La notion de placage chez Daryush Shayegan : la hiérarchisation des épistémès au service du néo-orientalisme.Odier, Sylvain 07 1900 (has links)
Dans ce mémoire, nous présentons la notion de placage développée par DaryushShayegan. Le placage lie dans un espace interépistémique deux épistémès (tradition et modernité) hétéromorphes. Puisque les deux épistémès ne peuvent être mises en relation sans réduction, leur chevauchement aboutit à des distorsions. En adoptant une posture d’herméneute, nous mettons à nu les structures du texte qui définissent la notion de placage. Puis, nous nous interrogeons sur les « implications non claires », ces aprioris de l’auteur qui marquent le texte. Ce processus nous amène à définir la notion de paradigme (Kuhn), celle d’épistémè (Foucault) et de saisir quelle utilisation en fait DaryushShayegan dans la construction du placage. Dans la seconde partie, nous discutons la problématique de la hiérarchisation des épistémès. Alors que la position de DaryushShayegan comporte des relents de néo-orientalisme, nous voyons que les approches rhizomique et traditionaliste dissolvent la problématique en question. / In this thesis, we present the notion of grafting developed by DaryushShayegan. In an inter-epistemic space, grafting links two heteromorphic epistemes (tradition and modernity). As both epistemes cannot be equated to one another without first diluting them, any overlapping characteristics that might emerge will be distorted. By assuming the guise of hermenauts, we strip to the core the structures of the text that define the notion of grafting. We then examine the “non-clear implications”, the author’s preconceived notions that permeate the text. This process forces us to define the notions of paradigm (Kuhn) and of episteme (Foucault), and to grasp how the author utilizes them to construct the notion of grafting. In the second part, we discuss about hierarchical relations between both epistemes. Even though DaryushShayegan’s position contains elements of neo-orientalism, we see that the rhizomic and traditionalist approaches dissolve the problem at hand.

Les matériaux à transition de spin (TS) à base de Fe(II) et de ligands triazolepeuvent changer d’état de spin sous l’effet d’une perturbation extérieure telle que latempérature, la pression ou l’irradiation lumineuse. Si ces aspects sont bien connus, ce n’estque depuis quelques années que le design des particules à TS connait un véritable essor avecpour objectif principal de créer de larges gammes de tailles et de formes de nanoparticules.C’est dans ce contexte que nous avons rationnalisé, grâce à un examen scrupuleux de tousles paramètres expérimentaux, la synthèse par micelles inverses afin d’élaborer des particulesà TS de tailles et de morphologies contrôlées. Par exemple, dans des conditionsexpérimentales bien définies, nous pouvons désormais offrir un panel de tailles de particulesen forme de bâtonnet allant de 30 à 1000 nm pour le composé [Fe(Htrz)2(trz)](BF4). Enparallèle nous avons conduit la toute première exploration, pour les matériaux à TS, de lasynthèse par spray-drying. Des particules sphériques de tailles micrométriques présentant despropriétés différentes de celles observées habituellement ont alors été obtenues. L’un deschallenges actuels du design des particules à TS concerne le greffage de particules d’or. Al’encontre des résultats actuels de la littérature, nous proposons ici une méthode de greffagedirect de nanoparticules d’or sur celles à TS conduisant à des particules hybrides de typeTS@Au. Ce greffage apparaît plus efficace que ce qui était connu jusqu’à présent et, desurcroît, se révèle pertinent pour une large gamme de taille des particules d’or. / The spin-crossover (SCO) materials based on iron (II) and triazole ligands canchange their spin state under an external perturbation like temperature, pressure or lightirradiation. If these aspects are well known, it is only in the recent years that the SCO-particledesign has attracted attention of the scientific community with increasing interests notablyfocusing on the access to wide ranges of sizes and shapes of nanoparticles. In this context,we rationalized the reverse micellar synthesis, thanks to a scrupulous study of all experimentalparameters, to produce SCO particles with controlled size and shape. For example, underwell-defined experimental conditions, we can now offer rod-shaped particles with sizes rangingfrom 30 to 1000 nm for [Fe(Htrz)2(trz)](BF4). In parallel, we drove the first exploration byspray-drying for SCO materials. Spherical-micrometric particles with different properties, fromthose observed usually, were obtained. Within the design of SCO particles, one of the currentchallenges concerns the grafting of gold particles. In contrast to existing literature results, wepropose a method to graft directly gold nanoparticles on SCO particles leading to hybridparticles denoted SCO@Au. This grafting seems to be more effective than previous resultsand shows itself relevant for a wide range of size of gold particles.

