. This study has been carried out based on a qualitative approach through four focus group interviews with a total of ten interviewees who work in high school. The results of the study show that there is more knowledge about sibling violence and the preventive work around it than the school counselors initially perceived. Through discussions and reflections in the focus groups, the school counselors have gained more knowledge. The high schools have a number of good methods that already exist within the activities that can be applied both to the preventive work and the work where sibling violence already is present. It is also possible to work preventively where the violence is already taking place by preventing the violence from continuing and escalating.
