Este trabalho objetiva a discussão acerca da possibilidade de se utilizar uma tese ontológica sobre o indivíduo no âmbito do Direito. Em primeiro lugar, é feita uma análise histórica de alguns dos conceitos e termos utilizados corriqueiramente pelo Direito e a presença de incerteza terminológica. No Capítulo 2, discute-se a necessidade de uma tese ontológica de indivíduo e a separação entre raciocínio e racionalidade. O Capítulo 3 é dedicado à análise do arcabouço teórico necessário à compreensão do lugar do Homo juridicus e do Homo oeconomicus. Para este propósito, escolheu-se a teoria dos Três Mundos, de Karl Popper. / This work aims the discussion about the possibility of using an ontological thesis about the individual in the Law. First, a historical analysis of some of the concepts and terms ordinarily used by the Law along with the presence of terminological uncertainty is made. Chapter 2 discusses the need for an ontological thesis about the individual and the separation between reasoning and rationality. Chapter 3 is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical background needed to understand the place of Homo juridicus and Homo oeconomicus. For that, Karl Poppers theory of the Three Worlds was chosen.

Este trabalho se propõe a remontar a dissolução ocorrida no tempo em que a Economia Política buscava limitar seu campo de estudo, particularmente no que se refere a percepção sobre a conduta humana e a assunção de que os homens são intrinsecamente egoístas. Para tanto, é desenvolvida a visão do homem moralmente condicionado em Adam Smith e também as modificações subsequentes originadas nas diferentes concepções dos autores da escola clássica e da neoclássica. Sendo que estas mudanças enfatizam o egoísmo do agente econômico. Neste intento, é retraçado o caminho da consolidação do postulado do egoísmo, assim como os percalços, controvérsias e conflitos desta caracterização. São explorados os elementos que auxiliaram na transformação do homem smithiano em homo economicus, tais como a leitura descontextualizada de Smith, o individualismo, o utilitarismo, o individualismo metodológico, o positivismo e a própria necessidade de abstração teórica. Adicionalmente, é verificado que a confusão de conceitos presente nesta construção metodológica traz a referência de que a ciência econômica faz apologia ao egoísmo. Esta percepção é um subproduto do desenlace da economia com as questões morais. / This research is proposed to reassemble the dissolution occurred when the Political Economy sought to limit their field of study, particularly in the perception of humann behavior and the assumption that men are inherently selfish. To do that, it is developed the perception of Adam Smith about human behavior, and the subsequent changes resulting from different conceptions of classical and the neoclassical authors. These changes emphasize the selfishness of the economic agent. In this attempt, is showed the way of the consolidating of self-interest premise, the mishaps and controversies of this path. It explores the the elements that collaborated in the transformation of Smithian man in homo economicus, such as decontextualized reading of Smith, individualism, utilitarianism, methodological individualism, positivism and the very necessity of theoretical abstraction. Additionally, it is observed that the confusion of concepts present in this methodological construction suggests that economics salutes the egoism. This is a result of the distinction between moral and economic aspects.

<p>Detta examensarbete är en studie hur en gymnasieskola arbetar kring norm och HBT. Studien syftar till att visa hur skolor arbetar idag och hur den undersökta skolans arbete kan förbättras utifrån ett specialpedagog perspektiv.</p><p>Uppsatsen inleds med en litteraturstudie där skolans traditionella arbete och möjlighet till förändring bearbetas. Den andra delen av uppsatsen är en analys av den undersökta skolans likabehandlingsplan och hur HBT behandlas i densamma. Den tredje delen av uppsatsen består av en enkätstudie som syftar till att undersöka hur lärare upplever området HBT och skolan.</p><p>Resultatet visar att den undersökta skolan tenderar att bedriva ett klassiskt normarbete med heteronormativitet som grund. Skolan skiljer sig också från skolverkets rekommendationer när det gäller arbetet med likabehandlingsplanen.</p><p>Enkätundersökningen visar att lärare tenderar att anse att skolan som helhet skall betrakta HBT området ur ett normalperspektiv men att denna betraktelse inte behöver genomsyra hela skolans verksamhet. Området är ett intresseområde för specialpedagogen ur såväl förändringssynvinkel där det finns flera uppdrag att fylla på den undersökta skolan, men även ur en synvinkel där alla elever skall bemötas på bästa sätt i en skola.</p>

L'étude du développement physiologique humain et de sa variabilité a toujours été au centre des préoccupations non seulement des anthropo-biologistes, mais également des médecins légistes, des dentistes, orthodontistes et des pédiatres. Les attentes de la société dans ce domaine de l'identification biométrique ont évolué. Désormais, la qualité des identifications ne se présume plus. Elle doit être définie, évaluée, prouvée et, au-delà, constamment améliorée. L'objectif de cette thèse était de concevoir et de réaliser un système optique pour la mesure et l'analyse des périkymaties de la couronne de la dent. L'intérêt principal est de proposer un système non invasif pour la mise en évidence des périkymaties, utiliser, tester et évaluer la qualité d'une méthode de comptage des périkymaties. Le but étant la détermination de la périodicité des périkymaties, pour un classement des Hominidés. En s'appuyant sur les théories optiques: la réflectance bidirectionnelle (BRDF) et la fonction bidirectionnelle de la texture (BTF), nous avons reçu et réalisé un système optique qui répond à tous ces critères. Au vu des résultats que nous avons obtenus sur des dents du registre des fossiles, largement étudiés dans la littérature, nous pouvons souligner la pertinence de notre approche. En effet, les résultats de nos mesures ont démontré pour la première fois la variabilité chez l'Homme actuel. Le système optique que nous avons développé permet aussi de mesurer la variabilité de la périodicité des périkymaties, rappelons que cette périodicité n'est que, très partiellement connue chez l'Homme actuel et pourrait chevaucher celle observée chez les Hominidés fossiles. Notre outil offre alors un outil objectif pour un classement des Hominidés.

This project sets out to create a critical edition of the DEVO song “Jocko Homo,” which is found on multiple releases throughout the band's career, most notably on their breakthrough studio album Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are DEVO! The album recording was used as the base text for this edition (the words themselves determined by what is heard on the album and the formatting determined by the lyric sheet which accompanies the album), with variants from five other officially-released recordings included as footnotes. Explanatory notes are also included at the end of the text, to illuminate surrounding contexts and allusions. Finally, an appendix is attached featuring an early live performance found on the bootleg album DEVO Ultracore 1974-77, along with explanatory notes. While it was not included in the main body of the project on the basis of its being an unofficial fan release, it is still worth examining as an early version of “Jocko Homo.”