L’objectif de cette thèse est de développer des matériaux organiques rédox à base de phénothiazine pour être utilisés à l’électrode positive des batteries lithium. Les matériaux organiques s’inscrivent en rupture des matériaux inorganiques coûteux et toxiques. Dans ce but, des matériaux rédox contenant l’unité phénothiazine ont été synthétisés, caractérisés. Leurs propriétés électrochimiques ont été analysées par dépôt sur électrode et par microélectrode à cavité, puis les plus prometteurs ont été testés en cellule lithium et sodium. La cible rédox choisie, la phénothiazine, a été polymérisée et substituée à un squelette phosphazène. Les tests en cellules ont mis en évidence la dissolution systématique du matériau et la nécessité d’empêcher ce phénomène rédhibitoire pour l’application batterie. Dans ce but, l’utilisation de polymères insolubles et de copolymères dotés d’une fonction post-réticulable ont permis d’augmenter significativement la cyclabilité et les performances énergétiques des cellules lithium. De plus, l’utilisation du sodium à l’électrode négative et d’anions peu lipophiles ont également permis de limiter cette contribution de dissolution. Une fonctionnalisation du carbone par la phénothiazine a également été investiguée par deux stratégies différentes. Dans les deux cas, un greffage a été réalisé avec succès. Les analyses électrochimiques ont permis de confirmer des propriétés électrochimiques très prometteuses de ces carbones modifiés. / The aim of this work is to develop phenothiazine-based redox organic materials for lithium positive electrode. Comparatively to inorganic materials, organic ones can constitute clear break by decreasing the cost, toxicity and security issues while keeping good performances. In that purpose, redox materials involving phenothiazine moieties have been synthesized, characterized, then, their electrochemical properties have been analyzed electrochemically, the most promising ones have been tested in lithium and sodium cells. The redox target chosen, the phenothiazine, has been polymerized and functionalized onto phosphazene backbone. Cell tests showed material dissolution contribution has to be avoided. In this context, insoluble polyphenothiazine and cross-linkable copolymers were able to upgrade significantly the cyclability and the energetic performances of lithium cells. Moreover, sodium cells with a poor lipophilic anion showed lower dissolution contribution. Carbon grafting by phenothiazine has also been investigated. It has been performed by electrochemical and chemical means and has led to promising electrochemical performances.

In Brazil, specifically in the Northeast region are concentrated the largest producers of melon and watermelon.
With the intensification of these crops, together with several inadequate management practices, it has been observed an increase in incidence of root diseases in cucurbitaceae, caused by soilborne fungi. From among these pathogens, worth mentioning the Monosporascus cannonballus, causer of the decline of branches in major producer areas of melon and watermelon of Rio Grande do Norte, responsible for causing heavy losses. However, research has been intensified with different methods of control, with the use of chemical fumigants, antagonists fungus for biological control; solarization, grafting and genetic control. Therefore, the objectives of this paper, were: to select genotypes of curubitaceae resistants to the M. cannonballus and check the fixation of rootstocks of pumpkins over grafting of watermelon. In the first experiment, we analyzed the damage on the roots in genotypes of pumpkins, watermelons and melons, and initial and final population of soil ascospores, evaluating the resistance of these M. cannonballus. At the second experiment was evaluated fixation, stem diameter, plant height, leaf number, fresh mass of the aerial part, fresh mass of the root, dry mass of shoot and root in pumpkin rootstocks on the graft watermelon. The statistical outline adopted in both experiments was entirely randomized. The genotypes were classified as resistant and moderately resistant. The resistants were: [(PES-07, PEC-01, PEK-05,
TPR-08689, Shintoza and Fitó Pumpkin - Pumpkins), (TPR-02978 - watermelon), (TPR-05851, TPR-06827, PEM-06 and PED-02 - melons)]. The genotype TPR- 04329 (melon) and the commercial cultivar Moranga (pumpkin) were mildly resistant. The rootstocks of pumpkins PEK-05, PEC-01 and PES-07 showed less
final concentration of ascospores in soil. The rootstock of the pumpkin PEC-01 on graft from commercial cultivar Crimson Sweet watermelon, showed the highest rate of fixation and better results in variables, plant height, leaf number and stem diameter. / As Cucurbitáceas apresentam grande importância econômica, tendo uma participação relevante em vários países do mundo. No Brasil, especificamente na região Nordeste concentram-se os maiores produtores melão e melancia. Com a intensificação destas culturas, aliadas a diversas práticas inadequadas de manejo, tem-se observado um aumento na incidência de doenças radiculares em cucurbitáceas, ocasionadas por fungos veiculados pelo solo. Dans une opération de mise en forme, les propriétés volumiques des matériaux ne sont pas les seules garantes de la réussite du procédé. Les aspects surfaciques, en lien notamment avec les propriétés tribologiques des corps en contact (tôle, lubrifiant, outils) se révèlent tout aussi importants. Il convient en ce sens de maîtriser et optimiser autant que faire se peut les conditions de contact lors d’un glissement entre la tôle et l’outillage afin d’assurer la réussite de l’opération de formage.Ces travaux de thèse portent sur la caractérisation d’une solution alternative de lubrification, nommée AFULudine, par fonctionnalisation de surface à base de molécules organiques ; solution ayant pour ambition de se substituer aux huiles minérales chlorées, performantes dans le travail des aciers inoxydables mais particulièrement nocives pour l’environnement et difficiles d’application.Les caractérisations physico-chimiques de surface (IR, électrochimie, MEB) montrent le greffage effectif d’une couche de molécules chimisorbées en surface de l’oxyde métallique, avec une cinétique de l’ordre de quelques secondes. Celle-ci est recouverte d’amas cristallisés et formés en un second temps pendant la phase d’évaporation du solvant. Des analyses morphologiques des cristaux sont réalisées montrant que leur densité et leur structure sont intimement liées au bon comportement tribologique de la surface fonctionnalisée.Le comportement tribologique des tôles (substrat en acier inoxydable ferritique K41 – 1.4509) ainsi traitées a été investigué à la fois grâce à un tribomètre d’étirage-plan permettant de découpler les influences de différentes conditions de sollicitations, telles que la pression de contact, la montée en température des outils ou encore l’influence de la déformation plastique à coeur du matériau, mais aussi en conditions réelles, à l’aide d’une presse d’emboutissage semi-industrielle. De manière plus fondamentale, la formation et la stabilité du tribofilm créé à l’interface a été analysé par l’utilisation d’un micro-tribomètre linéaire en géométrie sphère/plan couplé à de la microscopie électronique et des analyses EDS. / During forming processes, bulk properties of material are not the only guarantee in a process achievement. Surfacicalaspects, mainly coupled with tribological properties of bodies in contact (metal sheet, lubricant, tool) prove to be alsosignificant. It is therefore necessary to control and optimize the contact conditions during a sheet/tool sliding in order toguarantee the success of a forming process.The present work concerns a green lubricant solution characterization, named AFULudine, produced by thefunctionalization of the metallic surface with organic molecules. This solution was developed in substitution to the usualmineral oils, effective in stainless steel stamping but deterious for environment.Physicochemical surface characterization (IR, electrochemistry, SEM) show that the grafting of chemisorbed molecules ontothe surface occures in few seconds. This layer is covered by physisorbed and crystallised species which appear during thesolvent evaporation time. Morphological analyses of these crystals show that both density and structure determine thetribological behavior of the functionalized surface.Sheets tribological behavior (stainless steel ferritic grade, 1.4509 - K41) after treatment, has been investigated thanks to astrip drawing tribometer, allowing to dissociate the influence of various sollicitations conditions (such as contact pressure,tools temperature or plastic deformation of the material) and on an industrial scale with an Erichsen press. Fundamentally,tribo-layerʹs formation and stability have been analysed with the use of a linear micro-tribometer (ball on plane type)coupled with electronic microscopy and EDS analyses.

Membranes polymères fonctionnalisées par des poly(liquide ionique)s et des nanoparticules de palladium : applications au captage de CO2 et aux membranes catalytiques / Polymeric membranes functionalized by poly(ionic liquid)s and palladium nanoparticles : application for CO² capture and catalytic membranesGu, Yingying 21 July 2015 (has links)
Des membranes supports en polymère ont été photo-greffées par des poly(liquide ionique)s (polyLIs) à base d'imidazolium. Les polyLIs permettent de séparer le CO2 d'autres gaz et de stabiliser des nanoparticules. Dans le cas du captage de CO2, les expériences montrent qu'une couche fine homogène de gel réticulé en polyLI gonflé par du liquid ionique (LI) est obtenue sur la surface de fibres creuses. Les fibres ainsi obtenues ont montré des perméances au CO2 plus élevées (600-700 GPU) que des membranes commerciales et des sélectivités de CO2/N2 comparables (13 et 17). Dans le cas de membranes catalytiques, des nanoparticules de palladium (NPPd) servant de catalyseur ont été immobilisées en forte concentration locale au sein d'une couche de polyLI greffée à la surface de membranes. La réactivité des membranes catalytiques a été testée en configuration de contacteur traversé sur différentes réactions (couplage croisé C-C, hydrogénation, etc). Une conversion totale est obtenue pour des temps de séjours de quelques secondes, sans aucun sous-produit formé. Comparée aux NPPd colloïdaux dans un réacteur en batch, la membrane catalytique accélère les réactions d'environ 2000 fois en terme de temps de réaction sans perte de NPPd; la sélectivité est aussi accrue. Le réacteur membranaire catalytique a été modélisé afin d'obtenir les profils de concentration et de température et une meilleure compréhension des performances obtenues. Les membranes catalytiques se révèlent isothermes et les constantes cinétiques sont calculées. Enfin, les capacités de production de ces membranes catalytiques à une échelle industrielle sont estimées à environ 3 t/(hm3) pour le couplage de Suzuki. / Polymeric support membranes were modified via photo-grafting by poly(ionic liquid)s (polyILs), featuring in the capability to separate CO2 from other gases and to stabilize metallic nanoparticles (MNPs). For CO2 capture, a thin polyIL-IL gel layer was homogenously coated on support hollow fibers. The composite fibers show high CO2 permeance and reasonable CO2/N2 selectivity. For the catalytic membrane, palladium NPs were generated inside a grafted polyLI layer. Compared to colloidal palladium system in a batch reactor, the catalytic membrane, as a contactor membrane reactor, is more efficient in terms of reaction time (ca. 2000 times faster), selectivity and MNP retainability. Theoretical study on reactor modeling, concentration & temperature profiles, and production capacity was done for an overall understanding of the catalytic membrane.

O estudo I, intitulado: Programa fisioterapêutico hospitalar de curto periodo composto por exercícios físicos supervisionados melhora a função autonômica cardíaca após cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio - Estudo randomizado e controlado teve como objetivo investigar se um programa fisioterapeutico hospitalar melhora a funcao autonomica cardiaca (FAC) apos a cirurgia de revascularizacao do miocardio (CRM). 47 pacientes pos- CRM, foram randomizados para: grupo de exercicios (GE,n=24) ou cuidados usuais de fisioterapia (GCU, n=23). A avaliacao da FAC incluiu medidas da variabilidade da frequencia cardiaca (VFC). Na alta hospitalar, GE apresentou maiores valores dos indices rMSSD, AF,SD1, STD RR, SD2, DFA α1, DFA α2, entropia aproximada e media RR, p<0,05. Na sequencia, o estudo II, intitulado: Função ventricular esquerda e adaptações autonômicas cardíacas após RC hospitalar em curto período - Estudo clínico prospectivo. objetivou avaliar as adaptacoes autonomicas cardiacas em pacientes com diferenca na funcao do ventriculo esquerdo (FVE) submetidos a CRM e a reabilitacao cardiaca (RC). Em 44 pacientes divididos em grupo FVE normal (FVEN >55%, n=23) e FVE reduzida (FVER= 35-54%,n=21) a FAC foi avaliada antes e apos a RC. Foi encontrada interacao grupo (FVEN vs FVER) vs tempo (efeito da RC) para dimensao de correlacao (CD) e SD2, com melhora significativamente maior para FVER. Pacientes com FVER apresentaram melhor adaptacao autonomica cardiaca frente a RC. Finalmente, o estudo III, intitulado: Respostas autonômicas cardíacas induzidas pelo exercício durante a RC hospitalar em pacientes submetidos a cirurgia cardíaca e com funções ventriculares diferentes. avaliou se os exercicios fisicos realizados na RC hospitalar podem evocar respostas autonomicas diferenciadas em pacientes pos-CRM e FVE diferentes. Nos mesmos pacientes do estudo II foram avaliados os indices da VFC em repouso e durante os exercicios metabolicos e deambulacao no primeiro dia pos-operatorio (PO1) e na alta hospitalar, respectivamente. No PO1 foram observadas diferencas (media RR e media da FC) entre o repouso e exercicio em ambos os grupos. Durante a deambulacao foram encontrados menores valores da VFC (STDRR, TINN, SD2, entropia Shannon e dimensao de correlacao) para FVER, assim como, para a variacao entre repouso e deambulacao para os indices STDRR, RR tri, TINN, SD2, rMSSD e dimensao de correlacao, P<0,05. Concluimos que em pacientes pos-CRM e com FVE normal, o exercicio fisico hospitalar desencadeou resposta autonomica cardiaca mais atenuada comparado a FVEN. / A tese constou de 3 estudos descritos a seguir.
